Tips and Toes - Creek Beach

First I will say this saloon is the worse in dubai , have had similar service with them in Beach front and after 24hrs my gelish pedicure and manicure was nothing to write home about . The most recent one I went to the one here In creek beach for pedicure and manicure , I told the girl attending to me I wanted very short extensions but she did long one and have to start filing and filing my nails . Today all had broken . I am not only disappointed I am embarrAssed at myself for spending this much to get such services . Tips and toes really need to do better or better still just close down to restrategized below is the picture of when I got my nails done and after . The lady who did my toes didn’t even do the curticles. This is the most painful manicure even because my nails are in so much pains

1st time at Creek Beach Branch anx Im by far one exceptional branch! Starting from the welcoming smiling staff, availability of all services, beautiful newly furnished super relaxing mode, I just love everything and definitely willing to come more often even though its not the closest Branch to my zone but definitely worth the trip. I wish all branches get a new look as this branch. Highly recommend tips & toes Creek Branch. See you soon

Worst experience ever! Went 1st time which took 3 hours since the stylist messed up the manicure. The manager saw it and still took full payment. I got to come back 3 days later to another stylist which made it even worse which I didnt even think was possible. She completely filed away my nails so thin so she had to put nail builder on it since they got so fragile. The manager came and wanted payment for that despite the whole mistake was from their side. 2 visits of total 5,5 hours. All my cuticuls are bleeding. Destroyed nails. I have never needed to do anything but a refill on my nails last 6 years wherever I have went. Today I had to cut my nails off and start over. I wouldnt even give them 1 star if possible!

I had an amazing experience at Tips and Toes with nail technicians Roxane and Shanely! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Roxane was so meticulous with my nails, ensuring every detail was perfect, while Shanely was friendly and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Both of them are incredibly talented and take great pride in their work. My nails have never looked better! Highly recommend these two for anyone looking for professional, friendly, and top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back!

Love my new nails! I did polygel nail extensions with April, and gel pedicure with Jennifer. Both were really nice and did their job really well! I will certainly come back!

Had been going for weekly blowdry for 4+ weeks and was always happy. Not the most amazing but get what you pay for. I realised my hair was starting to get really greasy and oily so asked if they would change the shampoo when I went in today. I was told there was only one option or if I want to use another it’s 300 AED!?! For shampoo. I ended up having to buy my own bottle of shampoo from them.The hair stylist asked me if I just want same again and I said yes however he went ahead and did how own thing. Gave me a completely different style to what I’ve ever had before.They did ask me if I want to change but that would involved washing my hair all over again as I normally have a bouncy blow dry styled with a brush which I don’t have time for. I have a big event for work tomorrow which was why I was booking this appointment and no time to go elsewhere.What’s annoyed me the most is there’s no apology from anyone just a shrug of the shoulders and oh well.I won’t be back. Shame as creek harbor really needs a good salon!

I have done both manicure and pedicure and I have to say I am very happy with the services and the saloon hygiene. Honey Mae became my favorite nail technician. I highly recomand her.

Massage, manicure, pedicure and hair root recoloring was done. Great service, great job and very kind staff. Feel Good and relaxing atmosphere the whole time.

Very bad customer service, with not very smart and switched on staff, low quality of work unable to do even simple job. At the day I was there I saw other 2 girls getting angry and fighting with staff so then I understood why 😂, because I was also angry, disappointed and dissatisfied . So if you want to ruin your day and pay for bad service and ugly nails then go ahead to tips and toes creek beach . Really I don’t understand where they management is looking, because those girls need a proper training, starting from basics like how to file nails and make shape .

They offer you coffee or tea with a smile! 🤩 5 stars for customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️With regards to the actual service, Perhaps I am used to a better standard overall with regards to hair products available in the salon.I’ve had my hair washed and blown dry here twice.The first time I brought my own shampoo as I wasn’t sure what they would have. My hair came out nice both times (but it was quite dry) but it would have been nice to have some serum or finishing product used (I put it in myself after) as my hair type is incredibly dry, damaged and dehydrated.Both times I had a lovely lady washing my hair, which was great as she gave me a head massage too and ensured the water temperature was good. She used their own conditioner. 5 stars for this - thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️On my second visit, I didn’t bring any products as I had assessed what they had on my first visit so I trusted they could use their salon stock. This is when I discovered they only offer 1 type of shampoo, which is for colored hair (I don’t have this) - I was very shocked at this seeing as they sell a lot of Kerastas and other high end products. I assumed they use a variety of products depending on hair type but I was wrong.Considering each client has different hair needs, this should also be reflected in the products they use on your hair.I was told I could buy the whole bottle of shampoo and they would use it but I didn’t want to do that. I should not have to do this ! In the end, I had no time to go back home and get my products so I let them use what they have. She double shampooed and used conditioner, but could have let it absorb into my hair for longer as I feel it was washed out immediately.I understand that a business works on certain margins, so a wash and blow dry was a particular price (AED150) but I would have happily paid a bit extra to have a higher quality of shampoo, conditioner, heat protection and serum. They can have terms and conditions on this such as “standard W&B for AED150, premium W&B for AED 170” - this way they would build a higher profit margin for very little effort. They also have hair perfume for sale, all of the above can be offered easily and honestly this would be a great upselling point! 😇 (I am in sales if you can’t already tell)Also, I had to ask for heat protection both times before they started blow drying my hair. The first time I didn’t notice what the bottle said, but was told it was heat protection… but the second time the lady sprayed all of 2 sprays of something in my hair and told me it was heat protection, which it wasn’t as I read the bottle… I don’t like to be mislead as I lose trust in the business after. I don’t blame the staff at all as I know they are adhering to the rules of the salon and I don’t like to complain but I found myself getting very agitated at this point. In every salon I visit, standard practice is to determine the clients hair type, use products accordingly and always always always use heat protection before applying any heat to the hair.Overall, it’s a lovely salon with great people, but I found myself very very stressed when they could not tailor the products for my hair type, or offer finishing products. I’ve had a lot of hair struggles over the years, including a lot of hair loss and breakage so I look after my hair a lot as a result. Not everyone has thick, strong hair so products can make a huge difference in maintaining and protecting your hair from heat and environment elements.As this is a new salon, I hope they take on my points and I am sure customers will be extremely happy. I really believe that people from all over Dubai will come to visit the salon when they hear this (especially expats as we are very picky with salons)I really wish Tips & Toes the very best , they have lovely staff with great intentions, but until they can improve the products offered, I won’t be returning.💛

I did my nails today 10 days ago and after I decided to go to change my nail color at different salon I was shocked to see that I have infection on my toe due to use of uncleaned equipment.my nails were filed very thin and kept on breaking.i don’t recommend this place at all. Very bad experience!

I visited the Dubai Beach creek branch tops and toes .I was approached by the staff and had my hair coloured and had beach waves by hairstyles Messi I really loved his work he’s was super friendly and very professional with his work he made sure I was satisfied with the my hair before I left and he made me laugh I will definitely go back to the salon again thank you staff and Messi I love my new hair ❤️👏🏼

Terrible for threading: have to share this as a warning for all women, she cut my skin, no technique. Avoid Shobha at all costs. Complained about her lack of skill and the manager said sorry. But I would t risk it. Skin is inflamed and red. Never happened to me before

Been there in creek tips and toes and I met this very accommodating lady jenefer and shaneel, she did amazing pedicure to me very accommodating and caringI even recommend her also to my friends, sure i come back.such a relaxing day

I did hair wash and blow dry with akshata. She I so good, professional and really talented. She gave me the best blowdry and my hair looks so healthy now. I’m really happy. She is the best.

I had my pedicure with French gel in Creek Beach with April Kris. She really took a lot of time to save my damaged nails. Ive never had such a great pedicure. Thank you very much! Ill be coming regularly from now on.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I went for a gel pedicure yesterday. Costs 145, was confirmed via WhatsApp when booking. I get to the cash register and they charge 145 + 65 to remove the gel that was on my nails. Im experiencing something like this for the first time. Since when do people charge 65 to take the gel off? Ok, they said they were going to take off the gel, but they didnt say that it costs AED 65. When I made this comment at the checkout, they said we do give a 20% discount.About the nails themselves: the woman was friendly, but I dont think the nails were done well.Worst of all, my 2.5 year old daughter was with us and she just wanted nail polish on her nails for which they charged 50 for hands and 50 for feet. I said I was going to do it myself. I understand that you charge costs from age 5, for example, but not for such a little girl. No salon I have been to does this.If you book here, be careful how much they will charge you at the end.
