Absolutely love Tips and Toes Arabian Ranches. Their newly decorated salon is stunning. I purchased the 1 Year membership (sold to me by Armie) so I come once a month which I always look forward to. I love that I can have multiple treatments at once to save time. I always request Armie to do my rubber base nails, she is always so kind and friendly but more importantly works quickly but meticulously! She has a wonderful attention to details! Thank you Armie! The other ladies are also all lovely, wonderful pedicures and massages too! Here are some photos of my Christmas nails done by Armie! I had a lovely massage by Aneliza and pedicure by Florivita.

Therapists talking in tagalog between themselves so I don’t understand what they’re gossiping about.They didn’t even check what was my booking for.Nails extremely poorly done. The French is done with the brush of the nail polish directly which is not adequate to have straight lines.I don’t mind paying a high price but this is super expensive for what it is.The only good service is the massage, the Vietnamese lady was very good.

Have been visiting T&T for a long time! The most qualified and delightful of technicians are Elisa and Vicky! Amazing ability and great service from them both! Highly recommend for amazing acrylic manicure and exfoliating pedicure!Great girls!!

I go here every month for a manicure, pedicure, and my hair threading. It’s always consistent, quick and amazing! I always add on a head, neck and shoulder massage and all this is done at once so I have all those services done in less than 1 hour. It’s always incredible. I recently got Vicky as my manicurist and Patricia as my pedicurist and both did an outstanding job - so friendly and great at what they do!

Been 2+ years member in TnT and Arabian Ranches branch stood out for me because of the highly skilled nail technicians. I have very brittle nails and Ms. Evelyn always takes care of my acrylic nail service. It lasts for over a month and doesn’t chip at all. The application is also just enough and doesn’t feel too thick. She is very meticulous and highly skilled on her craft. I really love her work, and with other nail technicians teaming up with her like Gloria. I won’t go to any salon as Evelyn is my go-to expert to take care of my nails acrylic nail service. I highly recommend her.

I had great experience in Tips and Toes Arabian Ranches with Marilyn that really knew massage techniques and with her magic hands removed my stress and made my shoulders not to ache again. Monalisa was great nail technician and really paid attention to my needs and made the manicure I wanted and for Aizza she was very careful yet great with removing callus off my feet and did great job on pedicure service. Will definately return

I have been using Arabian Ranches 1 salon for many years. The ladies there are so caring and professional it’s a joy to go there every month.Vicky is someone I love to see and an expert in her work! Comfort is brilliant at massages and listens to my concerns. I feel better every time after her treatment. Thi Hong did my nails today for the first time and was very good too.The ladies at the reception know my number and what I need without me telling them. This is what I call customer service!

For the past two years, I’ve been trusting Wassem with my hair, especially for hair color and highlights. Every time I leave his chair, my hair looks stunningly natural, as if the color was made just for me. Poor serviceI’ve been a loyal customer and member of T&T for over two years, but my recent experience has left me incredibly disappointed. I booked a HydraFacial appointment through their new app, and it was confirmed. However, they called me during Al Asr prayer time, and after just three rings, they hung up without even bothering to leave a message or follow up.I drove all the way from Sharjah to keep my appointment, only to be told upon arrival that the HydraFacial couldn’t be done because one of the products was out of stock. To make matters worse, they didn’t even make the effort to call me back to inform me about this beforehand.This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering I’m a long-time, loyal customer. Very poor communication and customer care. I won’t be returning and will not be renewing my membership either.

I am an old customer with Tips and toes, I never change them for many years, they are always friendly and try to do there best to satisfy everyone. Happy with my long journey with them, and encourage everyone to choose them as best salon.

On multiple occasions I have notified them about the quality of nail finish. But to my dismay they don’t care about anything. Today afternoon I did my nails and after 3 hours it started to went off.The quality of work is worst.Also before you say that I have done some work so FYI I haven’t done anything or work except driving to MOE.

I have enjoyed my treatments today atTips and Toes. They have offered , really good deal with great quality package at 25% discount . I am a Hijabi and have been to Ranches branch and even though they have male hair dressers the staff were very cooperative especially Irish and Belle were they did a set up for closed partition where I can enjoy blow drying my hair with comfort and ease. Thank you Tips and Toes for the great experience.

I have been going to the Arabian Ranches branch for 2 years now and the hair stylists and manicurists are really good. Special mention for Anju and Marilyn who leave no stone unturned to make my experience worthwhile :)

Every time I book there is an issue. So I tried through their app and booked well in advance with the same ladies for 1 pm.. guess what? I arrived to the place and one of the ladies is not available… I will add the booking to prove it this time.

At the reception, there was an issue with my friends booking. She used the app for a discount but, after changing the appointment via the call center, it was deemed ineligible. I waited 10 minutes for my technician, who cut my cuticles too deep, causing them to bleed. The manicure took longer than expected, and when the machine bumped into me, budging the colour, the technician got irritated and blamed me. The finish was not neat, and the color budged at the cuticles. Despite asking her not to cut the area, she did, causing more bleeding. At checkout, they also forgot the discount, which has now twice happened at different branches.

Nora did my nails shes my favorite technician in Arabian Ranches Tips and toes. Joan Did my pedicure also and it gives me relaxing. Massage also with rini is so good. All people is friendly there and its comfortable going there. Highly Recommend to visit this shop.

I’ve been coming in this branch for 13 years and this ladies Jenny for my poly gel, Vicky for my pedicure,Nora for my Ombré, Sara for my Hair, Dolores and Anna for my Massage this 6 lovely ladies are amazing they never disappoint me. I always leave the salon very happy after all my services.

I have been going to Tips and Toes for years, and their staff is fantastic—always friendly and super nice. They are always ready to accommodate and pamper me. I especially enjoy their massage service while getting my pedicure and manicure. They also have great masseurs at their Arabian Ranches location.However, I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. The interior design and furniture are old and outdated; a revamp would be appreciated. Additionally, the lighting is too bright, especially when getting a pedicure and manicure. The strong lights directly above are uncomfortable and make it hard to relax.Despite these issues, I still frequent Tips and Toes because of their excellent staff and service.

My daughters and I visited Arabian Ranches Hair Salon, and had a HORRENDOUS experience with a male stylist. My daughter gave him a clear reference picture (reference photo below) on how she would have liked her chest lenght hair to be cut, he referenced the photo throughout the session and she still ended up with the haircut in the second photo. It was too far done by the time, that I realised what had happend.I am furrious, because once I asked him what was going on, he pretended that he did not realise it. Until I insisted that the cut no where near resembled the photo, to which he then admitted that he cut it wrong. AND OFFERED NO APOLOGY!!A new stylist stepped in and tried to save what he could bit to say that it was beyond selvage is an understatement.Everyone in the room could clearly see what was going on, and no one offered an apology, I would expect that at a minimum a manager would be informed of such gross negligence by a staff member and for her to come over and offer an apology. But nothing.Only when I left did she come over and only because I refused to pay for the hair component of my daughters service!!What about the damage to my daughters confidence!!!

Had a terrible experience twice now. Went today for mani/pedi and Manilyn really cut my cuticles and made them bleed. I didn’t notice at first as I was with my eyes closed in a massage so she tried to hide it with a cotton pad. She refused to apologize and just told me it was because I bleed too much 🤯

Although the service is always amazing, I don’t like the new booking system through the call center! On several occasions I was assigned to different ladies, despite requesting my regulars 😡 (I have been a client of T&T Ranches for over a decade!) At least I would like to still have access to call the branch, as they are well aware of my needs & preferences, and would thus accommodate to them better.

I was there twice, both times very happy with service, friendly and professional staff but ...I went there 2nd time only because they called me and offer 20% discount. My main problem there is uncomfortable way of sitting. In other places are some pillows/stool on which you can put your legs, here you keep your leg directly on technicians knee. Plus this place needs a bit of redecoration. Please remove the scary bald mannequin. See you again

Extremely poor service. Made us wait for over 15 minutes for 2 pedicures that were booked before and no one knew where a seat would be available. No remorse or apology for mismanaging appointments or availability. Pulled out dirty portable tub for the pedicures as an option which was absolutely disgusting- filthy and black with use and potentially moldy! Seats stinking of oil from previous clients who may have done massages. Do not go there!! Go to any other branch! Save yourself the pain of poor planning and service.

I have renewed my membership again for the third year here with the arabian ranches branch. The staff and quality are amazing everytime and I have tried other places but this salon is really my favorite. I love to get my mani pedi and all treatments with Charlyn and Aiza. I love to get massages with Annaliza as they are comforting and truly relaxing! I highly recommend tips and toes Arabian!!

The nail technician was sweet but they are looting people. They told us a different pricing while booking and while paying the price tripled !!!!! Beware of their scam !!!

I had a great experience with Hair colour, treatment and blow dry with waseem. He has good knowledge of what he is doing and the products tgat he is using. I have sensitive scalp, his advise and treatment was perfect for me.His assistant Irish was a sweet, kind and helpful lady. She knew what she was doing perfectly.Good job.Just to update my review a year after my previous review. I am so happy with the service that Waseem and Irish give me. Thank you to them once more.

I have been a member here for many years and always receive a warm welcome.Today I was really pleased with my service, my nails were in a terrible state after a few weeks of neglect!!My technician Elisa did the most amazing job, gave me advice on my damaged nails and I walked out feeling great and with a beautiful set of new nails.I would highly recommend Elisa, she is polite, professional and an excellent master technician.Thank you Elisa - see you next time.

As a member for 2 years and a regular client for long time I decided to stop coming to Tips And Toes.Very often the nails don’t last, they come off after a few days and the price of repair is expensive! They often mess up the appointments so you will have to wait for 30 minutes or longer without even a slight apology from the staff.The staff is unprofessional, while I am waiting (my confirmed appointment is already 15 min ago) there is about 5-8 technicians laughing and chatting with each other in the waiting area. What a huge disappointment is this salon!I enjoyed their services for long time it’s a shame the quality of the staff and their products have gone so bad!

Very bad service. They tell you a certain price prior to starting the service and after they finish it’s a different rate. Staff are very rude and they do not want to listen to concerns from customers. Even the manager is rude. Their prices are a scam.

My first package with tips and toes but definately the last. They are highly unorganised and dont have enough staff. I booked an appointment today at 9:00 am for a 10:00 am mani/pedi, they made me wait for 15 mins without a service and then came to tell me they will only have someone in another 15 mins so they MAKE clients wait for 30 mins because they dont have staff?!? How is this acceptable. Then they blamed it on the call center that did not know they didnt have staff! Mind you, the branch was actually EMPTY!!! This was at the arabian ranches which I booked further away feom my home since they didnt have appointments in Arjan which is 2 mins away from home. In fact, they never have appointments in Arjan so I am not sure why they are open!!!!

Recommend them for roots color, highlights and blow drys. The ladies at the reception are also great! They try their best to accommodate all clients with a smile.

Had hybrid eyelash extensions placed with discomfort and eyelid itchiness. Unable to straighten with eyelash brush. Went to another recommended salon and was told the eyelashes were actually attached to my eyelid. Pictures taken and took to salon and spoke with manager Joy on 12/31. Have been emailing since with pictures and you saying you are escalating to management since 12/31. Have requested Standards of Services along with the technician’s current certification with absolutely no result.I’ve requested a refund and still nothing back.I hoped the outlet would have taken this more serious so in all I cannot recommend this outlet for any service.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years and its hands down my go to place for relaxing and unwinding post a busy week at work. They have the best masseuse: Analisa she works magic on my painful and stressed back muscles while, Elisa and Ebalyn do a great job on giving me the best nails. Also a shout out to Chandra and Irene who exactly know how i prefer my eye brow threading and shape. I love the place and totally recommend these ladies. Lastly Rudyalyn and Kristina always make sure to give me an appointment even when its a last minute request. 😊

Annaliza always does my massage and it is always a very relaxing experience! I only entrust my feet with the expert hands of Marjie and for my daughter it is mostly Mona. I also enjoyed today’s pedicure with Charlyn ❤️ it is always a pleasant experience at tips and toes!!!

Technicians are very qualified and I tried many places. Their skills are exceptional especially Vicky for pedicure, Anna for massage, Christine and Florivita for manicure. The quality of their work kept me loyal to the arabian ranches branch, as well as their nice personality. They make you feel like at home, understand your need and work from their heart. My toes don’t hurt after Vicky cleans them, Anna heals from my neck disk pain and my injuries and Christine and Florivita always try their best to shape and apply latest trend. I like mostly their characters and smiles. And I highly recommend them. And need to mention as well the manager Winny and the receptionists who understand the issues and try always to accommodate special requests.

The minute you walk inside Tips N Toes Arabian Ranches Branch you are greeted by the welcoming faces of Rachel and Joy. I used to come to T&T for my beauty needs, but after numerous times of the eyelash technician catching my lashes I decided to go elsewhere. I still come for my waxing however recently I booked my appointment and arrived to the beautician starting the treatment with strip wax. I had always used hot wax and was not informed by anybody upon booking or arriving that there would be no hot wax available. I was really disappointed and annoyed to be honest. The beautician herself was lovely and I cannot fault her but the whole process and organisation was very bad.

I have been part of the tips and toes family for over 15 years! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are super efficient & thorough. I work around my technician’s schedules as Jenny has taken care of my hands for 7 years! Ofcourse Jenny will always sell me something which has worked wonders but there hasn’t been a single time in the last 6 months I have visited and not walked out without having bought something! And Irene has been my tech for 12 years and always be my go to for my threading! Thank you girls very grateful 💖

I enjoy Tips and Toes. It’s easy to get an appointment, the quality of products is good and well applied. I even do my eyebrow waxing and it’s so far always up to my expectation. I can specially recommend Evelyn for finger nails.

The hair and facial services are professionally handled by well trained staff. Winnie the manager is able to guide the customers very well. Ive been coming to tip and toes in Arabian ranches. They have a wonderful staff. They are always willing to do their very best. I fix my hair with bio tanix ask for Anju she s brilliant. As for the nails mani pedi I suggest Elisa and Margie they do an exceptional job on shellac mani and pedi. Its worth to try visiting the salon here. 😌

I did my nails ombrel gelish on hands and pedicure for feet at Arabian Ranches. The ladies were lovely. Unfortunately the next day half a nail was chipped and the next day the other nails started chipping. It looks awful and will now have to make appointment to have it removed. shame as it only lasted 3-4 days and it is expensive to do. I was told would last 2 weeks so was hoping they would last at least until Christmas. I feel the quality of the paint perhaps is not the best. Next time will just stick to my usual pani medi and not go for gelish\shellac.

What a lovely morning at T&T Arabian Ranches! Armie, Manilyn provided a great gel Mani Pedi & Dolores does the most wonderful firm but relaxing massage. The salon is a little dated but the staff and service are brilliant.

Really unbelievable!! Tips and Toes was my favorite place to go to and advised everyone to go visit and try their services. Being loyal to this saloon has not gotten me anywhere but horrible memorized customer service statements. Wrong bookings, ladies saloon having male hair dressers and walking around without informing the hijabis that male are inside, also for a package booking i had to go to saloon 3 times because of their management. This is completely unacceptable. Its was the same issue with Maiasem branch. Big disappointment from a very loyal customer.I have been receiving calls customer service Dep.1. 1st day we are sorry and lets book you in another branch (nothing else is offered).2. 2nd call, we will extend your package for end of Jan 2024 as the saloon was good enough to give me until Jan 15. and confirmed that it is showing in my profile regards of which branch I choose to go to (PS. from the beginning, the saloon reception informed me I have until Jan 15 to avail the offer, it was not a 1st favor)3. 3rd call, we will offer you a 20min massage and you still need to do your blow dry by 15 Jan no exception nothing mentioned in my profile. So, there is a mis communication and unprofessionalism confirming to me something and then taking it away. what is happening?As a service, Tips and Toes are good to choose. but as customer relations, it below average!

Janet and Lastrini were absolutely fantastic at Arabian ranches. Rini gives a brilliant massage which works at knots and relaxation and Janet went above and beyond with the pedicure. A lovely experience and such a relaxing branch of T&T. Staff are always kind and helpful.

The service has gone way down, specifically mani/pedi. I’ve been a customer of T&T for over 12 years, I caught 3 fungal infections in my feet over the past year and now I’m suffering from pain and a deep toe infection just because the technician refused to listen when I asked her NOT to cut cuticles. Never had such unfriendly and miserable nail technician, she was not focused, just cutting without thinking… the management doesn’t care, still waiting for a proper response… toe infection is SERIOUS!Otherwise, the hairdressers especially Anju & Debs are excellent!

I went to Tips&toes Arabian Ranches today. Deborah washed my hair and it was a very pleasant moment and I am very happy with the blow dry that the hairdresser Sara did for me. She is very professional and a nice person.

I cannot recommend highly enough. All of the staff are professional and lovely, and Jenny is the best nail technician I have ever had. I only see her for my nails now.

Tips and toes beauty salon is my preferred si ce 2 years, after trying many other places. The salon is cozy, tidy, perfectly clean and the team is great, professionally and friendly. I have the annual membership, to have my nails always done and good saving on all the other services. For the hair treatments, cut and color, Wassim is the best in town.

Poor service: trying to up-sell different products and treatments even after agreed treatment has started and then at the end charging for unwanted and non-consented treatment. For this the overall experience ends up expensive and leaving with a sour taste! Will not come back nor recommend anyone to go here better places around at the Ranches club house or Motor city

Used to be able to call the salon directly for bookings. They changed the system and calls now go to the Call Center. Called 5 times, was put on hold for a long time. I got tired of waiting 10-15 minutes at a time. Surely this is not how they want their customers (members) to be treated. Shame they can’t think the process through with the customers in mind. May be easier for them administratively but not good for women who want to be pampered and relax in their spas. If this continues, I will not renew my package.

Very rude staff !!! They have attitude like someone force them to do the job !!! I went today to do my manicure and pedicure & eyelashes refill , who did my pedicure smiled and was kind but who did my manicure not happy to do her job and like someone force her to do it !!! The worst who did my lashes cause irritation for my eyes and stick the down lashes with the extension and it’s really painful and then she was talking loud and in rude way so I left !!! For the receptionist she just said sorry and let me go that’s it not even worried to fix the sticky one with other technician !!!! Very bad experience will never go there again and I don’t recommend this place at all don’t waste your money !!!!!!

Good for a quick salon service. Dont expect too much. Quality is very dependent on your luck. Sometimes you get a great technician, other times not. Will I return? Yes, simply because of convenient location and quick service. Would I recommend? Sadly not.

I’ve been a customer with tips and toes for more than 6 years, however today I received the worst experience ever in Arabian Ranches branch and I was really shocked. Firstly I called for an appointment at 4:30 but they said they are fully booked but they have an available appointment at 4. I was at the salon at 3:55 and I started at 4:40 because the technicians were still busy with other clients thought my initial request was already to go at 4:30. Secondly, the nail polish quality and even the technician application (especially for pedicure) was extremely bad. I had to remove my full hand color and reapply it as it had like black spots due to the terrible quality of the nail polish. I just felt that it could’ve been better if I’ve done my nails to myself at home instead of wasting my time and money.

Love it. Manicure has been done by Patricia so precisely.The shape like I asked for, the length of the nails also perfect for me.Very professional 🤩

I attended the ranches branch in the evening of 7th Feb. Patricia was my manicurist and she was very lovely and friendly with a very personable approach. I also had Dolorus who did my back/shoulder massage was obviously very qualified. I see Physios, Osteos and go to spas frequently and I can say she was a welcome surprise. She identified an area which has been causing pain and took initiative to focus on the relevant areas affected. Ive never had that in Tips&Toes before - she was really impressive.

I’m an old customer of tips and toes more than 10 years, however I experience the worse service today at Arabian ranches ,I booked for a nail art and they just send someone without any experience, they didn’t even call me early to confirm my appointment neither told me the nail art lady is not available. There should be better monitoring by a supervisor or an experience manager to avoid this happening with others, Diana

Enjoyed the Swedish massage. My therapist was experienced and focused on my shoulders as requested. The prices are reasonable compared to others. The only problem is that the therapy room is next to reception so it was a little noisy during treatment.

I would 100% not recommend having acrylic nails done here. I recently visited the Arabian Ranches store and it took 3 hours for one set of acrylics. Within a week, 3 of these nails had snapped (with no good reason) and I was charged an extortionate price for them to be fixed. 4 days later and more are snapping.Far too slow and far too expensive. I will not be returning!

Tips and Toes in Arabian Ranches offers a variety of beauty services of which I have availed mani pedi, massage and waxing. I am not a great fan of their mani pedi services, however the massage and waxing is great and is a must try. They are a bit on the high price end, yet these services are good.
