I went to the salon because I really needed a cut. I didnt have to wait and felt very comfortable. Ryan was great; he took his time to talk to me about what exactly I want. He understood it perfectly and gave me a cut for my natural curls, that looks also good when I straighten it. Ryan would answer all my questions and gave me tips on styling.It was quick, well done and the price is fair. Im super happy :).

Toni&Guy hair salons are known internationally for the advanced expertise of their hairdressers. Thats what drove me there in the first place, because i didnt want just a basic hair cut, but a transformation. They did not disappoint! I had my first haircut with Ryan there, and hes amazing! Thats my go-to salon since, and i always make sure my appointments are booked with Ryan. I have recommended Ryan to my family members and friends, and all whove been had a top experience with him too. Hes probably the best hairdresser i have met to-date!

I came in to do a consultation for hair color and Brazilian blowout. I appreciated how Ryan was honest that my hair just needs a simple toning treatment. I was leaving in 2 days and he squeezed me into his busy schedule that same day! I also asked him to choose for me my hair color and highlights plus the haircut. He was just amazing altogether! My hair was burned, colour turned to yellow and hair cut was just nonsense. Ryan gave another life to my hair. The best experience I have EVER had! Neil is your guy to go to; he is incredible at what he does, very professional, makes you feel very comfortable and I trust him 100%. I went to the salon for a drastic hair cut, going from really long hair to cutting it very short and Neil has transformed my look. I’ve never experienced this sort of professional work and every time I go back to see him, he always listens to what I want and delivers something incredible. I’ve finally found someone who delivers incredible results. Can’t thank him enough.

Disappointing experience - I have been a regular at Tony & Guy The Dukes, but today I got stuck in a heavy traffic jam. When I reached 20 mins late the lady in the reception refused to give me my slot or let me wait but instead she said that we can only do it next week because they are busy. My hairdresser (Ryan) is good but such a terrible customer service from a reputed and expensive branch is a good reason to never visit again. I wouldn’t recommend it for a regular customer.

Great men’s haircut by Ryan. I was in Dubai for a holiday and in desperate need of a cut. He was so professional, friendly and chatty. Would definitely recommend!

Being that I have super curly and thick hair, I tend to not take my chances on stylist, HOWEVER...I was given a voucher for a cut and blowout at Toni & Guy and decided to give their Dukes outlet a try as the location was convenient. The stylist, Sophia, asked me a few questions about my hair and the type of cut I was looking for and went right to work. Not only did she do a great job of cutting my hair, they gave me a great blowout as well. Happy to know I’ve got a local salon that can work with my texture of hair.

My first time to visit this salon. Neil was my stylist and is without doubt exceptional at his craft. He takes his time and is really particular, not a hair gets to sit out of place! The color and cut are awesome. Highly recommend Neil, I certainly wasn’t disappointed.

I had my Hair Cut here while on Holidays recently. I would recommend Neil, the haircut that he gave me was exemplary. Instantly I was made feel at ease in the chair, the attention to detail is top class and you recognise the level of skill and professionalism right from the offset. I booked my appointment with Neil after reading online reviews. I had the best haircut of my life here and will defiantly be returning on my next visit to Dubai.

Following my visit to.this branch and I am very happy. Ive been looking many times for good master and I found him here Neil gave me new style that I never had before and suggested it would be perfect for me. I went to Tony and Guy salon because I know worldwide it’s a very professional place, however I was deeply disappointed and offended. The service was very bad in general and the master name Amy(I hope I have pronounced it right) she just spoiled my day, while she was cutting my hair I have asked her to make my hair tips softer, she got angry and told me to get out!Wow honestly I was never treat in this way in my life, she also said that she is from UK and live in Dubai long time… So maybe it was something related to racism??Because I can’t find another reason of such a behavior..After she told me to get out I went out and the reception girls hold me at the reception desk along with the security guy from the hotel they kept me there and didn’t let me go…..I said let me go or I will call police..Eventually it was a lot of stress, they kept me there for 30 min maybe and force me to pay after the rude behavior of the master Amy..Also I wanted to talk to the manager and the manager never called me back or they didn’t inform manager and lied to me that they did.Im still feeling bad and it was my favorite salon, whenever I go and travel in the world I’m always go to Tony and guy, but after this bitter situation and no manager called me to talk about it to ask what happened I’m feeling very disappointed.The Tony and Guy on the Palm..No guys please don’t go.

I always had long, thick and frizzy hair and wanted a major change by cutting my hair short. I’m very worried coz I never really knew a permanent hairdresser whom I would be relaxed to do this for me (so I won’t regret it), esp that my hair has its own issues. Fortunately, Amy (hair director) who cut my hair at Toni&Guy’s did an amazing job! I was scared and although it might’ve been shorter than what I expected, I am really happy with the result. I was worried about my frizzy hair puffing like it used to when I got short haircuts years ago, but with the style of her cut, I would wash and dry my hair and it would look nice :) Although the price is on the higher end (I’m used to getting my haircut done in Deira where I pay AED 20/cut), I think this was really worth it. Esp hair is the first thing people notice! ☺️👍🏼

Smart little salon, no ridiculous Dubai kitsch or bling, bit of actual sunlight through the windows. The best thing about it is Neil. He actually knows how to cut short hair. If you have short hair, you know how massively rare that is in Dubai! Great communication to get an understanding of what you want and what your hair problems are, and some great suggestions for style adjustments I hadnt thought of. Not the cheapest but not a rip off, recommended! They stock Label M products too.

An extremely miserable hotel in terms of reception and service.First: Entering the room. The room was prepared at approximately five in the evening.Second: The way some employees deal with visitors is inappropriate (some, not all, out of fairness).Third: We entered the gym for the first day of reservation, and we were surprised that there was no drinking water, no tissues for sterilization, and no towels, and the place was not clean. After finishing, we went down to the reception and informed them of the problem. The employee replied to us, “Why did you not call and inform us?!?!?!?!?! .Fourth: On the second day of reservation, the same problem. We went to the gym and found no drinking water, no tissues for sterilization, and no towels. The place was not clean. We called the reception according to their instructions and he said that he would inform the specialists to provide it immediately... but unfortunately the reality is the opposite of this!!! After a full hour of exercise, the situation remains the same!!! We went down to the reception and saw the same employee who received us on the first day and we informed him that we did what you ordered and we called, but there was no life to whom you were calling?!?We asked to meet the responsible manager but he was not available...I wanted to share with you my experience with this hotel, where I spent two of the worst days of my life. Thank you

I have zero hairdressing experience, the lady didnt even know what to do with my hair, I just wanted to use a simple wash-dry-iron, so that didnt really work out, the lady wasnt really aware of what it meant to dry the hair, and then this after that, who wanted to iron my half-wet hair, of course I didnt let them, after that I only managed to dry my hair as the ironing followed, the lady actually burned my hair, it was so big he ironed in strands so that my entire hair was approx. I managed to iron it in 6 locks.Not to mention that the lady doesnt know any hair products, heat protectants, or other basic products that would be unavoidable in the hair salon.I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone who wants to use a normal hairdressing service!
