Appointment policy should be reviewed, the priority shall be for walk in costumers if you want to get proper customers.

First visit to the salon. The Filipino lady told me there are two kids infront of me which I could see. But then a local lady came with her kid asking to please find her a slot. She told me I will have to wait another half an hour for a third kid.

Very poor service. Unprofessional hairdresser. Using direct sharp blade to 3 year old kids skin and then got a cut. Not only this, then we had to tell him dont use scissors next to eyes and ears as its not safe but he was trying to convince us that let me do it.And when we complained to reception instead of accepting it, they said it language barrier as hairdresser can only understand arabic properly.We felt like hairdresser didnt even know basics of kids haircut and was panicking alot

Not impressed with the lady stylist as she was soo rude. Her work was finishing at 8pm we arrived at 7pm for a blow dry and the moment we entered she just said OH MY GOD! Looking so annoyed and told us for your other child come tomorrow. Next time make an appointment when we called no one informed us. She was really rude going on about how her shift finishes at 8pm. She had a whole 1hr. Never coming again!

The Philipino lady was ver rude unprofessional she don’t know how to cut she fixed three times ..she was like not in the mood to work I don’t know why she is hired in this saloon if she don’t like kids .The other two guys was very good and trying there best in cutting my hair son.Prices is high and not that much in cutting.

Very bad service from the Philippino lady in the front desk. She told me you can wait 15 minutes and they will serve me but I waited for 45 minutes and then she told me we cant help you and we will book appointment

The Filipinos at this place seem to be among themselves. I took my son for his first hair cut. He is 11 months old. He was crying all along as he was scared not an effort did they make to calm him down besides putting on the ipad I mean how unprofessional is this. The lady at the reception was doing her thing another lady was on her phone the salon was empty and the boy cutting my sons hair just wanted to finish his work he knew my son was crying instead of calming him down he is using the trimmer which scares the child even more. If its a baby leas thn 2 years i would surely not recommend they are very very unprofessional. The joke was when I called them an hour back they said they are busy and work on appointment only. When we went in there the place was empty now i know why it is empty. Horrible service very unprofessional

They had a lady called aysha. She did a great job with my girls. I used to visit the saloon monthly. But now that she left, I tried the man stylist and it was disappointing. On a hunt for a new saloon

There is a Filipino worker who does not respect customers and does not want to work, in addition to that he does not want to work. He also cut my friend’s son’s hair and destroyed it.

Very bad receptionist told us to come urgently and when we arrived the lady for blow dry is not on shift duty…. Just wasting our time to come here for no reason worst customer service ever

A great little salon for kids. I take my little boys to get their hair cuts regularly and they are clean, fast and the stylists are always polite.

Very slow avoid this place if time is a constraint. All staff are not knowledgeable to cut hair. So waiting for one staff for one hour is just ridiculous!!

Very accommodating and i was satisfied with the service provided however it was only one staff who was working all around and took long time although i booked days in advance.

Cute little place for kids haircuts. My 18 month old girl got the exact hair cut I asked for.

Good for all ages they can handle crying babies and they do hairstyles like the photos, they are so good with kids

They have no knowledge of dealing with children, and they do not have sufficient skill for cutting. I wanted to determine a haircut for my son, and the hairdresser, Marissa, completely ruined my son’s hair. She cut off the sides and left the back hair long, and there was no quality in the cut at all.

The smell of his hand is disgusting, and shaving is reasonable and expensive. I will never go back to him again.

I waited for about half an hour, and then she said to me, “By God, there are people holding you back.” And even though they asked me who was shaving the boy, I said, “Real,” and she said, “OK,” and after half an hour, she said, “No, by God, they are still connected, and they are being held back.”

The salon is nice, but the employee is very slow
