I had a disappointing experience with a manicure that was poorly executed. From the start, the atmosphere felt strange Instead of a relaxing treatment, my hands were untypical handled, and the cuticle care was in a dry way.The nail shaping was jagged and uneven, and the classic red polish was applied not from the beginning, with smudges. Overall, the salons lack of attention to hygiene and detail left me feeling more stressed than when I arrived. At the end team on a payment step was trying 15 minutes to apply my refer discount , it’s disappointed me ! This experience was a reminder of how a classic manicure can go horribly wrong, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality service.

150 dirhams for this express manicure. Is this a joke?😁 not sure if i want to cry or laugh from this experience! Please see the pictures.I came in, they claimed i have a hard gel from previous appointment so to remove it , it will cost 65dirhams!?!? Almost the price of the manicure itself! In the entire Dubai - no salon will charge u 65dhs for any kind of gel removal. It is a joke! If i knew they charge that much i wouldnt even have wasted my time to go there. The master was rough on top of everything.Terrible experience. Would never recommend anyone. I didnt have time to explain that master how to do her job and moreover i didnt have time to redo it. Thats why i came for express manicure.I can only recommend ladies for eyebrow threading who are actually really good. For the nails however - never again.

Precila is my go to Nail technician for 3 years. I trust her and i know that she will provide the best service all the time. She is Honest and will always recommend the best treatment for me not for sales sake but for my best interest. She is calm , focused and very experienced. I recommend her all the time. The whole team is very friendly. The branch has a nice vibe. I also love the branch manager she is always there making sure everything is okay.

Came in today for the first time for a manicure and it felt like the technician and lady at the front desk were constantly trying to upsell me on products and services. I had to decline their 1800+ AED membership 3 times when I was trying to pay for my manicure. I was also under the impression that the manicure included the additional nail oil and then they informed me I had to buy the oil afterwards for an additional 157 since they opened it to use on me. The technician also ended up cutting the side of one of my fingers and it started bleeding. I payed 357 total for a below average manicure with two extensions for two broken nails… hopefully I don’t end up with an infection from the cut. I will not be returning.

The staff r wonderful and welcoming , the mani pedi r always great , normal manicure stays up to 7-8 days without scratches . Pedicure stays longer , also when they have offers they keep the same high quality service and nice to b spoiled with a lovely morning message , i really recommend Tips and Toes

Dear management! Please take some actions and trainings to your staff! I refer my friend today to your hills park branch and get worse ever feedback for service starting from quality of treatment ending that your staff doesn’t know how your own referral program is working! Then I can’t recommend anyone anymore as I afraid situation will be repeated again. P.S send some staff from Dubai mall , as they perfectly know their job!

The only place I do my nails in Dubai. My favorite nail technician is Aimmie. She is highly experienced and recommended.

Tips & Toes my personal experience isVery very upsetting experience I’ve tried them twice in 2 different places first in silicon city and then in point Dubai hills and both are extremely bad in silicon I had to go the next day to get it fixed and now after a day from doing my nails at park point Dubai hills the nails looks so bad they are extremely excellent in asking for extra charge over everything but extremely rubbish in keeping customer happy and satisfied😠

Had the best and most relaxing shampoo here with Deborah — always ask for her honestly you’ll never go anywhere else. 💆🏻‍♀️

I am applauded by the cost charged for an 8 year old and 11 year old for filing and polish. AED185 ??? For what? This is pure robbery and never again. Your reward system is a joke especially for a client who has been with you for years amd you just lost me.

Ladies only beauty and hair saloon that gives you the fresh feels each time you visit!! Ambience feels peaceful, private and always clean. Staff always on time, attentive and accommodating! I will personally never go anywhere else although services seem to sit slightly on the pricy side as compared to other similar beauty saloons.

Decent local place to do your mani/pedi and other personal care services!I believe your experience varies depending on the professional working with you. I can totally recommend Dwi for massage and Isabel for manicure - both are wonderful and very professional.Would not recommend doing the blowdry there as they don’t use any volume/styling products to add volume and make it last longer and are not very caring with your hair.If you live in the area, it’s definitely worth signing up for their annual membership.

Do not come here for builder gel nails, I called them and they confirmed they do them. But they don’t! They have very well trained staff for Acrylic nails, but I specifically wanted builders gel. Firstly they did it for me and it looked fine but you can see they are not trained well or experienced for builder gel. After 4 days one nail started lifting off also the gel started bubbling up and looking very lumpy after I had left. I bought an annual package based on builder gel availability and reputation of salon, but their management called me and offered for me to go and get it fixed where I was told ‘your nail probably doesn’t take the gel well’ which isn’t true I informed them for few months I’ve been getting it done very nicely near my old place. Anyway I went in to get it fixed and the lovely technician did it for my in acrylic - which isn’t what I want! And now I’m stuck with an annual nail package (which they refuse to refund) which I probably will only use for polish change and will have to go back to another lady to remove the acrylic and put builder gel for me. Please read T&C properly and be aware before signing up for the packages, they are very pushy about up selling this.

Where do I start!!! I am so fussy when it comes to my nails and I am absolutely thrilled to find Aimmie. She’s been doing my nails for over a year now and I would not go anywhere else. Very high standard, attention to detail and she certainly knows her customers!Girls in reception are always welcoming and smiling, massages are superb and I wouldn’t trust my feet to anyone but Emely!

I have the glitter membership here and the service is always great. I love you can come and get you nails , hair , brows lashes done all in one place. I had a fabulous manicure today from Isabel, she is always super careful, precise and very friendly. I also had a brilliant foot and leg massage from Lexmi, so good , perfect pressure and super relaxing.They usually have availability too as they have plenty of staff so you don’t need to wait and can get a mani , pedi and massage all at the same time.

Its a new branch, i love the ambience isnt loud which is how its supposed to be unlike other branches, (other branches the music is loud and the staff sre constantly talking. )This branch is very well managed honestly. The manager is always there too which is noticed. The staff are really polite. I did a membership here because i got really comfy! The parking is a meh because its a business/resident area in the afternoon so it take like 5-6 mins. However, in the evening you’ll always find parking. Danny massage therapist is great and the nail technicians always do a very clean job!

Tips and Toes used to be my go to nail salon but they’ve just slipped in terms of customer service. The nail technicians are great but the lady on the counter is extremely dismissive.I’ve had regular nail polishes chip within a day and their own brand nail polish is bad too. They wanted to charge me 15aed to remove gelish polish even though they were the ones who applied it (most other salons offer this for free when they’ve done the job) they also wanted to charge me AED 20 per nail for chrome powder on top even though I brought my own powder (this would make the manicure more expensive than any other salon so I don’t know why they’d even bother saying it can be done)I only continue to go as I live nearby & took a yearly membership although will probably not renew due to bad customer service. Would rather go to other salons which have friendlier receptionists and up to date services.

I had a good haircut experience with Rana. It was easy to communicate with her what I wanted and she did it well and gave me good advice on how to move forward with the cut in the future.

I did a gelish manicure then after 4 days start removing!!! i tried with them to fix it and then they said we can’t do it , actually i don’t know if it’s because of the quality of the products or the the technician but as i know and always do the Gelish should stay minimum one month

Really regret signing up to their membership, don’t do it! The first few times I went before I signed up were good, it’s a really nice place. But since then I’ve had nail extensions several times and every time after about 5 days to 1 week the polish starts to peel on a few nails. I’ve had nail extensions for years and they’ve generally always lasted around 3 weeks! Had to go back each time to get them fixed. So disappointed. I’ve expressed my feedback to them several times face to face and over their WhatsApp but all you get is ‘sorry it didn’t meet your expectations’ etc. Very generic and careless.

The reception is not professional complete disappointment, the first time I called on February 25 at 18:14 to find out the price of hair styling, to which they did not give me an answer and said that the master would call me personally, no one called. I dialed again at 6:27 again asking the price for styling, I clearly say that I have extensions and I want to be wound on an iron so that my hair is curly, to which I don’t get an answer again and only that the master will contact you, and of course no one called me for an hour. I was your member, unacceptable lack of professionalism and attitude towards the client, I hope the management will take actionRegards Viktoriia

My sister visited this branch today and ever since she is back she is just talking about the branch. She was so happy to see her have the best experience.Its great to know that you are doing all you can to make your customers happy, and it shows in their faces when they come back. I’m very disappointed at this branch, went there last month did my nail extensions with gel, was very satisfied. Went back this month, there was a new girl workin didn’t know how to do the extension I wanted, did something totally different and it’s not even a good job she had done. I tried to tell her to do same as the one month before but she didn’t know how to do it. All ended with my nails are totally uneven now. I’m very disappointed and they lost a customer who was satisfied in the beginning

I had my hair cut and coloured by Rana today and she was honestly amazing! So experienced I love my hair! Will definitely be going back

A new and amazing branch in Dubai Hills. The staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Special mention to Hala the hairstylist who is fabulous. She colored and blow dried my hair and I’ve been a repeat customer already because of her services. Noeme, Judalyn and Lakshmi and all the front staff are fantastic. Thank you all. I am very disappointed. I went there 6 days ago and did gelish for ny hands. Went back on a day later because my nail was peeling off. Today on the 6th my nails are peeled !! And broken. I have never done gelish that lasted 6 days !!! Minimum 2 weeks and above. I called them today to explain the situation they tell me we are sorry unfortunately we cannot refund you with any service. Since there is a policy of 72 h. Where I came back the next day telling them they are peeling instead of them telling me we would like to fix them all due to the work.I am extremely disappointed

Excellent service. I recommend mornings and early afternoons when its calm.The nail and wax technicians are friendly and willing to be smchatty if youre in the mood or leave you in silence if you want that.

I have called the receptionist to take an appointment for extensions and asked if they do plastic ones and they said yes - when i went there they said oh sorry we only do acrylic and that we are closing soon . I never went back . Some lady in the call center is also very rude . I would give this saloon a 0 rating if i was able to

Extremely disappointing.First and last time visiting unfortunately. Luckily there are plenty more options in the area.In the reception I was told to Just take any available seat and had to ask where to go as I had never been in there before. I wasnt offered anything to drink (I could obviously ask) but other clients were offered as seated.Once I sat in the chair it was so rushed and the ladies kept looking at the time, like they had to finish this as soon as possible.My appointment was at 18:00 and I am sat down writing this at 18:30 pm already.When I mentioned that I was disappointed while paying I was simple told sorry to hear that. I would recommend going to Loft in Dubai Hills mall or Havie & Moon instead.

Terrible experience! Water in the pedicure is cold, told the staff who said its a water problem they need to fix. Nail painting was stripey and not covering the whole nail. There was a hair in the polish on one of the nails, told the staff who just painted another coat over it!!! Told the supervisor at checkout of this experience who could only give me a 20% discount on the service and didn’t seem to care much. Recommend to go to N.bar in dubai hills mall, always amazing experience
