I went for gel manicure and pedicure. I had the best and sweetest nail artists (Dikra and Chay). So happy with the nails and thank you for the relaxing moment.

I was so impressed that she did this jewelry work perfect and for short time. And actually she is first master who handled my lashes coz usually new set I do refill in 2 days but Janis handled it and I just need regular refill in 4 weeks. Yes, girls 4 weeks not 3 weeks. Only a few nail technicians are actually good and educated about all nail techniques. The ones I had at my last visit were a disaster.The lady doing my toes filed them so short, she tore my skin after telling her multiple times that she should stop because I’m in pain.The lady doing my hands didn’t listen to my requirements. I’ve got trauma from getting my cuticles pushed back and she did them anyway without my consent. She insisted!My nails were a complete mess. I was embarrassed to even show my friends.2 days after, 2 nails chipped.1 week later, none of my nails were seemed properly so they all started to lift.I removed all of them myself because I couldn’t stand how I ugly they were.The customer service is also just a joke.

The only time Ive been to a salon and not been disappointed. My mother and I both got our hair done by Hanan who was very lovely and did exactly what we wanted, I recommend her to anyone who is thinking of going.

Wilma is my favourite hair stylist! She is professional, passionate and very caring! She always does the best colour for me.. I will travel the world for her to do my hair 😊

I did my lashes and it was one of the worst! Its not comfortable at all i kept feel like there is something in my eye in addition to they started falling from the first day 😅Their treatment is unprofessional 👎🏻

Have been coming to YinYang almost 3 years already for my nail extensions and Im truly happy with their service. The ladies are very friendly and booking an appointment is easy. I always see Yolina, she is very quick and gentle with the file, and does my nails perfectly.I also feel that their prices are very reasonable considering Dubais general overpriced services. My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures as a holiday treat and we’re not disappointed. There were 4 lovely ladies who did our nails. Unfortunately I can only remember the name of Chia but they were all extremely friendly and polite and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this salon.

The Salon at JBR, I have been going there for almost 5 years and always do Glitter on my Nails (10 Nails) with no extra cost.I do only pay for my Combo Gelish + Rubber Base but never for my Glitter as I don’t do Nail Art - it is just few glitters at the top of each nail.Then, today I got shocked by charging me AED 25 on my Glitter (as attached picture) which I have been doing for almost 5 years with the same technician … What kind of attitude is that for a loyal customer?Ladies at the reception have always the noise up (not sure what the reason is) and the Manager apparently does not speak with the customers to recover.Not sure what kind of service they are offering now and I am very disappointed (it is not about the money, it is the entire situation).Additional to the above, they got new Gelish Machines which are not good quality to the extend my nail polish does not stay that long like before. Is that kind of trick here?Maybe it is the time for me to look for a better service!

I have been going to Yin Yang, The Salon JBR for years. I get a gel mani-pedi every 3/4 weeks with Yolina and Dilka. These ladies are super professional and friendly, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, because of them.My nails never chip or break.Thank you ladies! See you soon! X

Im giving it this rating because of only one incidenceAllthough i regularly go there. They refused to fix my gelish mani pedi which was done a week only before that. Gelish is supposed not to peal for a month at least. And i did this before and it never did. This time when i asked them thinking that they will fix it coz it was only a week after . They refused saying that the policy is only for 5 days.This is very dissapointing.

Ive been going to this salon for a while to get my nails done and they never disappoint. The ladies are so sweet and if I am ever unhappy about something (which almost never happened except once) they immediately offer to fix it.

Haven’t had more ugly strange eyelash extensions......Updated : As they start to fall out I see that instead of 2D lashes I have got some huge volume, heavy lashes which destroys mine.The glue is put also a lot! Lashes are attached far from the growth line so putting extra weight on a natural lash.Asked for natural looking 2D lashes in cat eye form and got huge lashes which are definitely not in a form of a cat eye , they are put is such a bizarre way , like starting from around 6,7 then 10,11 and then again some 8. Triangle alike.

I highly recommend this salon. I went there twice: once for an acrylic refill and once for a hair wash and straight blow dry. Both times I was very happy about the professionalism and the great results. Thank you!

I have been going to the Salon in Sadaf JBR especially to see Janice for eyelashes for at least 2 years. She’s absolutely amazing! As long as Janice is there, I won’t go anywhere else. She’s so gentle, it’s like having them done by a fairy. I absolutely love the results every single time and always come away feeling relaxed. My eyes look so much better as the eyelashes really open them up. I literally can’t live without my eyelashes done by Janice. She’s 100% first class!!! If you can’t get in with Janice, her sister is amazing too.

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Get your nails done literally anywhere else.One of my nails was broken and instead of just making the other ones slightly shorter, the woman cut all of my nails extremely, ridiculously short without asking. It was not necessary to cut them that short at all and unfortunately I did not realize until it was too late. I don’t think my nails have ever been this short in my life, my fingers look weird.Edges of gel polish near the cuticles on both my hands and feet are really poorly done, not neat work at all. Polish on toes does not sit flat like it should and edges on the the big toes are very bad. Not professional quality at all, worst I’ve ever received.I will probably need to go get my nails repainted at least, unfortunately will have to wait a long time for my nails to grow out again.Gel polish is very poor quality and has a weird chemically smell to it. I’ve gotten many gel manicures and never smelled anything like this.Salon itself is unclean and the chairs are covered in nail dust and dirt, not cleaned anytime recently.

The service is below low like lower than the Titanic for real!!! unprofessional stuff!! the place is so dirty and their is bugs everywhere i’m so sick from the people who lies in the reviews!!! I was living a real life nightmare!! I don’t know how this place is open

I have attended this salon 3 times now for following services: Gel Manicure, Hard Gel Overlay (Manicure), French Gel Pedicure.I was impressed by all 3 services. My last gel manicure was done by Yolina and it was a job well done. Even after 2/3 weeks the polish is lasting. Her technique, skill and service was fabulous.Thank you!

Lash service quality varies. Typically done well however many pieces fall off in the first week. Staff however is very rude and not helpful. They clearly keep a bias towards clients if any criticism is given, lady at the reception is very unprofessional as well and lied about the technician having a next client after we arrived a few minutes late just because she didn’t want to do the service anymore. Will not be returning and won’t recommend.

Had my eyebrows threaded and tinted and then pedicure by Chai and she was super friendly and loved the results on both my treatments. Would definitely recommend. Also had a manicure and I’m very sorry I didn’t take the ladies name but she created some beautiful nail art and was also super friendly. Will definitely be returning.

Today was my first time at Yin Yang Salon. I had my finger nails done and also a pedicure. I was very happy with how they turned out. Everyone was very nice and the prices are very affordable compared to other nail salons in Dubai. I will be going back when I need my nails done again.

I had an incredible experience with Rose and Dilka at The Salon! Rose did my manicure, almond shaped with French tip, just the way I liked it, while Dilka was taking care of my pedicure that has never looked so good! My nails were in deep need of love and they were so thorough and nice, I can’t imagine going anywhere else anymore. Thank you ladies!

I am a loyal customer since 2018! I love this salon cause of their super friendly and energetic staff. My beautiful acrylic nails are always done by the wonderful Yolina. She is the best! My pedicure revolves around Test, Weng and Lani whomever is available but they always turn out to be fresh and clean! Highly recommend! 🙌🏼💯❤️

I usually get my gel pedi here which is cheap but always looks great.Yesterday I also got acrylic extensions for my holiday. Yolina is amazing!! She was SO accurate, neat and gentle yet quick. Usually I’d be sat for 3 hours getting the same quality (probably worse) than what she’s done for me in less than an hour.Some of the best nails I’ve ever had done!!Will be a regular of yinyin now for sure! 😘

I go to this salon regularly. Yin Yang Al Wasl salon is always such a nice place for self care. They’re services are high quality. I get my lashes done by Marie- she is very precise and makes it look natural. I get pedicures and manicure done by the other nice ladies there. Prices are also good! Much recommended.

I always do my nails at the Salon with Tess&Dilka. I book every time with these 2 ladies as i think they are the best ones for making gelish pedi and nail extensions! My nails always stay nice looking very long time without any breakage. Tess&Dilka are also very friendly to me and i always feel happy getting my nails done by them.

I had a set of Russian lashes done by Ellie, she asked me lots of detail to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and I am so happy with them I will definitely be back! Afterwards I had a manicure and pedicure by jenny and Chay, they were both very friendly and meticulous in making sure my nails were even and how I wanted. I had a little bit of nail art on 2 finges and Jenny made sure she kept doing it until she was happy they were perfect!I felt so relaxed after my morning here even though it was busy in the salon nobody rushed and they made sure I was happy with it all before I left :)

Ive even using this salon for the last 4 years and its been absolute pleasure. Especially I highly recommend Yolina if you want to do a nail extensions. Your nails will look natural, beautiful, will last for long time without any breakage . Another thing which is very important for women who doesnt have much time, the services adont take long time like in most of the salons and yet you get best service ever. Very highly recommended

Worst place for lashes. Rude lash technician, she didn’t listen to what I wanted. I came back to remove a few lashes and she removed the entire set whilst damaging my original lashes. They are using VERY Cheap quality THICK lashes.

After reading good reviews from this place so I booked an eyelash extensions appointment for a friend of mine before her wedding. But the lashes or glue was clumpy she had to remove it due to eye irritation and her natural lashes was falling off with the extensions(bold spot). I don’t recommend this place.

I always book my nails at The Salon, Yin yang JBR! Why? Because of the lovely ladies specially Weng, Tess and Geraldine, they never make me down! Their quality of work and outstanding customer service are superb! I always get compliments with my clients and friends and I always recommend the salon and specially the ladies! A great place to relax and destress. I highly recommend and I can’t wait to have my next appointment with them!

I always use Dilka for my gel mani/pedis, she is amazing! Ability to do any nail art design that I ask for or show her and in a quick time. Very friendly and makes my time in the salon better. Always smiling and patient even when I change my mind on nail colours 3 times before she does it haha!

Just terrible! The Lady at the reception is really unfriendly and most of the ladies doing nails seem like they hate their job. Plus I did my gel nails and within a few three nails broke and one week later one more, that makes it the 4th. I don’t understand all the good reviews over here. My experience was terrible my I am definitely never coming back again!!!

Between all 10 locations, the salon have everything! My spray tan at golden mile was perfect, it lasted so long & faded off my skin evenly! I’ve had my make up & eyebrows done with Tori & now I wouldn’t trust anyone else! All the hair stylists are so friendly, experienced & professional! Very disappointed with the salons JBR lack of customer care with an incident that has unfolded. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and do most of my beauty services here. When I kindly asked for a manager to call me to discuss the issue no one has bothered to even do so. Not impressed at all.

I came into the salon - Ying Yang Al Sadaf 3 branch, and had been booked an appointment with Melody who was recommended from speaking over the salon’s social media page. I had my hair washed, and then was told she was unable to cut my style of hair (I have a simple hair cut, a bob). I was told to leave to go to another salon with my hair dripping down my face and neck, and not even combed through, even though I had an event later that evening that I specifically had booked for. Leaving me with long and wet hair, also late for a work event. Extremely unprofessional service. Do not recommend!

I have always had a great experience with my Gelish manicure and pedicure at their Wasl branch! Erlin does my nails usually and shes fabulous specially with ombre! Highly recommend this place !

I went to get my makeup done by Nina the makeup artist in Al wasl, and I must say that I was amazed by her work.. My makeup looked perfectly beautiful, not fake looking or too much, well blended, my features defined, eyelashes, subtle contour.. I would definitely recommend Nina to do anyones makeup, and im definitely coming back again. It was worth writing a review for, thats how much I was impressed.

I made a booking for eyebrows threading at 8.30pm. But suddenly at around 6:30 I received a call from the lady she was asking if i can come at 7:30pm i said okay i will try my best and after 5 mins she called again and asked me to come at 7pm due to they will be closed, and after spoiling my mood for a while she found out that im another person, cuz i said it’s impossible to come in a less than 30mins to their saloon. So at 7.30 even for a few mins earlier i reached the place. And what happened next really shocked me. I waited for 10-15 minutes and lady is coming to me and saying that they cant do my threading for my brows. And they sent me to another branch which took away my time, spoiled my mood ! Very unprofessional staff !!!!!!

Booked for nails and lashes and walked from my house along JBR only to be told I did not have an appointment! After 30 minutes of arguing and exchanging screen shots of the messages FROM THEIR OWN TEAM telling me to go to the Yin and Yang branch they very unhappily found someone to bring me to the Rixos branch where I also had a terrible experience. Avoid, unprofessional, rude staff who can’t even communicate with each to her never mind customers.

Yolina and Geraldine did my nails and as usual I am super super impressed with their amazing service. There is no salon that can compare, even when I travel I cant wait to get back to Dubai to see them because no one can do it like they can.

I have decided to visit the place for eyebrow & eyelash lamination combo. The result is that my eyebrows got tinted and much darker without permission and then some more product for lamination was applied😦 , as an effort to lighten them, which actually can damage the hair a lot. For ladies who want to do the procedure and as an information : tint on the same day is NOT suggested by any professional.( especially applied by force!)I have done the same procedure in the past (another salon) and I must say that this time my eyebrows hair got seem harsh, a bit cut or permed and the skin is very irritated.it’s for sure not the result that I had before.Also , the eyelashes seem inconsistent, at the one eye are lifted and some at the other one are quite curled 👀In case there is someone who actually reads the reviews and care for the business ,I believe they should make sure that there are certain procedures that not everyone from the staff can do and realize that their employees must be well trained and certified for specific process.The receptionist did not charge me the eyebrow procedure at the end , but still it’s not about the cost but the result with which I had to come home with. I was hoping more on a professional solution -if any -and not a ‘remove from the bill solution’.Anyway , I am waiting for a contact from some one as the manager was busy, at least to tell me what I should apply or do with my little hair.Lesson learnt though and ladies be mindful about ‘combo prices’ that seem luring and good, it doesn’t worth to put any hair/the way you look at risk🙌🏻I hope they can use the feedback and improve some things as I would like to give them a chance and try some other services. Got sad though.

Worst experience in a beauty salon in Dubai.My appointment was at 8 PM, and the salon apparently closed at 9 PM in Al Wasl.The pedicure technician was very rude, and she was just passing through my toes, not even bothered to do proper job.I didnt understand why they were so in a rush to finish off, not even letting me choose a color or see options much.Two separate technicians did my nails last night, and you can tell the difference in technique.When i randomly asked what time they close? Both of the ladies jumped to say, at 9 PM, that’s why we are rushing because we need to catch our ride home, otherwise we need to wait for the next one after 1 hour.And is that even my problem?? Why you accept a customer at 8 PM then?Anyhow, one of them even went along to say that “ She actually finished her duty, and was just helping out the colleagues”.I didnt want to start complaining there because obviously there was no manager or supervisor, however a very very disappointed service, where I’m paying full price and i dont even get a good service.

Every time I come I leave incredibly happy and satisfied. This is by far the best salon in Dubai. Jo and Dili at Oasis Beach tower are simply wonderful, so professional and friendly and do the best mani-pedi! Thank you so much ladies.

I came in for a full hair color. The stylist let me know that she couldnt do the color I was asking for as it wasnt achievable (black to grey - on this point, I only went to the salon based on images they showed on their IG) however, she said ash blonde is achievable to which I agreed. 6 hours and 800 aed later.....I couldnt see the difference....she asked me to wait till the morning and 3 washes later. I did that and ended up with 8-10 strands of a horrible shade of brown - exactly what I did not want when it was suggested and also what happened to a full hair color?? Very far from being ash blonde. I asked for a refund but instead had the manager call me in to come for another consultation to make sure that my hair could go through more color and toner. Overall the stylist was nice but the work was horrendous. Ruined my hair and I never bothered with another consultation so they could damage my hair further as I was already advised by another colorist that it would cause damage if I had more color done. Definitely my first and last trip there.

I love going to this salon. Friendly professional staff. Marites and Weng are my go-to girls for my mani and pedi session. They handle my problem nails really well. Oh…special mention that parking is free! :)

This salon advertised balyage for 650aed and straight away quoted aed 1200 which is the normal price anyway so they started with false advertisement. I still booked an appointment at Ying Yang Palm with India as i saw amazing hair transformation by her on their Instagram. I wanted lighter roots and balyage. She turned my hair into ugly orange shade and mde my roots almost black. What i hate is that instead of accepting that my hair turned orange, she kept saying no its not orange. Did she think i was blind. Then she justified that my dark roots actually suit me, NO i DID NOT want dark roots so i dont care whether you think they suit me or not. Even the balyage looks awful. I could have gone somewhere else and paid 400 on offer to get better quality. DO NOT use them.

They called me on Wednesday for a complimentary eyelash experience for Thursday but I told them I can’t make it on Thursday please change the appointment for Saturday at 11:45. I went on time and at the reception they informed me that the appointment is cancelled. I was very disappointed and annoyed as I cancelled all my other appointments on my day off for this appointment.This shows that they don’t care about other people time they are disorganized and not professional at all. I’m so disappointed wasting my time. I will never go there again.

Best massage center ever, professional Chinese therapists they are fully aware of the type of massage that will suit your body and muscle stiffness, very friendly and welcoming. I have tried many centers but Yin yang remains my favorite all time.

Awful experience with laura Hepburn and follow up from customer service. I went for dark brown hair and got orange bleach . When I showed pics to management they refused a refund or any help . Laura’s response was to go elsewhere. I’ve had to pay double what I paid to get the hair remedied. They really should issue refund for the colour. The salon was at riva beach club.

Went to get two nail polish replacements and it was appalling, one of them was in a rush and the other one kept painting just pasts of my nails and most of my skin, had to re-due and there was still poor results, we will arrive to our house to remove them, never coming back again

The jbr branch is very bad, they do not have a normal manicure, only limited colors and they do not have a device for the feet. They put the feet in a water basin like the year 2000 and they do not put any foot scrubs. Bad experience
