Had a gel polish only to peel off after a few days. They are not cheap, so I expect it to last. I should have done a regular polish if I knew it wont last for a week. They have a strict policy even for a single fingernail that chipped off and they dont care about customer satisfaction, even if you are a regular customer for YEARS! I even purchased a membership before. Not worth it!

The gel polish peeled off in just 3 days. I contacted them the 4th day but they told me they can’t do anything or fix anything because of their strict policy. Neither they give any solution and they didn’t bother actually.As i read in reviews this happens before in this salon, apparently the products is cheap.I used to go to this salon more often, but after this time it really disappointed me!!

Ms French May was really helpful and. So professional done a really good job also the receptionist were so courteous and gentle. With the client thankyou Ms Irma and Ms Sheila thankyou for the service l will come again and will definitely take the membership

I went yesterday for a pedicure. There was hardly any effort in soaking and cleaning the feet. And today I noticed I have small bumps on my feet. Definitely not going back there again. Women at the desk were not friendly at all considering they and client facing. Now have to figure out how to fix this issue on my foot.

Horrible service I went to do soft gel extensions I asked for a very simple design of French tips with chrome I called beforehand and asked for this and I was told that they’d check if they had anyone who could do the chrome and called me back to tell me that it is possible when I went to the salon I was greeted with horrible attitude from the nail technician and she was so rude and when it came time to do that chrome she didn’t know what she was doing and the chrome was a very cheap brand that wasn’t even sticking on my nail and in the end it was so patchy and when I mentioned this to the nail technician she told me that it was supposed to be like this and basically kicked me out and the bill was over 500 dirhams which is not a cheap service and it was done horribly and the chrome was 120 when I called back to get it fixed they gave me the same lady who didn’t know what she’s doing and she told me no need to do chrome and removed the chrome I asked if possible to refund for the chrome only the 120 dirhams and they told me it was possible so I removed and at the end they said it’s not possible due to a “strict policy” so I asked for a voucher and they said no and started to laugh at me when I got upset and started talking to eachother in their language mocking me when I called customer service and they told me they would check if I could get a refund even after they removed the chrome there’s still spots of chrome on my nails I asked for a refund only for the chrome and they said no saying this is my fault and my issue because I asked for the service yes I asked for the service not for themTo mess it up and she called me a liar when I told her about the attitude I received and told me that this is not their issue and honestly I will never recommend this place and will never return if I could give 0 stars I would horrible horrible place and ontop of all this hygiene is not the best they don’t even wear gloves!

Excellent service and very quick efficient time-wise! My daughter and I had our hair and nails done in a record time, and the service was excellent!

I would never come back here again. This place is advertised as clean and professional, and it is ANYTHING but. I came in for a haircut and it made my hair really short and uneven. I asked for a blow dry after and it was so unprofessional and puffy. The lady that did it finished so quick and made myhair look so much worse. The rush job on my hair made me look very bad and I don’t recommend EVER coming here again. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I really paid 170 for Simone just to dry my hair without making it look good. If you don’t know how to do something just say it it’s not that hard or deep

I’m very happy with all services done at Tips and Toes, and especially my Nails and feet treatment , Francisca does a very good job, I highly recommend this place for there excellent services.

When i checked the website, there was an appointment free! But when i asked the receptionist she said It was fully booked!!!

I have only been there for mani/ Pedi with Shellac. Whilst its not the cheapest of options, they always do an incredible job and its definitely a go-to for those wanting a perfect nail job that will last! Staff are professional and efficient. They have a good variety of colours to choose from also.

I went to this salon to color my roots and asked for a amino free dark brown hair color. The hair dress dyed my hair black and did not wash the color out of my scalp properly. I asked her several of times to make sure to wash my hair/scalp truly since I have. After the wash, I noticed I had a dark stain on my forehead, which she told me she couldn’t get of. I asked for cotton pad to remove the color stain of my forehead myself. She wanted me to go out in public like that 🙄 The next morning when I woke up, I realized there were black color stains on my white pillow covers. I had to wash my hair 4 times and still couldn’t get the black hair color she used. Every time I scratch my scalp I had black color stains in my nails. This whole experience has been a bloody nuisance. The hairdresser name is Happy and I’m not sure how she could have got it so wrong. There was also an Indian assistant working with Happy who tried to sell me other services I did not want as soon as I set down. I had to ask her to stop when she failed to get my polite cues of declining unwanted services she recommended. I don’t recommend this salon for someone after a professional quality service.

Have been a customer at their business bay and Barsha branches so assumed the standard of service would be the same at this branch. Walked in for a hair wash and blow dry - the stylist burned my scalp! I literally finches and pulled my scalp away because of the heat. Instead of apologizing she didn’t want to admit that she made a mistake and wasn’t paying attention. Instead she told me my scalp was sensitive - that doesn’t even make sense! So if they burn your scalp was the hottest setting of the iron or blow dryer it’s the customers fault? Terrible and shame on tips and toes for this awful service.

My favorite spa in Dubai - all of the treatments are top quality and all of the staff are super friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place for all your spa requirements!

Very bad ..idid it before one week gel nail polish color .. they have a very bad prodect and i paid 255 AED 🙂 and they didint accept to compensate me 🙂

Please stay away from this salon, the lady doing my nails had an infection in her finger and was not wearing gloves. All my nails are different length, the procedure was rushed. The staff rude and unprofessional. Over priced for poor service

Its NOT recommended for Henna at all!!The results are nothing like the picture of the henna I wanted, and not even a nice one that shows its done at the salon by professionals.It was expensive and not delivering nice henna. The worst thing is I am going to see this ugly henna on my hand for some time 😭

I have been coming here for 5 years. All the ladies are professional and welcoming. I have been doing manicure, pedicure, threading and massage. France May, April, Goma and Stella to name a few.

The salon made an unpleasant impression. Obviously, we will not return here anymore, and we will warn everyone we know against visiting this evil place.The task was to trim the ends of my daughters hair and trim her bangs, at the same time washing her hair.The girl at the reception could not name the cost of the service in advance. How is it that the standard procedure is simple and does not know how much it costs? After some pressure, she named the cost, which differed from the final one by 50 dirhams. For this simple thing, they charged 230 dirhams, which I consider very expensive.It all started with washing. During the washing process, these specialists managed to pour water on their daughters back and chest. Ive never seen anything like this, you have to be able to mess it up like that. Further, after the haircut, we found irregularities in the haircut. This was obvious and noticeable even to an amateur. We returned to the salon and asked to finish it. She did, but the problem is that the haircut was done in a very strange way. The hair turned out to have different lengths. No one has ever done such a quality haircut for us. These people obviously do not know how to do their job, but they take an absurd amount of money. You cant go there!

Horrible experience, we went to the Mirdif branch yesterday for pedicure,manicure classic. There was sewerage smell throughout. The feet were not even let to dip for 5 minutes. The nails were buffed smooth but there was no shine with the technician not able to clean the nail properly either.The classic manicure was for 80 and the hands were not even dipped in water for a minute. Only included in this was cuticle trim and nail filing, i have had better experiences in local salons, in short a big regret

Good service. But i think its a time for T&T to change the decorations and size of their area. The ambiance does not give you the filling of spa specially with T&T high level and services. Usually in their most branches the mani&padi area is too small that doesn’t make u comfortable. I choose them only because they are near of my home otherwise I prefer other saloon and spa only for their comfortable and nice color relaxing ambiance. Overall they have great service.

I called to know how much a blowdry for my soft and super easy shoulder long hair. They said 130 AED and when i went to festival city branch, the place for hair is very small, the sink for washing hair smells, and my hair blowdry outside brush style not even curled!! And finished very quick, they charged me 190 AED!! This was my first and last experience at this place!! I would definitely not recommend it for all my friends and colleagues!! Gonna spread it around the bad service!! I will warn everyone i know that theu will steal your money for nothing!!

I did my hair with “Atika” she is very good and super quick and she is a nice person 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. But my experience with the Pedicure and Manicure was not very good although I thought this was their specialty since the name🙃

This is my go to Salon! Why? First it is located inside one of my favorite malls and second their Salon is really living up to Dubais standard of Service and Cleanliness. Ive had my fallen petals treatment here and I must say that Ive had a really good experience. Upon entering you will be greeted by their cheerful employee which is a plus point for me. Next, you will be lead into their Manicure/Pedicure room which is 100% clean. I really appreciate establishments that are clean because nowadays, cleanliness really matters. They made sure that everything that will be used for my service is 100% disinfected which is a non-negotiable thing to me. From the service itself? Ive had a really really nice and relaxed time. The value of money I paid came back 10x more because of the service. I recommend Tips and Toes to those who wants a neatly polished/colored nail because the quality of the service is really excellent. I also want to commend their nail technicians for really being kind from the start to end.

I would like to thank Ednalyn for the best eye lash extensions service she was very helpful to explain and answer all my concerns and questions and I loved ten final result.. very very highly recommended

Terribly disappointed, service of the front desk not the best, I did in this salon nails extensions refill, fix a broken nail coz was broken from the meisen tips and toes location, and 8 days later a new nail broken and I went to al barsha tips and toes location, to re do the broken nail, which should have guarantee because we all know that if a nails extensions is broken it is due to bad product, 2 times in the month of December I have to pay for broken nails that was done in the salon of tips and toes, this salon is not cheap and now problem with the product bad quality and attitude of the ladies who work there, and on top charge for something that I shouldn’t be charged, I have to pay mani pedi and on top fix the broken nail, I spend good amount of money in this salon per month minimum per visit 300 drh to 500 drh and they charge me 30 drh for the bad product they use (24) because I am a member. But this way not wanting to be anymore a member because I pay this much for good service and good products, if I don’t care about this I would go to a salon that will be 120 for nails extensions and will better product(nails will not brake) and bad service will be there, which is already happening in tips and toes. Very disappointing

My experience today was wonderful! It was my first time meeting Zainab, and I immediately knew I was going to be comfortable with her service. She greeted me with a beautiful smile as well as a very relaxing and humorous attitude, I instantly trusted her and her work. And rightfully so, she helped me overcome my fear with her amazing work!

Just did my hair with Sohier. She’s amazing! My hair feels soft and shiny and she’s very easy to deal with. I like salon experiences that truly relaxes you and Soheir made this experience easy, relaxing with great results as well. Definitely going back again!

Souhir and her assistant Sumi are very lovable and good with their services. They make you feel comfortable and as a hair stylist she is trustable as she tells you what suits you and whatnot. I am glad to have listened to her. She is truly experienced. Would recommend checking her out for her services. Moreover, the assistant is like a ball of sunshine and very friendly and does her hair washing and massage very patiently and skillfully.

Always a relaxing experience when doing a manicure pedicure and massage at Tips and Toes. Jesel , Marisol and Lou provide the best service- always patient with you and leave long lasting nails and effect.

Nail technician has a fresh burn wound on her left hand. I should have just left or asked her to wear gloves. Lesson learned.

Very bad service and not the first time, their manager- I dont know what they are managing? Today their 9 years experience lady cutted a big cut inside of my big toe and made it bleed alot not like a little cut. So rough with handling and twisting my toe nails that they were hurting because she dont want to bend her back to give care and consideration and always whispering for gossip. They are just money stealing business now by minusing the foot scrubbing in pedicure to take away dead skin they always want you to add an extra callus service which I did not need- they dropped down so low from how tips n toes used to be and this is also in thei saadiyat branch, same low level of service. Once their massage lady in dubai festival starting arguing and stopped massage saying I will not do in the first 20 mins of massage. They are highly unprofessional now, there are other salons above it in dubai festival, just go elsewhere for a better experience for your money.

Did gelish manicure at Festival City which didnt last for 3 days, messaged them but as I was out of the country for a week the reply was that they have strict policy to follow and when I will be back is already beyond their fixing period.Then when I told them I did gelish because I am traveling and this is not fair, the reply was: sorry to disappoint you, as of the moment this is the final decision from the management and they would respect whatever decision I take further.The saloon wants only money, not customers.Will not step into that saloon anymore.

Not recommendedNo time management, and I had the worst hair blow style, it took 1:45 hours to finish (I only asked for wavy beach style), I was late already for my appointment and it was ruined and went down only after an hour!! And the next day it looked horrible, after paying a high price for it!!Pedicure service is also normal nothing special, I can see some dead skin still around the nails after 2 days only, and cutting of nails was not equal for both feetOverall I don’t recommend it, overpriced and overrated and not worth it, not professional service 👎🏻👎🏻

Very controversial, the service standards is so different everytime I visit making me really question myself if I want to go again or not. It depends on the the specialist that is assigned to serve you and I think they have high turn over that you cant see the same person twice so requests for certain names are often not met. I had a swollen eye after eye lash extension in thier Festival center branch but I also had many beautiful eyelash extension before that and was complemented on the quality of work by my friends. Mani and pedi are very poor quality. They are more concerned about getting you out of the chair than really caring for it, especially when I got the membership,, the technician keeps saying its your free service right.. Well I paid in advance and it is not a favour from anyone!! Waxing and threading also really variable, sometimes its perfect sometimes you c hair left everywhere.

I used the full hair color service from Dubai Festival City branch, the application of the hair color was not done properly throughout the process they kept on pulling my hair. Finally when it was done my front hair was not colored properly. I registered a complain about the service and the person who did the service. They booked me another appointment stating their hair specialist will look into it. I again had to visit them however when i reached the hair specilist was having another appointment even though they booked for me the time and they requested the same person who did it for me priviously to redo. I was very disappointed to see that the same person whom I complained about was doing the it for me again. Very disappointed to see how they disregarded the fact that i complained about the very same person and they still asked her to do again for me.

Just had the most relaxing day at the Salon today.You always feel safe and taken care of. The staff are friendly and following all Covid 19 protocols.⁣Tried their newest Vitamin C Manicure & Pedicure and it didn’t disappoint.This treatment is a blend of fruit extracts (Papaya, Pineapple, Mango, Mandarin)⁣My favorite part was the Grapefruit Mandarin Orange Scrub and the Tropical Fruit Wrap, it smelled amazing on the skin and I was instantly refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. I can feel that my skin was exfoliated and it looked brighter after the treatment.Highly recommend to try!

It was a bit of a mess to be honest. We booked a hair appointment at 4pm with Souhir and when we arrived, she simply told us she doesn’t have time and has two other clients to work with. People at the reception confirmed that we had booked that slot and simply said one appointment took longer than expected.Souhir made no attempt to service us at all. Her attitude was very much “I don’t have time” and wanted the other stylist to do our hair, even though we were booked with her.She was done with her two clients by 5:30, which is an hour and thirty minutes after our appointment time.Don’t come here if you have an occasion and you can’t leave the salon to get your hair done elsewhere as they’re your only resort. This was both a mistake from the staff for potentially overbooking and also from Souhir as she made no attempt to accommodate us and was adamant that she didn’t have time for us. She just shook her head and said no.Very disappointing. If I didn’t have a wedding on the day, I would’ve immediately left after her initial response towards me.

If I Could give them 0 stars I would. They did my nails a week ago - gellish. Gellish is meant to last more than a week and it has not. It’s peeling off so it’s not wear and tear, it’s bad service. I called them and they refused to do anything. I’ve been a customer with them for six years so it’s not a one off scam. Absolutely shocking service for a service that charges more than other salons. Will never be using them again. The management are rude.

If i can give them 0 stars i will. charged me extra for a blow dry saying that i did curls but i didn’t and my hair is the biggest and frizziest its ever been. 0/10 staff

Had a very pleasant experience today with eyebrow threading. Walked in with no appointment and they quickly welcomed me. The lady was very detailed and told me she can clean my eyebrows but that they may not have a very similar shape do to some fine hair on my left eyebrow. She did an AMAZING job. They came out really well. Happy I found this place today. Thank you

If anyone is looking for an excellent hair stylist, I would highly recommend you ask for Souhir at Tips and Toes at Festival City. She really understood the needs of my hair and recommended a treatment that worked wonderfully on my hair! On top of that she is super nice and attentive to each of her clients. If you really want your hair to look super healthy and vibrant, then go to her.

The staff here are really sweet but sadly the quality of work is poor. Been here twice now to get my nails done and I am not satisfied at all. They use high end brands of polish but my nails weren’t shaped well and application of the polish is rough with spots on my nails missing polish. Not a happy customer!

I have been their customer for more than 15 with regular visits, last time my gelish manicure started bubbling and was peeled off the next day. it seems the product was either expired or not goodwhen i called the branch, all they could offer me was 20% discount on my next manicure, which is like 30 dirham, i tip more than that - such a shame. very disappointed. I had membership package, which entitles a free gift every month, i never took the gift, anytime they call to invite me to the salon, i always happily did - but the moment when they need to show some solidarity - they disappeared - the worth of the loyalty is 30 AED.

Ive gotten 100s of massages and BY FAR Stellah has given me the best message I have ever had! Besides that, Tips and Toes consistently gives great shellac manicures and pedicures. So happy to have found this place!

Customer with membership and had the terrible massage experience. Went for a relaxation massage came out of the saloon with more frustration and stress. I was under the impression that we pay membership fee to get better service and experience, but I realized that my understanding was clearly wrong.I opted for a 45 mints head, neck and shoulder massage and the experience was terrible. I requested the therapist to use cream on my hair instead of oil for which she not only resisted but forced me to do a purchase from the retail in order for me to use the service.(Do I have to bring my own therapist next time to avail the facility?) I refused and asked her to continue with the oil which she clearly ignored. There was no pressure to the massage and she was just rubbing my head for 10 mints( back was okay , but every time I had to ask her to maintain the pressure) . I did asked her to increase the pressure while massaging my head (which she ignored) and continued with the same what she was doing . I asked her if she is okay and whether she is tired(happens , I was only checking to see if she is okay to do the service) to which her response was change the therapist if you don’t like the way I do( as if I took a free service from her).I said okay as I wasn’t happy with the service . She walked off, and the front office didn’t even bother to give me another therapist to complete the session. They supported the lady who walked off instead of asking for an explanation and told me they don’t have anyone else for the day as they did a mess with my booking. ( I booked my appointment and came for the service, not a walk in customer).To the management;- if I overpay at your saloon, it’s for better experience and service.-if you train your staff to be rude to your customer, you cannot force the customers to take your membership(the so called privileged option)- Your staffs have different attitude to different nationalities. I don’t want to say that word here, but the vibe was so evident in their attitude. (Having a brown skin doesn’t mean that we have to be treated with less respect)- Though rest of your services were okay, it takes one odd one in the group to bring wrong impression to the whole team.- If your team is not ready to do a job, speak up say they are not comfortable. I really appreciate, if someone say that upfront than me trying to figure it out. Nobody wants to see a grumpy person giving a service like this( I came to relax myself not to stress myself more, which your team clearly achieved)You may think that I’m a saint and I’m perfect in what I say and do, I’m not but if I cannot do something I say it advance to avoid these kinda situations.From an unhappy customer.

I had an amazing experience at Tips and Toes festival City. Had a hair cut with blow dry and loved the whole experience. The hairstylist listened carefully and she cut and styled exactly as I asked her. The staff was very friendly and the place was sparkling clean. This stats my favorite branch and I highly recommend it.

She has a positive attitude and is willing to go beyond to satisfy her customers by giving them good advice and ensuring their services are completed with good results.

I have been intending to use this spa for a while and thank God I did. Goma did an amazing job with my brows. Jessel did not disappoint with the mani while Elma just wowed me with her perfection with my pedicure. The spa is beautifully decorated and the luxurious feel fills the entire place. I was waiting to see how long my nails last before posting and i can say that their products are good. I did gelish manicure, regular pedicure and got my brows waxed.

Wonderful service. A feel of luxury at an affordable price. All branches are excellent but my favourite is Festival City. The ladies there are wonderful, the place is spacious and the offer a wide variety of service.

One of the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t know how Souhir gets the good reviews about her. Uninterested, unfriendly and literally the worst haircut ever. I went to other hairdresser to fix it, he laughed at my haircut. Apart from that, the ladies who did my nails were lovely.

I read the reviews about this place and decided to visit them for a Classic Pedicure but I wasnt happy at all. They dont soak your feet in warm water first thing, secondly the therapist cut my cuticle so bad that it wouldnt stop bleeding not once but twice on the same toe and that hurt so bad and lastly my previous nail colour is still on my toes even after cleaning. Definitely not coming back.

I just recently took the glitter membership and I’m happy with the service in general. But I just want to mention that when they were selling the glitter membership perks to me, they seemed full of promises. I was under the impression that the welcome kit would be something valuable. But it seemed like they just put together some stuff that were lying around and presented it to me. Anyway, I hope you will be able to put across a better prepared package in future. Otherwise service is satisfactory

Today was my first time i go there, i did gelish manicure and normal pedicure, they barely put cream on the hands when they finish, the cleaning of the feet was bad, no good results, the lady who did my pedicure didn’t do it in a professional way

Had a chance to visit this branch again to try their latest treatment which is Vitamin C Manicure & Pedicure. The salon feels very luxurious while practicing safety & precautionary measures for Covid. My body temperature was checked once I entered the salon and was asked to sanitize my hands immediately too. The staff are wearing masks & face shields. The seats are disinfected and sanitized every after use. Staff are friendly and professional. The services they offer are always a good value for money. I definitely recommend Tips & Toes!

Today morning I had visited the saloon with high expectation for a new hair style and full hair color.The hair stylist .. I guess her name was Suhair, had a very negative approach from the start to my ideas. Everything was said with a No! Straight No!I discussed about my hair cut, that I want long bangs and she just did a straight bang. Like she just wanted to finish her Job. I am really disappointed with the service. Charging AED 220 for a hair cut and providing an unsatisfactory service. Will never visit Tips & Toes and would never suggest it to anyone. Such a big and popular chain should have a quality check.I was so upset that I went to Maneulla which was located on the 1st floor of Dubai Festival City and the hair stylist Sakina fixed it for me. I should have gone there in the 1st place. I would have saved time and money!

Stella is just the best thing in Tips and Toes to ever happen. She is so fantastic! I only come here for her. The best masseuse in the world. In Festival City mall.

My daughter came yesterday to avail my free mani and pedi as does twice a year on my glitter membership . She was usually offered service w a smile . Yesterday she was denied the free service .I have been a member for the past few years now.. and the for the past year u have seen a decline in the quality of service :threading  experienced ladies are not consistently there and their replacements are not  experiencedThe smell of the mani and pedi roon has been smelling very bad  frequently last yerThe atmosphere of the saloon isnot as happy and welcoming as beforeThe hairstylist Suhair is however good and professionalI would like to see an improvementas I am havong second thoughts about renewing my membership

Love tips and toes.....i love the staff there. Always so happy to see me and so friendly and no matter how rubbish a day I can come here...get pampered and come out with a smile on my face. The ambience is so relaxing and decor is tasteful.The services are fantastic and always done so well......and they will always try and accommodate your requirements.i used to go to many varied salons where I would only get a good deal but now I always come here and I do not go anywhere else. Tips and toes is one of the best salons I have visited in my 13 years in the UAE. The cleanliness and the quality of their services is just superb. I keep coming back to them because I feel I am always being treated like a VIP every visit. Staffs are very polite and accommodating. Highly recommend.

I have addiction with this place, souhir is a hair guru with full of talent I came in with super black hair I came out support blonde and loved it, with hair treatment and fun, I stoped going to anywhere else their way the staff are and the threading team, pedicure and manicure team and hair salon staff all together are exceptional. It’s a beautiful world class service and my love to souhir she really cares about your hair. She’s happy to tell you the truth because she cares, she does everything with a heart and I come especially for her, thanks to team rose and Sarah you are all amazing. At my fist and second visit was kind a OK, and I wanted to give it other try. But at my 3rd visit they literally burned my scalp and my hair, plus The place was so hot for a very tinny space , they said the AC is not working. If AC is not working don’t take costumer into the tinny area.During my blow dry I keep telling the lady that she is burning my scalp and pulling my hair at all the time, it was so painful then I start sweating including my hair scalp, I had to stand up to tell her stop. She said that AC blowing in wrong direction that’s why I was getting burned. I thought The AC was not working ??? This is a total painful torture I have gone through. Never ever again!!!!! If you love your hair don’t visit this place. I am kind a wanna call costumer rights for AC issue and burning my hair yet blaming the AC for it and still charging me. This is joke.

Awful experience. I went to the Festival City branch for waxing, the waxing lady half-ripped my hair out because she didnt use the correct wax formula and technique. She then sold me an ingrown hair serum (thats what the label says too), which turned out to be repackaged RUBBING ALCOHOL when I opened it at home. Contacted their customer service, they pretend to contact the management for 3 weeks, never came back with a solution nor refunded me for the scam.

I have to travel 20 mins weekly to reach this salon, and happy to because of the great service and results that wont disappoint me , I cant let anyone touch my hair but Siham , very friendly proffessional hair Expert, i dont need to say much and she knows what my hair needs from treatment, to color or even just a simple blowdry, i cant recommend her enough.i trust her completely with my hair. For my nails,Lovely is my choice with her nice character, very proffessional,clean and always in love with my nails afterwards. Want to mention also Roselyn who always gives me a pleasurable relaxing hairwash and massage and with her lovely and always smiling character, i cant recommend her enough. Always feel as a VIPclient and go out totally pampered everytime.

I hesitate to rate my experience with 1 star, but I must say that I am very disappointed. I spontaneously went to the salon for blow dry. The lady was helpful and I received a very nice hair wash. Also I was offered Nescafe. The employee asked me what kind of blow dry I want, flat or curls. For me it was flat. The lady put a lot of effort into her work and I am convinced she did her best, but I can not feel or see any difference in comparison to the blow dry I do myself. My hair does not at all look as if I am coming from a professional hair blow. I am wondering why I went there and why I paid for a result that does not give me at all a feeling of a professional blow dry. I do know nice results from other salons (mainly done in my home country) where I really can see that I am coming from the hairdresser. Sorry, for my 1 star rating. I edited my rating and rated my experience 2 stars. At least I received a blow dry. Tips and Toes is not a professional hair salon.

Tried gel nail extension in different beauty salons and was not happy with the result as usually they would end up being too thick and gigantic and would easily come off after 5 days.I visited Tips and Toes as a first time customer based on my friends suggestion. Although I am quite happy with my nails, I was not satisfied with the nature of staff behavior.I was expecting a welcoming behavior from the reception and unfortunately, she was too cold and seemed not to care at all. I had to use the restroom in the mall and when I came back the staff looked restless and annoyed.I was served by Aimmie for my extension and she was absolutely amazing. Very focused and concentrated on her work. Took her time to make my acrylics as natural as possible.Miguel on the other hand, was too impatient, rushed through the scrubbing part and just did a sloppy job exfoliating the skin. I had way better experience elsewhere for lower than the price they are charging (AED 90). I asked her to spend more time and the result was still not satisfactory at all. She kept on having this cringing look on her face as she was dreading the whole process.I was half way through my service when they finally offered me something to drink, which was not nice at all.I give five star to Aimmie.For the rest, 2 is enough!

I went for a Swedish massage, it was AMAZING I did it with rovena which was really professional and adjusted the pressure to my liking also I’ve a really bad back with a lot of knots and she took time to massage them all really deeply.I recommend it 100% and will be back for sure.

She is amazing at hair colour(I would not go to anyone else), her cut is amazing and she is good at all hair services, love her blowdry too! Came in for the 50% massages on Sunday. I ran a bit late and I appreciated that I still received my 90 minute massage. However, the masseuse seemed like she was in a rush from her massage technique and the door of the massage room opened twice and staff came in to take chairs or talk to the masseuse. It was extremely awkward seeing that I was on the massage table and these were events that basically broke the relaxation. Theres a persistent green light even when the lights are closed which is really annoying.In the future, Ill visit another branch or try another massage. This wasnt as enjoyable as I had hoped.

The team has never responded to the below complaint email.Dear Tips & Toes Team,I have been your customer since January 2021 when I moved back to Dubai. In the past months I have spent in your Dubai Festival City Branch over AED 4,000/-.Unfortunately, my latest visit on 07 August 2021 left a very bitter experience that I would like to share.I came to the DFC Branch, where I asked your Hair Technician for a repair treatment and trimming. She mentioned to me that it will be the best to start with my nails, whilst the treatment will be activated and then she would rinse the mask and trim my hair. So this was it, we started with my manicure and pedicure when she came and asked them to move to the other room. This way the pedicure procedure had to stop and I made my move. This was the time I got to know that instead of repair treatment she used the purple toner which has left my hair even drier than before. The Nail Technicians were trying to finish their work in the Hair Salon Room as per the request of the Hair Technician and so she started to cut my hair. I confirmed I did not require any blow dry, yet she did so probably not to be able to see the disaster what she has created on my head. Whilst blow drying my hair, she destroyed my pedicure, and then I made my move back to the Nail Salon Room. By this time, the Nail Technician responsible for my pedicure was gone and therefore I asked Edna to call her back. Once she came back, she fixed the nails, however once she was gone, I have noticed that the color she used was a different shade. That was the moment when I asked Edna, who confirmed the same and she offered to fix it.I left from the Branch completely disappointed spending AED 590/- (Kindly refer to the first picture right after the blow dry).The next day I have contacted the online support where your team confirmed that it is going to be fixed. It took one week to get an appointment which was offered to me being in Arabian Ranches Branch - I requested close to DFC as this is the area where I live. Upon this surprise, the appointment got confirmed in Dubai Mall Branch, but here was another surprise - your colleague called me to confirm appointment for a FREE HAIRCUT AND BLOW DRY. The original discussion was for re-evaluation of what has happened. Due to this surprise, I have requested another conversation with your person in charge/manager and that was the time when your Hair Technician / Instructor called me from her mobile screaming at me “My dear, what do you want? You are coming for a free haircut and blow dry. After her raising voice at me I told her i do not appreciate the way she speaks to me and i requested to speak to someone professional. I was never contacted after - in fact, I had to follow up on couple of occasions and nobody ever called me after.In those difficult times, I believe we all should help each other and going to ladies salon as if there is no global crisis is one of the steps to return to our normal lives before the pandemic, showing my trust towards keeping the customers safe in the salon I go to.Unfortunately, I am being left unattended, with destroyed hair and with the worst experience of my 7 years in the UAE.This way, I would like to ask you to compensate the situation what has occurred to me with the amount I had to pay for the toner treatment I did not want as well as trimming. Additionally, I also would like to request to get a repair treatment as officially requested and a haircut where one side of my hair will not be 2cm longer than the other side.Hereby, I am also attaching pictures with straighten hair where you can see that the hair is cut differently on both sides.Appreciate if we could together look into the options of solving this situation at the earliest. Otherwise, I am afraid I will be forced to contact the Consumer Protection Authority.Looking forward to hearing from you,

I’ve ditched my local salons for TT even if it means driving for an extra 15 minutes. Why? The customer service is simply the BEST. The TT ladies treat you like a queen and take care of all your needs. They deliver high quality service and never try to up sell their products or services like the other salons. Love it x

Easy location. Waxing service is very good. Lady called Goma was quick, professional and results are perfect. Gelish polish is good here and April gives an amazing, relaxing shoulder and head massage.

Today I had a 90 minutes deep tissue massage with the therapist Synei and I highly recommend her if you are going for a massage from this salon!!The treatment room was clean and very well presented!Start to finish Synei was very professional, knew her techniques and passionate about her work this showed through her positive attitude and affective treatment she gave me.If you are visiting in need of a relaxing massage book Synei for a 5 star treatment!Thanks Synei best wishes for everything!

Never will come back to this place!!! not recommended! I made my nails there 3 times, (I’m trying to see something good in everything) and last time was the worst! after day number 9 shellac just started exfoliate, so after 13 days it was a shame to go around with this nails so I went to salon and say to receptionist about my experience, lady was without any emotions like everything is fine and I was really upset about my experience. after all they asked me to pay 50 for removal of THEIR shellac and just cut my nails ( which was also sooooo bad-different shape and lengs). anyway in the end when I explained the situation lady asked me to pay 31 dirham only for removal without saying sorry or anything. such a bad experience.plus to this ladies doesn’t do proper color of nail-after just leaving from salon your nails look like u’ve already having them for a week, so each time u need to check it yourself. never will come back!

The salon is nice and staff are friendly. I had a great facial which was very relaxing. And I also had gelish nails but they were gone in a week and they were much more expensive than other places I have been.

Located in the ground floor in Dubai festival city mall. I went for a blow dry the lady did a good job and the prices are within the average for Dubai salons. Only negative comment is the staff push too much for extra or follow up services which can make customers uncomfortable at times.

Reason for visit: massageAlthough the massage room was ok but it is not sound proof, you can hear the ladies working in the saloon chatting and laughing outside which is not relaxing at all.I kept asking the massage lady to lighten the pressure but she insisted this is the lowest.Not recommended for relaxation massageYou can go there only of you don’t have any other choice.

A day of pampering by Souhir and Rose. I felt looked after and listened to throughout the hair colour and cutting. Each step of the way Souhir explained the process. Early morning appointment meant I almost had the salon to myself. Souhir is a very experienced stylist and I would be happy to come again!

My first visit they never exapined to me that there would be extra charges for removing my gel, next visit the receptionist couldn’t find my mane on their computer yet I wanted the same girl who did my nails last time but since they won’t trace it I ended up getting another one migel, she was supposed to be a nail expert but to my surprise she was not able to remove my Inngrow! After a hour and half they called another lady” tia”(not sure that’s her name) and she did a great job!! Definitely going back because of her!! But I think it’s so unfair to charge customers for gel removal

My recent escape was a spa experience at tipsandtoesme Festival city . I enjoyed a signature massage Which included a combination of acupressure point stimulation and stroking technique accompanied by a light bending procedure with trigger stones and hot compress. The 1 hr massage left me feeling relaxed . It was absolute bliss . My therapist was also well trained and professional, ensuring always that I was comfortable and the pressure was acceptable by me. Once I finished the treatment they also offered a selection of hot tea and got me to realax and unwind. I suggest this massage for anyone looking at relieving tension in muscles and for rejuvenatation.

Zainab did an amazing job with my eyebrows and my waxing. She was warm, friendly and professional - I cannot recommend her highly enough!

The technicial named Shirley was robotic, disinterested and hasty to finish. She skipped steps in the usual process, and when reminded, carried them out with obvious dissatisfaction. Even when I asked for hand lotion, which usually is the last step in the manicure process, she just gave it to me, not bothered to actually finish her job. I am a regular customer of Tips & Toes, and I will not be returning to this branch.

We had visited the salon for manicure, pedicure and nail extension. The staff had no knowledge about the nail extension and did not offer any options and what would look good on our hand. We asked for samples but they didn’t have any, the picture that we showed for the nail extension didn’t match the end result. The pedicure ranges from okay to good.
