They charged me AED 275 for french gel extension, when the price was quoted I thought the finishing would be professional. But the lady cut my skin…5 of my fingers were bleeding, and she quoted the nail with gel with blood in the corner. It was so painful and looked so bad. The left over paint around the skin were not even cleaned. My nail bed and cuticles are still burning! And after going through all the pain, the nails don’t even look good. Thick and ugly finish. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The service is quick and hygienic. Threading costs 15 which is reasonable. They do it very well and in no time. Highly recommend. I also got my keratin done, Sushma makes it a breeze to work with and you get the best value for money here.

Just visit here twice for eyebrow threading and its okay but this salon i must say that will probably my last option as I decided to get my haircut here as most of the salon around tecom were busy. But this time i would never come back and never recommend this place. First thing is not hygienic as i notice as well as the place looks unorganized and messy. Second thing is bad customer service I experienced from one of the staff who cut my hair. Bet she dont know how to do a proper haircut and speaks to the client in a rude way when i was trying to show her the haircut i really want as she said she can do it confidently but failed as the result really looks bad. Second thing is they dont have a physical menu for the price for the services they are offering. Overpriced but not skilled staff and poor customer service.

Beautiful nail art done by - Guepeeet ( Tecom branch ) she is amazing. Any art Dezine removal and application only 200AED.

Pathetic service. Went for eyebrows and the lady turned my thick natural shape to thin lines on my forehead. Plus this lady was in so much rush and the thread pressure was so hard that it was very close to slicing my skin open. Even after several hours of the threading, I still have burning pain on my eyebrows and upper lip. Extremely untrained staff.

Very happy with henna tattoo and gel polish. Staff was very nice and kind with. Had a great time.

I did purchase a package in the salon of tecom for 5 services, I did Mani, pedi, haircut,blow-dry and hair conditioning with a small massage on the scalp and it was amazing. I can only recommend this salon for the good service and kind treatment to costumers! They make their best to give a good service! They arent like others salons that are always in a hurry to attend.I will go back for sure for the whole body massage!

Very affordable price for package of 5 or 10 services.I always return for hair henna, waxing and mani pedi. Service is done well. Nothing exceptional but if youre looking to get the job done without having to pay a bomb, definitely recommend this place

Thank you Ms Sushma for your service & correction since I experienced a very bad service in Luxurious Salon in Tecom, I asked for highlights but the guy who were on duty that day spoiled my hair.Then I had to recolor my hair in Red Lounge Lounge. Great value for money! The staff was polite and service was fast! I felt in great hands, particular shout out to Cherry who was excellent with her massage services. They have some amazing package deals, which are very affordable.

I have tried their Business Bay, Tecom and Discovery gardens branch, each one is worse than the other. They have untrained staff who are terribly rude. Their only USP is that they are cheap. I would much rather pay a bit extra and go to good salon

I recently got my hair highlights and Hair Cut done by Sushma from Red Lounge Tecom branch. Love the service, she is friendly, guides properly for each activity. I am in love with the results. Perfection!

Me and my family experienced some horrendous visits to this salon that we will never again return to, neither should you. First, my sister in law was supposed to have her nails done. The end result was that they actually cut the skin on the side of each nail too deep which left two scars on each finger. They bluntly refused to refund this visit as they claimed that the treatment had been started and we (the customers) were the difficult ones for not wanting to continue it. So, even though her fingers were bleeding they could not understand why we wanted to stop the treatment and get the money back.The second visit was for my wifes hair, she was supposed to get a perm. The staff missed to ask her if any bleaching treatment had been done within three months (which is vital to ensure that the hair is not damaged in the process) and her hair was burnt so badly that it had to be cut off. They did not want to refund this visit, even though they effectively ruined her hair. They did however offer us a free haircut to fix her hair by getting rid of the burnt parts which we accepted. In retrospect we should not have done that. The haircut was so badly done that we now have to seek out another hairsalon to get it done properly. Her hair is now burnt, uneven and will most likely have to be cut off very short to let it grow back altogether.In short, VERY BAD!

I got my nail extensions done here and they did a phenomenal job. I felt in great hands, particular shout out to Gudpreeth who was excellent with her nail art.

Well, paying for 75 dirham for French nail was not satisfying at all,it was totaly disappointed with my experience,she even didnt clean my nail properly I wont ever ever come back again on this salon.not recommended at all. if there is a zero rate i will give zero..as in zero.

I have been a regular customer of Red lounge, due to some issue I got late (I understand they are super busy) but they didn’t have the audacity to call and inform me they won’t be able to give me service. I wasted my time and had to be on time somewhere, they just ruined my day! And surely lost a valuable customer.

Very very very very bad!!! And I insist about it!!! Don’t cut your hair, they just destroyed my hair, a real disaster! If they don’t know how to cut they should save and don’t cut at all..they ruined my day, my mood everything!!! The lady in the reception didn’t charge me because she saw by her self the disaster her colleague did to me but it won’t replace how I feel! Please ladies don’t cut your hair there!

I usually visit the Tecom branch and its a very nice experience. The staff are polite and friendly. The hygiene standards are good especially post covid it was good to see them take a lot of care. Not too crowded and strictly on appointment which is very good. The staff are proffessional and i was very happy with the results.

I have been coming always here for my services since my wedding but this lady at the reception named Deepika who is the manager at tecom branch was rude! Unbelievable that she is the manager! Terrible… Very unacceptable it’s like I am giving the money and they are being rude and demanding me like as they are paying on my behalf! Very disappointed on how they lost a loyal client who goes every month to them!

A disgusting salon. They do not know how to serve customers and do not know anything about hair and arrogance. I do not recommend it to anyone. Even cleanliness is not the same as the salon.

Great value for money if you take advantage of their monthly packages with a choice of 5, 8 or 10 items ! Theyre usually super accomodating and flexible and also usually ensure you get everything done in record time ( perfect for someone like me who values time !)Ask for Manju for waxing especially of youre going for a Brazilian . And Regina is so smiley and always brings a fresh ray of sunshine to your day!

Extremely unhygienic!! Sanitization is very poor - from their entry door handles to hand mirrors.. you can see fingerprints all over!! My service provider didnt even sanitise or wash her hands between customers!! To top it all, when I highlighted to the receptionist the lack of cleanliness, she responds saying We cant keep cleaning the whole day!!

Red lounge is our second home ,esp I love to visit tcom branch. Highly recommended.One of the best value for price and quality saloon in dubai . Very friendly and cooperative staff. Out of all that I have missed in the lockdown this saloon was one on my list esp Hernes massage one the best , Reginas waxing and her sweet talks, Rabiyas hair ,she is very professional n experience and sweet shamim customer service . They girls are great may they be blessed always .Amber 💜

I had the worst experience, sickening and loathsome rooms that fail to maintain basic hygiene standards. The customer service is really bad. Only an ideal place for haircuts. Had a really disappointing overall experience.

Extremely Awful service, there is a lady by savitri who actully peeled the real skin while waxing. Package customers are treated very differently, always in a hurry to finish and no acknowledgement of customer, buch of very dominating ppl running the show. escalted the matter who said she is a manager and she never apologized. i will never ever go back

The price list that is in the salon does not match the prices they voice after proceedure is done. Tried to book foot reflexology for 1hr that cost in price list 100AED, when doible checked the price I was told 150AED. When I asked why price list does not match they said that the lady who does massage is not at work for the moment and will be replaced by other person. Not transparent at all.

I usually go to this salon and i love the offers and services provided but today was not up to the mark was not feeling hygiene at all. I would prefer next time to go only if Farzana is there.

One of the worst beauty parlours in Dubai. They are frauds. The most experienced hair dresser doesnt know how to complete a root touch up. Not at all professional. They dont even have a feedback form. Such parlours should be closed down. Not worth even aed1. Disgusting customer service

One of the worst parlour I have seen in Dubai staff is so rude and very expensive parlour... 1st time I went to put mehndi in that parlour staff put me the worst mehndi and I paid 120 drms and she was so lazy to put the mehndi I ask her to put and telling me on my face that in less money I will get only like this mehndi and also she said we charge according to the area if I want I put or else look for another parlour next time I will never recommend to anyone to go to that salon the expensive salon and very bad staff behavior 💔💔💔😔😔I felt myself so insulted 😔😔😔😔

Staff is very rude towards customer, they behave stubborn dont listen to customer, i mostly go here for threading, upper lips n chin when the staff assign to customer they come carrying such an attitude its jus not bearable i even complaint to the reception ladies but unfortunately everybody seems to have the same ego i dunno why and for wat..pathetic service they with these kinda unprofessional ladies owner has to keep eye on their behaviour once, else she may loose her good customers.

Very friendly staff specially Ate Filipina who made my nails today, I forgot to ask the name I was so sleepy amd just concentrating on how she will finish it 😂 I highly recommend the place

I always come here for a blow dry and mani pedi. The team makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. Would definitely recommend !

The staff were very efficient & prompt. They gave us two tables as we had kids with us too & they were very prompt with ensuring the kids got their snacks served hot .
