I’ve been going to The Salon Dubai for my nails since a while, and I can’t recommend it and my beautician Ellie enough! Her attention to detail is outstanding, and she always makes sure my nails look absolutely perfect. The salon experience is always relaxing and friendly. If youre looking for someone who is talented, professional, and truly cares about their clients, Ellie at The Salon Dubai is the one to see! Super recommend 😍😍😍

I’ve been coming to this Salon and doing full set acrylics with Ellie for over a year. 9 years in Dubai and no one has ever done my nails better than Ellie. She is so talented and has super high attention to detail. What I really appreciate about Ellie too is that she has the knowledge to advise you on nail shape, color, length based on your hands and fingers - ever since I listened to her, I get compliments on my nails every single time 💅💗

Very poor quality of all services, bith nails and lashes and even the receptionists are so rude. Ill never come back again. I used to do acrylic infill regularly and had to come back few times as nails would break even same day right after leaving the salon... plus they even changed me to repair the broken nails. Very poor quality and waste of money. Ill never come back again

I cannot recommend Sana enough at The Salon. She’s my go to technician for threading, waxing and LVL. Her work is perfection and pays great attention to her work. Sana is so friendly and really takes on board my requests. I would not go to anyone else!

I had a very disappointing experience with this manicure technician. She was quite curt and lacked care in her work. During the manicure, she cut my cuticles so harshly that they started bleeding, and now all my nails are hurting. It was clear she was using the tools roughly and without proper technique. On top of that, the nail polish application was patchy, uneven, and thick in some areas—definitely not the quality I expected. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the technician at The Salon- Marina

Sana did my eyebrows today, tinting and waxing. I absolutely love them, Ive never had them done this well before. She was so so friendly and welcoming! And made me feel at ease. You have definitely found a client for life!

I cannot recommend Sana enough for your eyebrow. She is AMAZING!. Whenever she threads it for me, I feel no pain and the shape comes out really good. It always a good chat with her while my eyebrow threading appointment with her. Highly recommend!

I was in Dubai on vacation at the beginning of May and I went to do a gel manicure at The Salon because the one I did back home did not even last at full day. I can tell you that I had the best experience at The Salon. The staff is very welcoming and professional. They take their time doing your nails. It shows that for them it’s quality over quantity.It’s now been a month and my manicure is still intact (you can see in the picture). I’m so impressed by the quality of the gel they use. I wouldn’t even bother doing my own nails if I had this place back home. I would recommend The Salon to anyone who is looking for a professional manicure that will last

Got my lashes done here yesterday whilst on holiday and have been in pain since. Woke up with blood shot eyes and an extreme scratching feeling every time I closed my eyes. Returned to the studio today to get them fixed and the lady kept telling me she couldn’t see any issues, I had to explain to her what was wrong (applied too close to the lid and actually on the lid) she just kept asking me if it’s the first time I’ve had my lashes done as if I just didn’t know what lashes should feel like (I get them done every 3 weeks back home and know what correctly applied lashes feel like) took many lashes off without reapplying which has relived some of the pain but with no offer for a partial refund. Don’t recommend for lash extensions.

Never again , the receptionist girl was so rude, and they charged me more money for nothing, and there was no additional services they want more money for the same color and , also I booked for hands and feet then they told me there we dont have time to continue with you and I didnt even finish one hour, I never ever have seen rude receptionist like this and the service so bad they just want scam you and they saying go talk to the management its there rules not for us a d they damaged my nails and refused to fix it .

I went to the salon JBR for my eyebrows threading and tinting (I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t been for them doing anywhere since moving to Dubai) but Sana did such an amazing job I love them!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Shauna and Elsie also did my gel manicure and pedicure and I have never seen my nails look so beautiful before, and they really do last. Would really recommend this salon to anyone 🙌🏾💕

Bad experience I always go to the salon in Jbr And this is my first time to the salon in Marina, just one day my nail broke, and they fixed it, then after 3 hours the other nail broke again.

Sana is amazing here. I usually get HD Brows done with her, but I finally decided to do the brow lamination after Sana’s advice and I am so happy I did. They’ve made such a difference to my face, I’m obsessed with them! I also got a lash lift done and love them also after years of eyelash extensions. Sana is the best part about this salon. She’s always so kind, helpful, sweet and I love getting to talk to her during my treatments.

Had a deep cleaning and dermaplaning facial done by the lovely Sana. Highly recommend this procedure occasionally for you to start seeing results. Final touch was the eyebrow threading. Will definitely make this salon my monthly spot!

I think I might have to move to dubai so Sana can thread my eyebrows every week. I came in with bushy uneven eyebrows from getting in done at random places while I was traveling. I was hoping I got Sana to do my eyebrows based on google reviews and when I saw her name tag I was so happy. Sana LIVES UP to the hype and I am literally obsessed with my eyebrows. I visited this Salon at Dubai Marina. The girl who did my nails did a good job and was pleasant. However, besides her, the other staff were rude and unpleasant. The woman who threaded my eyebrows asked silly, uncomfortable and unwanted questions. When paying, their card reader could not read the chip in my card and as I was trying to figure out what the problem was, the woman at the counter was nasty, raising her voice, saying that there was an issue with my bank. I had used the card several times without any problems. Overall, an unpleasant experience with rude staff who did not know how to be patient with and treat clients politely.

Kelly is my go to person when it comes to hair services, she is so nice, open to hear your wishes and definitely understands your hair type and its needs after the first touch. For threading and eyebrows, Sana is also amazing, she is paying attention to the details, asks you what you want, explains you what shape would fit your face and what are the steps to reach that shape and leaves your eyebrows very nice and clean.

Did eyebrows threading and upper lip with Sana! Shes an amazing professional, polite and friendly and also very fast! I love the service, for sure Ill come back!

Never again for eyelashes! Ive been doing my eyelashes for many years and across different salons and this is the first time ive ever experienced such a distressing experience (2 days ago).During the procedure, my right eye began to burn and sting however, my concerns escalated after the appointment when I noticed that my right eye was significantly red and inflamed. The situation worsened overnight, and I woke up the next morning with a swollen, red painful eye.I immediately went to see an eye specialist in a hospital, who diagnosed me with a chemical burn on the cornea and conjunctival sac. The doctor also commented on the poor technique used by the lash technician, specifically noting that the lashes on the right eye were glued too close to the skin instead of the lash. This uneven application is visibly apparent as the lashes on the right side are dropping down more than those on the left eye. The doctor has prescribed a range of antibotic medications and eye drops that I must take over the course of five days to aid in my recovery.Considering the salons positive reviews, this whole experience has been very disappointing, causing harm, time and money. Additionally, I found the reclined chair used for the procedure uncomfortable, giving me neck pains midway. In contrast, other salons ive been to offer a more comfortable bed which is expected for a 2 hour+ procedure.I hope the salon can address quality of service and technique issues as id hate for this to happen to other customers.Ps. Ive done my nails here in the past, the lady wasnt careful and cut a bit of my skin which was also disappointing as that was painful for a few days.Goodluck to others.

They dont have much of colors when it comes to mani& pedi. i wanted a baby pink & they didnt have that =/. paid 168 aed for gels mani & normal pedi & the gel came out only after one week. I paid less & lasted longer than that.Staff was alrite but usually the staff asks the customer if they atleast want water nothing

I used to go to this salon when it was just opened - maybe around 3yrs ago. It was nice and lovely. I even recommended this salon to some of my friends who are still current clients. Yesterday, as my current salon was fully booked, I tried to book an appointment for a few services in this salon. They gladly took my appointment, which I was very thankful.However, I had the worse experience with the staff. When I came in, the staff started complaining about the receptionist taking my booking last minute (in their own language) which I can understand. The staff were thinking that I cannot understand what they were saying. I had a treatment on a small room with 2 lazy boy chairs (not a normal bed) and another staff was sitting in the same treatment room on the other lazy boy chair the whole time. At some point, another staff opened the door and asking my therapist loudly to slow down my treatment so as she wont have time to do my next treatment or something else. Then when I had another treatment outside, staff were again talking about me in their own language, which again, I can understand. It was very unrespectful, but I really tried not to say anything. My nails was hurt a few times, but the therapist apologised each time. She was just doing it very fast. The girls work like machine and it was too crowded - maybe because it is end of month. Then the staff started complaining about the smell in the toilet. And were making fun of it. I hope they did not think that I did the mess in their toilet because I didnt! The toilet was actually disgusting. They have drinking water containers in the toilet and a huge outdoor type garbage container which was full of trash. I would never drink anything from that salon knowing that the drinking water came from that toilet.I decided not to proceed with the rest of the services I requested - and then I heard more complains from the girls. I have not done anything bad or behaved inappropriately since the time I came in the salon up to the time I left.Im a very descent person and I always try to treat everyone around me nicely and with respect. I believe, my only mistake was that I booked last minute! This experience was unreal, totally disgraceful, and I do not deserve it.

I would like to share how great sana is and her precise work on eyebrows I’ve never had eyebrows done so perfectly and symmetric, absolutely a lovely bubbly person and amazing service !!! If you want to get your eyebrows done please go with sana you won’t be disappointed

Got recommended by my friend to get my hair done by Kelly. From the start I trusted her completely and she really looked at what my hair needed to get the best results. The results were amazing and I’m so happy! Never in my life I had so many compliments about my hair, definitely recommend and I’ll come back for sure! Following the recommendations from my sons friends, my son booked me in for a pamper day at the salon after arriving from the UK. The service and experience I received was second to none. Marilou and Beverly did an absolutely fabulous job with my manicure and pedicure. Far better than the service I have had in the UK. I had eyebrow threading with Sanna, followed by a back massage. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The massage took away the stiffness and pain, getting rid of all my knots. I will be back for another massage before I fly home. I then had my hair cut with Kelly. I really enjoyed the conversation I had with Kelly. She is such a lovely and bubbly person. In fact everyone who works there are a real asset to the salon. Thank you for being so helpful with my son when he made the booking. I will of course be recommending you to my friends when they visit Dubai.

Disappointing and Very bad quality of the used materials in mani-padi , it started peeling and breaking after only a week, and when I asked them to fix that , they blamed me because of my daily routine, that I was the one who spoiled them!!!!They asked me to fix them for 30 dirhams per nail, or to pay the full service from the beginning and have them done again.I usually do in another salon and the nails remained in good condition and the material was solid without any cracking or breakage , I’ll never visit again!!!

Had an appointment with Megan Young last week for balyage. Not only was the result nowhere near what I asked for (color was very yellow and not blended), I came out of the appointment with significant breakage, especially around my bangs area (which is quite visible). I appreciate the Salon providing me the opportunity to fix it with another stylist (Semon- who worked a miracle) although I think the appropriate action would be to provide a refund considering the damage that was done and time wasted. I wanted to leave this review so others can avoid having the same experience I did.

Very bad experience with The salon Sky tower. Yesterday I did normal mani and padi. The girl who did my padi cut 3(!!!) my fingers and just put some antibacterial spray and clean the blood with dirty towel that she used to clean and dry my foot before. I asked her in advance do not cut skin around, just little be, but she did it not neat and aggressive.The girl for mani was ok, she did fast and nice but unfortunately the polish start come off in the same day. Usually 3-4 days its perfect, but this time it just for 1 day.Never come back

It was my first time here - and oh my - I was soooo happy with the service provided by staff members especially Sana - who patiently performed all her tasks with utmost care and perfection. I have my nails the same length and shape for the last 5 years or more, the lady here filed my nails down really short and when I realised what she had done she proceeded to tell me that was how I had asked for them. Really awful experience, the manager then proceeded to tell me that was also what I had asked for! My nails looked better going in for in-fills than they did when I left

From the manager Faith who always takes good care of her clients with such enthusiasm, to Beverly who makes my nails perfectly every single time and Sanaa who gets my perfect eyebrow shape. Overwall, every lady working at the salon does a great job joyfully which is always a blast!

This is my favorite place in Dubai to pamper myself. Sanaa has been doing my bikini and eyebrows for months now and I wouldn’t want to have anyone else do it now. Ellie did my nails for the first time today and they look great and she was of great advice. I really recommend this salon !

I visited The Salon SkyView Marina branch for second time to do lash lift. I highly recommend Sana. Beautiful soul. I just wanted to do lash lift but I ended up drowning in relaxing mode of complimentary head / scalp massage. My lashes look incredible.The only thing to improve is acrylic smell spreading across entire place. I hope it can be improved by proper ventilation.

Always flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments and swift to confirm availability.She offers a truly personalised service, if you want a natural fluttery look or more dramatic “Russian style” she always nails it! I go to hot yoga daily and still seem to have great lash retention with her also.The salon itself is clean and friendly, unpretentious which is hard to find in dubai. Strongly recommend the salon and Shiela!

When I arrived in the salon, I first smelled a terrible odour - I really hope the staff won’t get sick with such chemical vapors. I am very disapointed with my nails. The color is very beautiful and the lady was Nice, but when I went out the salon I noticed that my nails were battered. Absolutely nothing to do with Instagram pictures. I won’t come anymore.

I always pop in randomly for a wax and Sana is a star. Other than her waxing being on top form (she stresses over hair even I cant see) shes also super fast, easy to be around and really enjoys her job. Love your work, babe.

I had a terrible experience at this place when I booked an appointment to get my lashes done. The “artist” who was doing my lashes was completely rude and unmannered since I arrived, when she was doing her job she applied liquid to my lashes that burned my eyelids. She saw that I couldnt see anything I was asking for help and she didnt do anything she gave me a cotton ball saying that I need to clean it by myself. What kind of service was that? I was so afraid of my eyes I got blind for a period of time and she never helped me. I would never go back to this place and would not recommend anyone do their lashes here. do not trust or put in risk the health of your eyelashes and eyes here.

Sana did an amazing job with my brows within 10 minutes, hair cut by Victoria was GORG and i am super happy🫶 but the receptionist was a bit rude and arrogant towards my mom when she tried to book an appointment for hair color🥲

The Salon offers a great price for a manicure and pedicure but the quality of the manicure is disappointing. The polish isn’t applied in a nice smile line at the base of the nail (very jagged edge at the base) and there is gel polish on my actual fingers. I’m very disappointed with the manicure.Edit - gel peeled off after 4 days and The Salon will not fix the manicure. I need to pay 75 AED + VAT to get the nails fixed.Please avoid.

Salon itself looks good. The lady who made my nails didn’t even bother herself to file my nail on the right hand in order to make the same length. Now the length of the nails somehow different. When I asked her why, she said she forgot.Poor quality

I was doing my pedicure there for few months in a row and in the end finished doing surgery of my big toe as they cut nails on sides , in meat, and I got them ingrown. Got terrible infection. Obviously unqualified people is working there.

Unbeatable prices for sure compared to high end salon in dubai for gel mani and pedi combos and really nice nail art also.have not found yet a technician i can stick to as no one impressed me over the top so far but the work is good for sure.they should absolutely improve the way the manage clients on the phone - when you call a salon and they reply with hello? its weird and unprofessional let alone they are never properly polite and just wash you off somehow. definitely not the best reception and ive called numerous times now.

Never again. Upon booking i was told the bayalage highlights with complementary cut was 650 AED + VAT (I actually have the booking conversation messages). Coming there, based on my hair I was advised that I will need several things and the price will be 1100 AED. In the end when I went to pay, I was told I needed to pay 1.700 AED because they did treatments which I was not fully informed on. I have been to many salons but this was the worst experience. I am really really disappointed and will never return.

Im a tourist in town , needed to do my mani-pedi.I booked in another salon in Al Barsha which apparently havent heard about Gel nails !!!They literally cut my skin and polished the previous gel till my fingers start bleeding .I stopped in the middle , looked online ,called crying!!! to THE SALON IN SKYVIEW JBR ,the receptionist Ms.Faith heard me crying ,and asked me to come immediately .I’ve been taken care by two angels !!! Ms. Rachel & Ms. Beverly ! They both worked gently , with such an amazing care !!! And did an amazing job !!!I would like to thank all the three beautiful angels for their quick respond and urgent but gentle super job .I’ll surly coming back !Thank you again and I’ll be happy to share photos of before and after 😊

A very trashy place. The two Philipino ladies that did my mani + pedi were acting very strangely and behaving like I was interrupting their conversation, chatting and laughing with each other at the top of their voice. The woman doing my manicure cut my finger twice which is still bleeding. They also badmouthed each customer that left so Im guessing same applied to me. Pedicure didnt involve any scrubs or foot massage as is the norm. Another branch of the same salon mixed up my booking and claimed they didnt recieve my booking. Couldnt wait to get out of this craphole. Avoid if you can :)
