Ive tried the Russian manicure and pedicure for the first time today at Tips and Toes Al Furjan West, with Anjali and Gina.Its amazing what it does for your cuticles and skin in comparison to the regular method of cleaning / cutting cuticles. They use a machine to clean the skin around your nails, and to smooth the skin on your feet.Its absolutely pain-free, your nails look longer and cleaner, and your skin much softer than with the regular method.I will definitely do it again!

The service here is amazing. I get my nails done every two weeks. The staff are friendly and professional. Hats off for Anjali and Arabella, my favorites.Keep up the great work 🙌

I got chrome gel nails done here and they were not worth the price. They chipped within 2 days (which the salon did fix for me for free so that’s a + point) but the quality of the chrome manicure was not great and it just looks like glitter polish. They are also lifting within 10 days of getting the manicure.

Whenever I go to tips and toes I only go to Arabelle, I have no doubt that the rest of the girls are good but honestly speaking she’s amazing, my nails always look great after she does them. When I want to book an appointment and she’s not available I change my plans according to her availability.

Went to this location before the weekend for a blow dry for myself and my daughter. The blow dry was done by Preet who took extra care into making it perfect and lasted the whole weekend! Will definitely go back again for other services.

I must say amazing salon. One of the best in Dubai. Hair dresser , sukhpreet kaur(Preety), is just amazing. Had the blow dryer with her. Highly highly recommend her. She is just the best. I had an amazing experience. Keep up the great work.

I had a appoiment for waxing and eyebrows at 5 pm and when u arrived there they told me to wiat and then that some other customer upgraded their appoimnet and the lady who supposed to do my waxing is not available and I need to wait until she finsihed doing the pedicure,when I walked in she just started to do the pedicure and manicure. They just accepted a walk in customer over my appointment. Is absolutely ridiculous what a waste of time.

I’ve just had the best Manicure from Anjali (very thorough) and Pedicure from Joan (equally as meticulous) and so happy with the results. Both of them had a good, friendly manner, and very very good at their craft. I was so nervous because I’m a very particular client, but they were amazing. Thank you, I will be back again! Love that your prices are more on the reasonable side too! And the seats are suuuper comfy. Very easy for me to get to you from JVC too 👌🏽 thanks ladies.

Got my nails done 2 days ago to come on holiday for a wedding and not even 4 hours after getting them done (gellish mani pedi) they were already starting to chip. It’s not the first time this has happened to me from tips and toes, not sure if it’s the product or the application technique but it’s very disappointing. I usually get them done somewhere that charges half the price and lasts me at least 2 weeks without chipping. The service there was good but very disappointed with the results once again ):

Gina did my extension (acrylic), she did an amazing job and really took her time to make it perfect! She asked me multiple times if I liked it or if she should change it - that was very nice. Anam did my toes and gave me the best massage. Really loved my time here!

Absolutely a pleasure to visit this new branch. The service is above and beyond... full of smiles and extras. I have tried the manicure, pedicure, waxing and massages till date and all deserve 5 Stars! Ruby did a 20 minute massage and I felt like a new person. I am a regular customer at Al Furjan Pavilion, and I am extremely satisfied and happy with their meticulous service and work. I always get Anjali as my technician, and I am amazed by her level of skill and technique. She is very welcoming, genuine, and helpful. The entire team is always positive, smiling, and welcoming. I highly recommend all ladies to come and enjoy a relaxing visit.

I am a regular at the Furjan Pavillion branch and I love the service and staff there, but just wanted to give this branch a try since its new. I was so disappointed with the service for my hair, the hairstylist added services which I had not agreed for and ending up charging me for it!! Of course I did not agree to pay because I was clear that I wanted whatever was part of the package done nothing more. The annoying thing was how she tried to corner me into adding the additional services while my other treatment was going on. Anyways, Im not visiting this branch again, the staff definitely need more training on customer service.

I called in advance and booked an appointment for french tips and nail art and when I arrived I found out that the supposed nail artist wasn’t there that day. It took them three hours to do eight french tips that were shakey and had bumps because instead of using a fine tip brush they used the regular brush that comes with the nail polish which made the back of my nails have gel on them as well which was very difficult to get off and they didn’t even remove all of it. They weren’t careful when they were cutting my cuticles either and so it started to bleed in some places. I would not recommend going to this place.

I didn’t have time for a full blown massage but stopped at the salon for a quick neck and shoulder release and Ruby did such an amazing job. Tips and toes’ services differ with their branches. Although I am a 3 year holding member but this branch was exquisite!

I always have the most relaxing time at tips and toes al furjan west. The ambience is so calming, the technicians are excellent and Joana gives the best massages. It’s my favourite spot to get a mani pedi, massage, waxing and threading!
