A very beautiful salon with beautiful ladies.. I love the interior and every detail of the salon.. they offer great services and you’ll definitely be satisfied. Ive been visiting the salon for more than 2 years and have never been disappointed.

I had great service at the Urban Cottage, Emily cut and blow dried my hair she was really professional, spoke fantastic English, all of the ladies in the salon did. Emily checked what I wanted and kept checking that everything was ok. Clean salon, social distancing and very friendly staff who were happy to help. Id highly recommend if you live in JVC a professional, well priced treatment. Emily was great!

I found out that she is trying the services and the products by herself before providing the clients to make sure about the quality , she is taking care of the customers being around to make sure that everyone is happy and satisfied. They have the worst service. Theyre hiring people who is NOT qualified to do the job and let them work on your service while your paying for it.I had to cancel my last pedicure in the middle of the procedure cos the girl clearly doesnt know what shes doing and telling me that its her first time doing it. My nails were ruined. And it took ages.When I asked for a refund, they wont give me a refund cos they said I used the service which was very bad.They are very unprofessional and I wont suggest this Salon at all. No consideration and is just trying to make money when they cant even provide the service theyre claiming to offer. Going to this salon, U will waste ur time and u will just end up ruining ur day and ur nails because of their bad service. Total waste of money.

This salon is close to my home and hence, I chose to pay a visit. I was really impressed with the services! Both, the owner and the staff are friendly and accommodating. I took their happy hour package on a weekday and it was worth every penny! Will visit again for sure!

I had a haircut from Mimj, the salon was v clean and service provided was quick, on time and professional. I highly recommend the services provided at the salon, notably the haircut was nit so easy, for hair being v long and unruly. The cut given was stylish and value for money! I highly recommend!

Very terrible services and staff!!!I had an appointment in the salon for the first time, my appointment was for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow shaping! I dont speak or understand English as my native language is Tagalog . Currently my daughter is translating and writing the review on my behalf. I was there with my daughter i was getting she was getting hair wash and blow dry. The lady there constantly mocked me for not understanding or speaking English and and she was also saying that i was a illiterate person and judged my appearance my daughter heard all of it and told me afterwards. In between my manicure she was using her phone alot and paying less attention on filing my nails. She ruined my nail shape and my badly removed my cuticles, the polish was not neat at all. The lady also burned my daughters scalp a bit when she was doing her blow-dry. She was aggressively washing her hair and muttering to not get paid enough and all. The owner i suppose her name was ajeet she was constantly screaming while taking at the phone causing destruction of the environment in the salon.Overall my experience was really terrible i would never recommend this salon to anyone!!! Please be aware

I came here for a regular Manicure Pedicure, because the staff did such a great job; spontaneous decision to do Protein. Great Staff, very friendly and precessional, very detailed while working be it hair or nails. Will recommend and come back again.

I have utmost respect for the management of this salon for always keeping me informed of all changes within the team so you are not taken by surprise when you see a new face. Honesty from the team, and great service is what keeps me coming back to them!

I have tried this parlour last week, i would say one of the best indian parlour with a neat ambience in JVC area. Staff are very polite and sincere in their job. kushi did a deep cleansing facial and hot oil. Mimi did eyebrows and bleach, I felt satisfied. One minor issues was they need to make use of the customers time well. Other than that this would definitely be my go to place.

Mimi is amazing!So I always get the usual trim and bangs whenever I go fit a haircut and let’s face it.. haircut or not I always end up looking the same! No change at all.This time.. Mimi casually suggested I do side layers to give a boost to my hair and I just thought.. meh.. what can go wrong let’s just try it! So I went and didn’t have great expectations BUT OMGGGGGGGGGG… when she was done.. I was like WOAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHI’ve seen Huda with ths hairstyle n I loved it but didn’t know how to explain it to Mimi.. turns out.. no explanation was needed.. she did her thing and I was beyond impressed!I can’t wait to go back for her to fix my hair colour that cutti.. e..e salon in JLT completely messed up by missing out my greys and turning my hair ORANGE!!!!Well done Mimi! I agreed on the package n went there the staff suggested on some service which wasnt covered at the end when I was leaving they over charged me. Its better to use Urbanclap services they are much professional and would charge way lesser. Would never recommend this place. Photo attached of the curls they did which also wasnt proper.

The ladies at Urban cottage are extremely professional and friendly, they make you feel welcomed, everytime they are about to do something they inform you so there are no surprises, they explain the procedure and make sure you are comfortable with you before beginning anything.They were kind enough to call me a taxi, and offered me a drink while I waited.I met one of the partner Mrs Ajeet Kaur, she is a gem of a person, always Making sure the clients are happy and well take care of.

Pooja gave me a hairwash, haircut (bob), and blowdry. I am happy with my new hairstyle and service. The staff were all friendly.

They changed the all the staff, the previous ones were so much better. Now, the salon is also dirty and looks old. They have problems on handling their customers on time because there are only 3 employees around.

This place would have been my first choice as a salon as they are right on my doorstep, however they are massively understaffed and they have little or no variety of options for nail colours , extensions, hair etc. I tried since the opening for over 3 months to get an acrylic nail done with them, every other time I would call or message i would get the excuse of, we dont have acrylic, we only have normal polish, the acrylic lady is on vacation for one month and shes the only one who does it etc. So after numerous attempts of trying to use them as my preferred salon of choice after never been able to fulfil my request, they have forced me to find a better place who is effecient.
