Tips and Toes Meadows

Had a soignè manicure with Anit yesterday. I don’t know if it is clear in the video but it was bumpy and uneven, i am a regular customer of tips and toes but only 2nd time in this branch. and this is the very first time it happened with me. I had to go back the today to redo it!Today i came back and Manita was my technician, she badly hurt me three times by using the machine to remove the gel polish ! Saying because the polish is too thick!! I told her it is not my first time and just now i experienced that pain. She redone my manicure and told me the bumpy ones are cause of the long time acrylic that i have, but if you will look at the photo the finger at the middle has no acrylic extension but its like theres bubbles inside the polish!

Rose Ann is so wonderful in every way. She is talented and also professional. My daughters and I are always so happy with her service. She is also a good sales person somehow she always convinces me to buy products. But I am always satisfied with all the products she recommends.

I’ve been coming to tips and toes for 18 years , the service is exceptional , all the staff are very polite and friendly and always make you feel welcome. Love the different services available and each staff member is very skilled at what they do. RoseAnn and Babita at meadows village are really excellent!One request would be to see some new gel nail colours please ;)

I love getting my nails done at TipsToes in Meadows Village! The girls are so professional, polite and no request is too much of an ask for them. I’m a regular and highly recommend their services. Rose Anne, in particular, i call her the Queen of Nails;) 😍

The environment is good as always and the service is good but the lady who did my pedicure was really rude and careless. She stabbed my feet multiple times while cleaning my heels. Not sure if she was in the rush or what…

I went just yesterday and did my nails, my pedi color peeled off. Called the tips and toes number to be told that i chose pedicure which peels off. Very on point response to a very well done service.

Had my nails done on Sunday - it’s Thursday morning and they are chipped already. They use cheap materials. They need to update their services

Amazing, courteous and professional staff and technicians. I witnessed an uncivilized customer verbally abuse staff after she was notified to keep her voice down while talking and laughing loudly in the phone during relaxation time for others. They handled this barbaric behavior in the utmost professional manner. @eman alkhatib, you really should love yourself more as someone your age should respect themselves so others will respect you.

What a great experience getting a massage from Maria. She was attentive to the level of pressure and I felt really great after the massage. Had some back pain and 2 days later I feel much better and was well relaxed during the massage. Great great Job!!

Standards have dropped.Booked mani/pedi, massage and waxing and it was a disaster all around. Waxing left hair, the massage room used was the waxing room which means it was next to reception and super loud - zero relaxation. I actually had to stop the massage as wasnt enjoying it at all. The pedi was so badly done (nails not shaped right and uneven colouring) that I had to come back to fix it. And all along bad attitude from the ladies.I have been coming to Tips and Toes since 2006 and not sure if the ladies are overworked or just getting sloppy but it seems its time to look for another beauty salon in Dubai.

I love Tracy. She is great on waxing and treating clients. I always choose her.

Massage:Lady came about 15-20min late.She asked I had filled out the form, which I did prior to my appointment. Lots of miscommunication with front desk it appeared.I noticed she wasn’t focusing on the areas which I marked on the form. So half-way through the session I asked her if she had seen it, and to confirm my suspicions, she said no; and started looking for it. She clearly hasn’t looked at it so there it goes.. half of the massage wasted.On the other hand, pressure was good! she did check on it at some point. Technique could much improve, she didn’t really get into the ‘cracks’ on the shoulder blade and most of her movements were against the lymphatic system (downwards instead of upwards) which is why I actually went to get a massage and wrote that specifically on the form.Not sure if worth the price but hey. Won’t think of this place for massage any time soon.

Although the place is clean and tidy and the workers are very friendly but I had a very unfortunate incident where one of the customers was doing a massage inside the mani and pedi area and was silencing everyone to enjoy her massage and spoke to me in a very rude manner.Again this is not a message or a spa center and people usually chat during their appointment.I was disappointed and will not return to this center again.

Really enjoy my relaxing massages . Rizza is excellent. Always knows the right pressure points .Eka , Glenny and Rosalina are amazing at the manicure and pedicure . Highly recommended

My wife recently had a very disappointing experience at Tips and Toes Meadows. She got a Gelish manicure and pedicure, and within just one day, the color started fading, and one of her nails cracked. To make matters worse, she was charged for repairing nails that she didn’t even get fixed.When my wife complained to the branch manager, she did not try to fix the problem or even apologize. The maximum she offered was to share my complaint with their management by email. The management refused to refund the cost of this bad service and only offered a repeat service at a different branch, which I don’t accept.I don’t wish this bad experience on anyone.

Simply the technician cut my skin and she wanted to continue normally until I stopped her to tell that she hurt me and cut my skin and that she needs to get first aid to disinfect totally unprofessional and unhygienic, I’m a member using tips and toes for the past 3 years such bad experience from the technician I haven’t seen , most of the technicians lately are new and they lack expertise

It’s one of the best salons I’ve tried. I have been loyal to it for over a year! Welcome, flexibility whenever possible, quality service. The ladies are all very nice. Often discreet but always attentive. Above all, and this is very important, they provide very good advice and do not encourage consumption.I really like ROVELIE (You are the best:D). She is very professional. Delicate and perfectionist, I never had any comments to make!! It also has the elegance of remembering your habits! I recommend Meadows Village 100%, with my eyes closed.

I have been going to Tips and Toes from 2006 for their long lasting regular manicures (5-7 days). They also offer fantastic massages (try their new full body cupping massage), mini facials and quick eyebrows fix. Love their relaxing atmosphere and a desire to help with a booking on a short notice. Ladies only

I come to Tips & Toes meadows very frequently, and the service I receive from Charmagne and Mary Lou every time is exceptional. I don’t trust anybody else with my nails because I know what to expect with these ladies and they always give me an amazing mani / pedi!

After moving to Marina, I’ve found myself coming back to meadows to my favourite ladies. For a great firm Massage Cresty, Raza also gives a great neck and shoulders massage when you’re getting a mani pedi. Speaking of mani pedi, most of the women do a great job but standouts are Shirley Ramletu. There is a lovely waxing girl too, I wish i could remember her name. Great service and particularly love it when they have specials.

No nail salon has topped tips and toes for me in Dubai. The meadows branch in particular have the best technicians and a most friendly atmosphere! I want to give a specific shoutout to Sabina who has never failed to perfect my nails! Thank you Sabina for your great work always and for your friendliness :)

Unfortunately I did not like your service at all, especially the lady who did my manicure. She was in a hurry to finish even though the place was empty & my appointment was during the afternoon. The quality of service is below average & my nails look like I did them at home. Also in terms of hygiene, the tools, seating area and the sink are extremely poor. This is the last time Ill ever think about coming to tips & toes.

I usually go to the Springs Souk tips and toes, but I booked a quick eyebrow shape in the meadows due to availability. Tracy was very gentle, and I am very pleased with how it turned out.Highly recommended.

Tips and Toes Meadows branch is the only branch i go to for my self pampering . Mani/Pedi, Massage, eyebrow (sometimes) Waxing & Morrocan Bath. Im feeling very much comfortable spending lots of hours of the day. Staff are very friendly, quality of work is satisfactory and the space itself is inviting

Skin taken off arms during waxing - left with permanent scars on both arms. Salon says there’s nothing they can do!I am a loyal customer of Tips and Toes Meadows. I recently waxed my arms there (I’ve done it before and there was no issue), on this occasion I had a different therapist. I rushed to the airport after the appointment and after a while felt my arms with a terrible burning sensation. When I looked, I realized my skin had been taken off in a number of places on my arms. Thinking it would heal and clear, I reported thé issue a few weeks later at my nail appointment. The lady at reception said she would look into it but I hadn’t heard back. Last night I drove to the salon to report it again and they took pictures of the scaring. I received a phone today to say it wasn’t reported in 72 hours and there’s nothing they can do. Who’s going to pay the treatment I need to find to get rid of the scaring. I have to keep my arms covered now. Poor service, no compassion or accountability.

Worst experience ever for pedi and meni..they do not do any massage, no scrub and clean properly and when i told the manager that it was not good, her reaction surprised me actually she was like its ok and told me to take good treatment for it..very bad customer service. It was such an embarrassment because i took my friend along with me too. If there was an option for 0 rating i would have given that.

Rizza is outstanding. She was friendly, efficient, and made me feel very comfortable during the 1001 hammam treatment.

Tips & Toes is my GO TO place for nails. The service is always good - they use good products so your nail polish can last longer, they are efficient and quick. Their waxing is also good, they have the different types. Their massage therapists are all fantastic which could only mean they are all trained very well. I like T&T bc usually doesn’t matter which therapist I get; they always do a good job!

I’m a regular at the Tips and Toes Meadows branch, and it’s always great service with a smile. Have tried many technicians over the years and they’ve all been great. Would highly recommend.

I like the service & recently purchased 12 months membership, but got to know later that the membership has no flexibility.I cannot do my next mani & pedi earlier than the next month;I usually need it every 3 weeks which is not possible.Why Im not allowed to complete my 12 sessions of mani & pedi & purchase my next membership earlier than 12 months? ...this is how it works in other nail spas & in a very competitive environment like Dubai.

I just did my mani pedi with Ram Glanny in Medows branch, and the quality is amazing!I feel overall the quality has become better in tips and toes.

The team at meadows village are absolutely amazing, I come all the way from Downtown just to come to this branch for Reka, shes so sweet, as are the rest of the ladies there.

Amazing technicians. I Highly recommend Glenny for mani/Pedi, Treshi for waxing/threading and last but not least Catherine for eyelashes...

Always a popular spot for a treatment, the service here is generally good and a wide range of treatments is on offer.

Bad service, they charge more at the end of the service . I came for nails in gem and they said a price that at the end they doubled it and nails were already done . No recommended at all
