Joy is always doing a great massage. She is super professional. She does exactly how you want. Very relaxing experience. I highly recommend the head and shoulder massage while they are doing your nails.I highly recommend as well the whole tips and toes staff. Very nice and friendly people and the salon has a great vibe :)The manicurists and the pedicurists are all well trained and very professional.Do not hesitate to come and enjoy their great services.

Sujita does an amazing job on my hair removal services. My eyebrows are always perfect. Susmita gave me a beautiful manicure. Annie polished and smoothed my feet to a shine.

I visited the silicon branch prior to new years eve and Christmas eve to do manicure and pedicure, despite paying a generous amount the service was not up to my expectations. My french pedicure was not done with a brush, it was done completely randomly. On top of that my manicure got ruined prior to Christmas eve, 5 days after doing them in their salon.Not recommended, although to be fair they were really nice during my visit and I was very relaxed during my appointment.

Sujita has been threading my eyebrows for almost 2 years, and the shape is very natural and symmetrical on both sides. I love the result. I’ve also trust her for upper lips and waxing different part of my body. She’s very gentle and I get the best service from her. I see the progress after each time. Keep it up and thank you 🫶🏼To all ladies, go ahead because she won’t disappoint and will always accommodate her schedule for you ❤️

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon today. From the start, the booking process through the app was complicated and frustrating, with multiple calls that only added to the confusion. Once at the salon, the service was far from professional. The staff seemed more interested in chatting about their personal matters than attending to their clients. The overall atmosphere was uninviting, and I didn’t enjoy my visit at all. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and a chaotic booking process—definitely not worth the visit.

You work very honestly because my skin is very sensitive whenever I used to threading waxing I always used to get rashes but Neeru you have done my waxing I dont have any rashes any pain you work very nicely you are the master extremely sincere claim and good at her work would highly recommend Har at hair tip and toes

The salon atmosphere was so relaxing! My nail technicians (Rhodora and Reziel) helped create a pampering experience that was just what I needed after a long day. Theyre not only professional but also extremely friendly. They always make me feel comfortable, which made the experience even better.

Extremely dissatisfied, if I could give this place a 0 stars I would. DONT come here expecting any kind of decent service. I went in to get a gel manicure not only was the technician extremely irritated and ended up filing my nails improperly and unevenly, when we passed this I requested nude shade colors she brought out the most ugliest shades. I left with no color on my nails due to the poor selection or her pure arrogance to show me anything decent. On top of that she proceeded to be rude as I was asking the cashier for a breakdown of my bill. So unprofessional and disrespectful

I do pedicure with susmita and eye brow with Sujita in DSO. Sujita does very nice eyebrow without causing any pain and redness, the best in town. Highly recommendSusmita also is very kind and very good at her skill, her pedicure treatment is so top class that the feet’s look so clean and nice. Highly recommend.

I loved Fadoua amazing hair stylist with her knowledge and experience makes you feel comfortable. Definitely will come back again because of her professionalism.

They were so good when the branch first opened but Ive now had 3 pretty poor experiences lately.1. Pedicure that was misshapen and uneven polish2. Haircut that was so bad that I had to get it fixed elsewhere (what kind of hairdresser doesnt have either thinning scissors or knows how to point cut? Bizarre experience from start to finish, and an absolutely terrible haircut, complete with refusal to side part my hair because she wanted to cut it and blow dry it with a centre part)3. Last week, possibly the worst gelish Ive had. So thick that it made my nails look totally misshapen, and it started to pop off in complete pieces two days after Id had it done. They offered for me to come back in and get it fixed within 48 hours, but I didnt have time because of work and childcare and so wasted my money having paid extra for their special rubber base coat.Its really disappointing that the standard has started slipping here because they are well located, but they charge relatively high prices and currently arent really delivering.

The technician was busy only to sell the products when I said I am not interested she didnt clean my toes properly and did not scrub my feet 😒 very bad as I paid 180 already why I want to purchase scrubing mask or cream from you. You should provide it and do your job properly. Also after the service, they did not put oil for cuticles...

Very bad gel manicure done! Very low quality of the nail gel polish, started peeling off right after i left the salon. The manicurist kept shaming the previous gel manicure I had done in another salon (which by the way waaaaay better than what she has done for 130 AED, and in another saloon I did it for 85 AED), kept shaming me and being irritated of me for having a small cut in one of my nails. The whole session felt really uncomfortable. The way she removed my previous gel manicure is ANOTHER STORY. The pain she put me through for around 30+ min is unbearable. Really bad experience. Dont go there and waste your money and time girls.

The place is bigger, wider and pleasant. The staff are good. It looks spacious and very welcoming. The reason I have given three stars is due to the poor sales skills from the hairdresser and also her quality of work. She couldnt manage to fix my hair bangs well, instead made fun of it. The hair cut was done by a specialist in another 5 star saloon. She didnt stop in that, first she said your hair is soft and nice. But when she wanted to sell a product. She exaggerated saying your hair is absolutely in a mess situation and out of control. Its so unhealthy and extremely dry and needs alot of intensive care. I told her no need to attack my hair and make me feel insecure just for you to sell the product! You could have been nicer and just show me the benift of the products instead of attacking my hair! I have bought the product because I wanted not because of her marvellous and outstanding selling skills. And when I was to pay, I asked if they offer discounts. The same hair dresser mocked me and said why would you ask for discount, are you poor?!This is absolutely nonsense and very disappointing to get such poor treatment to a client by a staff. Please teach them sales doesn mean attacking, it means sharing the benefits of the products and let the client decide.

Plus, the friendly welcome from the receptionists sets the tone for a perfect experience.While I havent tried the whole team, Im confident all the staff here are amazing. Having been to nail salons all over the world, I always get gel polish since last 4 years almost every month, and this is the worst experience I’ve had. The salon looks posh and the staff was good and welcoming, but the nail polish started chipping slightly from top and sides within 2 days. Although this is unusual and I was upset, I was too busy to call the salon at this stage. After a week of my appointment a chunk of the gel polish came off, and this is the fastest that my gel polish has chipped (it usually stays atleast 3 weeks on an average, the ones that I get done in Mumbai and Goa from top nail technicians would stay 40-45 days without any chipping). When I called the salon at this stage, they said that they can only do a free touch up/repair if the polish chips within 72 hours, I think if they can guarantee that their gel polish only for 72 hours, you can understand their confidence in their own quality and service. I am not sure whether the products they are using are sub standard or their application/curing technique is not right, but for the price they charge, this is unacceptable. I will never visit again or recommend anyone to go there until they can prove they have fixed this issue. Think again before wasting your time and money here!

Worst haircut in my life!!! DON’T ever get HAIRCUT here.I went for a haircut with layers, the hairstylist ( Moroccan lady) cut my hair into two layers and thinned it out( all layers were choppy). I went to other salons asking to fix my hair and they were all horrified by the haircut. Had to cut my hair really short to even out and fix the mess this salon made.I have always cut my hair with layers at other salon ( they always did it nicely) but it was too far so chose this place because it was very close and What a disappointment. So insecure about my hair now.

Had the signature massage by Comfort. Possibly one of the best and most skillful massages ever. I suffer with a lot of tension and knots in my shoulders and upper back. I also prefer a strong deep tissue firmness, she made sure I was comfortable throughout and I left feeling relaxed and less tense. Will definitely come back and highly recommend!

Disappointed totally. Went for a gelish manicure today to their Silicon central branch. The first time I went it was good. But today the technician who was doing it totally spoiled my nails. Inspite of me telling her repeatedly, she has shaped them all irregularly and overall its looking very awful. Never going back. Better options available

I have been going to Tips and Toes for some time, however you only need one bad experience to change your mind about a place. I had one of the worst experiences! The lady, I as given for my manicure, had no idea of what she was doing. She cut my skin in two places , so bad that one finger is still red and painful. Not to mention the overall quality .Thank you Tips and toes for those great experiences, however I am switching places. I was offered to come back again and redo the manicure but as I am going out of town, that wont be possible .

Lora Maes professionalism and service quality are severely lacking. Initially, she took an excessive amount of time to remove the gelish and demonstrated poor filling skills. Furthermore, she left me and did not give me a slipper and I was charged for a cleaning service I did not receive, and the cashiers attitude was overly aggressive.

I really recommend this place.I always go for massage and it is amazing.I have usually pain on my shoulder and back but after massage I feel so relaxed and much better.My therapist is Joy she is so professional and she does for me great treatment massage I also did pedicure and I am really happy, I will go back for sure.

Tips and toes is one of the best nail salons I’ve been to they have better prices than most places for their exemplary services. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I enjoy my time there a lot. I wish they had more nail artists who can do quirky designs.

Rhodora is the best technical for classic pedicure and if you have a problematic ingrowing nails, I visit this salon every month or twice per month.Always clean and relaxing atmosphere. The salon using quality products for mani and pedi treatments like different mask so u can sit and relax while you are getting a good service.

I went with my friend who has a membership so that I could get a 20% discount. However, they ended up not giving me the discount, claiming that my friend hadnt used any services there. Despite her asking for a massage (with no available therapists) and nose waxing (with no wax in stock), they didnt inform us of these issues initially. Its frustrating; had I known, I wouldnt have proceeded with the service at the regular price.

Happy that Mary Ann proposed to me to take the Jell-O foot treatment today (new to me) … my feet are like “new”. Very nice relaxing atmosphere in that salon and very friendly staff. 👍

I’ve been living in Dubai for almost 4 years and never tried tips & toes, but many people recommend them. Anyways I got a gift voucher for shoulder and nick message, I booked and went yesterday to DSO new branch. No one can imagine the pain I had during the message, the lady keeps telling me it’s normal! and tomorrow all the pain will go away, but unfortunately not.Inflammation and discomfort usually last a few hours to about a day after message that’s what I know!! . Massage does not have to hurt to be effective!! and many massage therapists are trained in techniques that wont hurt, unfortunately not in this place.The manicure & pedicure wasn’t bad but have tried many better spas with better products.

Previously a great salon but today I arrived timeously for my appointment and waited 20 mins for the technicians to arrive and the manager kept saying they were coming until i decided to leave. Beauty treatments are meant be relaxing not annoying.

So Absolutely disgusted with this place. The first time I came to do my nails I was charged 305AED for poligel nails and eyebrow waxing, second time for exactly the same service I was charged 358AED. The last time I only had my nails done and no eyebrow waxing I was charged 430AED!!! Absolute rip off. Lost a loyal customer due to greed

I would like to recommend Siham for her expertise in guiding me with my extreme hair loss.I visited this branch about 1.5 months back and met Siham. I told her about my extreme hair loss situation and she had recommended a treatment for me to follow by kerastase. Today, my hair loss has reduced by more than 90% and she is now guiding me to help my hair grow. Highly recommend Siham and her services!

The worst salon of the year, ive been waiting for the technician 40 min although i had an appointment but she was with another client. And very rude receptionist blaming the call center that they squeeze clients and thats not the customer problem if they can’t coordinate well between them . They are literally downgrading their quality and staff if they do have enough staff👎

Extremely bad service. They are using poor quality products. I did waxing my legs and didn’t remove hairs properly. And now skin became reddish and irritating 😠.Very poor service and high prices.I would not recommend it to anyone. Better find some other place.Staffs behave very badly.

Worst salon experience, i had the worst Pedi and Meni experience, they cut it all wrong and my nails were growing inside skin and i got an infection. Had to go to the doctor to remove it.

Worst customer service, they dont call back and cant follow up properly. I booked an appointment and then on the follow up xall they told me no cash payment only card payments and i previously used cash. Worst rules ever

The worst branch I have been to. I am used to Abu Dhabi branches and to be honest, I have never had a problem with themBut the Silicon Mall branch has the worst employees who do not even know how to clean the nail file. I did a manicure that left something inside the nail and my nail became inflamed and swollen and the pain was unbearable. I had to go to a dermatologist and take an antibiotic because the employee does not know how to do a nail polish. When I talk to them I complain, they tell me to contact the person in charge of nail care. Complaints and related matters. ..Unfortunately, Wade was disappointed in this salon
