What an amazing experience! This was my first pedicure in Dubai, and my first time being a customer at Tips and Toes. The facilities were beautifully clean and smelt amazing. The lovely therapist that performed my pedicure was friendly, helpful, and offered an amazing add on to my service that I 100% needed. I am just so happy! My skin is wonderfully soft and the French polish is bang on. THANK YOU!

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with Tips and Toes salons management and customer service. I’ve been a loyal member for over a year, paying in advance for a membership that includes one free mani-pedi per month. After my last manicure, I was shockingly informed that the management decided I had supposedly used my May session twice (something I was never notified about at the time) and that I now need to pay for it!It’s appalling that a salon of this size would chase down a loyal member over something so trivial. They even started calling me in November to demand payment for a service they should have tracked accurately themselves. Why wasnt I informed back in May if there was an issue?This experience is incredibly disappointing and feels unprofessional. Neither I nor my friends will be returning to Tips and Toes, and I will certainly not be renewing my membership. This behavior from management over such a minor matter is not what I would expect from a supposedly reputable salon. Shame to say the least.

Used to come here all the time but got fed up with the girls not taking their time doing my nails and being in and out so quickly, it was like being in a factory. But today I thought I would try them again as my usual place was fully booked. Again in and out for a pedicure in 20 mins! Still a factory and still a disappointing service. I aired my views and they only charged me for a polish - I brought my own polish lol! I wont be back.

I’m an American expat based in Dubai I have been a customer for Tips and Toes for 6 years and love the business so this review isn’t for Tips and Toes the business but rather, one specific hairdresser called Nasreen at their spring souq location. I have never met a woman more disrespectful and more self entitled as this woman. On Thursday night (13th June!) I took my 6 year old daughter at 6.30pm to trim her bangs. I specifically told her to trim til her eyebrows but this woman thought she was too good for instructions and completely ignored me. She grabbed my daughter’s bangs, twisted them and snapped off in one go. Of course the bangs are uneven and too short and she knew it so immediately started saying ‘it’ll grow out!’ Well of course it’ll grow out but accept your mistake and apologize right? This was the night before my daughter’s graduation and her look was ruined. I let her know and walked out of the hairdressing section to reception. But no, this woman who’s so full of herself with absolute no respect for customers followed me to reception, clapping her hands at me and said ‘what have I done? At least let me talk!’ What is there to listen to? Why would I talk to her? I said I didn’t want to talk to her and want to talk to the manager that not only did she ruin my daughter’s hair but was misbehaving. There was no manager on duty and of course I was angry and letting everyone know. The woman then continued to say ‘this client just doesn’t want to pay for the service, it’s okay I’ll pay’ What the heck? I’ve spent 1000s of dirhams at this business and do you think I’d create drama for 55aed? I made sure I paid and demanded a call back from manager. This isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed her misbehavior; I once saw her berating a Filipino colleague of hers just the same way she spoke to me. I should’ve raised my voice for the Filipino woman then but my mistake I didn’t and then my daughter suffered for my silence this time. I will not be quiet this time. I want an apology from Nasreen herself and some action taken against her by the management including training on how to treat customers or I will be taking this up with dubai consumer rights. I will not be backing down this time so expect some response ASAP.

Best massage ever by Toniet whilst having a Mani and Pedi by Elisa D and Roxanne. All were very professional and friendly. Had a giggle and a wonderful experience. Thank you ladies. I shall be booking you again next time.

Highly recommend Nisreen for blow dries. She knows exactly how to style one’s hair according to your needs and requests and always does it with a happy attitude. Her energy is always vibrant and positive and her work is excellent!

This was my first and LAST visit to tips and toes in Springs Souk, 1 star is even an over-ratingThe appointment at 3:30 did not start even at 4:15, the manager called this being SLIGHTLY lateDuring 45 (!) minutes of waiting time I was asked to wait in the area with the most disgusting smell everAny coffee / tea while waiting ? NOI would NOT recommend anyone this place and ‘service’

I was very skeptical when going to the springs souk tips and toes. Its a bit overpriced, as for instance nail art for each nail is 20, when in another business i paid 12. although the prices, some of the staff is nice, but some dont do their job nicely. as when I did my nails today, it took the worker 2 hours and a half to do soft gel extensions. and werent even straight, they are too large for my type of nail but at least theyre not too bad.

Went to tone my light ash blonde strands ended up with dark brown!! I can’t tell how shocked I was!! Asked for fixing next day he shampooed my hair for around 20 minutes so he can remove that color as much as possible, but that didn’t help much but dried my hair! My hair looks like if it was done by a student! Paid for nothing but damaging my hair and ruining its color!! Big regret!! I wish if it was a nightmare!!!

I joined Tips and Toes family lately, i have been visiting different salons trying to find a place that gives good service and has nice staff. In springs souq i found both. Last 2days i had Erika doing my meni pedi, removing my ingrown hard dry skin. She was very gentle and very patient. I would request her service again and i recommend her for Soignée

Appointment started half an hour late, no technician to manage a basic toe nail repair, terrible service, finished basic manicure and pedicure in 2 hours! It was so late they stopped my service to get the payment and close the cash. It was disappointing and horrible the way they dealt with the situation. Ironically they didnt even offer a discount after all this.

Visiting Tips and Toes Nail and Hair Salon was an absolute delight! The service was top-notch, the staff was incredibly skilled and friendly. I received exceptional care for both my nails and hair. Without a doubt, Id rate this salon 5 stars and highly recommend it for anyone seeking a wonderful pampering experience.

The worst experience of hair service, very unprofessional team, a useless branch manger (Springs Souk) Ms. Diane, I had my hair washed in that branch and that Filipino person (Ali) didn’t know how to wash (as if washing clothes by hands) and brush my wet and tangled hair, just pulling my hair and lots of my hair on the floor. They had only one small comb that I have its picture. Never ever go back there.

I’ve been coming to Tips and Toes at the Springs Souk for over 2 years. I always get my manicure and pedicure done with the same technicians, Joyce and Elisa E because they are fantastic. I was blown away by them since day 1, not only because they are very good at what they do but also because they are very lively, welcoming and good fun to spend an hour with. They are so good that every time I have visitors, I gift them with a voucher to get their nails done, which they all have enjoyed, and that includes my mum and some very close friends. Even more amazing is that Joyce and Elisa E remember all of them even! I give them both 5 stars but would give them more if it was possible!!

I have been going to Tips and Toes at Springs Souk for a long time now and never had any complaints. However, I was extremely disappointed with my last experience: the lady that was doing my pedicure had a skin condition on her thumb which looked a lot like a wart. She was not wearing gloves. I was nearly halfway through the service when I noticed it and asked her about it. She and one of her colleagues (who was working next to her) tried to convince me it was a burnt mark. It clearly wasn’t. As I was paying, I mentioned the skin condition/wart to the receptionist but she hardly paid any attention to what I was saying despite the fact that warts are contagious and the lady could be risking passing it to all her clients. To make things worse, the receptionist started trying to sell me promotions and memberships rather than dealing with my remark in a serious and appropriate manner. Terrible customer service. Needless to say they’ve lost a loyal client.

Im a regular at tips n toes and have been using them for years. Really good value for money service and quality. The staff are always very friendly and smiling. I was recently helped by Roxanne and Jacky and had a wonderful Mani Pedi.

Their nail technicians are among the best and I’d give them a 5 BUT this review is for their hair team. do NOT get your hair done here. ESPECIALLY avoid the young Arab male hair dresser. Apart from a sub par hair cut, he charged me for 500 aed worth of items that I didn’t even 1) know about 2) didn’t ask for! When I was getting my hair washed, he whispered to the one who was washing my hair to apply “toner”. Did not tell or ask me. I asked what are you doing? And they said we are putting toner. When I went to pay they said it was. 200+ aed treatment! I exclaimed you didn’t tell me and you didn’t ask! And then he claimed he opened a new bottle to apply some other lotion in my hair. At first I said I don’t want it and he left it on the table. Then he said let me show you how it works and I assumed he was using a sample to show and I said explicitly I will decide if I like it I will buy NEXT TIME. He did not show me that he opened a new bottle and he did not ask me. Again this was almost 300 Aed.This is awful behavior for such an established brand such as Tips and Toes which I actually really love. I’m shocked they let this guy stitch loyal customers like this!While the manager waived the toner charge of 200, they still made me buy the bottle but like I said, who knows if this was done with someone else and they were trying to get rid of an already open bottle? I won’t be able to find out but as a guarantee I’m telling everyone I know and I won’t be spending any more money in their hair department

My go-to technician for pedicures is Elisa E, who is absolutely wonderful and meticulous. She always makes sure the result is perfect. My go-to for manicures is Marites, who is also absolutely wonderful and pays so much attention to make sure my nails look amazing.For facials, my go-to is Manel. She is so thorough and makes sure the whole experience is luxurious and relaxing. My skin looks so much better already.My favourite part about the T&T Springs Souk team is how caring they all are ❤️ I highly recommend 👌

My friend introduced me to this place and the staff is amazing.The deals are incredible especially if you want to get your nails done regularly.I only straightened my hair here once but they did a pretty good job of that as well.It’s very nice when you’re getting your nails done and you can get the option of having someone massage you.The person who is in charge of nail art is pretty good to, I didn’t get anything to extreme done but she was really good.This place is honestly the best I highly recommend going here.

I always like tips &toes service until yestdy I went for hair color tdy but very much upset about the service .The lady I booked apt after finishing the service with the previous customer continuously talking to her (their own language)and followed d customer to the nail dept and I was waiting., waiting so long Finally when she came back Watever I’m suggesting to her abt my hair she is giving counter back .didnt cover my ear and didn’t apply Vaseline and didn’t apply properly on my sides color didn’t catch on my side. Pathetic. This kind of service I paid full amount.I Never go back to this hair dresser.

Avoid George at all cost !! He is a hairdresser but his lack of competence & professionalism makes me wonder how he got the job. He is not customer oriented either, arguing with the client to make a point even when he is wrong... unbelievable! Luckily, the senior hairdresser and manager saved the day. Thank you ladies

I am writing this review only because I tried to speak to customer service and they needed someone to teach them what customer service is.I had a mani, padi appointment.By the time it was time for nail polish for my nails they looked extremely bad, and I mentioned it to the technician during the service but she didn’t bother.She removed the nail polish of the first hand and I could see that cuticles were not done properly and that’s why the color looked odd.I told her to fix it, she started filing my nail and put the coat again!!And for the second hand she saw some places where is it was wrong and said it’s ok I will fix it with topcoat!This is when I told her to remove the nail polish on both hands and just leave and thanked her.Then I went to the reception and showed her my nails, and somehow she was defending the technician!And she offered me a discount on the service a service that wasn’t done for me!So when they didn’t offer anyone to fix I said it’s ok I won’t be paying for my hand manicure and paid only for pedicure .When I complained to customer service their final answer wasOn behalf of the team, I sincerely apologized for what happened on your service that day and if we have made you really upset and dismayed. Moreover, we will totally understand and respect if you would not want to visit our salon again due to this incident. But still, we are looking forward on welcoming you in any of our branches aside from the Springs Souk.Time is wasted!

Terrible experience, worst massage, worst eye brows threading, arrogant ladies in reception Lisda and Gin. I used to love going to tips and toes for the last 9 years, recently everytime I go there I just regret it, expensive, cheap quality and treatment. I regret paying every penny there...even the way you respond to your google reviews is copy and paste with no action...clearly says a lot about where tips and toes salons are heading, and tells a lot about your culture.

I used to love to go to tips and toes. The nail techinician are lovely unfortunately it depends on the person you get and thats gonna be type of service you receive. Nowadays the customer service at the reception are getting worse. I just called to book an appointment for 2 adults and 2 kids. it was the worse phone answering I received in Dubai. No greetings or good afternoon. Even though I said twice. I felt I was talking to an answering machine.No professionalism, No patience, No people attitude first. Wont step back there again.

Worst customer service ever! I’ve a client for a the past 4 years! My shellac ma manicure started ripping off by the 4th day I called them on the 5th day and I was explaining to them that I have zero nails with shellac! Except 2…the lady didnt listen and asked me to come to the salon to repair my nails…I come early and about to start they told me I have to pay for at least 3 nails 🤣 cause it is not only one nail and they have a 3 days policy for shellac…for shellac THREE DAYS…a basic manicure can last one week! While shellac should last for at least 2 weeks and usually it lasts for me for 3 weeks! And they were like why you didnt call before? As if I have nothing to do in my life other than worrying about my nails!! It was a total insult, and embarrassing in front of all the clients as if I was begging for my nails to be done for 30 min while I already paid for the service which was not done properly from the first place!!! Too bad you lost a customer and when customers are not satisfied they will never come back!! So please people dont expect an exceptional treat because it all costs money even for 3 nails 😅 SO BAAD!!!!I just read the other reviews and they did the same!! It is funny that she was willing to give me an appointment for repair in 2 days without asking how many nails so what’s the point exactly with this policy to protect themselves when the service is bad? Because a shellac doesn’t get removed within 3 days 😅 but should obviously last for at least 1 week!

Customer service is very poor. My nail technician was not polite nor seem interested. She was just rushing me and I fet like she was doing me a favour!!!! Extremely obnoxious and full of attitude!When I complained to the receptionist she didn’t seem to care, didnt even ask me nor had anything to say! I have been a regular at TnT for more than 6-7 years, first in Abu Dhabi and now in Dubai. I have had and renewed their membership for the last 3 years. But this is going to end, firstly they sneakily increase their prices while their service gets more mediocre. Secondly their staff gets more complacent with each visit and seems to always be in a hurry to finish the service, in turn cutting the cuticles too deep or missing out nail paint on the corners of the nail. Dubai is not shy of good nail parlors and I am happy to take my business elsewhere, henceforth!

Took my daughter for a hair cut. First thing- the place was crowded. They had to remove apron from a person using it for my daughter’s hair cut. Wouldn’t expect to see these from a premium place like tips and toes.Then for hair cut, even after clearly showing the picture of how we needed the cut, it wasn’t done properly. He did the work as if he was forced to do fast and finished it off in 20 minutes(wash + cut + blow dry) Front hair wasn’t layered, the hair level at the back was absurd (up and down), which I had to level after coming back home.

I’ve loved Tips & Toes for over 10 years already. This branch is nice for basic grooming but it’s a bit small. Nevertheless, they always deliver to standard 👌🏼

Sadly I can’t recommend anymore this salon as they changed gelish brand and now do not last more then regular ones (Shellac and Andrea).Once my nails started chipping after only 2-3 days I informed the salon on day 5, and despite being offered free fixing for all nails when I arrived at the salon few days later they changed their mind and wanted to charge for changing of polish. It was my waste of time as well to come again after only 10 days with only 2! nails not chipped. Very dissapointed after being loyal customer for over a year.

It’s nice interior, kind people work there. But.1. Eyebrow specialist isn’t good. I won’t come back. It’s just not good(((2. Reception lady didn’t inform about prices correctly. I asked price and she told me only half. It’s not supposed to be like that.I still want to try pedicure and manicure here because it looks soo cozy inside. I would not recommend to do eyebrows here.

These folks are awesome .My wife and daughter went there for a haircut and the lady did a phenomenal job.Very clean, maintain proper Covid standards ( we were very particular on that) and did not hurry anything .Truly masters of their craft. Did my nails on April 26th and by May 1st my gellish started unbuckling from the base. Not only inconvenient but painful was to remove remaining colour myself abroad on my vacation. They have 72hr fixing policy and I couldn’t come back to have it fixed.I conveyed my issue with the Tips’N toes team via WhatsApp and they told me we can talk when i return.What they offered was 50% off for re-doing my nails which i indignantly declined because I don’t want to pay at all for a service not done right. After an email to customer relations team, they called me the next day just repeating what they originally offered me. I declined again. Kindly refrain doing your nails at this salon before a vacation to avoid such undesirable experience.Sad i must end a relationship i had with them for approx 5 years but on the bright side - many lovely salons reside in Dubai at fraction of cost at this salon.

The quality of the service became very low. Shellac lasts 2 days. I thought maybe it was accidental, but after the 4th time of shellac lasting couple of days I finally decided not to return to this place anymore. Also, the stuff is obviously in a bad mood.

I always liked the service I get at Tips&Toes until yesterday. I went for a facial the price on the web menu was different to what I paid. All I got is a call from customer service saying we are sorry for this error. Really?! Very unprofessional. Never going back again.

I have been coming to Tips and Toes springs for the past 15 years. I have always enjoyed their services but in the past several months, i am so disappointed with their money grabbing style. Their prices are high but i always overlooked that because I enjoyed the environment and the staff. So you are aware: They advertise they do gellish but use shellac on nails which do not last for more than 7 days. They have a 3 days ‘warranty’ on all services including gellish/ shellac manicure which are supposed to stay at least for 2 weeks. So if you go to them after 3 days with a chipped nail they will make you pay 10 aed per nail. In addition as i learned, they charge gellish prices saying shellac and gellish are the same claiming the nails should last 2 weeks. Customers do not be fooled: Shellac does not even last 7 days and the reason why they use those is because they know customers will come back to pay for another set of manicure within 2 weeks period. Its disappointing to me learning that i am charged Gellish prices for my manicure but they are using shellac product. Below is a picture of my french manicure after 7/8 days. I called on day 10 and was told: they do not have warranty for any service after 3 days. After raising this concearn, i was told i still need to pay 10 aed per chipped nail. So my question is : 1) why have me pay gellish prices but you use shellac polish which doesnt last more than 1 week. 2) why lie to customers saying the shellac and gelish equally last 2 weeks. No they do not. Gellish lasts 2 weeks or more, not shellac. 3) Why do you purposely use products like shellac knowing they do not last more than 1 week?Disappointing! Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Id say 5 based on the nail services that I tried. Professional staff and courteous. They were dealing calmly with an angry customer ahead of me. The nail technician was really nice and her work was great. No complaints really.

In meadows branch, though the building was not great, team was smiley and engaged. Attention to details, service level was great. It was a personalied unique service.Here, in spring souk, no smiles, you feel like you are in a factory. Not the same service level, not even a standart service. Some are doing well some are even not giving basic service. It depends on how lucky you are. When you cancel the service since you are not happy, manager even does not bother to ask why. Hope they get it together soon. The brand was good, but this branch needs to improve asap.

I came today to do hair extensions removal and other servicesStarting with hair extensions removal my appointment its Thursday 14/7/2022 at 7pmThe lady ( i will send her name to management) was completely unprofessional she came like she is doing me a favor and started spraying on my hair the liquid randomly and start to remove it like its a doll hair not a human hair so frustrating and i kept telling her it’s painful after she is done she just left my hair with half of glow on it i told her what i will walk like that she said u want to wash ur hair will be extra charge !!!!!! Even if the management decides that its not all about how to take money from clinet it’s about how to do the work appropriate!!! I went to Huma in Springs Souk after trying to color my hair in another branch which ended up in a color that I didnt like. Huma is really great; she is very creative when it comes to hair coloring and she is very patient and attentive to her customers. I went in so sad with my hair color and I went out so happy with my new fixed color! Even though my hair had to go through quite a bit of coloroing and highlights, it still feels healthy and not damaged at all! She is really an artist :) and, to add, the branchs staff are super friendly and the service is quite punctual.

In my 51 years I have never complained about a blow dry. Obviously they have different levels of staff and capabilities. They had to wash my hair 3 times and even though I showed them a picture of how I had had my hair style just a few day ago they couldn’t do it. I went for convenience as I was rich for time big mistake ended being there 3 hours.

A decent neighborhood place with pretty standard quality for the mani-pedi. I just hate the fact that the employees are consistently trying to up sell you no matter what service you get. Theyre like sales people badgering you with buying this and buying that extra. If Ive gone in to get pampered, the last thing I want is to feel pestered or even guilty about not buying this cream, or that eyelash serum...I understand the employees get commission for selling the products, but Tips and Toes already feels like a factory as it is..

If it’s a good old-fashioned Head, Neck, Shoulder and Back Massage you want then Tips and Toes is definitely the place to go for a fuss-free pampering sesh that won’t break the bank.I was invited to check out one of their newest branches in The Springs Souk and the space is as huge as their Golden Mile branch although the ladies mentioned that the Mira Town Center branch is their biggest one yet.Thorough and tailored exactly to meet my needs (I wanted deep pressure on my tension ridden back and shoulders) this massage left me feeling completely revitalized in just one hour. Ren, my therapists used her lower arms and hands to move in long flowing strokes to deliver broad, deep pressure that felt amazing!If you opt for deep pressure to be applied during the massage, you can expect your knots to loosen and tension to be gone after just one session. Monthly massages will keep those knots and tension in check which is why I have booked myself in for another session next month.I even got a foot reflexology done too as I really needed the tension eased on my lower calves. I been to this place few times ,reason really near my house . First few times I walk in without booking , I get my nail done without any waiting , so I decided to get the membership which they promote to me that I can have monthly for medicure and pedicures with 20% discount for other treatment . However after I paid the membership I go there couldnt get booking at all ,the receptionist in charge IVi is no patient just by saying leave your number we will call you . No customer service at all . And doesnt care about customer as well . Till today 3days no one called ,and no solution for what I paid . Very disappointed .
