The salon itself is beautifully designed with a minimalistic, luxurious feel that creates such a relaxing atmosphere.Kelly is an absolute gem when it comes to hair styling! She truly listens to my preferences but also uses her knowledge to recommend what works best for my hair texture, always explaining the process so I feel completely confident. Every visit with her is like a little burst of sunshine, lifting my mood and leaving me thrilled with the results. Plus, I get so many compliments after a haircut with her! I highly recommend her!

I visited The salon Luxe located in JBR Five hotel because it was listed between top 5 salons in Dubai. And I really got what I wanted. I liked the service starting from welcoming customer, coffee, friendly staff. And the most important hair master Omar was there for me. Real professional who listens and hears, gives advice and simply does his best. And the result was really very good. I would advise this salon for anyone who would ask and definitely I will visit it next time

I alway go there, since my nail artist has moved to that branch, ive been doing my nails for 3 years now with the saloon dubai, best in town. And veggie is the best! Highly recommend!

Kelly (@hairbykellymiller) is absolutely amazing! She’s a true expert when it comes to blonde hair and has worked wonders on mine. Beyond her incredible skills, she’s such a kind and lovely person, and our conversations always make the time fly. The salon is gorgeous, and the entire team is so warm and friendly. Plus, the coffee is fantastic! Every visit is a fabulous experience – highly recommend!

I visited this salon based on the reviews and was totally surprised by the results and experience. I was staying at the hotel, so a day prior booked the appointment. I had previously made my hair platinum so just wanted to get the roots blended, to get rid of the line. For this, I was quoted a price between 500-600. After the fiasco, they charged me more than 1100 AED! Half my hair pulled out with the first comb! And, the color left - yellow. One guy that arrived after was apologetic but the one who damaged my hair totally left the scene!! Hard for me to go back with this kind of service. Going back to my stylist in Abu Dhabi to fix and repair.

THE REAL DEAL! Literally a one stop shop for all the best hair and beauty services in the UAE. I say that with absolute confidence and in particular I would like to shout out my extra talented, very special hair king John Meighan who is manager at Salon Luxe and the most fantastic colourist and stylist there is. I started going to John around a year ago after many years of hair disasters in Dubai with various other salons.I am platinum bleach blonde which is an additional advanced colour skill that not many hairdressers possess. Not only is my hair in the thickest, healthiest and best condition it’s ever been, the colour is flawless.When I first came to him, I was just off the back of a year of extensions and highlights, my hair was a mess. He managed to get my condition back AND somehow take me from a dark melted root and highlights to platinum in one sitting with minimal damage.I’ve found here that so many hairdressers take 5-6 hours to do something that was always done in 3-4 for me in the UK. John is the FIRST to get it all done in under 3 - full bleach, toner, cut and blow dry - I have thick hair so the scalp application is laborious.I cannot recommend this fantastic man and gorgeous salon enough! A shout out also to the nail technicians who did my gel mani & pedi at Salon Luxe (I’ve gone to the salon at other locations for years so I’m already a huge fan of their work) - Jeraldine and Beverly! The first pic is my nails just after having done and the second pic is today more than 2 weeks later with no chipping or sign of that happening soon. True professionals!5 stars is not enough for Salon Luxe! Well done 🩷

Ive been seeing John here for years and I dont trust anyone else with my color. EVERY blonde I know will go to him and only him, the Dubai king of blondes as you can tell from his IG, but as a brunette I also genuinely feel that hes just the best for color, period. Also just a genuinely fun lovely guy to hang out with while getting your hair done anyway.

I visited the salon today and had an amazing experience with Joseph. My hair was black, and he invested a lot of time and effort into transforming it. He bleached my hair and created a stunning balayage without causing any damage or leaving any red tones. I was initially hesitant to trust someone with my hair, but Josephs confidence and patience made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Ive been going to Kelly Miller for my hair for approximately a year and a half. Her energy is infectious. I always have a great experience with her. Most importantly Kelly is very knowledgable and very passionate about everything to do with hair. She knows very well how to make you look your best and what suits you most. I always feel like a beautiful doll every time I leave the Salon. I am very picky with who works on my hair, thats why I only go to Kelly Miller. Im very lucky I found her.

Louay and his brother are the only people I trust with the colour of my hair in dubai. They are the best.

For my hair, I’ve been going to Louay for the last 8.5months and I am always happily surprised. Even if I ask him to do something different every time, he still pulls it off. I’ve been taking all my friends and family to get their hair done by him as well, and they love his work too. Lately I’ve been doing my hair with his brother Kousay as well, and he is also very good! Thanks guys for another lovely experience!

Would not recommend. I got gel nails and they chipped 2 days after being done. I tried to book in to get them repaired and they told me I would have to pay for the repair. Not worth the money I will not be returning

I came for a bouncy blow dry with mark and I was so impressed. The salon is stunning, the staff were all so warm and welcoming. They offered me a drink and the coffee came super quick. Mark gave me the best bouncy blow dry and it also lasted a full week. Couldn’t recommend this salon enough.

Amazing salon, and Mark was absolutely brilliant he absolutely saved my hair! The salon is beautiful and all the staff were friendly and helpful. But I definitely recommend booking an appointment with mark. My hair feels fresh after he did a root drag, baby lights, low lights, and Keratine treatment. I’m absolutely obsessed!!

Kelly has been doing my hair for a long while now and I always come out feeling amazing. She takes the time to listen and always talks through the process before starting my hair. The salon is gorgeous making you feel extra pampered when there. The vallet Parking is an added bounus!

If you’re looking for balayage or highlights Kellie in the Salon Luxe is the absolute best. My hair has never looked so good before and so healthy. She’s also a fabulous person to have a chat while you’re in the chair, highly recommend!

I highly recommend Kelly as a hairstylist. I had a blonde balayage and cut which turned out amazing! She took the time to understand what I wanted and answered all my questions and educated me on balayage after care. She’s very talented and the only stylist I trust to achieve the results I’m looking for.Also, the staff are very friendly, it’s a great location and the salon is very neat and clean.

I have been getting my hair done by Loay at the Salon for nearly 3 years and every time it is amazing! From my hair extensions, to the colour, to how he blowdries and curls it - always perfection!

This is now my absolute favourite salon. Mark has done my hair before and always does the colour, cut and style perfectly. I had extensions put in this time with John and they look amazing!

I get my weekly blow dry and curls done here weekly exclusively with Louay. He’s the best. Hair actually lasts. I also get my blond highlights done with him, excellent colorist.

I travel all over the world and I only get my hair done by them.I came here with really messed up blonde hair and now it looks perfect. The most important thing to me is that my hair is styled gently, which is unfortunately not common in many salons. Here already! My hair can grow back healthily despite being blonde. Every one of my friends comes here and I wont stop raving about it.
