I regularly visit Red Lounge , Business Bay for Beauty care and grooming.Their packages are reasonably priced. Regina, one of the staff who is hair stylist is awesome with her work. Hair cut .hairstyle or blow dry by Regina are the best in Dubai .She is polite and friendly as well. I will recommend her name to any one who wants these services done perfectly

Regina did my keratin in red lounge. It was really good. She understood my hair texture and suggested this solution and it worked very well for me. She was really friendly and good at her job.

Recently got my highlights and hair color treatment done with Red lounge. Never had anyone select and advise the right color and treatment to accurate to my complexion. No value for Money.They change the expiry dates of their packages without informing the client.Rude front desk at bay avenue. No sense of customer service.The owner should know how her place is managed by this front desk lady.Been going there since 2015. Will never go again.

Worst blow dry ever. Told them that it should stay. N had an event to attend. While on my way back it got flattened. Complained. Nobody responded. No after sale service. Pathetic service. They will first tell you to take package. Then they wont give you a call at least to remind you about package expiry. They will force you to pay otherwise.They say you one thing n not deliver that.

I have been visiting different branches of red lounge for years now - I primarily use their services for Waxing and Blowdry’sI used to earlier swear by Laxmi at the Karama branch and now I frequent Regina for my hair at the Bay avenue branch. I have thick, dry hair and Regina does a great blowdry - it’s great value for money and my blow dry lasts for days even without any hairspray / hair products. In addition to being great at her work, Regina is also a lovely person who really takes care of her clients. Thank you for always making my hair look amazing, Regina!

My favourite salon to go in business bay . The girls here are amazing . Gosia at the reception is always helpful and Regina is a pro at hair and is amazing with blowouts and cuts . Best .

I have been a regular customer of Red Lounge Salon Business Bay for the last 6 years & I love their services. The girls are super sweet, kind & very neat in their wirk. Safina’s hands on my face & eyebrows aiways make me feel beautiful. Rabia & Regina do magic with my hair everytime & they never tire of making sure i am happy at the end of their service. Special mention to Gosiya who manages it all brilliantly. She’s always understanding, accommodates requests without any hassles & never forces me to use their products or take packages. I love them all & am always happy to go there. The place is clean, girls know what they are doing & Gosiyah keeps it all together very well.

Got a blow dry done recently by Regina. I had a time constraint and she did it within my time with no compromise on quality.

This is my regular salon. They offer several packages which makes it really reasonable. I get my hair color and protein treatment done by Regina who is an absolute magician with hair!

It was the last time I went there. No professionalism, they laughed and criticized my curly hair for more than an hour; not even able to do a blow-dry when Im used to doing it in any salon. They completely blew my hair out of my head. If you dont have straight hair, dont go, theyll be huffing and puffing the whole time. Lets not talk about the price which is never justified, they rip off in the end.

I went for the hair cut and Regina did a FAB job really happy.

The receptionist is one of the rudest people I have come across. I do not expect this level of service in Dubai. The staff is good and know their job well, however the receptionist ruins the entire experience.She has no knowledge of the products and services and cannot manage the appointments therefore.Everytime I have been there has been a huge disappointment and she argues with clients which has left me very disappointed in the place.Ive tried to give feedback to the owner but I have not managed to get her contact so if she’s reading this please take necessary action to save your salon.

I completely agree with the review by another client about receptionist. I have been using Red Lounge since 2011 and never had this bad experience. Receptionist at Bay Avenue branch made it so bad that I am never coming back.She is the Rudest person I have dealt with. No sense of customer service. Never calls back after promising to call back and continues to argue and denies things that she agreed to earlier.

My experience with Red Lounge has started the day it opened. I believe 4-5 yrs back. Since then like family they always understand my needs and so willingly and happily all the staff try to do their best. I always call and take appointments from Rossia ,so there is never any complaint coz she give me time somehow. if bz she calls and give other time. Especially after COVID, on all my special days get my hair done from Rakhsa and Grace (both r excellent), Lorraine is good in meni- padi. Rachna , SAkina .... ALL GIRLS ARE PERFECT IN THIER WORK . Would like to continue with only Red Lounge in future also coz it is value for money and gives me feel good factor also.

Had a horrendous experience!A hot oil treatment paid on full price lasted for 10 minutesA haircut paid on full price was done without the wash and with the blow dry which isn’t the norm everywhere else !When I asked the manager she said this is the way we do hair cuts and wash is charged extra! I paid 80 dhs plus taxes for a trim whereas the listed price was 60!The charges was 20% more than the printed rate card and published rates on the website!A total rip off ! Please don’t visit!This was my first and last visit to this salon

This place is not worth even one starWent to Red Lounge for Moroccan bath, massage and body pack today and came back with cold.- Girl who did the package was very good but saloon didnt have hot water. Inspite of continuous request for hot water it was not done.- lot of screaming by staff.- bath slab was not draining water 45 mins on cold water slab was bad.- i requested them to make massage room warm as i was shivering but they didnt bother.- the girl who was appointed for me was kind enough to let me use their facial steamer as my nose was completely bocked and i was shivering. Rest of the staff were horrible.- the disposable dress were very loose.Horrible experience will never use them again.It is surprising that Dubai Municipality has not closed them down.

I wouldnt give one star, but I had to start the review. Booked them through UC app.I was informed that they will be 20 minutes late. After 50 minutes, I call - text and message and theres no response. They answer to tell me that they need more time to reach, with zero communication skills or internal conversation between the beautician who will come and the girl in the Saloon.My booking was done ahead of time and I did have an event that I needed to prepare for when they cancelled on me and asked me to cancel from my side on the App.Very disappointed.

I am so disappointed in the service of this salon, yesterday I had waxing service, when I came home my skin hand peeled, rediness , today I have itching on all areas of my body that I had waxing, I don’t know what kind of waxing they used that causes me severe allergyI don’t recommend them to anyone

Receptionist is bad, service is average and products are cheap.

Overcharged different customers by showing them a different price and then charging them a different price. The hair cut was also not done well and the assistants were just downright rude.

Red lounge Salon’s business bay’s service is getting poorer day by day ..I did hot oil massage through a Philipino lady today and felt like zero value for money and waste of time ..in comparison Hair play in the same place is much more professional and renders value for money service
