I had a perfect hair cut with a super specialist barber in all Dubai his name is Majed. I would like to thank you Majed with all respect of your 13 years experience . Thanks for the Salon Premium of having such experts. I advise everyone to visit and try the new styles.

After many adventures in Dubai to find someone who understands blonde hair, I met Mansour and he is a true artist!! He is by far the best hair artist I’ve had in Dubai for 9 years and I keep going back, he really transformed my hair and he’s such a kind a fun person. I highly highly recommend the Salon ✨

Katie Webster is the BEST! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with cutting my hair (very short!), it’s been 8 years and counting! Couldn’t recommend her more 🌟 and I regularly get stopped to ask they love my hair which is always a good sign of a great cut!

Awful work. I found the salon through Instagram and after having seen all the top insta models on their page and the location in Ritz Carlton, thought I will get top service. But as u can see, the manicure was done even without the base. That’s why my nails got really weak and it’s transparent!! The pedicure master was picking around the toe nail so hard that It bled and got red after. This picture is just 5 days after I went there. I have to do new manicure and pedicure now! Disappointed!

The best hair salon. Rabie is just amazing! Got my extensions by him and regularly going there for my blowdry and beach waves. The ladies at the reception are also very professional and friendly. And other stylists that I try from time to time, also very good. Highly recommend!

I’m a natural dark blonde bleached to light blonde, I had a pretty big regrowth and asked to do highlights and natural root so my hair grows out nicely. The top layer of my hair looks fine, blonde like I wanted but the whole back of my head underneath looks like it hasn’t been touched at all. There is a clear demarcation line, no highlights whatsoever, nothing is blended. I politely messaged the hairdresser with my concern but he doesn’t see an issue at all, which shocked me. 3 hrs in a chair and thousand dirhams later my hair looks like it did before, very disappointed. Photo taken 3 weeks after the appointment and was sent to the hairdresser, you can see the top layer at the front which is blonde and the layer underneath that looks untouched.

Megan is an artist and such a beautiful soul, she did a miracle on my hair when I needed it the most, I’m really grateful!

Mansour was perfect, in every way, he was receptive to my ideas and he is so knowledgeable and has a magic touch. I visites this place for the first time and chose for a gelish mani pedi. I do not recommend this place at all! There are much better hygienic, salons with much better quality products. With a better price.My cuticles are not cleaned well. My nail polish is already chipped only after 2 days!! My feet looks like no pedicure is done, the lady barely scrubbed the dead skin. Just look at the picture and imagine this is 2 days after having the manicure done.

Today i had the worst eyelash extension service.. i asked for natural classic eyelashes and i even showed her a picture of what i want and after more than 1 hour and a half i opened my eyes to see heavy Russian lashes that is waaaay to far from what i asked for. The lady who did the service also had an attitude. She barely gave me chance to explain what i want. When i asked her to show me in the middle just to make sure we are on the right track she refused and said we will see after we finish. I had to take the lashes off after wasting 1 and half hours putting them.. i am disappointed.

Always proffesional work done by Rabie for my hair, always coming back. Great skills and many years of experience, you wont regret.

The Salon, is an amazing salon. The way they take care of you right when you first enter. The best hair dresser in Dubai, ladies if you want to get your hair coloured, cut, or styled. It was my first time visiting The Salon Premium. Rabie is big professional, focused on desired results. He is pure artist. The whole experience was great, all employees are nice, smiling, approachable and caring. ❤️

Ive been a loyal customer since your first branch in JBR opened, but lately, the service has significantly declined. Despite visiting premium branches, Ive encountered several issues:- At the Ritz Carlton branch, I was given a plastic tub with Saran wrap for my feet, which isnt up to par for a premium experience.- Staff conversations in their own language included inappropriate language, despite my discomfort and objections.- Despite requesting gentle treatment for my cuticles, I ended up with bleeding and scabbing due to over-filing.- Despite requesting rubber base for durability, it wasnt applied, resulting in a broken toenail.- Ive been made to feel uncomfortable about my nail size, with staff giggling at my discomfort.- Instead of positive comments during my pregnancy, staff remarked on my swollen feet.- An acrylic refill was poorly done, leading to chipping and complete detachment within weeks, damaging my natural nail bed.I visit salons to relax and feel good, but recent experiences have left me disappointed and unwelcome. Despite providing feedback directly, I havent seen improvement. Unfortunately, Ill be discontinuing my visits to your branches.I feel your services are more focused on treating family/friends and influencers, rather than paying customers.

Incredibly frustrating, every place I go to removal it’s 20 dirhams, they wait till service was already done to tell me I had to pay 200 just to remove my nail polish, no solutions, just frustration

If youre ever looking to lighten your brows, highly advise not to do it with a lady called Nancy. I left the salon today literally looking and feeling like a clown, in tears! Came into the salon with brown brows that had overgrown a bit. Decided to lighten them a bit & get a wax. Nancy waxed them first (wrong move as its better to color first so the brow isnt sensitive from waxing).She applied the color and my brows turned pitch black! A stark ebony black! Dark, harsh and abrasive looking against my bleach blonde highlights. When I confronted her and told her this is against the brief I gave her which was clear and concise, she said I am only human. You are, but are you a professional?She then proceeds to put other chemicals, at this stage my brows were stinging and burning in pain. She was rushed, panicked, did not walk me through what she was doing, quickly removed whatever she applied for round 2 and lo and behold, even darker than the first time!Anyone who knows the BASICS of hair will tell you, you have to lift color to make it lighten. This lady applied a darker tint on my brown brows making them pitch black. Horrendous look and feeling! A gentleman named Phil (one of the hairdressers tried to salvage the situation by speaking to management) yet my brows could not be rescued given how much its burning from the wax.I will say this, management is great and they put customers first but something or another always always has gone wrong with me at this branch. The best of their people were in their JBR branch. Former experience at the Ritz branch: I once had a traumatizing experience with a hair dresser which was borderline sexual harassment (the owner did take action and suspend him from that location) and now this.I will not be returning to this location after they fix my brows.my advice: steer away from the Ritz location. They truly cannot serve you, massive language barrier with Arab hair stylists, receptionist today was too chill and did not act promptly and proactively enough either! - (I had to call her over thrice. The first time I did she told Nancy fix it and nancy proceeded to only worsen the situation).Please do not do your brows with her. She does not understand color theory, just about OK for brow cleaning but she didnt seem to know how to wax either. Her hand movements were shaky and unsure. Made my brows look boxy, unnatural and genuinely she wanted me to walk out of the salon exactly like that! Until I had to repeat myself for the 100th time that that just wasn’t the brief! She was frazzled, I should have stopped her when she was waxing I could just sense she doesn’t know what she’s doing.0/10.(Attached pic of my swollen red brow)

I booked myself for gelish manicure with a rubber base, I shared photo of my actual nails and received a confirmation that all is possible and will be done as expected (photos). I came yesterday, firstly they messed up my booking and booked me in the system for regular nail polish manicure. Ladies did their best to save the situation within the mess in their system.The therapist drilled my nails so much on top, that anytime I do something with my nails, I am in pain.They didnt have a base in a color that was approved by whatsapp, so I ended up asking them to conservate the nails and let me go to fix it in other salon.After this disaster they let me pay 126 aed for the manicure!!! I am now sitting in the competitor’s salon where they were shocked who did such mess with my nails (uneven gel application, overdrilled surface and a few cuticle cuts). I give 2 stars and not 1, just because of the great blowdry I received at the beggining of my visit as an apology for delays with the therapist. Never again.

The Salon Premium Ritz Carlton DIFC is excellent. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. And the salon has a really nice vibe.Rabie (Hair by Rabie) is a gifted hairdresser. I’ve tried a few others since I came to Dubai and he is the best I have found. The difference in my opinion is that hair is his passion ie not just a job. This shows in his work and attention to detail. He really understands his clients and has your best interests (from a hair perspective) at heart.I highly recommend both the Salon Premium and Hair by Rabie.You won’t regret it, believe me!

Had my acrylic infills done with Queen today and couldn’t be happier. She took the time and didn’t ignore any details. My nails are literally perfect!I didn’t catch the name of who did my pedicure but she was also amazing.Always such a friendly vibe in this salon and I really enjoy coming here, would highly recommend!!

Joanna is the only person I’d trust with my nails and I asked for her each time, she is an absolute superstar and has helped me go from using acrylics for over 10 years to having strong enough nails for Gel overlays. I come here regularly to get my nails done and I’ve always been happy with the services, especially from Marijan. I also go to The Salon in other locations. The gel mani-pedi combination is really reasonably priced for DIFC at 199AED. I also needed my hair and make-up done for a professional photo and they were able to organize a great make-up session with Tori and hair styling for me.

The staff are amazing! I love them! The location is great as I have a Privilee membership and can use the gym before or after my treatments. Their prices are nice as well. I only wish they had better pedicure services and color options for classic color.

I visited the salon yesterday and got my nail extensions done for the first time in my life by the queen herself “Queenie”. She was a true queen, so friendly, professional and welcoming, my nails are so beautiful. I will definitely go back to her. 🫶🏽

Worst customer experience ever. The technician who did my lashes injured my eyes , she kept the glue stick inside my eye.. I suffered for days and used medical eye drop to ease the pain .. when I called to complain , the best they could do was to propose either a discount next time !! Or to refund my money but asked me to go back to remove my lashes !!!! This is a one of a kind proposal I got in Dubai in 17 years ! This place lacks of any empathy as well .. I do not recommend the salon to anyone , the staff were rude . When the technician was poking my eye 4 times , I said I’m not comfortable , her colleague responded to me in a very rude way !!!!!

I did a mani pedi package plus french tips and nail art. Joanna did an amazzzing job it was so beautiful.... I hope the quality is good but it looks amazing now and it was a great experience. She is very talented!

Beware!!!My sister goes to this salon regularly to get her nails done and her dyed and had always been satisfied with the results until now. The hair stylist who usually did her hair was not available so she chose to try another one. When he bleached her hair, he noticed it had turned out orange-ish and proceeded to use a lot of toner to try to correct the color. In the end, it still turned out copper, but he reassured her the color would change and lighten up with a few washes. He then asked her to please do a video for their instagram account and although my sister was not satisfied with the result, she agreed to do the video out of politeness and because of the promise that the hair would change. The hairstylist also told her to come back in 3 weeks so he could finish fixing her hair.When she came back 3 weeks later because her hair had turned completely orange, the same hairstylist told her there was no solution but to dye her hair dark to match her roots. My sister did not want this so she asked to be refunded in part. When the manager called her, she was very dismissive and rude, refusing to listen to any of the feedback. She said that my sister looked happy in the videos and that she probably ruined her hair on her own and that the salon has no control over that. The manager further blamed Dubai’s water for the color even though my sister uses a water filter and has never had this happen before in the 5 years that she’s lived there. The manager told her, “it just looks like you were happy with the result and 3 weeks later you need toner,” and refused to give her any sort of compensation. What was the lost infuriating was the attitude she had towards my sister who was just being honest about her experience, which had been a good one before this.When my sister commented on some of the salon’s posts on Instagram about her experience to warn others, her comments were deleted as were other comments from random people who had further questions for her. In the end, they blocked her account. It wasn’t about the refund but how they responded… my sister would have been content even without a refund if they had been open and listened to her concerns earnestly.So beware! My sister liked this salon before and regularly went there, but after such poor customer service and a refusal to even acknowledge any kind of negative feedback or be cordial in any exchange, I would recommend to think twice before coming here.

I did brown lamination with the lady name October. First I wanted to do HD brows, but she suggested me to do brown lamination instead and the result is fabulous! And I love it! Definitely coming for her again for my next appointment.

Amazing service! Be sure to book in with Toufic for balayage - you will not be disappointed. This was my first time trying balayage, so I was a little apprehensive at first. My hair had an unwanted orange tinge after a bad experience at a different salon, but Toufic completely transformed it! It is now super shiny, healthy and has a beautiful balayage. Thank you, Toufic! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DONT GO.I went in for a balayage, which I’ve been getting for years and Roumani turned my hair orange.He said to wait a month and with shampoos yhe color would get better. I returned 3 weeks later because I was SO unhappy having my hair orange. However, he didn’t have the slightest idea how to fix it. He wanted to dye my hair all one color and when I refused he then suggested completely covering my roots so we can make the orange disappear. I left without getting anything done but before leaving asked to get some reimbursement or credit for the awful job. When management came back to me they were incredibly rude. They blamed it on me by saying it was poor maintenance on my side. Then when I said I had gotten balayages before they switched the narrative saying it was probably Dubai’s water???!! I told them I had been living in Dubai for a number of years and this has never happened. So then they said that in the “after” picture Roumani took I looked happy so therefore this is a case of me just changing my mind. The lady was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional as is expected from trashy salons like this.I went into their instagram to comment on my experience and then they BLOCKED ME from their account. Is this professional? Glossing their social media accounts?

I use Ellen at the Salon- she is just great! My lashes last so long and look so full! I would definitely recommend Ellen and booking in for Russian or classic lashes!!

Went in for HD Brows, mistakenly mentioned to them that its my first time getting it done. So they tried to dupe me with Brow tinting instead of doing the actual HD brow treatment. Nobody came to discuss or ask/answer any questions about my preferences, concerns.Hate hate HATE it when salons here in Dubai do this. I went in with the intention that this branch is convenient, right next to my workplace, can be my go-to place.Please stop assuming that people are ignorant and don’t do their homework before a treatment.

I saw already bad comments for the another branch. But same bad bad services. The lady told me for gelish removal 25 aed then after 100 aed but the manager will do discount it’s will be 45 aed but hands 75 aed and the prices depends from where you book Instagram or hotel…. It’s the bad services and salon i try in dubai there’s a lot of verry nice salon I recommend for everyone to not do the same mistake

I had booked the hair appointment with with rabi for 12 pm today but he came late at 12.30 pm and then he did the hair colour and i was as not satisfied with the result so I told him about it instead of being kind and polite he showed bad attitude and rude behaviour and he was arrogant .I dont even want to give 1 star for his behaviour .
