Sajina was amazing at the Arjan branch ( she is usually located in the silicon oasis branch) very attentive and friendly when completing my pedicure and manicure. Lovely massages from her also. 5/5 for her.Reception wasn’t very friendly when I arrived & were confused about my booking when it was very clear. Also the Wi-Fi didn’t work & data didn’t work in the building which made the 2 hours very long.

Noha did a great job on my hair. I came in for a cut and blow dry as I am going natural with my gray. My hair is so soft and so beautiful. She is a very experienced professional stylist as I have very curly hair. I am beyond pleased.

I always go to Tips & Toes for my nails and eyebrows. My favorite tech Marilou got transferred to this new branch in Arjan so I went ahead and visited them.The branch is clean and they sanitize the seats immediately as soon as a customer leaves. The staff are all nice and accommodating.I personally recommend Carmela for mani and Marilou for pedi.They have a new service idea now that you can either unplug or disconnect from your mobile phone while doing their service. The free purple earplugs and earphones are sooo cute!I will definitely visit this branch again and will recommend it to my friends.

It was my first time at this specific branch and I was positively surprised how attentive the staff was. Usually at spas you get treated very nonchalantly but the team today was so warm, welcoming and professional. The highlight of my visit was my interaction with Ashupreet. Firstly, she did a great job on my pedicure but I have to say that this lady is such a great sales person! And in a positive way, she was so warm and bubbly and just has this personality you can not help but adore. Thank you for making my day, and as a note for the management, Ashupreet is such a keeper, she will bring tons of value to your business so I hope you treat her accordingly!

Carmela is an amazing, bubbly nail tech who worked her magic on my nails, and the Gelish mani she provided lasted impressively long. Angela, the masseuse, was not only polite but also incredibly skilled in delivering a relaxing and effective full body massage. Customer service is good but constantly coming to the client and offering promotions and other services ruins total experience. İt would be better to keep the menu on each table and the clients could read it and choose something else if they like. I felt disturbed each time when they asked me to buy this or that while doing my manicure.

I went to the salon to get my gel polish removed and asked the salon helper to do my nails and she didnt know how and it wasnt her work!! and now my nails have gel residue on them and i put nail polish Peel off in 2 days very bad salon not recommended 0/10

I have been a loyal customer of Tips and Toes in Abu Dhabi for a long time, and I have always been impressed by their professional service. However, my recent experience at their branch in arjan dubai was quite disappointing. Despite clearly requesting a nail artist at the reception, I was assigned a technician who couldnt even provide the right nail shape, let alone any artistic design. When I raised my concerns, all I received was an apology. While I appreciate the gesture, I believe that when customers pay a premium for professional service, they should receive the quality they are paying for. I hope Tips and Toes can work on ensuring consistent service quality at all their branches.And i want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Marthiel who made my bedicure for her wonderful pedicure service and her patience in helping me choose the perfect nail color.

Great experience at the Arjan branch! I always love the atmosphere and all the girls working there are amazing! I like to always try different manicurist and pedicurists! This time an excellent job to Ilyn and Marishiel! Both extremely careful and gentle!

Sajida is the best technician for eyebrows and waxing. Shes gentle and pays attention to any requirements you may have. Shes also super sweet which makes your experience that much better l!

Terrible! I went for a hair wash. I asked for sulfate-free shampoo and they used a sulphate shampoo! My hair is so frizzy after the wash.Also, it is overpriced I paid AED 95 for a hair wash!

I don’t have a photo to show the colour, but I really loved my colour and it was an enjoyable experience. The lady who did my pedicure was efficient and really good at her job. She was also lovely!

Arjan Tips n Toes is one of my constants. Always relaxing and thorough mani/pedi’s. Today I had a full body massage by Angela. It was truly amazing, I came out feeling reborn :)

Very disappointed with the low quality and low standards tips & toes are leaning into. I’ve given this salon many trials and every single time my gel ends up peeling off within 2-3 days.This happened on multiple occasions yet with my constant feedback and giving them more chances, they keep failing.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to spend their money and time and have it go to waste.Definitely not going back again

The call center and reception are so rude and uncooperative with the customers.Be careful of the membership sales. They lie and make false claims until for you to buy the membership, and then change the rules after you pay.They sold me a membership that I didn’t want and won’t use enough to be worth it. The sales rep said that I can share it with my daughter who can take advantage of the services. After buying the membership, they refuse to apply the benefits to my daughter claiming “the membership is not in her name”, even though they specifically said that I can share it.

Prices are getting higher every visit. Really disappointed!

I feel like the staff are friendly and warm and the location is easy to get to. I enjoyed the service but picked up a bad infection in my toe, so obviously something wasnt clean that was used during my pedicure. it also then took 3-4 days for anybody to get back to me from the customer service in order for me to give feedback and they didnt offer to even fix my toe after.

Carmela is the best for manicure, I always request for her as she is meticulous and does a wonderful job all the time, very consistent. Ilyn is also great for pedicure, she is careful and pays close attention to what I want. Nila is a wonderful masseuse, great technique and pressure that relieves all the stress out of my body. Went in for gelish manicure right before my trip- and the paint chipped a day after and it looked horrible. Thats the first time it has ever happened and it was my first time getting gelish done at tips and toes. Very unhappy with the after service- dont recommend. Nail spa is much better with a lovely staff and management.

Unprofessional nail technicians I went three times tried three different technicians and all are not professional, nail extensions came out after 3 days!!! Don’t waste your money

Disappointing customer service:I’ve had a terrible haircut in Abu Dhabi nation tower, made a complaint with pictures, and asked for the haircut credit to be put in my account, so I could use in other services. Until now, my issue has not been solved. There’s no fixing for my hair, as the hairdresser destroyed it and made it extremely short. The customer services only wants me to cut it again and has not returned my ask to have the credit in my account for other services. I go to Tips and Toes since 2015, and have been a member for a couple of years. I’m very disappointed with this situation and was left with an awful hair which will take months to be fixed.

I am extremely happy to be able to share my review about T&Ts. From the moment me, my sister and my niece walked through the doors we were greeted by the staff that were so welcoming. We had many Services booked from massage, facials and mani pedis. Every single service was just amazing. These guys really looked after us. I really love to give credit where credit is due. I cant praise theses guys enough. It was a Friday and was really busy but nothing was compromised. We all loved it. Seriously Highly recommended. Thank you. We felt so so comfortable.

Came to Dubai from Manchester UK to stay with my Aunty Yasmin who booked us in for a day in the spa with tailored services. From entering the Spa to leaving the experience was totally 5*. Reception greeting and the attention to detail with the services was perfect. All staff were very friendly and happy providing the service.. I loved every moment. Always thought, that this is good salon, bcs saw that they have many branches.First time did my nails today...and last. The staff are friendly & nice, but the quality of service is medium, but more disappointment was when went to pay. They calculate all separate, what all normal places call manicure, they divide a part, like you have to pay separately for manicure, separate for nail gel/polish, separate that they make your nails shorter and file of the nails...Dose not all that procedure should be in one, calls manicure?! It all over the world it is. This is crazy! Obviously greedy owners, which consider ppl stupid. Never, ever again. Broke my mood that waste my time & money !

My nails are still painful after the service because they used a wrong product to what i asked for. Acrylic was used instead of gel and the technician was quite naive about my feedback. The acrylic feels like hard glue applied on my nails.
