Had my hair done here by Hanan and few days ago and all I can say is that she is a genius! My hair was in poor condition but she put lots of effort in and now my hair looks the best it has ever been. Will always be coming back here, all the ladies who did my nails and lashes have been fantastic as well, highly recommend!

Hanan is an amazing hairdresser! I had highlights done and the result was absolutely beautiful and perfect. She took great care throughout the entire process to make sure my hair was not damaged, and I really appreciated her attention to detail. I am so happy with the result!Eden, the assistant was super professional and also did a great job!

Highly recommend HANAN for hair services! She is so talented and definitely worth booking in with. I had roots, balayage and hair cut and I left The Salon with a hair colour that I love. This is such a great place to get so many different treatments. The price I pay for an eyebrow tint and thread is cheaper than any other salon I’ve been too. I refuse to go anywhere else and will always wait for Mellie to do my eyebrows. She’s amazing! But all th ladies are fabulous! ☺️

Hanan, one of the color specialists at The Salon is truly the best of the best! I visit Dubai every so often from out of the country and my first service with her was a year ago. I was so pleased with my results that I waited the full year until I could come back to dye my hair again because I could not trust anyone else to do what she did. I always preferred more subtle changes to my hair and it was difficult for me to find someone who understood what I liked without going overboard. Hanan and her wonderful assistants always make sure to let me know exactly what they are doing throughout the entire process to double check if I’m okay with it before they proceed. The pictures posted really speak of her expertise and attention to detail. The salon itself is also extremely clean and put together, the staff are incredibly accommodating even with last minute appointments, and I love speaking to everyone who works there because they are genuinely some of the most talented beauty specialists I’ve seen. They don’t try to sell you their services which I appreciate, and are honest with their recommendations. I was so happy with my before and after that I felt inclined to post this.

I paid 170aed for mani/ pedi combo with gel polish yet I had to pay 100aed for my 5 year old daughter cut nails and polish mani & pedi. How does that make sense!Not only that they don’t scrub your feet enough, my feet are still rough. The experience was not relaxing at all and felt like a rushed job.Should have read the reviews first, positive for hair only!

The worst experience ever. If you are looking for a clean manicure or pedicure please stay away from this place. They left my previous color still on and put an uneven gel on top of that while pretending this is the masterpiece. This is sadly just a group of poorly trained Filipino ladies confidently doing terrible nail service for a premium pricing. Please don’t waste your time and look for a different salon. Also the receptionists are rude and unapproachable. Do not recommend.

I came to make gel manicure and gelish pedicure, didn’t feel well so I chose color, told girls shape and length. I didn’t pay attention to quality of work as I considered I could trust this salon. Once they said it’s done I paid and left. I think it’s the biggest price from customer when they come they come and fully rely on technician and don’t monitor them. Next day I noticed that one feet has one layer of color another two, hands have bubbles.I sent email twice and talked to girls in salon why no one from management responded me within a month and still no reply. Seems like management don’t give …. about their customers. On the pic my nails after 2 days with plenty of detachments

I used to live in Dubai but moved back home 2 years ago. I went back as a tourist few weeks ago to visit some friends and had to book an appointment with Hanan at Al Wasl branch, as I had done my hair with her previously. Haven’t found a better hairdresser than her, she is an artist! Would recommend to anyone 🤩 She did balayage, really natural but stunning… it’s just perfect! Gave life back to my hair.. definitely one of the things I miss from living in Dubai ☺️

I finally found my go-to hairdresser in Dubai! It’s been quite difficult to find the right one since moving here. After visiting several salons, I can say that Hanan at The Salon Al Wasl is the best. Hanan always gets what I want (bleaching my dark hair blonde and at the same time keeping it healthy and also recommends you what suits best to you. Did my nails (gel french) with Edra. While the result was nice, I received poor treatment. She was not very gentle

I recently visited this nail salon, which closes at 9 PM but accepts bookings until 8 PM. I booked an appointment for gelish nails, but the lady who attended to me didnt ask if I wanted a French tip or any design… when I arrived i mentioned french tips and she told me theres no time although i was right on time for my appointment. When I arrived wearing my abaya, I asked her to hang it up, and she told me to go by the door to hang it myself, I go to salons monthly, never have i seen such bad service.Her attitude was very harsh, and it was painful when she was cutting my cuticles. The service felt rushed, as if the store would burn down if I didnt leave right at 9 PM. Many gel colors were unavailable, and her tone was quite rude throughout the appointment. At the end, her demeanor changed as if she expected a tip.This was not my first bad experience here; my last visit during Ramadan was just as disappointing—rushed and last minute. If theyre so eager to leave by 9 PM, they shouldnt accept appointments 2 hours before closing time. My cuticles still hurt, theres dried blood from excess trimming and my nails arent clean underneath, gel is uneven. Overall, very sloppy work and I wouldnt recommend this salon.

I did my hairstyle with Cybelle she is 10/10 her blow dry is amazing!!! And she can finish in 25 minutes max and the hairstyle took like 45m and it’s sooo professional!!! You will never go wrong with her !!

Wallah, I have never experienced a worse balayage in my life. Save your money because they barely made a difference to the colour or cut. If I paid nearly £300 in London, I’d LOVE my hair. This place doesn’t know how to do hair, no matter how amazing the pictures look. Btw forget the 650 AED offer, once you get there, they’ll add extra charges costing double the amount. The hair toner lasted 1 wash, I asked for a light brown, they gave a brassy blonde which caused IMMENSE DAMAGE (even though they added olaplex). Oh, I nearly forgot to mention how bad the haircut was, they can NOT cut hair. Their excuse was “your hairs too thin” mate I have a lot of hair, the strands are just fine. I would NEVER experience these problems in England. DO NOT GO HERE. Trust me. The placement, the technique, the colour, ALL WRONG. I get my hair done 3 times a year, every single year (for the past 10 years) and this salon was the worst I’ve ever been to. Look at the before and after images, where’s the difference, where’s the haircut? It looks like they added random brassy highlights and just curled my hair (btw I asked for a blow out and they said “ok I make it wavy”) idk in what world that’s considered wavy… I even tried to take pictures under the sun to see the “beautiful highlights they created”, they’re isn’t any. In fact, it looks like the exact colour I walked in with. Pathetic salon.

Visited the salon at ying yang, to have a wash and blow dry. My appointment was at 4:30pm and I was still sat at 5:20 waiting for my hair to be blow dried. At this time my hair had already dried. I asked the hair dresser (Sybil) why I was still waiting and that my appointment was at 4:30 and she just shrugged her shoulder. So unprofessional will not be returning.

Erlin and Christine did such an amazing job with my gelish mani/pedi. They worked really fast but also very meticulously. Their attention to detail is amazing! Erlin also did my nail art and I’m obsessed!!! 💖💖💖

My hair was originally a bit dark, so I decided to bleach it little and dye it dark brown. I went to a hairdresser in the salon Al Wasl named Shima, and she applied the bleach for an entire hour, which was far too long since I only wanted a dark brown color. Because of this, my hair turned completely orange and became very dry.After that, she applied the color, which was supposed to be dark brown, but after three hours, I left with a much lighter color than expected, and my hair has 2 colors not one. I called them the next day, and they told me to come back to fix it. However, even after the second visit, I left with the same light color.Despite showing her pictures and repeatedly telling her that I wanted dark brown, my hair was ruined, and I paid 800 DHS for this. I eventually had to go to another salon, where they fixed it in just one hour. Unfortunately, my hair was so damaged that I had to cut it. i think after my experience they can deal only with blond hair nothing else,because almost all the clients there are blonde.they asked me why i did not say the 2nd time that i did not like the color!!!! because i just want to leave and of course i will not let her touch my hair for the 3rd time.

Like robots.* I had to request for some water as nobody asked me, even when other costumers were asked for this.* SUPER LOUD! 😖* SUPER CROWDED. 😓Bring your airpods/headsets to disconnect as you will not be able to have some peace.If you want speed, go. If you want personal and attention to the details and relaxation please avoid.6/10.

I heard about this salon from my friend in Dubai. I booked in with Hanan and she was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about hair colouring and styling. I opted for a balayage and it did not disappoint. I was so impressed and after showing the pictures to my family and friends many of them also booked here! Today the service and the cost of the services provided were very disappointing! Pelicure without heel cleaning with gel polish for 225 AED plus tea 50 AEDIf you see the photo after treatment !!!It was not treatment just one ☝️ soft spray !Pedicure 40 min .For sure never again !!!And I can’t recommend to any one this type of services what have price like gr Of gold !

This is seven days old acrylic. Not to mantion that day after nails started breaking just after you go out of shover or washing dishes. Im gonna spend my money where people actually know how to do their job.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!I am extremely disappointed In the salon al Wasl road.I paid 840 Aed for this result. Yellow dry hair that has not been colored to the root. The hairdresser was having her hair waxed on her arms while I was having the color on my hair. Just no care at all. My hair is breaking it’s so dry. My hair has lost its life.I WhatsApped the salon and they just leave my messages on blue ticks/read.Ive asked for a refund but still no reply. Now I need to have my hair repaired else where as I will not be going back there.Never in my life have I ever!

Hanan is the best in hair color and hair styling. She is honest and experienced and she will never reuin or damage your hair. I had my hair damaged and burnt from another salon while bleaching and even did not get the right color, it was a mess with different color shades of orange and brown and no blonde. Hanan did an amazing job neutralizing the color and treating my hair and reversing the damage. She is the only one I trust with my hair for any shade weather dark or blonde she is the best ever and I have been doing my hair with her for the past 2 years and always leaving happy woth great results.

I have been to the salon on many occasions for a gel mani/pedi. Not only is the price great but the service is always exceptional. Maila and Marlyn did my treatment today and they were both very attentive, professional and friendly. I am always very happy and would highly recommend paying them a visit.

I came to the salon al Wasl to get my hair done for my birthday dinner later that evening. I showed the hairstylist what I wanted and she finished styling my hair with pins and recommended I take it out before my dinner. This is the hair I ended up with. I was so upset. Stylists should be competent enough to understand how to style and deal with different hair textures. This was a disaster. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had since I never heard back from “management” even after complaining.

After I came back from traveling ofcorse decided to refill them I chose a nearest branch to reach to ask for refill even I was planning to pay not to be rude and ask for free refill althoI have right to not pay! However when I took an appointment and went there I explained my issue to them and my experience with other branch and the quality of the service and they refill my lashes however as sudden they gave me their phone that their manager wants to talk to me! I took the call and she said we were trying to reach you but you didn’t respond in fact! They were trying to reach my sister but why I am getting the messages I don’t have an idea 🤷‍♀️! She said we will not mKe it complimentary to you we are running a business here!!! The I said to her better to re-consider your business then if this is you service!!! Anyway the eyelashes weren’t even each eye was different and they didn’t give me my full time they didt even check back even when I asked they said after you finish you nails! And my nails padi was disgusting never in my life i will accept any service and pay for something really bad like this I will attach the video of my padi service which I stopped repeating it and went to other clean and professional salon!!

Amazing service! Im doing classic lash extensions, my lash artist is Ellie and shes been doing such a fabulous job! Ive been getting my lashes done regularly since summer and I honestly look forward to each session. The feedback from my friends and family about my lashes has been really positive. I booked last minute for a balayage and cut/ blow dry with Hanan for the first time and she did such a lovely job! The colour was exactly what I asked for and I would definitely recommend/ come back again!

My hair color turned out ok after 2 trials. They made me pay 200 aed extra for the toner they used in the second trial to get the correct color. Fiona did my hair. At first she was all sweet but after the first trial and me stating that the color was darker than expected, she took it personally although I was very respectful and only pointed out the obvious. She became frustrated with my presence and would roll her eyes when I gave a comment about the hairdo. She was super rude and disrespectful and when it was time to pay I told them I shouldnt pay for toner as well since it shouldve worked first time. Fiona said it wasted her time explaining the procedure and that was a double consultation and turns out my hair needed toner so I have to pay. Thing is, even though my hair didnt turn out exactly how I wanted it to, I would never have written a bad review had the hairdresser been polite and respectful.

I have very difficult SUPER long and thick hair that’s very tricky for most hairdressers to work with. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a better haircut! Hanan is a magic worker and she does it so effortlessly. She knows exactly what she’s doing. So so happy - highly recommend❤️

If you like a place with no trace of class, without polite and respectful technicians, you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied with this.This is one of the cheapest places to do nails, but you know what? Still expensive for the service you get…The technician Nova is rude and disrespectful. Clearly seems to hate her job.And that, by the end of the day, has its results. Clients that won’t return. Clients that have friends and that will pass on the word on how this place really is.It’s sad but it’s my duty as an individual to warn the others to stay away. Best service done at the Salon! My favorite branch is Al Wasl. I’ve been getting the best mani with Cherry and Pedi with Christine for the past two years!

I never write bad reviews because I like to give business a chance and choose to contact them directly if there is an issue. However, you could tell that nobody really looked after the shop or the customers.I booked two services, a classic pedicure and upper lip threading. Nobody there even mentioned the threading or approached me to complete the service which was a relief to me after i saw the level of quality of the pedicure.First, the salon is very cluttered and messy. The pedicure felt extremely unhygienic as they bring a plastic bucket filled with water to soak your feet.. no proper sink or at least a material more hygienic than a scratched semi clear tub?The technician did a bad job with cuticles and general cleaning but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to complain or offend her. It is not her fault that she hasn’t been trained properly. The real concern started when she started applying nail polish. It was shockingly bad. She couldn’t paint my toenails properly, kept leaving the edges unpainted, would try to fix it by adding a coat, she’d wipe it off and start again until she ended up with 4 coats of thick nail polish! I gently asked her if she could please remove it as it’s way too thick and she ignored me twice. I asked once more and she did it again and had to remove it again as it was badly applied once more. She eventually gave up and had to ask someone else to come complete the job.For the record this was a classic pedi, not gel nothing fancy. Just clean trimmed toenails.Eventually somebody came to “fix” the job. I left and paid 100 AED and nobody even asked me how the service was.4 hours later and the nail polish was still sticky due to the layers. And also the side of my big toe is smudged with nail polish removed mixed with blue nail polish.Would not recommend if you have some standard.I am really not picky and I like to give everybody a chance but this was a shockingly bad experience for a salon in such a prime location.

Absolutely terrible! Unfriendly and terrible customer service. Also some of the ladies doing nails seem to hate their job! Went there because of all the nice reviews and got very disappointed. Did Gel nails and every day one keeps braking. Been there twice within the first days to repair 3 nails that broke and now after one week one more is broken, that makes it the 4th! And then I’ve been told that it’s because my nail is weak and the gel can’t hold! What bull****! When I go do my nails in the place where I usually go in Marina my Gel lasts over one month and nothing breaks off! When I told the nail technician that maybe the quality of the gel is not that great then she just rolled her eyes and started singing! Absolutely disrespectful!!! I’m definitely not recommending this place to anybody and I am for sure never coming back!!!!

Even tho Tye salon is very far for me, i will alwats come at least once a month, they do the best quality acrylic nails, the nail technicians are sweet. And their lashes are always the best: I do my lashes with both Daniella and Marie, lovely ladies and I love the result.

Ive been going to this salon for a while now and without fail every time i had gotten nail extensions it would fall off within one week. Same situation with gelish, at times my polish would fall off within the same day.Tried to address the issue but they completely ignored me.Extremely unprofessional especially the management team, not worth the price tag. Do not recommend at all.

I’ve been going to Cherry Anne for a very long time and I trust her with my nails! She does a fantastic job and the service at the salon is great.

I have been coming to The Salon for over 3 years to have my hair done by Becky. She’s amazing and has helped get my hair in great condition. I also use Luisa, Rowena and Edra for my nails, they are brilliant!

Marie does my lashes every two weeks. She’s brilliant, I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Erlin and Josie did my manicure/pedicure today and they did an amazing job.

A friend recommended this salon to me for hair dye because I’ve tried so many salons in Dubai that are overpriced and don’t give me what I want even when I show them pictures. I looked up their Instagram and I liked Hanan’s work. She is absolutely amazing, she gave me exactly what I wanted and she really cares for the client’s hair health. She’s so attentive with the client too, kept checking on me along the way. Not going to any other hair stylist from now on!

My gel is falling off literally in less than a week after a visit.The ladies are lovely but then need to be trained on how to build a gel base properly, especially on longer nails, and better products.Will not come back for sure.

The worst salon in regards to customer service especially Rachel the receptionist because she was explicitly rude and not understanding.My wife took an appointment and when she reached they told her that they cant give her all the services she booked but only one of then because they close at 9 .Even though when she called to take the appointment, she was not informed of this situation.The service of the manicure ,pedicure and cleaning the nails was truly awful because they were in a great hurry to finish so they could leave .I dont advise anyone to try this salon out because of their unacceptable services.

I got severe eyelid infection from my eyelashes extensions at the salon Ferdous branch 2 weeks ago. I had to spend 2000AED on treatments for 2 months. I called to speak to the manager and they said she wasn’t there and she never called back. I question their hygiene as I have also noticed that they share their tools when I used to get My nails done. I am complaining to Dubai municipality about this.

Having lived here for 10+ years I can honestly say finding the right place/technicians to do your nails/feet is vital. I have been coming here since October 2021 and I have no intention of moving salons. I always ask for Josie and Erline and I cannot fault their work, I always have a great experience and a good laugh at the same time. Having diabetes it’s important that my feet are looked after and Erline always takes excellent care of my feet. The whole experience is always positive including the ability to use WhatsApp to book the services. I will most definitely not be looking for another salon.

Not the place to go if youre looking for a peaceful relaxing treat, which I was! Bowls of water being lifted over your heads...peoples feet have been in it!! Ladies constantly shouting across the room , very loud and far too busy. I felt very cramped and uncomfortable and as they were so busy I had to sit in a hairdressers seat for my mani pedi. Not comfy. Nails come out nice ish but not perfect but the lady did hurt/cut me 3 times...not for me.

Disappointed for the second time!I was super excited when I booked in this salon to do my hair after searching for a salon with high ratings and great reviews, first they told me the price for the balayage is 650 AED to convince me to book while in the salon I paid 1300 AED! (DOUBLE THE PRICE).Second, I showed the hair stylist the look I wanted (which was the same I sent to the receptionist when I booked) and she did something else ended up with a very bad results, far away from what I wanted.Then when I put my review online about my experience, they contacted me and offered me a free toner that should fix a little bit from the damage happened to my hair and asked me to delete the review which I did, and when I called to book this free appointment they claimed that there’s NO REPORT about it, they only did that to make me delete the review!! I can’t express this horrible experience enough!Is not a good service to lie to the customers just to make them delete their real experience, is not a good service not sharing the accurate prices to the customers before booking, and is not a good service when a client asks for a specific look and she ends up in something different while she’s paying double the price.DON’T BE FOOLED WITH THE INSTAGRAM PHOTOS!

I usually come to the Salon to see Hanan, she has been my hairdresser for a couple of years now in Dubai and Ive followed her from one salon to the other. Though Ive recently left Dubai, I still make it a point to stop by every once in a while when my hair desperately needs her attention. Shes excellent at hair colour (she has saved my hair from messes by other salons) She also is one of the few stylist who knows how to cut hair to amplify volume. Highly recommended!

Edra is the really good to do acrylic nails! I’m very picky. Every time she do my nails, it’s always perfect! She is professional and always in a good mood. Her smile is contagious.

Erlin is very talented and patient, she made sure my nails were perfect before i stepped out. she also made sure i was satisfied before letting me leave!

My overall experience with the salon has been decent in terms of the quality of the service. But the most disappointing thing about them and the reason why I will not be visiting them again is that they scam you by performing services on you that you weren’t informed about before hand. I went in for a balayage as they have a 650 aed offer on it however I ended up paying 1300 because they used toner, olaplex etc that I wasn’t informed about. It is extremely unethical to keep hidden costs and then bomb the customer with double of what they should be paying.If you do visit the salon please confirm with them before hand exactly what all will be done to you and how much all of that will cost as they always try to do things that incur more cost that it should have. Please be aware and don’t get scammed like me.

Ive been coming to The Salon for the last 2 years for mani pedis. But this time I needed to have my hair done because I let my sister loose on my hair with clippers, she gave me a very short, uneven and just all round terrible haircut when I was at home in the UK. On my return to Dubai I made an appointment at The Salon Al Wasl and was booked in with Millie, who listened to what had happened, didnt make any judgements that I thought I would get and explained how she could salvage my hair. She turned the home hair cut into a nice sleek bob and managed to turn the orange tones in my hair to a nice caramel/honey type colour. I have finally found my hairdresser in Dubai and will always go back to Millie!!

Ok , so after the main issue which I explained earlier regarding my eyelash extensions at the salon JBR Oasis and how they were falling from the first day with heavy painful glue inside my eyes and how rude was the lady who works there , anyways! I decided to give them a chance and fix it in alwasl branch , to be honest the lady who fixed my lashes were much better than the previous one , she did foxy lashes with me and tried not to charge me but the main problem is ; the quality of the lashes are so cheap ! Its not even mink it’s like barbie hair ! Plastic .. such a waste of money… i’m loosing my real lashes btw be careful ladies .. also in alWasl branch they dont have private room for lashes , they will do your lashes in front of the others and its so noisy , very bad experience
