I have been visiting Red Lounge Karama for over two years now. The staff at this branch are very friendly and the services are very good. The salon itself is very cozy and is a conveniently located. The range of services is wide and the staff are well experienced. I have always enjoyed my experience at this salon.

Used to be regular to this place as they were good. Today I came after many months and I was so upset. The lady who did my pedicure was either punishing me for coming or angry at my foot. Very rough and not a decent job at all. The only thing that went went was the hair treatment.

Went there once for eyebrow threading. Was not happy with the person who did it so I asked to change the lady after doing one eyebrow. The other lady was even less experienced but somehow she managed it. First lady was sulking in the corner when I left. If someone complains about the services, they might just ask a lesser experienced person to take over out of spite so please be aware.

Red Lounge is definitely Five Star! I have tried most of the respectable salons in Karama, Dubai over the years but never been truly happy with the service. I would highly recommend this parlour as they have welcoming, friendly and professional staffs who pampers you and make you feel beautiful. The whole experience was relaxing, enjoyable and I felt real special with the treatment provided.I would advise you to take an appointment prior for the services required. I would recommend Hot Oil massage and Hair dressing with Manju, Facial and eye brows threading with Siddhi , Body Massage with Fathima and Manicure/Pedicure with either Jacky or Siddhi. You will truly feel amazing!Manju’s magical hands will give you a stylish new look as per your requirement and your hair grows faster after the hair cut. They have different packages including services like facial and body massage which are truly affordable.To top off a great experience, the salon itself was extremely clean and beautiful. Its like what you exactly want in a salon. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely keep visiting Red Lounge near Karama Post Office for pampering myself from now on. :-)

Red lounge near karama post office-Zabeel location on the website is truly a disappointing experience with the brand till now. Receptionist Kathy needs to b taught on customer interaction n patience to understand the need of the customer.I had taken premium package pedicure n still the service was very poor n same goes with waxing, got Burnt n left with bruises and was so irritated to pay double n get this result..I had been a regular customer of karama red lounge and staffs there seemed to be much more bothered abt what they were doing compared to this branch.Think this would b the last time to be associated with the brand red lounge.

Horrific experience, asha and Kathy were rude and incompetent. I had my arms waxed right then I got pimples afterwards the waxing on my entire hand was sore. I told asha to please put some oil or something to relax the pain. She said no its supposed to be like that. I was crying after 20 minutes and asked her if I can finish my package tomorrow. She screamed NO. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!

Employees are very rude and have bad attitudes! Had a really bad experience, they dont talk to you then just push and shove you around. I also got a haircut which was horrific, would never go there again or recommend to anyone.

Have been visiting this branch since years. great service from Tejal and Sana and great value for money.

Red lounge salon is nice only in looking, staffs some r ok n some r not experienced at all, worst service, never take their royal package they dnt hv value of 500Aed after packaged they really gv v bad service, me n my frnd thought its Dubai will get best quality but in India Enrich salon n staff their quality is much much better thn this stupid salon.

My favourite salon. Love going here. Staff Is good. Rates are affordable if you take a package.

Taken premium package in which I hv opt for manicure and Pedicure..... This 2 things takes more than 30 mins whereas it was completed in 10-15 mins hardly inspite of premium package.... Facial is been told of 20 mins they complete everything in just 20 mins wt the final face pack too....whereas the pack itself shud b on the face for atleast 10-15 mins till it dry a bit.... No change in face after doing facial..... They dont value money.... 200 aed isnt a big thing for u guys..... Try to give good service as v r paying for it.....My last visit to this parlour n u cant retain customers if u continue the same service

Very bad experience...took 200 premium pkg...Facial just for 20mins.😥.. Scrubbing and steam done together....Cleanup 2 mins.. ..Henna application done with in 10mins for very long hair...More then 50% were still grey....ladies were not even feeling bad for their work... very poor work just Rushing to finish the work.Disappointed with the service
