13/02/2024They had a promotion going on.and i visited the Al RIGGA branch to get thier services.. they were busy, which is completely understandable. But not what comes after that. The staff working their have zero respect or courtesy towards a customer. Or maybe because i am brownasian?Yes because as i was waiting for more than 30-40 minutes outside patiently and when i asked if she can assist me she said she cannot do and it was only 7pm, only 2 more customers waiting where the salon closes only at 11pm. The customer who came after me was assisted well and made her sit inside. Where as i was sitting outside.. and when i called the head office and informed and they replied politely to hand over the call to the staffAnd guess what? once the call was cut literally screamed across the parlor “ we close at 11 if you want to wait then wait will attend you after 11”I agree the branch is busy and occupied but why the double standard treatment towards the customer??Who gave them the permission to scream at me just as for the time slot?These staff are literally pulling the brand’s value down andTrust me i felt so humiliated in there!This happened at the Al Rigga branch.I wish no one is treated like this everagain.And advise those who are reading this be ready to be screamed at and humiliated by the staff!!!First time in Dubai i have experienced such a biased customer care..I have visited the other branches where i have never experienced such a inhuman behavior!!

VERY BAD SERVICE!!! It‘s my first and last visit in the clinic. I went to Rigga branch and I had already booked an appointment with Aya. The staff said that she’s busy and then a guy started to make my eyebrows. I’ve clearly mentioned that I wanted MICROBLADING not MICROSHADING!! He said ‘yes,yes’ and he did micro shading with very dark colour. And after he did his artwork, I looked into a mirror and I find it so horrible!! I have a wedding in couple of weeks, I feel like to cry on the results I got. The eyebrows were too big for my face. And It doesn’t look that natural. Plus it looks like two dark boxes. I have to bare them for more than 6 months from now!! After I’ve spoke with the manager there, she said we don’t do microblading. It’s only shading. And I was shocked. Additionally, it’s not for a 100AED. It’s for 130 AED. The advertisement they are putting are so fake! I will never recommend anyone to go there.

Disappointed result After 5 days today is 5th day, i lost 2 nials, i did nail jel is very bad quality. Rest all nails will broke with a day, open from top i didn’t cut didn’t do anything by self. Just wasted my money.

Manicure from this salon is a must! I always come back here. I specially love Milanas work and shes very gentle with your hands. Would totally recommend her!

Unfortunately , I had a disappointing experience with a nail technician at this salon. Not only was the technician impolite, but they also appeared to be cursing in their own language in front of me, which made me uncomfortable.As a customer,I value being treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. However, the behavior exhibited by the technician fell short of these expectations. It not only made me feel unwelcome but also left me questioning the overall atmosphere of the salon.

I recently visited this salon for hair and nail services, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The prices are unbelievable - as their Instagram handle claimsOn the positive side, they did an absolutely fabulous job with my hair and nails. I was delighted with the results, and the quality of their work certainly stands out.However, I couldnt help but feel concerned about the technicians constantly being on their phones while attending to tasks like lash extensions and nails. It seemed like they were not fully focused on their work, and this could potentially lead to accidents or injuries.I hope the salon management addresses the issue of technicians using their phones during treatments to ensure the safety and quality of their services for all customers.

Their nail art is great im fully satisfied with my nail artist. But i got my lashes done and it was very bad experience coz the artist doesnt speak properly in english also i didnt like my lashes, when i said to take these off then they refused and didnt answer properly. There communication skills is poor. This is First and last experience with the lab.

The whole service and salon is NOT worth a penny! Staff was CRYING in the middle of the service as she’s complaining that she’s already tired from the 12hrs shift with no break, no off and no visa provided from this company. I feel so bad but didnt had a choice but to finish the service while the staff is whining while doing the whole thing. Did not meet my standards at all. Booked for a mani and pedi gel but when u arrive at the salon theres no one at the reception and no one to assist you. The polish is not good at all and the materials and polishes are not in good quality. Staff cannot do their job properly. Will say yes to you but they dont know how. Full of bumps and the french tip looks like a bumpy road. Better do with other salons not here. I regret that I came here. I had to leave with a heavy heart. I feel bad for the staff and for my nails 😒

Istg these salon dont even deserve 1 star, they mention the saloon open 9AM im coming there on 9.30 nobody there, only staff for lashes. FOR WHAT YOU MENTION OPEN 9am if until 12 the staff not coming? are you okey?! worst salon ever!

Gave this place a chance thrice. Every single time was made to wait outside the shop even though the salon was empty and the wait times ranged from over 1 hour to 2 hours. Post the wait the nail artist was extremely unpleasant and rude. She did not even respond at times and completed ignored. Would not recommend this branch. The Business bay branch is more professional and a better vibe. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI!

I got my nails done here. It was great. But I am giving them one star because the technician was very rude. I mean I was just asking questions and recommendations because it’s normal and they’re the technician. But she answers rudely EVERY SINGLE TIME. How you treat people is better than how great you do your job. Very horrible attitude. Also, i came at 2:30 pm but i was catered at 4pm. I waited too long to be treated horribly. And one more thing, I even received an EYE ROLL from her. This is her photo so beware.

IF ONLY THERE WERE AN OPTION FOR 0 STAR... They have the worst customer service that Ive ever experienced!!! No one accommodated us when we reached the salon. All the staff there are either sleeping or using their mobiles, and they dont notice the customers coming inside to inquire about their services. My friend and I had the same nail technician for our manicures, and got the same treatment. Shes very mean and rude and doesnt even know how to say sorry if you got hurt during your nail session. Instead, she will rudely say, Dont move! at us. She even told my friend, Dont be so sensitive, when she complained she was hurt. I wont ever come back to this salon and definitely wont recommend it to my friends.

I paid for 100 aed as they told its natural and 1by 1 lashes not like this.. this is my first time I go there and I thought it will be good but so disappointed what they do, the lady do a bushy lashes and the size are all the same very unprofessional. They dont even listen of what we want.

I came the other day from The Lab salon al rigga. I fixed my lips because they were dark.p But Im disappointed because within 2 days it returned to its previous color as if nothing happened to the lip permanent or etc what was done to my lips What a waste of money I paid! But they said I have to come back after 2 weeks for a 2nd session or second that nothing happens again. I do not recommend this salon.

I did my nails with marjan she is very professional then did my lashes with khalfana they both gave me the best experience definitely recommend them both

I will not give even one star. Due to my experience I need to give at least one star to make comments. The salon environment and set ups are fine. But the staff. Very bad experience. My wife requested to do an micro shading,The staff doesnt know the work much, but finally several times my wife explained how she wanted. But the worse part is the staff talked in a bad manner, she was fully angry. and my wife saw another customer also asked from another staff member why you are so angry, that means the staff doesnt know how to behave with the customers and provide the required service. Unfortunately my wifes micro shading work became worse. We dont recommend their rigga branch, but we prefer to recommend one staff member who was in Al barsha branch, an African guy. But some of the other staff remain the same as rigga. Especially the lady sitting at the cashier counter, she doesnt know proper English, doesnt care about customersrequests, questions. Acting like they provide service as charity. In vain the owners of this salon will lose customers very soon.

My first visit and definitely the last. It was a HORRIBLE experience! Got the most painful manicure of my life. My fingers are bleeding, the technician cut the sides and cuticles too much. And who in the right mind to still file the nails too aggressively! I initially requested for french but they don’t have the most basic color. Plus I didn’t even get the shape that I asked for. NEVER AGAIN! 👎

This is the worst of the Lab salons. Or maybe they dont like Africans . Went for nails do and when I mentioned how rude they were talking to us they switched of the nail file Machine after sticking nails and said go like that. I asked them to remove the nails so I could go and then they started the machine to start again.2 days after I have had to repair the nails as they keep breaking for some reason. I have done nails in business bay and it was an excellent experience and beautiful nails .My advise avoid al rigga branch unless you have a stomach for being ill treated. Im bitter about my experience and wish I could speak to the owner of that branch.

We informed thru whats up that we will visit around 10pm today but no technician for microblading what a waste of time and no receptionist to assist and no one accommodate us. Next time dont make 9am to 1am if until 10pm only your technician very bad customer service.

I did microshading. The price is 130. Staff doesnt seem very promising. The service was good, but the lady who did for me had to keep correcting her artwork, until I told her how my eyebrows were in 2 different angles. Its a salon which is totally open and no privacy for women

The person who did the deco has a lots of good taste.. Its an amazing salon. The lady, Alia, if Im not wrong, assisted me as a walk in customer since they dont take appointments. I went for a lip blush for the first time. Hell how it pains! I got assistance after maybe 3 mins of waiting and she assisted me on the color since it was my first time and advised me for the best result. The only negative point that Ill give is maybe the lack of privacy.

First time coming here and Long line and you need to wait for your turn. Disadvantage to the customer is that the staff are not that coordinating to customers well, having a long line they dont have a waiting list. Even you booked it will not be accommodated. The service is good but some issues that it is widely open and can be seen for those people who are passing the saloon. It would be better if the glasses will be covered with some wall papers or stickers that people passing on the hallway cannot see what was happening inside the saloon and can give little privacy to the customer.

This was my first and last visit to this salon. The staff at Al Rigga branch is terrible, nobody even said hello, which is basic decency. The lady butchered my fingers as she was removing the cuticles. I was bleeding from each finger. The staff that weren’t working were asleep. They didn’t even have the shade I wanted (very basic).Very unhygienic, go here if you want to risk an infection.

Walked in and the receptionist was sitting and doing her lashes. Blatantly ignores my friend and I (customers).Another customer came in and the receptionist (Inna) was shouting at the customer infront of everyone. She has no respect and is very unprofessional and unethical.It was honestly sad to see that an employee will speak to customers like that.

I made a reservation with my friend after seeing great reviews online, it was truly disappointing. We waited for an hour and was not attended by the staff at all, the staffs were getting their personal services done while we waited for an entire hour almost. The cleanliness of the salon was absolutely bad. Even after making a reservation we weren’t given any consideration the whole time we waited.I asked to speak to the manager via WhatsApp and no one responded.

I want to put review in The Lab Al rigga branchFirst, they dont know how to approached the customer, we understand that they dont know how to understand and to speak english but atleast we feel that we are customer that need customer service.Secondly, we ask about the model promotion (50aed) after that they heard it from us looks like they are not interested to do it and let my friend to sit and wait even there is someone available to do it. Price is doesnt matter as much as the customer service was pleasing. Looks like they doesnt want to work. If there is negative -5 star I definitely will rate it.Third, the price they promoted was 100aed once you reach in the saloon it is increase (130aed).. The anesthesia they put in the eyebrow was painful (which is we asked why its pain they cannot explain because of the language barrier..again!!!)Fourth, we laying down in their bed ( where they will do the eyelash and microblading) they dont have cover or blanket to cover you, if you still wish to come after this comment/ review please wear pants, I feel pity those who wearing mini skirt or mini dress people can see your underwear..And lastly, the nail technician not professional, we left the saloon our nails hurt and bleeding and reddish.....This is the First and Last....NEVER EVER COME again IN THIS SALOON!!!!!!!! Unfollow THE LAB SALOON...Fake Advertisement....

HORRIBLE! As someone who’s done lashes for 3 years, you’ll have to trust me on this one. I’ll say the customer service was good while booking and when I went there. But. Cheapest plastic lashes. Cheap glue. Didn’t even apply on my lashes. Didn’t separate them whatsoever. Directly placed them on my skin. In 2 weeks I had swollen eyes and the lashes kept poking me so bad I spent so much money at the pharmacy and had to rush to get them removed. And what takes 10 mins took 30 mins because the cheap glue refused to come off my skin.Spend a little extra but go to a professional salon. Not to mention there is zero privacy here. Open windows and ladies have to sleep on beds where anyone passing outside can see. Don’t know about the other branches but this one was the WORST.

Very bad service, I came there with an appointment when I came there they didn’t receive me and the security guard told me that they are accepting all appointments and telling that they are open 24h but when you are coming there they don’t receive you and they don’t even greets you and look at you very badly when you enter the saloonI can understand that they are busy but I think it’s not professional to accept someone’s appointment when you cannot receive themAnd the fact that I messaged twice to reconfirm and they said they can accommodate meIt was my first time and I think I will never try to make appointments also for future days, I was so disappointed

Its a horrible salon, we book an appointment for eyelash extension at 9:30pm and they agree our booking and we reach before our booking timing and they refuse us and they said they still have client but we have an appointment and still early for our appointment, my point is why are you accepting bookings if you cannot manage..and by the way you will closed at 1am and they are not busy.. i am really disappointed this is my first and last to visit here..

Very bad experience I dont advise any one to go there, lashes they will fall in 10 days maximum , nails design not really good and again they dont stay more than 10 days maximum 15 daysstuff are very rude apart of two ladies , you have to spend full day just to do 3 services nails lamination and lashes better to pay little more and get better service and you deal with nice people

Worst service ever and the staff wasn’t even friendly she even spoilt my nails and didn’t do the way I wanted it

Worst employees ever, they don’t know what to say or do and the customer service is so bad, my 11 year old called them a few months back saying it it was okay for her to do acrylics they said it’s okay when she came they started saying she can’t do her nails because they didn’t feel like it I just know it, horrible customer service and my nails weren’t good at all 0/10.

Very very slow just go there and know you will spend 6hrs waiting to get your nails done.

They are not following the appointment time even you booked. Look unprofessional as no privacy for treatment and staffs cant communicate properly.
