The hairdresser is not that much of experience for cutting hair, they Charged 150AED. Its a waste of money. I feel the staffs is asking for the new hairdresser for a trial to cut hair of customers and waiting for feedback.This is not right. if you all are aware that she is not that experience then why are you recommending her to cut hair for customers?? And when i asked the staffs who is incharge of cutting hair they recommend her, this is cheating and lying. I advice everyone dont go to this saloon who are not honest especially for hair cutting. They are only concern of money but not customer satisfaction....

The beauty salon I frequently visited. They do good manicure-pedicure work. But Irecently they changed owner and stop providing discount for usual-customers. And they hired some new staff who definitely need more training, especially proper hair-dresser training.

My wife and sister loved this place. They went to get a hair make over, eyebrows and pedicure. Service was great and the staff working there make it a point to clearly understand what is required and add suggestions as well. They have number of other services especially protein treatment, manicure and massages. Highly recommend this place.

Today I have been to The Polish Room Beauty Lounge in Jumeira 1 Dubai .I want to share my experience with Emelyn & Mytene .As I have done Manicure with Mytene and Pedicure with Emelyn was extremely successful.They are amazing and hard working .I really suggest them and would like to thank them for such wonderful services.Thank you guys 🌺Happy New Years 2023 🎄

Have been going here for quite some tme and have never had an issue until I had my roots coloured. My white roots came out red. I have dark brown hair. I was offered a free correction but I wasnt going to dye my hair twice in a week. I hate how my hair currently looks. A complete waste of money

I just went there to remove gel on my nails. They destroyed them. Using poor techniques. Won’t go there again.

Between the appointment 30 min and they don’t accept walking clientes even no one in the salon yet empty only stuff
