Great service! I called on a Friday morning at exactly 10 am when they open and asked if I could go for a quick blow dry righaway and the receptionist said we will fit you in. And she did, with their top stylist! Fair pricing too.

Bought voucher from cobone for the good rate but unfortunately they ask to add 300+++ due to hair is more than 18inch so I decided not to use that service Keratin and color. Be careful in buying cobone deals.

Called them to ask about the kind of Keratin treatment they are offering as they had offer on Groupon Website, the lady who answered me was so inconsiderate and did not care to answer any question except saying Dont know, check groupon. If this was their attitude over the phone I wonder how it would be in person. Not encouraging at all.

They have offered a Keratine Treatment which I got from Nail the Deal. When I went there that person gave me three different type of Keratine option and told me that I am eligible for the cheapest one. I never wanted to pay them extra apart from my Voucher price. They finish my keratine treatment with in 30 mins and asked me to wash my hair after 3 days. When I washed my hair my hair was as wavy as before. They did nothing apart from temporary hair straightening. Worse Service I have seen, my money just got wasted.

The good - Color turned out great.The bad - 100 dhs for a minimal trim that took 7 minutes.The ugly - I bought the Cobone deal. It says extra charge for hair longer than 18 inches. My hair is 12 inches scalp-to-ends. This salon measures from the front of your hairline, across the top of your head, down to the longest point in the back, thus deciding my hair is 21 inches, and charging an extra 150dhs. They hit up the lady next to me for the same, claiming her hair was 19 inches. Sure, they did a good job on the keratin and the color, but I felt cheated and tricked and Ill never be back. Sorry, guys.

I also bought cobone voucher last week and when I go there they told me that cheapest one is included in the promotion and they cannot guarantee will it work for my hair. They wanted me to pay 500 AED for the good one. I refused and I asked for the refund. Dont buy the voucher its a big trap.

PLZ DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON OFFERS OF TONY & LEE. THEY CHEAT THE PRODUCT USED SEEMS VERY TOXIC IT MADE BURNING SENSATION ON EYES, ON THE SCALP, AND BREATHING DIFFICULTY . THEY ASKED FOR MORE MONEY, THE TREATMENT EFFECT SUPPOSED TO LAST FOR 3-6 MONTHS ACCORDING TO THEM - TO MY SURPRISE, IT TURNED MY HAIR TO A WORSE SITUATION IN THE NEXT DAY WASH ITSELF. MY BAD, I DIDNT SEE THE GOOGLE REVIEWS BEFORE GOING FOR THE TREATMENT, THE WORSE PART OF BUYING COUPONS--YOU END UP PAYING MORE MONEY AND GETTING A WORSE TEXTURE HAIR THAN YOUR NORMAL ORIGINAL HAIR.. THEY DONT DESERVE ANY STAR. WELL, ONE GOOD POINT- THE LADY STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE.

Be careful!! Just some thieves making business!! A big trap..offering something doesnt exist just to make u come and fall in their trap! Then starting to take money from u for anything. Very bad material...non professional at all. On their facebook page they just ask friends of them to click a like! Stay away!!

WORSTTTT....dEY CHEAT.... I booked a Groupon coupon for keratin...dEY dont value customers with coupon...he said it will last for 3 months...it went off after washing in 2 days...My hairs turned freezy and dry..do not RECOMMEND them for ANYBODY.☹😠. ..
