I WENT TO THIS SALON FOR A ROOT TOUCH UP. AND THEY DID A VERY SAD JOB ON MY HAIR. IWENT TO THIS SALON WITH A LOGJT BLONDER HAIR. Before starting the treatment i told rhem my requirements. But after the treatment. The hair i saw was very depressing. My hair becameDarker shade and very frizzy. I was unable to touch ny hair with ny own hands. It was that frizzy adn damaged with splited ends. I was very sad and disappointed. When i was asking them about rhis. They wer shouting at me. Especially th staff named geetha. She was cpntonously talking very loud and against me. And after the first treatment they said they wil repair it and give my old color bacl. But even then after they did some coloring on my hair. And again made. My hair black. They ruimed my hair twice after they promised they will return the same color which i had before i go to this salon. I highly recommend not to go this salon for any hair treatments. Iam veru very very very sad for qateber happend to my hair. Vallah. If you needyour hair properlu. Never go this salon. The staffs are very unproffesional and never knpw anything about hair and treatment. This is almy experience which i had yesterday(03/01/2025) at 5 pm. Iam VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED.

Results are absolutely amazing and the staff is very professional especially Nageen and Elizabeth are amazing at their work. Highly recommend their services.

Lovely salon with friendly vibes. Been visiting for about 3 months and tried a few different treatments and people. Lisa did an amazing job with my lashes and her massage is on point. Ruksar is an artist with eyebrows, hair colour and cutting . And finally Girlie is a pedicure Queen! You guys rock 💜 4 stars as some other treatments were not as amazing and I havent been to a salon in Dubai that passes the cost of swiping a card on to the customer 😬

I had bad experience in June this year, when a salon so-called expert received me for upper lip wax. She applied the wax and pulled with strip. It was bit strange for me because I always had upper lips wax using finger. Her pulling with strip caused extreme injuries on my upper lips and WALLAAH it took 1 week to heel up.Again after so many months, i thought to try hair cut on one of my friends advice to try Tiaska. The hair stylist did worst to my daughters hairs and when I went again, another stylist insisted for more money to rectify the hair style.
