I always have an amazing exp sply at Zabeel branch be it any service I take from Ayesha, many thanks to her. Today, I had an unfortunate fall just before entering the salon, and she and the lady at the reception immediately came to my aid with genuine concern and care. Her kindness didnt stop there—while doing my waxing, she was incredibly gentle and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism and compassionate nature truly set her apart. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for top-notch care and a personal touch. Ayeshah is very friendly and professional She understands your requirements and delivers accordingly. I always go to her for my hair and for facial, which are her expertise.Tejal is very good with manicure pedicure and I have been going to her for a very long time.

I am visiting Red Lounge - Zabeel branch saloon for long time and love all their services. Specially hair cuts and styling with Ayesha and spa/ massages with Sherill. It’s so amazing that every time I cut my hair with Ayesha it grows faster and the cut is great that makes my thin hair looks healthier and bouncy.

Completely overcharged me for my services which were mediocre at best and when I tell them they overcharge they say there is nothing that can be done. They took advantage of the fact that I was in a rush and was not from Dubai. I was not aware of how much was charged exactly until my credit card report came in. They also refused to tell me the exact amount prior to the services and due to our rush and lack of time, we just went along with it. Unknowing that we will be ripped off.

Laxmi was very good and professional. Dont remember the name of other girl who did the manicure and pedicure was also very good. They both did amazing job. Hygiene standards were maintained and staff is very well behaved and soft spoken. Wanted to meet the owner personally to compliment but she was not available. Thank you guys and will visit the salon again for more services. 😊😊

I have been visiting Red Lounge Karama since Y2018 and it is my weekly go to point for all my beauty treatments...the staff is very professional & courteous. I love the hair blow dry and Keratin treatment also. The pricing is affordable and I strongly recommend the salon for your grooming needs.

I had a pathetic experience, it was my first time here! The coordinator at Zabeel branch Yankee herself was so unprofessional, the timing on the website says they close at 10.however she was in a rush to take a payment in between the service as she was in a rush to close at 9.30 and she was being on her phone untill we were done! I didn’t understand what was the rush to take the payment in between the service if you had to be on your cellphone. No professionalism in handling clients, they make you wait even if you have an appointment and they are understaff. The Filipino gal who does the pedicure is very rude in her behaviour. The salon was very dirty not clean and no hygiene!

I been to Red Lounge Karama for hot oil massage followed by hair wash n blow Dry, the staff was so friendly, nice talking. I already take the appointment, so as I enter they start my work. Good quality products are being used, I highly recommend this saloon for its experience staff n value for money. I love their work n soon going to pamper myself again @Red lounge. Thanks

The Red Lounge Staff is super friendly and accommodating, personally i come from the UK so to receive such a luxurious feeling of a fresh blowout, nails and other grooming services offered; was lovely!!I would highly recommend every women to visit this salon and personally i got my hair done by Yankee.

Have been a loyal customer for 15 plus years....so easy to work with them....for starter have always got the date and time i requested for an apppointment. Very friendly staff . Pedicure and Body massage by Diana is THE best. Could not find this value for money after I shifted to DSO and would drive down each time!

Would recommend this place. The staff is very professional and polite. The services are very good at very reasonable prices. Special mention for Deepa- the hair stylist- she is my go to girl for any occasion- festive or office parties. And the receptionist Yankie is always welcoming and comforting. Worth going for all parlour services

I have been visiting the karama branch for almost 3 years now for their services.Very professional and hygienic staff and place.What i love about them is the warmth and the welcoming attitude all of the staff has. I went there for a hair blow-dry. Worst experience ever. They are not skilled and pulled my hair in all directions so hard that I ended up losing so much hair in the brush (even though i specifically asked not to!!!). They dont even have heat protectant sprays (in a hair salon) and ask to use it from home. Over-priced for the service they delivered.

Extremely bad service. I had opted for the bikini waxing and the lady taking care of that (Farhana) was extremely rude despite being very polite. Even when escalating the matter to the rest of the staff, they acted very rude and unprofessional. I would never go back again and would never recommend this saloon.

Unprofessional and unfair.Booked 3 hot oil massages as part of a package deal, to be used within 1 month. After the 1st appointment I tried repeatedly to book the next 2 appointments within the month. They did not have an availability and made it impossible to schedule the next 2 appointments. A month had passed and they did not provide appointment options. I ended up losing the service and could not avail the package I paid for.

Its a decent salon with branches in Dubai. The hair service was good but wasnt very pleased with manicure and pedicure as the lady didnt focus at all on my cuticles and focused more on scrubbing and scrapping.

This cosy place in karama is a very clean and decent place for all your beauty needs. The girls are thorough professionals and know how to do their job very well. Areefa, Deepa,Diana and Yanky..u girls really do a good job. Would recommend this place hands down. Hoping to come many more times here and continue experiencing ur professional and warm services. Visited the Karama branch for my makeup for a shoot and absolutely loved it . They did exactly how I wanted - soft and subtle look .Visited their JBR branch too for hair spa and nail services ..loved it .

I visted this first time after lockdown. It so far one of the best parlours i have been to in dubai. They have maintained good hygeine.. I got a hairwash, haircut blowdry, face cleanup, and pedicure all in one package... the Pedicure was really he best one i have had so far... The face cleanup was also too too good. And the hair serivces was one of the fastest and nice haircuts I have got done so far... and i had a really long and thick hair.. still the beautician did it with full enthusiasm.. i would definitely recommend this place to all..

Horrible!No smile, rude behavior, and had the worst experience ever.I went for henna(mehndi) and I had itching on my hand for about a week after that.I was 7 months pregnant, and the staff didnt even help me get down from the chair after my pedicure. Thank god I didnt trip and fall.

Have been visiting this salon since it opened. Staff are very warm and offer excellent service. Very accommodative. They have excellent packages which offer value for money

The staff is extremely rude, unprofessional and always in hurry to finish the task. The receptionist lies and Yankee, the branch manager looks at you as if they are doing a favour. The worst place ever.It leaves one with a bad taste. A complete no no for this salon.

I was introduced to red lounge around 5 years back and since then I have been going there regularly. I love the staff there they are friendly, approachable and give good advise. I would recommend everyone to go there as I am personally very happy with their services

I love going to Red Lounge as each and every staff is very good in their field of work and I get pampered and I come out as a very happy customer. Will always refer family and friends to visit them. Love it. Very happy and satisfied customer.

Its just a waste of money and time. The receptionist will tell you all lies she will tell you she will provide best products and later you come to know that they use local products.the staff is not trained properly and is in a hurry to finish .they dont have enough staff and they keep taking back to back appointments not realizing that the current customer are still not done. Worst branch... In karama please dont go there unprofessional staff they just provide service for the sake of it...!!! Unprofessional poor quality products used... They offer packages as if they are doing favour on the customers...extremely poor unhygienic and useless staff.... Not recommended at all
