Myself and my two daughters have been coming to TNQ for the past year or so after having a very bad experience at another salon.Danni always does a thorough consultation before carrying out any hairdressing services. She always does an incredible job with my blonde hair colour. I’m so thankful to have found TNQ, It really is a hidden gem.Thank you so much Danni 🌸

Wonderful staff with great banter. Stylist Gemma knew exactly what I wanted without me even saying too much. I’m very happy and will be back.Ps- only 4 stars because parking is atrocious and the lifts take FOREVER. I guess that’s not the a rating for the salon itself but I suggest give yourself an extra 10 minutes if you want to be there on time.

Have been a customer at TNQ for years and love it. Clean, bright, and airy salon with a lovely atmosphere. Professional, talented, and friendly staff. And VERY reasonably priced.Had my hair done by James for the first time today. I didnt really know what I wanted, but he still managed to give me exactly what I wanted!Unhurried consultation. He listened to me, discussed my options, colour and cut, and I love the result. Thank you x

Fantastic salon. Book with James as he really listens to what you want and gives expert advice on what you need. Do not waste your precious time trawling the Internet looking for the best hairdressers in Dubai, you have found him. IWas made to feel very welcome and I felt I was in expert hands. I would book before I come out to Dubai again and forget about getting a cut and colour back in the UK. Looking forward toMy next visit.

Turned up for an appointment at 12.10pm and although I had a friendly greeting, 25 minutes later and I still haven’t been seen by the beautician. I have to seek out a hairdresser to ask how long the beautician, named Michelle, is going to be. She says she’s sent her a voice note. I listen to the voice note and the beautician isn’t willing to come for my appointment as she thought her first client was at 1.30pm, asking whether it’s a regular or not. I’m not sure why that matters. If I client is booked in, the least they can do is be in the building for the appointment. I was asked to ring her myself by the hairdresser to speak to her.No apology from the beautician, the hairdresser wasn’t fussed as she had a client, there was no conversation as to rebook. A whole round wasted journey. Avoid!

I had an outstanding experience with James - amazing color and trim. The color is so close to the root and looks so natural, and is PERFECTLY blended with the rest of my hair. Best experience in Dubai and much better value for price than other places Ive been here. Highly recommend.

Worst service ever! They are rated high quality and I’m surprised because my experience was nasty. They canceled on me (yes, that’s right!), flat out canceled on an appointment I made for lash extension removal. There was no apology (after I was understanding the first and second time around. I made other arrangements then) but that 3rd time took the crown. Literally zero apology, just like it is what it is, move on, we don’t need your business nor to justify ourselves to you. Even have the WhatsApp messages to back it up. This is why I will repeat, worst experience. They’re above customers. Or maybe only above some they feel they have a right to discriminate against by treating them poorly. Who knows?

Naimh turned my brassy long dead hair into a beautiful fresh blonde balayage with the best blend ive ever had. Highly reccomend her! She is so lovely and really listens to your wishes unlike other salons ive been too.. Very reasonably priced. Happy customer!!

Great experience had individual false lashes added on 3rd August. I would recommend them. Today 28th August some have fallen out but still looking great and no need for mascara

Chic decor, staff play good music and are fun to chat to. Fair and afforable prices here. Tiffany always does my hair and Ive loved everything she does. I like the booking system and how you recieve an SMS for everything. Easy to find shaded parking in the building (it is 5dhs an hour).

Always had a good experience in this salon, until one day I came home with a yellowish glow in my hair. When I called to asked if they could maybe fix this, they were really rude and stopped taking my calls

I was paranoid about getting anything done in a foreign country. I did my research and this place seemed to the be the best in Dubai. And it really was. I was extremely happy and they were really kind and accommodating. The place is a little hard to find, ask them for instructions.

Great Salon, always friendly and have excellent experienced staff. Highly recommend Becky. Also reasonably priced for Dubai.

The service was excellant from arriving to leaving.The team of girls was lovely the atmosphere was great and my hair looks fab and glam done by kim. Certainly the best in dubai.
