Coming here for manicure and pedicure since more than a year. Professional services, good price and fast. I particularly enjoy Dominga and Mila Flor. I also came for haircut several times and again, services were good.

Lerma is the best , I love my nails she really takes care of me, was cold in the salon and she get me a blanket to put over, made sure that they bring my tea and my nails I love the results she takes care of the details, I recommend her

Worst salon ever, the few times I have been, nail varnish has chipped the next day, it’s happened several times now and the staff aren’t helpful. They suggest a 15 minute drive to fix a nail. Really overhyped and overrated, my mani and pedi after 1 week needs replacing. Definitely do not reccomend

My favorite salon in Dubai, located in dubai ladies club. Been coming here for years. They have the best services for mani pedis, massages, and the best blow dry and hairstyling by Tess. I do my massage with dominga and she is amazing! I dont usually ask for a specific lady for mani pedi because they are all amazing, but today my manicure was done by jenny A. and my pedicure by nayumi. Highly recommend

Came for acrylic overlay with ombre. After 3 days the ombre has chipped out and the whole polish just peeled off(?!) for two nails. I called them and ask to fix it, they told me no problem come over. When I come if turned out they do not have a person who can do ombre (?!). I had to travel for work for another week, after I came back I contacted them to book in - as it’s that point already 4 nails chipped out - they said they will not fix it and I get a discount for a new service oO. Do not recommend. Salon in JVC.

Me & my friend are regular clients in The Salon we always go for mani and pedi there and we were happy with the work and service however today our visit could be described as THE WORST starting from the base color that literally took the technician 2 hours to come up with without finishing the nail art that we came for due to the closure time of the salon ending by the manager who didn’t know how to handle the unsatisfactory situation and was blaming us and just cared about us paying and leaving the place without even showing any attention or care about our feedback. I never expected such service from this place that i used to consider my favorite!

Worst personal working here for manicure, they are really arrogant, they don’t feel like working, and if you ask for french they will treat you even worse, and talking non stop between them in Filipino. I completely don’t recommend it. I just needed to do refills and they didn’t even want to cut first my cuticles or dead skin, leaving me with old products on my nails and not cleaned properly

Unhappy with the quality of the services. The gel manicure only was good at day 1, after that it started to peel from the sides. My eyebrow tint experience was not acceptable at all, not like was I saw in instagram. Plus to that they threaded my brows and I kept silent to see where things are going, but the brow tint made my face weird and ugly. I had to wash my eyebrows multiple times so the black colour goes away.

Terrible salon, took me 4 hours for a mani pedi, terrible quality. Extremly expensive for a bad quality. Charged me 600 and then I told them other branches isn’t this expensive and then reduces the priceThe place is rubbish, honestly disgusting

In less than 10 days 3 nails peeled off one of them got broken for gel nail polishAlso they never mentioned when I booked the appointment that there’s additional 50 AED for french mani only (french pedicure with additional charge)I’m on a vacation so no hard activities or dealing with water a lot (like dish washing or something)And when I contacted the salon she said only in 5 days we can fix itI paid almost 200 AED for less than 10 daysCompletely unsatisfied with the nail service in this branchHowever I visited before DIFC and it was perfect and lasted for a month

Worst salon, I was told my old gel removal would be 25 aed but when the technician finished removal she said to pay 78, as I had hard gel this made me change my decision of not doing gel mani pedi - really a disappointing experience , also my removal was not done properly, I ended up filing again after reaching home plus the hygiene level was zero ,,, I want refund or another service free of cost - I don’t feel happy as a customer must be happy after salon experienceThe salon dubai ripping customers

My first visit here was disappointing. I came for full set extensions and a pedicure but was told I couldnt have nail art for my extensions because I hadnt booked it, despite being a first-time visitor unaware of this policy. After a 15-minute dispute, they finally agreed to include it. The constant talking in Filipino language by the staff was also bothersome and led to a headache. This place seems to be more about style than substance. I wont be returning.

I have been going to the salon for 2 years and to this specific branch for about 1.5 years.All the staff are excellent but Joanna and Cheryl are definitely my favorite.Their products are of very high quality and their prices are of the cheapest in Dubai.The location is perfect for me with plenty of parking and Dubai ladies club itself is very nice. It is definitely the best only ladies salon in Dubai.I never left this place disappointed, and I always felt home.I will keep going to this place.Ohhh annd I love their coffee.

I’ve been to this salon a number of times and have returned because of the great prices however, at this point I don’t think it is worth it anymore. Although the ladies are sweet sometimes, they’ve made me bleed on many occasions and my cuticles have gotten infected. They are not very careful and once even stuck a stick so far into my nail that it was sensitive for two days. Even after explaining the situation to the reception, their seems to be little to no empathy or care for what is done. The quality of the mani pedi varies, one month it’ll be great and another painful. I’ve heard the Wasl branch is a lot better so I look forward to trying it.

I have been coming to The Salon for 1.5 years with the wonderful stylist Rachel. She is always so positive, welcoming and does everything with a smile on her face. I trust her completely with my hair. She is an all rounder. She knows how to colour, cut and style. She makes it her mission to make every salon trip as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. ❤️

Worst mani pedi service, every step has to be explained to practitioners in order to get an okeyish result. I did with almost all of them. My nails look like big bubbles on my hands, same with toes. Weird shapes, uneven etc.For hair cut, they don’t even want to dry your hair after washing them unless you pay, like do i have to go and get sick under AC with wet hair? Why offering to wash if you can’t dry them? No heat protection was applied.Very loud at the salon, can not relax. Practitioners like to talk in their language discussing clients. Very unpleasant experience and results, that was my last time at this chain of salons.

Only first 2 times they where nice.Then the lady doing eyelashes started to treat me as if I have a big problem with my lashes and always complaining when doing my lashes extention. They call me by name though they dont me that well customer service doesnt exist. I gave them many chances but Ill never go back again. I paid a lot of money and didnt even look like Russian lashes.

Worst salon experience ever!Booked an appointment for a hair wash and blow dry. The staff were not organized and not trained to attend customer’s need and satisfy them. I came and asked for an organic shampoo they kept saying no we need to do full treatment. I had eczema on my scalp and no one knew how to react. They didn’t want to wash my hair until I sign a “waiver or consent”. They are in professional and were not experienced enough to give proper consultation!When I got mad and said I do not want to do the service the lady ok ya better. They let me go with a wet hair (only water) !!The place and staff were not welcoming.Never ever will I go there again!!!

I visited the Salon today to get a total makeover with no idea of what I wanted. From the moment I stepped in I was taken care of fully. Not only was my look transformed by Mildred, so was my mood. I did the gel pedicure. Less than 2weeks ago. right before I went on my 7days holiday. 2 of my nails gel started lifting and kept getting caught on my hair about 3-4 days after getting it done, then probably on the 5th day one had chipped off completely, Annoyingly as I was on holiday I couldn’t reach out to the salon until the following day which was the 6-7day and they refuse to fix it.The staff in the salon itself were very friendly.I’ll never go back there again, the quality of their products are NOT GOOD. I have never experienced this quality ever! usually my nails last minimum 2weeks.And how embarrassing while on holiday!

Firstly I want to say that this is my favorite saloon in Dubai, I am coming for mani , pedi , facial and hair. But this time this review is not going to be about service it is going to be about today’s horrible experience of another customer. Me personally I am going to saloon and I want to relax. Today I couldn’t. This lady she brought with her her small baby boy who obviously was bored wasn’t entertained, but problem is not with the small kid. It is coming from mother who was maybe thinking she is in her own house and she let him shout and screem like in a playground. In my opinion kids shouldn’t be allowed in saloon if their mothers can’t keep under control not that saloon will be upside down coz of them. Secondly she was very rude with nails ladies who are brw very professional and they know what they are doing. It was her own mistake that her nails weren’t the way she wanted if she doesn’t know how to explain, but being rude like very very rude with the staff is not a proper reason how to explain your self. We r the one who needs service so we should also act that way towards them. I am with this saloon from the beginning and I know that each lady worker is more than pro.

I booked the salon on recommendation of my friend and was nervous to come. It was a very relaxing experience. Free parking and friendly staff. I hit the jackpot with my hair stylist Millie. She done a fabulous job. She was very professional and made me feel really comfortable. Her knowledge of colour was great. My weave was fitted perfectly and I left the chair very happy! The girls also managed to fit me in on short notice for a manicure and pedicure from the ladies (Creschill and Pia). Nice service and a good giggle! Glad I found this place. Appreciated!

Her color correction and the balayage was totally amazing.It’s been hard finding a hairstylist that’s passionate of their work. I always struggle between what you want and what you need. With Rachel’s help, she finds a good balance and gives you the best advice.The salon branch was definitely my favorite of all The Salon branches. It was a friendly (staff were quick to help) and cozy branch, and who can complain about the scenery it has. You get a feeling that you’re at a resort with a beach view and massive windows showing the calming landscape around. The location was superb!I’ve finally found my spot and hairstylist to go to for hair. I highly recommend!

Im a regular client at their Al Wasl branch but it was my first time in this one and ALOT of things went wrong in this branch.1. I got my extensions done and the girlwho did my nails was rough and also injured my skin that is beside the nails to an extent where it starting bleeding and burning if any product was applied.2. It took longer than it shouldve to get my nails done as I am aware how long it takes as i have gotten extensions done before3. On top of it taking so long, i had asked for french tips and some other girl had to do it and she was rushing because she had her client booked.4. After all the almost 3hrs spent the other girl then started fixing my nails as we both could see the nails were not buffed the right way and they were a bit too thick which is the completely opposite of what i had askedIt WAS A CHAOS and got frustratingMy go to branch is the Al Wasl one and they are REALLY GOOD with their work and can do any acrylic design you’d like.

Very satisfied with their service ❤️Pia also did my million dollar facial which was brilliant and left me feeling rejuvenated and gave my skin the TLC it needed.

I visited The Salon Dubai, Ladies Club for the first time today and I was quite disappointed, especially after being super excited to try them out after following them on social media and seeing their work. I opted for an oval shape French manicure, which I received but they were too thick and not what I was expecting and definitely not like the images posted on Instagram. I also had a pedicure which I can’t say anything negative about, so that was👌🏼. I also threaded my eyebrows and it seemed like the beautician wasn’t as experienced as I would’ve expected. When I went to the ladies room, I was shocked to find little cockroaches near the toilet paper and flusher. Maybe it was a bad day for the salon but due to this experience, I can’t say that I’ll be back anytime soon. 350 AED, wasted 👎🏼

This is my favourite branch. The staff is so friendly and kind. The nail ladies do such a great job. It is never too busy so it is easy to get a place and they do not rush you. Price is such a steal. :)

I went to the salon because of a good friends recommendation. The result was good as described previously!Sadly i felt very uncomfortable because the employes just speak in their mother language and don’t understand english or arabic.. so it was very difficult to communicate and no good experience during the stay.I would really appreciate an english or arabic speaking person at the entrance!

I went to the salon to make my hair keratin, but I was not satisfied with the experience. And I make also hair color even the color of the hair as a color that is not completely agreed upon. A large amount was paid, but the result is not consistent. After washing my hair, it came back curly and the color isnot good. experience it will not be repeated Im not recommend the salon to anyone

I had a very bad experience at this place in difc, I wrote them before I went that I needed an appointment just to remove my gel nail polish and I asked them what the prices were where they told me 25 aed... but when I arrived, first they took more than half an hour to attend me when I had booking and then after they removed my nail polish they said it was 105 aed! I told them that because they had told me a different price and this was four times higher, but they only told me that because my nail polish was more resistant gel ... what makes me angry is that I do not understand why they tell you after finishing the procedure, that is a deception! Also after this I told them the situation by networks and they did not care to address my complaint and did not answer me again.

I had a wonderful time at the salon. Meryl and Mila did an amazing job. So happy with my nails.

I got my facial done (deep cleansing facial) by Misbah at the Jumeriah location and it was AMAZING. I will never go to anyone else again. She took her time doing every single step, and was so comforting and professional. Will be back again.

Have been coming to The Salon at various branches since I moved to Dubai nearly 3 years ago. Just started coming to The Ladies Club branch as its closer and convenient. Had my manicure today with Leilanie and pedicure with Jocelyn, both lovely ladies who did an amazing job! And even above and beyond to remove the acrylic stuck around my nails!I also have my eyebrows threaded by Misbah who always does an amazing job with my naturally thick brows.

I did gel manicure and it was an amazing experience. The mail technician Dominga was so amazing and did my nails very nice. Definitely recommend this salon to everyone

I have been going to Rachel to do my hair for the last couple of years and there is no one I trust more! She is incredible with colour (both natural and fun colours) and I have had the best outcomes so far.I have visited a couple of The Salon branches and they all have been great hosts to me, with incredible customer service, cleanliness and locations.The location at the Dubai Ladies Club is simply beautiful and is a must visit if you want to spend a relaxing day pampering yourself.

Cynthia did my mani and she did a great job! Mila did my pedi and also did a great job! I love my nails and I feel very comfortable during the whole experience, as we chat and laugh together.

Two days ago I went for polish removal & nail cutting for the purpose of Umrah & I was charged AED AED 149 plus vat which is the full price of full mani/pedi service.. I questioned the lady that no polishwas done, to that she said well thats the price. Then I told her that I will come for polish only after 2 days whn I am back, ironically she said well we will charge you another AED 110!!! Ridiculous!!!A month ago, I went for hair blowdry for my birthday celebration (which was on the same day) I was charged AED 150 for the blowdry then anothr AED 250 for hair-styling which the stylist spent 90 minutes for an updo which I did not ask for at all!!! She claimed that she did not hear me & instead of apologizing for wasting my time & ruining my hair for too much of hair-spray, the lady had the audacity of charging me for an updo which I did not want or like. I even asked her to open it cause it looked like I am ready for a wedding rather than a casual Birthday brunch!I jokingly asked the receptionist for a simple discount cause it was my special day, she sarcastically answered I can gice you free coffee!!!have been a client of The Salon for the last 2 yrs & referred a lot of my own friends & clients thus I would have appreciate it if they would have considered that!I am truly disappointed!

Unfortunately, the color I received was quite different from the sample shown. Being gel it was going to take a full removal and reapply. When I asked to do this (despite my limited time) I was told that it’s fine but I would pay for it. The ladies stated that if I wanted the exact colour that I had to do a different colour base first. Why would you say this after the incorrect color was applied and then not take responsibility. Very disappointed. I also notice that the ladies will push for a positive review at the end of each service “so the management will see” this indicates a fear based environment. Not happy to support such a business.

A receptionist is the image of the place - been a client for almost 3 years. I booked an appointment for full body massage to relax and had to wait full 30 minutes which added stress over my stress - the reciptionist “Vanz” did fo her job as it should be when booking the appointment- it’s so sad ruining this place after all this year being my cozy spot- not visiting again

Actually I had my medi pedi yesterday and I really don’t recommend this branch at all a lot of injuries while removing cuticles even the French manicure every finger is different.I think I will stick to Al wasl branch only as they are way more professional.

The worst experience ever.. the extensions are not as I requested, the lady in the salon did sth totally different :/ without even asking me about the length and shape i want. Also my lashes fell down from the first week .. and i even lost most of my natural lashes.. :/

I advise everyone not to come thereI went to their second branch in JBR and made My Lashes, and they were knocking out the first weekAnd I didnt say anything to them. I just called to book a second time in the second branch, and I was a little late, so I called them and told them I would be late. She said there is no problem, really, the area is the first time I visit it. The one who is at the gate must learn how to deal with customers, and I am coming from a far place. She told me that we cannot do anything for you

So happy this location opened in Dubai Ladies Club. The staff were all very welcoming and professional. Booking the appointment was a breeze. Lelanie and Mila took care of my nails while Creschill did eyelash extensions. I am super happy with my results and appreciate that Creschill took her time to make sure I liked her work. To top it off the views of the garden and sea make it an added relaxing environment. Will definitely be back.
