Tips and Toes Mira Town Centre

The girls that work at the reception in the Mira branch and many of the other tips and toes branches are extremely rude. They literally ignore you when you walk in and even when you speak to them they take like 10 full seconds to acknowledge you. They also never tell us about any of the offers that are available online and when you ask them about discounts they’re extremely rude. I have never experienced worse customer service than this in my life I’m not joking. They keep giving you dirty looks and are too busy using their phones to pay you any attention. I’m never going to this branch again

I visited T&T Mira branch for roots coloring, ends trimming, and a pedicure, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.Mariam is a fantastic hair master! She is professional and very attentive, matched my root color perfectly, and gave my ends a fresh healthy trim that left my hair looking vibrant and well-maintained.The pedicure technician was thorough and gentle, leaving my feet feeling refreshed and beautifully polished.I’ll definitely be returning for my next treatment!

Mariam is amazing in everything she does. Hair color, hair cut, blow dry, treatments and all! And most important I love her positive and caring attitude. Visiting the branch is like visiting a good friend and feels like home ❤️

Used to be one of my favorite salons in Dubai, but lately, they struggle with time management and rarely take me in on time. That said, the service remains consistently good, which keeps me coming back. Hoping they improve their punctuality.

Went for a back message the masseuse didn’t ask me to fill the massage paper she asked me to wait in front of the room to clean it so I had to awkwardly stand there and she did only my upper back didn’t even touch my lower back and when I went to the receptionist to bag she didn’t redeem my first time voucher so apparently it’s useless also she got the masseuse and asked her if she did or didn’t do my lower back as if I’m lying.Worst service service ever so unprofessional you would only go there to be treated badly and probably have the worst back massage

Not the standard T&T experience. I love the other shops because they are calm and cozy. This one has pop music, bright light and sewage smell.Massage was good. Happy with the nails also.

I can’t recommend Maryam enough! She is the best. She listens carefully to what you want and combines her expertise to create magic. Beyond her incredible skills, Maryam is very friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients’ satisfaction. My hair has never looked or felt better. Thank you, Maryam.

The staff are great but I believe they are short of them, as the last few times (though I made an appointment and I was on time) , I got my nail technician after 30 minutes of waiting. Then the pedicurist was assigned after 40 min from the time of my appointment and that happened only because I demanded to know why was everything so late.The staff are nice, but management I think are either taking too many appointments or they don’t have enough staff.Tips and toes is convenient because is located within my community, however if delays like this keep happening, I will go to a different salon.Dear Tips and toes team, don’t guarantee the appointment if no staff are available. We, the clients, end up sitting and waiting for over 30 min to be attended by a nail technician .

Chandika did my blow dry and hair styling and it lasted me for both the two day wedding events! Got so many compliments on my hair. Chandika is very knowledgeable when it comes to hair! Will definitely come back to her, she’s amazing!

Maryam is an excellent hairdresser with attention to details. Her smile and professionalism make us want to comme more frequently.

The reception desk is completely disorganized, always late with the appointments ( sometimes you even see how people that came after you, start the service before you while you are just waiting). Not to mention how pushy they are with sales- from the time you enter, during the appointment and even when leaving, they will keep offering you the membership and products. The salon time is supposed to be your relaxation time, but they completely ruin it with their agressive sales strategy. The only reason I come to this place occasionally is the location convenience, otherwise with how their services deteriorated in this branch in the last 2 years, I would never go back.

I have been visiting this Tips and Toes branch for over a year and absolutely love it. As a matter of fact, I also enrolled in the annual Glitter Membership program last year, and have been enjoying the perks that come with it.Firstly, a big thumbs up for the location. Considering that the Tips and Toes salon is literally down the road from my home, it is a big blessing for Mira residents like me. All that is needed is a 10 minute walk, a great plus on a beautiful day. Hurray!!Secondly, there is no point in having a salon at your doorstep if the services are terrible. I love the staff here, especially Vanessa at the front desk. She is so friendly, professional and super accommodating, ready to help me with whatever I need. While I think the pricing (especially the salon products) are on the steeper side, it works out well with my Glitter membership.Thirdly, when I visit a salon, I want to come out feeling relaxed and pampered. The ambience of the salon and the quality of the products used here are amazing. I have never experienced any problems in terms of hygiene, cleanliness, modern trends and luxury. P.S. Love their new vegan manicures and pedicures!My recommendations include:1. Dipa for Threading & Waxing: She has the most soft and dexterous hands. No lie, they feel like cat paws! Hair removal is a sensitive process and I ONLY trust her.2. Sheila and Irene for Manicure/ Pedicure: These two ladies are my go-to for nail services. Mom and I love them, and sometimes end up falling asleep from the lotion massage. They are great at their job.3. Tinicone for Facials: What an amazing personality! And she ensures that you absorb some of that energy too and come out of your facial feeling rejuvenated and reborn. Love doing my facials with her.*FYI: Sometimes staff is shuffled between Mira and the Al Barsha branch depending on customer traffic. Try to book in advance if you prefer doing your services with your favorite staff member.

One star for the gellish manicure service. My gellish manicure started cracking on day 5 which is something you don’t expect with gellish.

They become mediocre salon. Lately always need to wait for service 15 min to be served. Nail technicians doesn’t pay attention to details or if u request them to do it than they are sooo slow. Range of nail polish reducing from month to month and the one in stock are mostly old and peel off quickly. Even gelish cannot last more than a week. I was a loyal customer with membership for 3 years but not anymore after so many repeated bad experiences. I complained to customer service before posting negative reviews but as they did not do anything to get better well seams that they do not care for loyal customer or customer at all.

Horrible nail services! I have given them so many chances as the salon is close to me, but unfortunately they never failed to disappoint me. Gelish polish stays 1 or 2 days max until it falls off or chips! I have given 1 star only as they have Sujjata who is amazing in doing my eyebrows threading.

My wife has all but boycotted Mira tips and toes because of the terrible service. Always over bearing and pushy with their sales, appointments are not adhered to and always run late, service is rushed and no attention to detail, technicians chatting to each other and not engaging with the clients, half of the colours in the palet are out of stock and the ones they have are running low and have become thick and sticky. As a last minute fix, my wife visited today after months of using anywhere BUT tips and toes and yet again the same rubbish experience. She told the receptionist after the appointment was finally done that she was dissatisfied and they charged her full price anyway. Absolute rip off, do not recommend!

The best place on earth.. After your start goin to Tips and Toes you wouldn’t want to ho anywhere else. love their halava wax and Offcourse their mani pedi.. I do feel they could add more colors to their breathable collection.. Faith and Tika are the best

Overpriced for low quality service and product for nail extension and gel polishI paid 320 for nail refill with gel polish on top and they used low quality product for me after few hours my gel polish is chipping and my nails don’t have good shape at all , only my blowdry experience was fine there which was again very pricey compare to other salons in neighborhood.not recommended at all

Living in the community so i tried to find the nearest salon and luckily after trying Tips & Toes i was happy.For my hair, I book with Ariane she does amazing short hair cut and color too.For massage, i book with Rattana. She is Thai and does authentic Thai Massage. Was surprised that they have a Thai Massage Room in Tips & Toes. Rattana does the best dry massage.📍Location: Accessible and easy to go to.🚗 Parking: Offer Free Parking since it is in the community center💰 Prices are reasonable, i was also able to snag an offer this July of 2+1 on their massage services.⭐️ Highly recommend.

One of the worst experience I have ever had in Dubai,reception staff attitude is absolutely not helpful and they didn’t understand claim, one week ago i did Manicure in Mira Branch and after two days it started to peel off, unfortunately i was able to go and show them the poor quality after a week and when i went it took me fortune to convince them that i am eligible for claim because for them they accept such vlaim acter only three days from applying the GEL nail polish, and finally they accept to do those particular fingers.After 5 hours exactly whatever they did at same day starts to peel off, i went to the branch to show them and record this and ask them that i am going to come and claim for redoing it afterwards as i am not free to do it withing three days, they refused and when they saw me busy and unable to redo it in coming few day, they said either they can do it now or never!!!!!!!! Discussion went back and forth for long time and finally i got fed up and left as no one could take decisions and they said they will check with customer relations department.Final decision from this department was that i can redo the nail polish with additional charge because that quality of material which they put is bad!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe my ears actually and finished the call.Not recommended at all.

Please be very detailed with your services. I received a gift voucher for Pregnancy Massage in my first month and when I went in the Spa they told me that I can’t have massage till after my 7th month. The voucher is valid only for 3 months (if I’m not mistaken). I checked the website even in your social media’s posts and it’s not mention about it or in terms and condition . It was so stressful communicating with the customer service because they get back to you after 2-3days and the only solution is converting the voucher to different services.I end up not having any other choices because will get expired in few days! So disappointing and very stressful from customer service response and action!!

I am writing to express my continuing disappointment with tips and toes , specifically their poor time management and disorganised appointment scheduling. Unfortunately, my latest visit was a repeat of a past experience where I faced significant delays.The salon was chaotic, trying to juggle walk-ins and scheduled clients, clearly overbooking without a strategy to handle the volume. There was a noticeable lack of communication from the staff about the delay, and no attempt to manage the situation until I asked for an explanation.A salon should be a place of relaxation, not a source of frustration due to unnecessary and avoidable time management issues.

The service is really good.. I have taken the service from Mira town center only.. all the stuffs are really police, friendly and very caring. I would recommend Mariam for hair-services. She is really a good hair dresser..The only thing is the prices are little high interest of products and services..But overall experience is really good.. 👌

Had my hair color and haircut for the first time with Mariam at Mira branch, shes amazing. I love how tge color turned out and of course my new haircut. Shes very smart, she explains everything about the products too! Will definitely come back!

I have been coming back to get my hair trim and hair cuts with Chandrika thrice now and she is such a warm and friendly person and knows her job well. She has been doing her work very professionally and also does it neatly. She is polite, well mannered and is always got a big warm smile.

I use this salon regularly as it is very conveniently located within my community. They offer a very wide range of services including nails, massages, eyelash extensions and lifts, facials and hair services. Their nail technicians are good but I dont really like the products they use as and the selection of colours it not as good as other places. The massages are usually great, especially the 90 minute energy healing full body massage. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming and the place is always very clean. I have a glam membership (which I believe has been discontinued unfortunately) but I would recommend getting a membership as it can be used at any Tips and Toes branch and it offers some great savings.

Very poor quality materials.Had manicure done on Thursday evening and had chipped by Friday afternoon -less than 24 hours.I had nails done for a weekend away so the policy of fixing within 24 hours was useless.Had been contemplating purchasing the yearly package but now I know my answer!

I am writing to address my recent experience at your establishment, which regrettably fell short of my expectations. As a customer, I recently purchased a gift voucher intended for my mothers birthday, with the intention of providing her an opportunity to indulge and pamper herself. This included booking multiple services to redeem the voucher, along with the purchase of additional products which were promised to be specially wrapped as a surprise for my mothers birthday celebration.Unfortunately, none of the promised arrangements came to fruition. My mother did not receive the gift that I had purchased, and her dissatisfaction was further compounded by the standard of the acrylic extension service provided. The initial service provider appeared to lack the necessary expertise, resulting in my mothers discontent.This disappointing experience has left me with the impression that the priority lies in monetary transactions rather than ensuring a positive customer experience post-transaction.

Hello to allI visited this center for the first time in Mira town center as I moved to the nearby place. Visiting once every 5 weeks a good salon for my pedicure near my work place however due to moving house I decided to visit Tips and toes Mira.My total experience was great until a week later when I found out the Gelish was removed from half of my great toe. Doing gelish got more than 15 years made me experience that possibly the gelish was a bit old or maybe expired resulted in cracked and fell it off without any trauma at all.I raised the issue with them to fix only my great toe while I visited the salon. They did not have free technician and told me expected to receive call from customer relation.One lady called me the next day. According to her they can’t do anything as per their policy (which we have to read terms and conditions !!) because it’s more than 72 hours.The point of this review:During the conversation, there was not only any discussion about to support the customer to fix it or even let’s send a picture but, sorry we can’t help you as per POLICY, we can’t do anything as per high management and this is our policy.It’s only one toe, I don’t contact them to make it free or begging for 20-30 AED for fixing but to raise the issue and request to fix.What I found about Tips and toes ,their priority isn’t customer’s right but their policy.Old or expired gelish might have health issue such as nail fungal infection or even more nail weakening.I’m surprised that the person called me from customer relation department, was raising this simple issue with high management( according to her) and it was the response to the customer: we can’t do anything as per policy !Customer’s right is the basic in any business

Im always doing my hair and nails at Mira branch. Miriam is just amazing with curls. The atmosphere is always friendly and everyone here makes you feel like a VIP.

I’m a regular customer there, been going ever since they opened. Great mani pedi, highly recommend Imee for manicure, she is the best at removing cuticle and is very gentle always aware of the wellbeing of my nails, Irene is the best at ingrown removal and loves applying color.. they neverdisappointed me for the eight years I have been with them!

Got a pedicure and it was a little more expensive than my normal place (90aed for classic pedicure with regular polish). The service was good and the atmosphere was nice, but during the service, my technician asked if I wanted to pay extra for a dry heel treatment and I said no. It couldve been just because I refused the add on service, buy I felt like my feet werent as smooth as they normally would be. However, the staff were lovely and the service was still good. I loved how many colours of polish were available too.

Nothing special, in general tops and toes is overrated. Service is not that good, my skin around toenails is so dry and there is so much of it since i moved to tips and toes hence not using them anymore.

It has been 1 year i am doing hair services with the best hairstylist Mariam.I can say that she is professional,she always helps and give advices on how to have healthy hair. She is a gem.

I have been Tips & Toes customer for almost 7 years now 3 years at meissem and almost 4 years at mira branch and the latter has the WORST customer service ever l have been stood up multiple times and had to wait for more than half an hour for my appointment. My appointments were messed up for wrong days and they even lie about calling to confirm appointments where they dont.

I highly recommend Mariam as hairdresser in Mira Branch. She is very talented in styling and hair color. I went once and I had a very good experience, and since I only take my hair appointments with her. Highly recommended!

Good service overall

I moved recently to Mira Oasis, and I was very much concerned about the hair service, but Chandika was great. I have sensitive skin and my hair color is bit sensitive, she already knew what application is required. I do with her always now and I am very happy with her service, also she is very friendly and nice person. So for me hair service is really good. Thank you Chandika 😊 keep the great service !

I use Mariam to do my blow dries and hair cut and she is brilliant at what she does. She guides in the right way without being too pushy and does a great job. It’s the first time the curls lasted in my hair for so long. I definitely recommend her :)

I have been visiting Tips & Toes for years now, but recently moved to Mira Oasis. So was happy to know that there is a Tips & Toes branch at the Community Center. Just 5mins away from our home.Love that i can do all services at this branch. Starting from Mani/Pedi, Hair, Massage and even Moroccan Hammam.With everything that is going on in the world right now, i am impressed with their cleanliness and hygiene protocol. They check the temperature of all clients coming in and sanitizes the shoe before stepping inside the salon. Chairs are sanitized after each client too.I highly recommend:Mary Jane and Marilou for Manicure/ Pedicure: they are amazing. I always request for them. Jen is amazing in polishing, not too thick. Marilou is the best for Pedi.Kim, Ariane & MJ for Hair. They are both great haircut and hair color. While MJ washes my hair so so good and gives the best head and scalp massage.For services, i love their new Magnesium Mani/Pedi where they use all magnesium infused products and soak the feet for 10-15mins. Which is a great immunity booster.For Hair, I always do Kerastase Hair Treatments and recently fell in love with Genesis. Smells so divine!!Definitely recommend this branch, especially to all Mirans. So convenient!

Best Tips and toes branch in Dubai! Exceptional services starting from reception to nails, but also massage (ask for Kadek - best indonesian massage) and hair services (Myriam is the best)!It is a relaxing trip every time!

Yesterday I visited the salon andThe service was really bad and disappointingManicure done by (Gulmara ) has a lot of ups and downs and extras as well .She also asked me that your pre gel is really good and hard ,off course u didn’t do it here what is the salon name ?after spending 1and half hours at the salonThe lady at the reception while paying told me we will fix it for u . However, it is just a waste of time to stay more after leaving my baby alsoThe 2 ladies kept talking to each others in their own language even I felt like they are talking about meThe pedicure one wanted to put 2 layers of nail polis so I asked her to add one more , then they talk to each others again for that saying 3 layersThe woman who was sitting next to me didn’t like the service and she called someone to complain so they get her new lady to fix it so the lady who was doing my manicure looked to me and she said this women has (wasta)It is a shame for tips and toes to have like these staff , i used to visit another branches which is way better

My sister and I went to have our nails done on the 23rd at 8.50pm, the 24th my sisters gelish nails started chipping and by Christmas brunch on the 25th, peeling off.Asked for a refund and I was told, come back in, spend more and you can get a 30% discount lol! No thanks.I suppose it is my fault I didnt complainin Time or send the pictures which I have in time, it being Christmas and all.I see this is a regular posted problem with this Mira spa. Never done this sort of review, but think its good to warn others to be more proactive immediately.

Very good place , one connected system in all branches, I like some things, and some others, I dont, and they actually shock me :Good things:- Stuff is well organised and friendly.- place is very neat and clean.- service is very good , sometimes excellent, and rarely under expectations.Critics:- Im a yearly member and suppose to have my monthly surprise gift , they offered it the first month and never again.- they add extra charges ( 10 aed ) on French manicure service which is frustrating for this level of salon.- they also add charges for the ingrown removal.NB : Its never about money , its about principle.But in general , i can tell they are very good and I recommend

Mariam the hairstylist is great - she gets beach waves perfect every time and is very attentive when it comes to her clients comfort (shes always propping you up with a pillow or offering a hot drink).

Super disappointed with the service I received from the Mira branch. I bought a gift voucher for around 500 aed and booked 4 services a month ago. I called to confirm my appointment today and was told that there were no services booked and they could not trace my payment. I requested a call back from the manager and its been about 2 hours with no response. I cleared out my schedule hoping for a nice experience and was left with a rather horrible one instead. Safe to say I wont be going back!

Chandikah is fantastic! She knows what’s best for your hair and does a great job with anything hair related! She is kind and sweet too!

Not happy with the service nor quality.Called three times to find out if the salon has halal polish and they called me back to confirm so I booked it. Once I reached I have been told the only color they have is electric blue. I opted for the breathable one instead but had to use my own base and too coat.I didn’t feel welcomed at all and during all this the lady tried to upsell me packages.Today one day after the appointment my nails are chipped and look horrible which I am really not happy about as now I have to find another salon to fix my nails during Eid which will probably be impossible.200 AED wasted.

I used to be a member of Tips and Toes (Glitter) for 2 years but I am no longer one. Main reason is that I usually travel for a couple of months in summer, and they dont have an option to freeze the membership unless I pay for it, which beats the purpose. Also the cost is quite steep so does not really make it worth while and the amount you save is not really saving, other places in the area charge this for their normal price with the same quality.The ambience of the place is nice and service is fairly good, however its so over priced. Not even a 5 star hotel would charge some of the prices they do, and I feel paying that sort of money cannot be justified, when in motor city you can get something equally good for a fraction of the price. The massages are good,, however I dont like the fact they do it in front of everyone while getting nails done, it beats the relaxation out of it.I can only assume the reply to this will be the exact same copied and pasted reply as every single review that has been posted.

Every single time I do my nails at Tips and Toes, its always bad quality of polish. Like same day or next day my polish has chipped off! I did shellac and also the polish application was not done so great some nails look bumpy! Im so disappointed with their services. Its at such a convenient place as I can walk it from my house but id rather spend time and drive to do my nails somewhere else than ever going back!

Very happy with the hair service, havn’t tried gel extensions yet, but only nail extension removal and cleaning and I have to admit the lady who did the job “Prescila”- i hope I got her name right- is fantastic!! I can’t remember the last time I had my nails filed without the skin being removed and torn apart; she did a phenomenal job, this girl should get a promotion!! As for the pedicure, (another lady, forget her name) I wasn’t really impressed, i did feel abit of pain in my toe the next day and when she started, she seemed that she forgot the steps, cause she started cleaning then half way through remembered that she needs to wash my feet then went back to cleaning.. but Overall my experience is always pleasant at tips & toes , and kudos to Marice, my hair stylist, always leaves a smile on my face!!

Tips and toes is a well known salon in uae while it’s for me a one star salon!Their products are very cheap! You can do gelish and comeback after 2 days giving a complain that the gelish can be easily removed and they won’t care!You can be a loyal customer while at the same time if you come for urgent appointment they will not care!Briefly, they are so materialistic , unprofessional and unethical!

Am glad its 5 min from my house, enjoyed the pedicure and waxing.I have tried the Gel manicure 2 times here but am not impressed.The ladies cant shape the nails, they cut me so many times I was bleeding all over and the whole hand experience was awful.Ill go back for my feet and waxing for sure.

Disappointed with my last visit at the Mira branch.Hairstylist blatantly overcharged us for a smoothening treatment done on short hair ( chin level ) claiming it to be done on medium length ! They’ve just lost 3 potential clients ! Never again!

Mariam did my hair twice cutting and blow dry.She is excellent!Highly recommend her.

Mariam is a fantastic hairdresser, she knows my hairstyle by heart and every time an absolute fantastic job.

I have called multiple times today, as I live in the community, and after long waiting, my called was answered and put on hold until disconnected. Called twice again, and once you select 1, for booking, you are placed on hold but nobody connect with you. Nobody called back either. As well in the past when I look to book, the weekends are “ fully booked” but if you manage to have a booking and get inside the shop you can see the chairs are empty, to me it looks that they don’t have enough staff to attend the clients.

Kadek always fixes me with the most amazing massage at Mira Town Centre. Highly recommend.

Tips & Toes Mira is the place to get inconsistent nail shape, limited colors and bad quality base that goes off your nail in 3-5 days to get fungus as a surprise gift…Very disappointing products and services.

I had a horrific experience today. I went in for half a head of highlights and was left with a half a painted on bleach job. I look absolutely terrible and there is just no way to fix all this broken hair. Im so upset.

The ambience and decor isnt very nice...no windows and it looks a bit cramped but they do a great job at least with eyebrows and nails.
