I have lived in Oman, Saudi and now Dubai, I can honestly say that this Salon is by far the most honest, and superior one Ive been to.I came in today with a very bad botched bleech from another unnamed salon, without hesitation, the technician jumped to save my hair from total damnation. Hot roots from a 40 vol disaster to having the perfect shade without bleech or damage. They are truly life savers as my appearance is detrimental to my job. Bless the team for keeping me calm and spoiling me.I dont just recommend, I ow them so much more than just this review.Bravo!

I had a beautiful layered hairstyle and was offered a trim by a Lebanese stylist while waiting for my daughter to get a trim as well. The stylist introduced himself as a professional trained in Paris, so I expected my layers to be maintained. Instead, he gave me a basic, straight haircut, cutting off more than 10 cm and completely losing the layers I was happy with and he confirmed to keeping the same style, but he clearly didn’t know how as he knew only one basic technique. My daughter’s trim was okay, but she asked for front layers, which the hairdresser admitted he didn’t know how to do (I respected that). Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

I got my hair cut plus hair color, with Jack. I would like to thank him. He was very professional leaving me very happy, was very understanding , knowing exactly what I want and giving his valued professional advice.

The haircut provided by Mr. Ahmad was exceptional. The establishment was both aesthetically pleasing and sanitary.

I had full hair colouring by Safaa. She was amazing and the results were very much better than my expectations..she really looked after me and I had an overall nice experience in the salon. I really recommend her and this salon for their professionalism.

It is the worst service ever, believe me they took 70AED for beard trimming which was 10 minutes. You know I usually pay around 60-100 aed at other places but the master spends around 30 minutes working for the shape and makes it perfect, HERE THE RESULT IS WORSE THAN IF YOU’D COME TO A BLIND OLD MAN.Honestly, the atmosphere is just as on the market, people are walking around, really really bad.This was the first time in my life I had asked to refund me the money, but the personnel told that this is impossible.Don’t go to this place

I came to see Mounir at the recommendation of my friend who always has fabulous hair. I will honestly never go to another stylist ever again. He suggests what will look best without being pushy and every time I walk out extremely happy. The salon is always clean and tidy and the staff are gentle and friendly!

Boudy was absolutely amazing! He did my keratin/Brazilian blowout better than anywhere I’ve ever been, and he delivered all of his quality services in unprecedented timing! I also got French nails, which were also somehow the best nails I’ve ever gotten done! Lastly, I got my eyebrows threaded, and I was very pleased with the results as not too much/too little hair was taken off- just the right amount was!

I lost my faith for hairdressers… specially when they messed up your hair and bully you by forcing you to accept the failure as a kind of successful favour … that is exactly my experience with Tip Top salon in Dubai Marina by the manager. This is my question to you Mr. Super professional manager, which professional hairdresser dye the customer hair wrong colour 3 times in row and then send her home with this wish “that your hair will get to the colour you want in couple of washes??? “ If I wanted to experiment on my hair why should I pay a big amount of money to you to do my hair??? I could do it myself much cheaper and I would accept the risk! What ever your call yourself you are not professional you are a lier.

I have been visiting Tip Top Salon for the past 11 years and I can tell it’s the best beauty salon in Dubai. Very talented and professional hair stylists. Whether it’s a blow dry, colour, hair cut or Brazilian blow out, all the services are top quality and never seizes to amaze me with fabulous results. I really enjoy each and every treatment I receive by Jack, the super talented artist in Marina Mall Branch. In general, it’s my happy place; all thanks to the friendly staff and amazing services. I would highly recommend Tip Top to all ladies looking for top quality services by professional talented stylists. Keep it up 🌟

Worst hair color of my life! They convince you they know what they are doing but really they are incompetent, have no idea about hair colors, I saw two Ladies there who also got dissapointed with the end result. Hair colorist Marcos, you’d think hr would mix the right color and put it for you but no he gives it to a junior who has no idea what to do, waste of time and money.

Took my two kids for a haircut. My daughters hair is very thin and it took maximum 5min to finish the job. Just to even it out in the back, thats it. They charged 130aed for it. Like....what just happened?!?!Then the so called barber who handled my boy....I dont think he had ever seen scissors in his life. We actually had to stop him in the middle of the haircut and tell him its over. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I cant explain it any better, but the boys head looks exactly like I would have done it myself. I have never cut hair in my life.Total of 200aed for this absolute fiasko. I probably need to take my boy to another barber tomorrow to ask if they can save any of it.

The service was eyebrow beatification but Safaa harassed me. She chopped off my eyebrows. I told her exactly what I needed and she didn’t let me check in between. Useless and incompetent staff. I will not recommend this place to anyone. The manager Mounir is nice and accepts the staffs mistake but Mounir you will lose out on clientele with such irresponsible staff. Hear me out. Do something about irresponsible staff members! Don’t let the salon reputation stoop to such a level.

Absolutely rubbish salon. They SEVERELY overpromise and underdeliver. I went for a gel nail paint and they didnt had the exact color as I had shown them and even the. LIED that they have the same color. When it didnt match the shade I asked them to remove it completely and decided to not get anything done except removal. They charged me twice for removal.60 AED just to get gel nail paint removal and the excuse was they pushed my cuticles a bit with a tool for which I had to pay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. NO TRANSPARENT PRICING.

This is my first time leaving a review online because I genuinely don’t want anyone to have as horrible experience as I did. Reviews are there for a reason. Please pay attention and take yourself to a more professional place than this. These guys are worse more than the other and have no sense of hair colour or hair cut. I’m left with a horrible hair cut which can NOT be fixed unless I chop all my hair off. Disgusting service over all.

Marketing Is power !After watching many video with beautiful hair performance, I decided to visit the salon ,I communicated by what’s up , asking : how much the coloring or my hair will cost ?I sent picture of my hair .Reply was : hair color starts from 450 to 959 AEDI made appointmentCame to the salon .They stated to color it .Suddenly lady from reception told me : you should pay 4000 AED .Really? Instead of 950 I should pay 4000 AED ??Any way , I was in very very bad mood that day and I did not argue .They color may hair , Ir looks good for 2 days only .After …. First washing … full done …more and moreThey completely spoiled my hairNever ever will visit them again

I had really long hair and I was soo afraid to cut it short but I couldn’t have found a better place to do so!! Mounir knew exactly what I was looking for and he did it perfectly, now my hair is chin length and I would never go back to long hair! Definitely will be a loyal customer moving forward🤍🤍

I did not like the service.So, I have problems with overheating, and due to financial difficulty, I can’t move just yet, and I had relatively long hair that I needed to be cut, so I go to the salon to get it cut very short for the sake of not overheating.They would not let me cut it to the length I wanted. They would NOT let me do the hair I wanted, saying how they didn’t think it would look good on me, despite my insistence. I left with hair I didn’t like, a remaining problem of overheating, and money down the drain. Don’t go here if you’re a woman who needs her hair cut short, because you are not getting that service.

I have a super sensitive scalp, and after dying hair I always get dandruffs. But Dany in TipTop salon saved the day using organic material and making sure all the steps are the right ones to protect my scalp. And it worked.. i have now an awesome hair 🙂

Basic salon but expensive. I got what I needed here a decent hair trim, wash and blow dry. Nothing out the world. People were nice but I still think it was expensive because it was in a mall. All in all happy but would reconsider with other options I. Future

I came to get a haircut for short curly hair. Explained what and how. The hairdresser (a man, like a manager) decided that he knew better what I needed and simply did as he wanted. Ruined my curls. The hair volume has completely disappeared. The curls dont curl because he thinned them out with a knife. I left unnecessary long thick hair behind. Its just terrible. I want to cry.

This is my special salon, which I consider like my home, and I thank Safaa for her beautiful work. She works with love, a smile, and a friendly attitude.🌷The classy one
