Worst gel experience ever, the kind of gel they use & the way its done is just ridiculous, it keeps peeling off in less than 5 days & last time after giving up they wanted to charge me for removing it although its their fault! They never take actions in complains either. Not recommended at all! This is the result of the last gel added on 31st of Dec.

I am writing this as an official complaint from a loyal customer regarding my recent experience at Tips & Toes Dubai Mall. I visited the salon to have my gelish removed, but unfortunately, the technician severely damaged my natural nails in the process. A significant portion of my nail layers was removed, leaving me with extreme sensitivity to the point where I could feel my skin when touching surfaces.As a result, I experienced inflammation, bleeding, and severe pain, which has made daily activities quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the appearance of my nails has been significantly affected.I am sharing my experience to inform potential customers to be cautious when considering this salon for nail services. I have been struggling with the consequences for a while now, and I hope this feedback helps others avoid a similar situation.

Got a hair cut with Asha and she was incredible! Very kind, great consultation and excellent skills. Loved the final result of my haircut and I would definitely recommend her services. The customer service of the front desk was also great, quick and welcoming. Overall great experience :)

Tip and toes is the best Salon I’ve ever been in DubaiThey have the best nail care services, as well as other services like hair removal, hair styling, lashes, and all other servicesMe and my family are a regular customers of top and toes (Arabian ranches branch) since +20 years and some of the staff, we know them long time ago such as Jenny who I know her 17 years ago and she always take care of my nails

If you really care about your nails and toes please don’t go to this salon. They will damage your nail and toes without any care. Even different brunches and even their nail expert are all disaster.. don’t ever buy the membership cos you will just waste the money

Horrible Experience – Would NOT RecommendMe and my Friend had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon. Not only was the customer service incredibly poor—staff were not helpful —they charged my friend card twice ,they have an issue in their bank machine ! When we brought up the issue, instead of resolving it politely, they were unhelpful and acted as if it our fault.We asked to investigate check the system and the camera , they were not able to give us a logic and proper answer to what happened also we noticed that they dont have a coverage for CCTV camera at the reception area something that has to be addressed quickly .The service itself was subpar, and the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. To top it off, their unwillingness to address their mistake left us feeling frustrated and disrespected.As a customer with Tips and Toes for more than 6 years I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go to a salon where they actually value their customers and act with integrity.Be careful to be charged twice or even more kindly check your card statement to make sure to be charged only for the service that you had .

I visited the salon on the 8th of December, I got a gelish mani pedi and a 30 min massage. The ladies were very friendly and their work was very nice. However 3 days later i started noticing the gel chipping and getting disformed on both my nails and my toe nails since they used the same product on both. When I reached out to them the customer service agent explained how they are only willing to offer a “FIXING” session within the next 71hrs. I would just like to know, Who’s gonna keep chipped nails for 2 or 3 weeks until you offer a fixing session? Since i showed you pictures dated to the 11th of december. The least you could do is offer a new session or a refund! But no when I asked you guys for a refund you said you have no refund policy.So NO i would never recommend visiting this branch. Products are definitely faulty and not worth the price.The staff are friendly tho and good at what they do. Too bad you guys didn’t invest in the quality of your products as well!

My latest experience was truly shocking! Not only was the service bad, but the rudeness and disrespect from the male hairdresser was unacceptable. What should have been a simple hair trim turned into very poor quality service, as clearly shown in the provided picture. Despite the obvious that the hair is clearly not straight, he adamantly refused to acknowledge this result, causing a scene, disturbing other customers, even escalating his rudeness when other clients had to get up from their treatments to support my concerns. When requesting to speak to management, to address the escalating situation, she unfortunately remained passive. As a loyal customer for three years and a member for almost two, having utilized various services, this experience was particularly shocking. Though I left with my hair much shorter than intended, I appreciate the efforts of the female hairdresser who attempted to rectify her colleagues mistakes. However, its disappointing that neither an apology for the poor service nor the disrespectful behavior was ever extended.

It used to be one of my best places but recently they added male staff to a female saloon without updating their clients! I just renewed my membership even though they down grade the services that comes with the membership . I am so disappointed and not welling to continue! I tried to cancel the membership and they said u cant! They dont understand that local people are conservative and looking for private and ladies only places!!!!

First time i went to this salon at their dubai mall branch. its easy to find and from the entrance i love the design and vibes of the salon. the receptionist greeted me and i love their approach. they are very accommodating and the staff they making me comfortable. what i love the most is their service which i chose the fallen petal manicure & pedicure service with massage. i feel really pampered and refresh. i didnt even feel any pain while theyre doing my hands and toes. Definitely i will recommend it it to my friends.Thank you again tips & toes for this amazing experience.

My experience for the wash and dry and manicure was good. They did an excellent job were very positive.I am upset with my pedicure... The technician dug into my big toe and now it is still oozing and infected a week later and Im having to go to the doctor to get it fixed.

Do not go. Do not buy a package. Do not get a gel manicure (I gotten 2 now, different brands of polish and different colors, both peeled in less than 5 days, never had this happen to me anywhere else in the world)Absolutely horrible customer service. Very uncomfortable experience because they are always trying to upsell. Just the worst nail salon in the planet very much regret involving myself with them at all. Avoid it.

The usual mess of years ago, confusion, miscommunication, no punctuality or accountability, weak managerial input for problem solving.Messing up the booking, not notifying timely about it while the guest is actually present in the salon for the good 30 minutes and has limited time to get the services done and charging an upset client leaving the salon because of all the above aed 85 for an unfinished service when the complete service costs aed 90 to me is a sign of a greatest incompetence.I came in not only for my nails, but as well for my mood, left with none of them being improved, but rather worsened.This salon needs to improve the communication and problem solving skills. As of now, that’s what you get for a silly amount of aed 85- a bad review and an utterly disappointed client.

Booked an appointment with the Dubai Mall branch as my regular spot (Business Bay branch) was booked out to get my nails done.Terrible job with gel polish. It chipped on Day 5.On approaching the customer complaint department, I was informed that nothing can be done as it is beyond their 72hrs policy. The only response was Thank you for your feedback. We apologize and will try to do better next time. Despite being a regular customer, there was no offer to fix it.Never returning to waste my money here again and I would not recommend this place to anybody.

I’ve been coming to Indira at Tips and Toes for 2 years! Not only is her service a 10/10 and always consistent, she is extremely kind and friendly(-: Gina also does a great job!

Very disappointedGel did not last for 2 days when it should stay minimum 14 days. I have asked to get refund for my 1 year membership, had to wait almost 1 week to get an answer of “we don’t do refund” right now am stuck with the membership unhappy and have to use it because simply they refused to make the refund.

My manicure was good but she cut my cuticles and 3 of them bled. When I told her she hurt me and it had never happened before she said my skin is sensitive instead of apologising. I wouldn’t go there for a manicure again even though the filing and application was good :/

Me and my friend visited tops and toes today and we were extremely impressed with how eager they were to help and we were then assisted by Roxane and Josephine for my mani pedi, Gina for my friends pedi, Ivey for her massage and Ngyuen who took care of us and pampered us with a green tea. They managed to get everything done in 1.5 hours and with great precision. My only feedback would be, they could increase the variety of shellac colours, but overall the experience and service was incredible. Would highly recommend them!

I’ve been coming to Tips and Toes for my manicure and pedicure for about a year now and I absolutely love it! The service is amazing and Leonila and Josephine are just the best at what they do! They are so detailed and their work is so clean!

I’ve visited this branch several times and each visit is always pleasant.The place is clean and the ambiance is relaxing. They also follow proper covid protocols and make sure that you feel safe when you’re in their facility. The staff are all nice and friendly. I also like that it’s located right next to Fashion Parking.My favorite services are BioTanix Hair Treatment, Magnesium, and Vitamin C Mani and Pedi.I’ve had my BioTanix (Brazilian Protein Treatment) for 3 months now and my hair is still straight and bouncy. This treatment is unique because it’s organic and even safe for pregnant ladies. It also doesn’t strong chemical smell unlike other keratin treatments done in other salons. I recommend their hairstylist Malek, she’s the best!I highly recommend the Magnesium Mani & Pedi for muscle and leg relaxation whilst the Vit C Mani & Pedi is the best to energize and brighten your legs and arms.I will definitely go back again and will recommend this branch to my friends.

TERRIBLE is the word. I came for nails extensions and understood the design asked could not be done, so I requested for a similar colour combination or another style. The closest colour was out of stock and every other product such as chrome/stickers/diamontes were ALL out of stock. The technician was unwilling, showing exasperation having to fetch other colours, was least interested in suggesting other ideas or designs and when I specifically asked her if she had any other ideas, she bluntly replied no, I am paying a LOT of money for poor quality nails so I should be the one frustrated. Then I had a v dumb frontdesk person tell me its a policy to charge 20dhs/nail- no problem happy to pay BUT ONLY when you can offer me a better design option, no discounts and no incentives were offered. Dumb and incompetent is how I would describe everyone I dealt with today.Cherry on top- i was OVERCHARGED 200 dhs, yes 200dhs!! By mistake. How does one make such a big mistake is beyond me and I was instantly offered gift vouchers because refund would take 5 days, ok so? Asked to void and happy to wait. I suspect, if I hadnt come back and asked to investigate, tips and toes would have conveniently pocketed this. This is SHAMEFUL behaviour!You have lost a loyal customer who has often overlooked your below par services all these yrs.

Made an appointment for 4pm and just when I arrived they’re telling me that they’re running late ! Seriously ?? And telling that they tried to call me.Which was at four pm exactly 🙂 don’t waste other people’s time !

Veryy bad and unprofessional service.Not accurate in theor appointments and they dont take a responsibility on their work.My nail was broken after 3 days of refilling it, and she was asking me to pay as if its my forst time i do refill. Ly at Dubai mall branch is simply amazing for nails. She really took out the time and effort to do my daughter’s French tips. Highly recommend her ⭐️ all the ladies at the reception are kind and understanding 💯

I‘ve been going to tips and toes since 3 years. I can tell you girls, Mr. Ala is the best hairdresser I’ve experienced ever. The attention to details, his focus and the job that he is delivering, is amazing! He is treating every client like a princess, and makes you feel good. Cheat with prices and not professionally coated. They do not know how to do nail polish. 3 hours ago returning from them home, a piece of gel polish fell off on one finger, on the other nails all bumps. Prices change every time, I do the same thing but always pay more and more. No longer credible! You can check photos.

Amazing service! I was nervous as it was my 1st mani/pedi in another country. I felt welcome & relaxed. Did a walk in right before it got busy!

The reception is cleo is polite, kind and helpful. This is the second time I come to the salon because of her treatment of customers.

My experience with getting my hair done by Asha was amazing! She gave me great advice on my hair and my cut was just what I wanted and needed with TLC included. My only advice to the salon would be that the gentleman working in the Salon (Alaa I believe) should be have more professionally, he seemed to be a little rude to his colleague and spoke in a condescending tone, he should know when clients are around to watch how he carries himself.

Almost one year in Dubai and I’ve always done the nails of my toes here. They’re all very professional and welcoming. I book all my appointments with Rita, she always knows how to take care of me. She’s super precise and nice to customers, so ask for her if you get the chance!A beautiful person as well.

I am an old client who has been visiting Tips and Toes for the last 18 years almost, i have this kindly of relationship maintained and being loyal since i love everything i get when ever i visit anyone of the Spa centers, but its worth sharing my great experience and how much was impressed with my recent visit yesterday to do full body massage for 90 minutes as suggested from Domit technician , i have never had such a great massage session with an expert who knows what to do , she is super professional, friendly , patient and polite , i by then ended up coloring my hair with Shiva who was very helpful and supportive to guide me apply which color best suite me and it tended that i was looking for , he was so great and smart enough to understand what i was looking for , in simple i would like to thank you Tips & Toes for choosing the best & most professional technicians who preset you and because of them this build up a great reputation towards your center , keep up the good work

Roxane at Tips and Toes in Dubai Mall is exceptional! I get my nails done by her every two weeks. Shes meticulous, ensures perfect nail shaping, applies polish flawlessly to every edge, and always greets with a smile. I recommend her to everyone!

I have been loyal to Tips and Toes Dubai Mall since 2018. The services have always been wonderful and my nails have always been healthy and long. Camille and Mary Divine are amazing technicians and they go above and beyond to always take care of me

Services are good but spa is quite noisy so less relaxing than other places

How come and its not the first time that someday’s like today no hair technician is available “she is in training” and no one to replace her in the branch. I paid 1,600 AED for membership. This is not acceptable I expect that technicians are available and if fully booked that is something else but I paid for membership because I want to go at the times convenient to me to the branch closest to me. Its a joke honestly and she has no replacement. Although many hair technicians work there they still managed to leave the hair department EMPTY for a full day. This doesn’t happen in any well organized business. Never ever renewing my membership, no way I spend money on a business that doesn’t respect my time and effort enough to plan ahead before sending someone to training!

Always a wonderful experience at Dubai Mall. Today I had a manicure with Indira, pedicure with Divine and massage with Ivy - they are all such friendly ladies and their services are amazing. Been coming to T&T for more than a year now and love the friendly and efficient service and the technicians are polite and professional. Whilst the whole team are great, I always request Jerlaine and Camille; they’ve quick, thorough and always do a great job!

I love T&T. I just love the vibe and the feeling there.Unfortunately, the staff in the Dubai mall Branch is completely different than in other places. They are always in a hurry. They are not as friendly as in the other branches. Two ladies were working on my hands one hand had another shape and the other another. After asking the technician she didn’t even say sorry. She said they are the same. One was almost round and the other square as I usually get them done. I do know that we all are humans and we do mistakes. But communication is the key. When the manager or whoever she was the person in charge came she also didn’t understand why I was angry. It’s not the shape my nails will grow again. But it’s the Service you give to your customers.I have been going there a few times but am still not satisfied with the service.I would rather recommend going to the business bay branch festival city or even Barsha. There they know how to treat a client

My first HORRIBLE Dubai Salon Experience… I came for a blow dry and there was 30 minutes waiting time so they made an upselling of a foot massage that I wouldn’t get, but still got just to kill the time in between. As i was almost done, the hair stylist came and told me the blow dry would not be available. She was too tired, working alone all day and told me she has to refuse… the company should take better care of their employees so they don’t end up in these situations. They still got profit from the services i paid for, i feel like i was tricked into this. And after I started complaining they tild me thry could do it. If thr client had already got an appointment they don’t have to beg for one and complain for one! I chose to leave and go to another salon. You can go to BETTER places for BETTER prices, treatments and services!!! Never again

I did my pedicure with cheryl, she was amazing very nice pedi and I did my manicure with Rita also she was very nice and I like my nails a lot.I did a blow dry with atiqa and she was also great one of the best blowdrys that I got.Fast and nice experience.

Im a regular and only book with Olivia for my manicure and Lionela for my pedicure. They are wonderful, clean and very attentive to detail. I wall out feeling happy and fresh every time :)

This has been my go to salon for my hair and nails for some time, but recently the dynamic has changed in the hair salon when a new stylist was brought in. I find his behavior unprofessional. I hope management will sort this out soon.

I go regularly to Tips and Toes dubai mall and always do my manicure with Roxane. She is very nice, detailed orientated and most importantly my nails look good even 10 days after with a regular manicure. Super recommended

Only giving one star because i cant give anything less.I arrived to my appointment on time to find out that they gave my appointment to someone who didnt even book in advance, I had to wait 10min for them to prepare a waxing room for the massage. Room was smelling like wax and another stinky smell I couldnt determine. Massage girl was okey but did a 50min massage instead of 90min massage I asked for, there had lack of communication or just want to rip me of. Because instead of getting my extra 40min and pay 340aed at once which was what i requested, I have to book another 50min massage which will cost me another 270aed instead of paying 70aed extra.Instead of getting relaxed by the massage,I just got frustrated with the service provided.I definitely dont recommend going there the service provided is not worth the price you have to pay for.

In the last 2 months I went to so many branches of tips and toes, but I have to admit that the best nails technicians are Josephine and Rita. They are qualified and skilled. Will never change them.

My wife and sister are so fond of T&T. Their love started from the best service my wife got from one of the employee called Happy. My wife told us how Happy was always happy(just like her name) the entire treatment. Since then we have been moving from branch to branch wherever Happy is posted.

9 times out of 10 I am disappointed by Tips and Toes - but decided to try out another branch and see. The entire salon has such a chaotic energy, with employees running around, yelling to eachother and generally is not a place I would recommend to anyone if they were looking to relax and be pampered. My service included a leg exfoliation which left me with scratches on my shins because the tech rubbed so hard my skin broke and I also had a manicure in which I asked the nail tech to only cut my cuticles a little bit on the sides and she, of course, ended up cutting my finger until it bled a lot - something thats happened to me every time Ive been to Tips and Toes. She also filed my nails so that one was very noticeably longer than the other. Ive tried but I think that might have been my last visit.

I really like this T&T branch they offer quick AND most importantly good service! They can accommodate last minute booking. I recommend Jerlaine she is such a nice & professional therapist

Literally traumatising! First of all they made me pay more than the price I thought I would pay because of their unclear instructions… But that’s not the worst part, the lady doing my brazilian wax was not caring at all. It felt like she was trying to go as fast as possible, she hurt me a lot, she was terrible. Don’t ever ever go there for a Brazilian 🤡

I am a member for almost one year at La mer branch today I wanted to try the dubai mall branch the ladies who did for me mani and pedi were good but my problem was with the call center who I called to book for me and my friend and also with the two ladies at the reception. One arabic lady and Philipino they accepted both so us and said one lady will make both services one for me and one for my friendThen the Philipin lady came and was so sniffy and said no we will do for your friend only mini as we have other appointments I said we already bookedMy friend this was her first experience with your shop and for sure the last one and I am 100% not renewing my membership with tip and toesThose two incharge ladies were so rude and disrespectful👎👎👎👎👎👎

I’ve been coming here for a year because it’s close to where I live but don’t think I will go back. I usually have normal mani pedi. Last time the pedicure too no more than 15 minutes, she skipped several steps, no thorough work and, unusually, my pedicure finished 10 minutes before the manicure. I think we all agree a pedicure usually lasts longer than a manicure. And the feet didn’t even look good after.

I had a Swedish massage with Matome and this was hands down one the best massages! She really took the time and effort to work on loosening my deep knots- she was an absolute professional and I felt so much lighter after her massage. Id definitely recommend to anyone who wants an amazing relaxation massage!

I had a superb experience with Josephine and Roxane today. They did gelish manicure and pedicure and followed my requests without problem. I will definitely come back!

I took my appointment for 18 October at 11 am. I was blocked in the traffic around 10:15 i call to notice that i will be late for15 min she say no problem.I reach the place the receptionist filipino ladies with dental braces was so rude impolite she say you are late we can’t accept you i show her the call and explain to her at the end she said « we will hear the call to check it you can have only manicure pedicure cause you are late we will check ». I refuse at the end she was like it’s fine we have one cancellation 😅 with her mind like she offer to me the service like beggar.Is only the big drama but the smaller thing like About the service and the taff that i don’t recommend the salon at allllll the worst one in dubai the grlish get damage after 12h 😑

Who doesnt know tips and toes. I used to go always in Abudhabi But them I changed. Anyway,I was in dubai mall and I needed to do a blow dry. Wasnt expecting this! The lady who washed and did my blow dry was GENTLE WITH MY HAIR. Which is the most important thing to me.. shes very nice and gentle. I would definitely come back again for her. Her name is happy.

I always admire the efforts of Josephine and Roxanne as well. They are brilliant and wonderful and I enjoy healthy and beautiful nails because of their care.

Nice beauty salon in Dubai mall, excellent service. I did my eyelash extensions with Rebecca & acrylic nails rebalance with Florence. I only booked for one service and added the other at the reception which was kind enough to find me an availability, I had them done at the same time which was great. Friendly professional reception and beauty technicians. I’m very happy with the services. Overall experience 5/5, highly recommended. :)

The best experience ever.The receptionist laleine is always soo accommodating and super positive to talk to. I did my nails with Cheryl and Gina. They offered me to try the monthly hands treatment called vitamin C which i loved it. The balinise massage therapist amazed me with her technique. Awful experience. The specialist burned my skin with hot wax, I mentioned that the wax was extremely hot, she replied that it works even better then. I was sore and peeling skin from this burn for 4 days. The customer service is even worse, they pretend to talk to the management for 3 weeks and never offered a solution.

Ladies, if you don’t want to end up having an inflammation in your toe - don’t do your pedicure with Florence. Left me injured and instead of apologizing, started attacking me and raising her voice.A big thank you to Jane April, who tried to fix the mistakes (wasn’t possible, because inner part of the nail is missing) and to a lady at the reception, who tried to handle the situation in the most professional way.

I was excited to visit this branch as I usually went to Business Avenue. TDM is a highly convenient location.My first treatment was a Balinese Massage which was tranquil with a beautifully set atmosphere and a kind therapist. Highly recommended.This was followed by a facial. The therapist did some clever upselling, and after her skin analysis said Id benefit more from the Plantomer than my previously decided Deep Cleansing Treatment.Admittedly my skin feels good and I benefited greatly from extractions and carefully applied serums and a mask and enjoyed the treatment.Next was the Go Natural manicure and pedicure. Simultaneously, I had another therapist work on HD Brows.My honest opinion is that their HD Brows is underwhelming compared to previous experiences at more established brow bars. All it is essentially is an eyebrow wax and tint and a consultation on your eyebrow shape and a pencil fill in.While this was happening my cuticles were being murdered to the point of bleeding later when I returned home. It was all I could muster not to ask her to stop, but at this time my eyebrows were also being waxed. My manicurist could consider a gentler touch as the whole experience seemed hurried. My poorly chosen colour was old and went on gummy, and I wasnt informed that this quick drying nail colour would come at an extra charge, this was a surprise I got at the Cashier Counter.I had the privilege of discount since I work at TDM too, but to my surprise instead of being charged for a Combo, the manicure and pedicure were charged separately with the additional charge for nail colour. I felt that my masseuse and facialist were a little pushy with wanting to add on extras which I wasnt interested in. If only I had to option to say Im just interested in coming in to be pampered and not squeezed into spending more than my carefully planned budget allows me after scrimping for the last year with whats being going on in the world.I had to overhear snickering about other difficult clients while sitting in the chair which I found quite disturbing, this made me uncomfortable to speak up when I felt like I was being hurt with the painful process of cutting my cuticle and when I felt disappointed with the application of my nail colour.The main treatment room where manicures and pedicures took place lacked atmosphere as there was no music playing which made it quite awkward for that hour.Which started out very promising ended hurried with the distinct feeling that carlifts were waiting as the therapist whom had been doing my pedicure left abruptly. Upon checking out I was prodded twice for my next appointments, at which time I was admittedly already irritable.Really nice looking set-up, with thoughtfully planned safety and sanitary practices in place. Regretfully, I doubt that I will return again. Id rather pay more somewhere else.

Ive got my gel manicure done there and my thumbs one by one starting changing color, at first I thought I might have hit myself but one night the gel top just fell of and my nail turned green!! I got fungus that was not there before! So I went there the next day to speak directly to the manager and made a complaint I was in shock that something like that during a pandemic can even happen! She said this couldnt have happened because they use anti fungal treatment before they do the gel nails but booked me for an appointment later that day to fix my 2 nails. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I was paying close attention to the process and I have noticed theres no treatment thats being used like I was told. So I told the technician that I was told that they use anti fungal treatment before putting the gel, she said no. So I let her call the same manager back and I asked her about it since she was claiming they use it regularly and I couldnt have possibly got it there. She asked the technician in front of me and the technician said, no we dont use anything like that and that theres a product I can buy and thats it. So I asked the manager for a solution that they should treat my nails properly as the damage was caused from their end, she just walked away and didnt bother to even solve the issue! Ever since I started going to a different salon and never had the same problem again. The worst possible encounter I had in UAE.

The worst experience ever, I have done my nails two times with them and after 3 days the gel can peeled off easily I was so embarrassed working with one nails peeled off and then in one week no more gelish all of them were OFF.I had to do also hair keratin, I asked while I am taking the appointment for strait treatment, they said yes we do have that ,The day of the appointment and I came all way to them in Dubai mall, I asked agin the hair special she told me no 70% only will be strait.This is not professional at all, providing wrong information to client and poor quality of product.For me they don’t deserve one start should be minus 20 stars.Never again even my friend had the same nails experience by the way so I don’t advise anyone to go there.Thank god trying different salon and I am so happy my nails can stay in good looking for 3 weeks .

I had a great experience at Tips and toes Dubai mall branch. I went there for a haircut as I was travelling. I received an great haircut from Rasika. She is an amazing stylist and is very professional in her approach. She even helped me pick a style (pixie cut) which is in fashion and I dont regret the decision of going short with my hair as she was able to correctly visualise the cut on me and executed it to perfection.I would recommend Rasika to anyone who wishes their hair to be transformed. Good going 👏

Hair HORROR story - I’ve been a regular long time customer at the dubai mall branch, I’m also a glam member for the last 2 years. The regular services are great and hence I keep going back. However, 2 weeks ago their new hairstylist completely ruined my hair - my hair is breaking down bits and pieces everyday because of her over bleaching. I am so so so upset and this damage is irreversible unless I chop it all off! I’m shocked as how untrained this hair stylist is, she should not be allowed to touch peoples hair. She basically kept the bleach for way too long, which deep fried my hair, and then instead of doing balayage she highlighted big chunks of my hair. Imagine seeing big brassy chunky streaks in the middle of jet black hair. Then when I told her that this looks so bad, she asked me to come again and then put dark brown hair color all over to hide it. If I wanted dark brown hair, then why did I even go to the salon (totally unnecessary bleaching and waste of my money). I didn’t want to write this post as I love tips and toes, but every day I’m feeling more and more angry when I look at my hair. I feel like crying! Can’t believe tips and toes standards went down, I will never go for hair service again. Everything else is good btw, I like their mani pedi and massage. But hair service, never again - it’s simply unethical.

If there’s an option for no stars I would choose it!Been a loyal customer of them for over 10 years now and unfortunately I have to say that their services have gone really bad especially this branch!I’v had toe nail infections twice after pedicures and infinite number of times my skin got filed off leaving it bloody, complained many times and no action was taken; i keep on changing the technicians hoping i’d get a better service but unfortunately they are all incompetent. Forget about doing nails or nail extensions here, its a waste of money, they break off after couple of days and most of the skin gets peeled off by the horrible filing techniques.The free services i receive from the monthly membership (which is prepaid) are way below average, they do them very quickly without any extra attention to anything (they are NOT free, i’ve paid for them when I prepaid the big amount for a membership)You ask to see the manager and the only thing you get out of her is a “ we are very sorry”.. what kind of a customer relationship is this?You are in a prime location with a massive footprint, the least that you can do is listen to your clients and fix your services!! Anyways I no longer do any of these services there as it is a waste of money and not really worth it.The whole place should be shut down.

I am coming to tip& toes in Dubai mall regulary for 2 or 3 years, I do my extansions with Nguyen - always great and pricise work, but I do also pedi, eyelashes, massages - and it is a great place to get all thesedone with high quality services for affordable pricing, but even more than this the vibe, atmosphere, super friendly always helpful reception and working here always smiling girls make this place great spot to relax ❤️👍🏻

Well my 1st experience and i must say i wasnt disappointed. This salon has very friendly and courteous staff. Its bettr to book an appointment prior to your visit to avoid waiting period as the salon is quite busy especially during weekends. I went for Reflexology Foot massage 20mins and it was really very relaxing and soothing.. i loved the way they did with full dedication and patience.. Prices are reasonable. I Havent tried any other service but guys you must really give a try. I went to Dubai Mall branch but you can choose any branch as per your convenience. Parking is almost full in mall during weekends and it took me good 30mins to find space. Walking is also too much inside the mall. The salon is located near Victoria secret in one small corner inside so you will need to ask the security guys to help find the location. Othrwise it was an overall a good experience and must try!

I use tips and toes religiously as I have always loved the feel of the place but the dubai mall store feels cramped....to the point where I feel almost claustrophobic. Not as easy to relax here...the ambience is different. If I had a choice I would definitely go to dfc as I just feel overall it is a much nicer place to relax and be pampered in

I visited Tips and Toes in Dubai Mall. On the phone I was clearly told that there wont be a charge for removing gellish if Im re-applying gellish on my nails. Once I got there, I was told that theres additional charges because it is hard to take the gellish off.Additionally, most of the colours on display were not available and were for show only.The staff were not professional at all and I left 1) paying extra and 2) VERY UNHAPPY.I dont recommend and will not go back!

I came to relax but the staff is so impolite and rude that I regretted it. One of the staff dropped the hot green tea on my hand and didn’t even have the decency or politeness to apologize.2 other clients were without mask but when I have to drop the mask to sip my tea that’s a huge issue for them and they think its their right to yell at people.

I had pedicure with indira she was really good she was polite an did a scrub would highly recommend.

Ladies I don’t recommend this place as I went last week and the technician id not professional at all she cut the skin of the middle toe and it’s so much swelling and I had to apply antibiotics and tablets as I couldn’t walk for 4 days and I contacted them they say we will forward your message to our manager and never come back to me

I did my nails with them and they got chipped just after 2 days, it was my 1st time in tips and toes, unfortunately very bad experience, never going back again.. 😒

They told me that they are available however once I reached there they told me there is another customer already. And they told me to wait for 10 mins only. It took me to wait 30 mins then they told me that the customer may have been added another services and not yet done! So waited all the time for nothing. It was a total waste of time, being so unprofessional approach and lack of being organised with schedule. Such a mess!!
