They have best hairstylists. I used to go to Rahat and now RUKHSAR for haircut and she is really very good at it . She does my blow dry after the hair cut which stays for at least 3 to 4 days . She is the best.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff were very sweet and welcoming and I felt I was in safe hands. The staff member who helped me out was Ms Swapna. She was very professional. I wish I could give negative star rating.I have been a loyal customer to this salon for almost 2 years and keep coming back.They recently had a change in management and since I have had 2 visits, second being the last.MANICURE:While getting my mani done, the therapist used a small glass salad bowl filled with water in my lap with a towel so she could scrub my both my hands together, instead of coming to each side and doing it. Clearly water was spilling and I told her and she told me that the water is NOT spilling.When she was done with one hand she asked me to bring the opposite hand across my chest to her instead of getting up and going to the other side and manicure my second hand comfortably so I could use my phone as well.She also just DUMPED the manicure water into my pedicure foot tub while my feet were still soaking. ok.I told her I dont want my cuticles cut since I had a traumatic experience some time ago (not in this place), she continued to do it anyway, when I asked her again not to, she told me theres some there that she needs to get rid of. So I gritted my teeth and wanted it to get over with.The polishes were probably expired and from unknown brands, even after an hour it didnt dry down and got ruined that I had to kinda peel them off when I sat in my car. The shaping of my nails was inconsistent, weird angels when I just wanted square tips.Hair Roots retouch:My ritual of bringing my own hair color and they would retouch my roots for AED 40 (including shampoo & amazing blowdry) for 2 years. The first visit with the new manager, she keeps overcharging and trying to sell add ons. After I told her about my roots retouching service she said whether I bring my color or not itll be AED80, which I was told later once I was paying for my services. This time she told me its AED 100 and I expected the same shampoo and blowdry as everytime.I had brought my own hair treatment spray that I asked her to put on my hair before blowdrying and she went and put her own serum on my hair, I had to tell her again to do it and she did it reluctantly.She gave me a very poor blowdry, the tips and half the length of my hair was still kinda wet and when I asked her to do it properly she had an attitude and said this is whats included only in the AED 100. Just the paddle brush and quick blowdry.Its a shame what used to be a heartwarming, welcoming and customer satisfaction focused salon is now an overcharging, overselling, rude, customer-is-always-wrong kinda dump now. Avoid until the old, caring staff is back.

If you are looking for your hair makeover RUKHSAR is your Coach 😅😅, she has done magic job with her lovely hands, i mSo so so so happy after my hair session with Rukhsar. I must say the best Salon in International city area. Their staff is very professional.must try their Royal Moroccon bath & whitening glow facial.. 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ keep up the good work. I had a terrible experience. I went in for a gel mani and pedi. I had a late appointment, got my services, wasn’t very happy but had to head home as it was late. I went home and was unsatisfied with my nails. They were not shaped even. The color used was old and streaky, my cuticles were not cleaned properly and they were not worth the money. I messaged the salon and asked to come back in to re-do them, they said come in. I come back in, they were extremely rude, arguing about the color. They agreed to change the shape, but refused to re-do my nails. When I told the front desk lady that they were not cheap services, she laughed at me. Very unsatisfied with the customer service. Will not come back. Not to mention they are not sanitary. During my pedicure a tool dropped on the ground and the technician picked up, rinsed it and carried on instead of properly sterilizing. Very disappointed.

I visited Aysha today for the first time in Nad Al Hamar branch for my long and damaged hair. She had a quick look at my hair and instantly told me that they are damaged and have to be cut down so I got a long bob haircut. I loved how experience, confident and energetic she was. You can automatically rule out that she is very experienced and good at her work by just looking at how she cuts and treats your hair. I highly recommend this salon and thank you so much Aysha! I will definitely be returning for further treatments!! ❤️❤️

Even though our appointment ran late, she put in her best effort to ensure I received the best outcome. Alisa took care of my facial treatment, and it was incredibly refreshing.The other staff members collaborate well and assist each other effectively. However, I believe there is room for improvement in their nail services. While the service was acceptable, I believe they have the potential to excel further.Overall, my experience at the International City branch has been great so far.

I always visit the salon for hair cut but I did gel manicure and pedicure for the first timeShell did my pedicure and treatment for dry feet.She is really good and gives priority to the customers happiness above everything.I would recommend to go to her if u wld like to do manicure and pedicure.

Told I could use Groupon over the phone and on arrival. After the treatment I was then told it was not available for the month of July, this information is not available on the terms and conditions of the groupon. Manicure and pedicure was poor standard, and over I was over charged. Do not go near this place. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible dodgy salon !!The lady who did my hair was so so in a hurry because I paid through Groupon so she did the blow dry in 10 min just to make me leave!!! She was very very rough and harsh. I had to ask her to do it slowly as she was hurting me !!!!!!On top of that, when doing my hair they stopped 3 or 4 times to pick up the phone. And making me wait each time so long.Please avoid this horrible salon!!!!!I left without even a word or a sorry from them no one even said byeNever again

Catastrophic!!! I went to the international city branch. Rude staff, not friendly, no customer service. My blow dry was done in a very bad way. Please avoid this salon. It’s not a professional work. They don’t know how to do beauty services. You will just lose money and feel humiliated.

It was my second visit to the parlour becuase i was very happy with the day rahath had done my keratin. This time my hair was done by ayesha and she has also done a remarkable job. I had a couple of services to get done and had reached by morning 11.30. From the time I came she has been catering to all the customers herself. All the others including the person who did my pedicure and facial were wonderful.

She did my eyebrows in great detail. After threading, she made sure there were no extras on my eyebrows and if there were, she used a plucker to pluck them. I went to do a facial. Lyka does it very well and I have never experienced such a good facialHoweverShe will keep convincing you to buy things even if you say you dont want it. Remember customer comes first not your sales target.The facial room was like a public doorway. People keep opening the door and coming in this is totally unacceptable and I will file an official complaint. There is no privacy at all. This left me feeling uncomfortable.I had a haircut Aisha cut my hair and I was really happy. I told her I washed my hair 2 days back she said it was oily and washed it again I was charged AED 30. As a curtousy tell your customers that you will be paying extra no one told me anything when I went to the counter I paid extra and this is wrong. Aisha is good at haircuts but sorry to say blow dry was a nightmare.My hair got stuck twice on the brush my scalp got burnt as the dryer was very hot.What type of service do you provide I am surely not coming again. This is very bad and I am sorry I even came there.

First time I did acrilic was good and I give good reviews, but when I come back second time to repair acrilic , stay with me only 5 days , after that Neal’s start go out . When I inform salon about that , them ask me to pay again for each finger 20 AED , but I need to do all fingers becouse acrilic start go out in all fingers , and them prices all ready high , is really not acceptable! Lady start telling me , is becouse I m doing home work a lot and contacting with water , I m not first time doing acrilic Neal’s and I know how must stay acril , I m very upset !!

I went in for wash and a blowdry. Told her how i wanted it and after 15 min of only blowdrying my scalp she said she was ready. So from the middle to end end of my hair it was completely dry. Looked like a sheep with long hair. Would really not recommend this place as they seems to just be doing whatever.

I cannot say enough about this salone. Incredibly clean, super friendly staff and decorated so well that you instantly feel relaxed. I tried their New Year Special offer which includes 20 services - yes I am not joking - 20 full services including head massage, neck massage, hair oil massage, manicure, pedicure and lots for AED 200.. This place is a real value for money. My mother tried their Moroccan bath which she is absolutely in love with and says she is never going to visit any other place than Tiaska. I have visited Tiaska the previous day for Moroccan bath. For long time I wanted to experience the Moroccan bath. But did not get a good option for the same. One of my colleagues suggested about Tiaska and I thought I will give a try. And the result was beyond expectation. Such an amazing dealing and service. Truly the best Moroccan bath in Dubai.

I went last week to this salon for making hair protein and henna ....Actually there is arabic staff named Fatimah she advised me to make Keratin instead and I was happy to listen to her advice ; the result was excellent ( thank you so much ) ; I give 5 stars for her job as well as her attitude since she was polite ,hardworking and she take care of my hair very well and she was fast as if she knew what she was doing as expert.But unfortunately ,I was disappointed in two points in this salon ; the first one was about henna : yes the design was nice but it took tooooo much time , it was too slow , it was first time in my life that I spent that much of time in salon ( imagine I went to salon at 11:00am and I went out from there at 08:30pm night !!!! ) and the henna after all was most of it a dye meaning from next day started going despite that I paid for it 350 aed .The second one was when they gave me my Abaya , I found out that my Abaya and my sheila were not hanged ,there were put in closet just like this till the iron of my clothes was totally ruined and also they were dirty with something like powder ( it was not good at all for a customer to be treated like this ) ,thanks to Fatimah she cleaned for me my clothes but really I was disappointed and angry .If I come back to this salon , I will come back for hair care with Fatimah only.

She is professional in all the services I have ever taken from her , she has a very friendly nature as well , you don’t feel that you have come to some saloon , I will suggest you to take services from her , coz you will never regret it and would stick to her 😅

Very professional saloon I had done body waxing few week back it was done with very neat and clean way which I never experienced at other parlour, staff name janath she is really very professional in her work. I suggest all ladies to take service from her. All I want to say it was really a pain less waxing.

Worst experience.I have done a protein treatment on 25th November 2021 and its not been a month, my hair started to show its natural texture( usually it has to last atleast 6 to 7 months). I was actually planning to do a keratin treatment as I have done it before and has given an excellent result( lasted more than 1 year) but I was asked to take a protein treatment. Though we are not hair specialists, I agreed to her. Now my family is blaming me for choosing the wrong place to do such a treatment that requires high professionalism. I wish I had done it in any other salons.

Visited it yesterday, first of all really Commendable services they provide . The cleanliness is maintained all the time , very hygienic when it comes to using of good products and throwing away the garbage properly . The place was well equip with all the needs and separate closed rooms for good privacy and really well maintained with clothes cupboard and giving you cleaned dress to wear . You dont have to roam around with your bag as they have the placed lockers for each individual .Staff and manager makes sure you get comfortable and satisfied with the services and taking care of you and your skin and well versed with usage of products and knowledgeable.Excellent affordable price which no one can give with such a maintained parlour. Must visit for your beauty ..

I had a new haircut and makeover and when I told what I want they accommodated my request and guided with some inputs and help me to get a makeover.Kind staff, best team work.My stylist Fatima was kind and gentle to provide me with that was in my mind.Neethi

Updating my review as I used to go regulary here. First time you go they treat you real nice but they dont know about quality of the work . If you complaint to do it correctly they ask you for extra money . I visited them again to complete my package after a month of their deadline as my daughter was admitted in the hospital amd i couldnt go on time but as I was late they denied me of all that was pending . I really cant understand how can you not to do the services if the customer has already paid you . So the hard earned money is gone for just missing the deadline even in a case like this . Everything is build on a good relationship but i dont think they understand this .I will let it go but warning you all around here please think before you visit.

The place is clean and spacious, the staffs are very friendly and gives very good services. I would like to appreciate Ms. Aneeza who did my facial and threading she is was so friendly, I got great service from her. Thanku sooo much Aneeza. I had a very relaxing time.

Pathetic service! Unprofessional and rude staff…Can you believe that they said you cannot trim layered hair 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣If the original hair is layered and you don’t cut it into layers but just trim the outgrown hair what will you call it a hair cut or hair trim???Also after they cut the hair i found it was uneven and i told the lady that cut my daughters hair and she just rolled her eyes and called someone to check

I think that after so much looking for a professional salon, I have really found the best salon, Fatima the stylist has great ability to know what the client is looking for, She transformed me into a barbie, literally. . 100% recommend this place.

Very bad place , they playing a game in prices .first time I went for hair colour and paid DHS 80 but when I went second time I found another girl claiming that prices changed and when I told her that I just done it she applied the colour and washed and took DHS 80 ..today same story where I passed by yest to take an appointment and I told the girls clearly that its root colour and wash and I will bring the colour they said DHS 50 and when I came today I found the girl saying DHS 50 for colour only and I have to pay DHS 30 if I want to wash ...what kind of nonsense is that happening in this place ....who apply colour and leave customer going like that without wash and little dry like other salons ...not sure if owner aware of this game the girls doing with customers where they keep changing the prices and where is this excess money going exactly if the owner of this salon not know about that ...all salons doing wash and little dry girls not charge seperate ...wake up ...stop playing such game to collect more money from customers ...this is unprofessional ...I could go to other salons today in same area if you told me this nonsense yest when I passed !!!!?

I went this place for facial and Lekha did facial very well. She is very nice and I liked her approach. It is very spacious and hygiene place.

Soo i felt like I needed a change but same time couldn’t choose which salon because I need a person to highlight my hair like a professional one so I decided to go to tiaska salon on my birthday and wooow like with no regrets I went out and I was so happy and fresh and a very beautiful change…I did my highlights by fatum she is sooo nice and very professional and nails by faiza and genet and Liz were there also giving me very good service they made me feel so great and gorgeous on my birthday….I really like this placeThank you girls for your services I really appreciateAnd definitely I’ll be a regular here….it’s a must to try for all the others out there…..cheers 😊

The owner is the rudest person on earth if one of their staff Fatima spoilt my hair the other was blamed for it though the other staff wasn’t even involved in doing anything... never go to this salon very unprofessional staff and owner inspite of solving my issue they were being rude of bringing my own hair colour whereas I had clearly mentioned it in the beginning

Saloon ladies talk about one package and dont give u the full service. Its been 3 times they have deceived me (not giving me the services )after confirming about the package ! They dont want to work!

And words are less for body massage that she can deliver.Rahat the final person who completes my hair care in total. She can turn any flat hair to a complete goddess hairstyle is few minutes.
