Every time I go to this salon, every time I had to face very bad experience. Today was the worse. All the staff are very friendly but there is one woman name HIRUNI is such a rude person, focused only about money. If there is not availability for an appointment just refuse and inform to the customer to make in a different time but taking all the appointments and not letting complete the service what the customers coming for, moving here and there without informing in a commanding way. She is resist and does partiality if to the customers.Not enough tools and using very cheap products. I would definitely not recommend this Salon, zero customer service.

I went to tiptoe for a manicure and pedicure, and I was thoroughly impressed. The place was clean, and the technicians were meticulous. I loved the variety of colors available, and my nails look stunning! The massage during the pedicure was a nice touch. I will definitely be returning

I went for a pedicure came back home with a nail infection. The tools for the pedicure were not sterilized. I went to the doctor and they removed half my nail. I am currently unable to walk or do work and as a mother of a 2 year old and 2 older kids it is quite impossible to look after them. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IT IS A WARNING. My 12 year old daughter went here for a haircut as well and they made her hair so choppy. The next day we went to another salon and had to get her hair fixed. The eyebrow threading was okay but other than that everything was so horrible. Staff over there are also rude to teenagers and kids.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They messed up my booking and gave it to someone else. My confirmed appointment is at 11am with the technician I requested. Got a call at 10:23am just to inform that it’s not available. Explaining the one who booked doesn’t know she’s not available. Another timing was offered but I will be out, so I took 5:20pm, cancelled my plan this evening just to make my nails done. I called 4:07pm to reconfirm and the reception said yes my booking is there. I reached 5:15pm at the saloon, was surprised my requested technician is engaged with another customer, whom I believe was there for hair service which is obvious as her hair was wrapped up (probably decided to add nail services). I was advised that she will not be able to do for me as she is busy and I don’t have booking in the system. Offered another technician but this is not my request. My time was wasted.You need to improve your customer service and organize your bookings before confirming with your customers. Pay attention to details and be professional. We respect your time and you should respect your clients time too. Don’t cancel your customers booking last minute.

This was my 3rd worst experience that’s why am positing a review like this in detail.This is the 3rd time that I’m doing my waxing from the saloon as it is an easy accessible location to my community and time friendly I chose the saloon again & again.Last time when I did it had given me black patches over the areas and more to my under arms and it took nearly 2 months to disappear. Only my 1st service with them was successful for waxing, as I got a bad experience from the 2nd service I took I strictly instructed that I want the same lady who did my waxing at the first time because of which to get her schedule I booked 3 days prior. But after reaching the saloon the receptionist suddenly spoke something in there language and arranged another lady and she made me to go with her , at the same time I enquired why she is doing the service as I requested for another she gave me the answer that that was the lady with whom u have actually booked. As I don’t know her name I thought they might have misunderstood my need even after mentioning her attires and looks. So I started my service with the new lady ! And that lady was no unprofessional that she was not at all able to do the thing she made me hurt like nothing that continuous pulling over one area has made my skin injured and even after these many pulls she was unable to remove the hair, and by crying I asked her to call some one else and she brought the same lady with whom I had booked my service. She came there and she pulled of the hair nicely and it came smoothly even though it gutted me but with a bearable pain. After the underarms are done she started to leave from there at the same time the other lady informed her that “ she needs u only “, ie. the booking was right everything was right but the receptionist she reversed the person or gave the wrong person. And made me to bear all this pain.After that all my waxing was done by the lady that I requested and actually am was happy with ‘her’ service. But on the 2nd day ie. today my hands are in this condition. Don’t know whether it’s the product or the way it was happened. Am not at all satisfied with this service and with their staff. Customer satisfaction is the thing that they are not at all taking into consideration. There way of work many time when I had gone there for my normal eyebrow plucking and all I have seen staff fighting with each other for 1 or the other thing. After confirming the appointment with one and changing the person at the time of action and all the above telling lie that this was the person it’s totally an unacceptable thing.I have experienced there other service like mani pedi clean ups and all all are good but totally depends on the staff. If a staff is. Not capable of something that should not be assigned to her. Why we customer should bear the loss and pain over our body and mind. Furthering I won’t recommend this to anyone nor I will be taking there service“Untreatable people”

But Honestly my nails and toes looks stunning ❤️ beautiful Red colors and Rina she did over miles as its similar to the one i removed so she did a very beautiful design in one finger for each hand.I went with old Eclyric Nails Extensions and left with beautiful Gel Extensions and Gel color for my toes and the Padicure was very relaxing and loved the massage chair.Loved you guys thank u for the amazing 3 hrs and appreciate that you both did me as i was afraid i will be late to pick up my daughter from school.Rina & Alina are both the place credit ladies and i am sure everyone else. I visited there for a haircut, the experience turned out to be quite disappointing. The stylist seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with the type of haircut I requested. The haircut I received was not only different from what I asked for but also left my hair looking worse than before. While the staff was polite. I left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated with the results of my haircut. I would not recommend based on my experience for a haircut.

Good location at AlKhail Gate Centre , plenty of car parkings with 2 hours free parking. So nothing to worry. Overall it was great experience.

That place was good when Irisha was there but now a new person came 1 year back her name is Hiruni. Her attitude is very bad. When we went there one of her colleague asked her to play music she was playing candy crush and ignored her colleague. That I didn’t like and also in the beginning itself I showed my required nail art with black colour, she and another Nigerian lady agreed but when they found it would take time to dry and they would be late, they told me black colour is not available…after arguing with them they accepted to put black colour. That means they were lazy to put it for me because they were running late. If that was the reason they should have informed us earlier. This is clearly not acceptable and these three stars are only to those ladies (nepali) who served me. Rude staff and no respect for customers(not all).

I went for a nail extension removal bcoz my original nail was hurting. I was attended by Hiruni and I told her my small finger was in pain and something had happened to my original nails. she started the service and first, she began with my small finger only with a harsh buffing I said it was hurting after my continuous saying one Nepali girl came and she buffed smoothly for that finger then Hiruni plucked my other nail and my finger was still hurting for me. after I said that she put acteon on and kept my finger covered without buffing the gel nail polish. after that, she went to attend to another lady so a staff called Chaclleo or something like that came. Oh my, she is such a face-making lady. I told her to please do it slowly it was hurting and she was making faces on me. come on...and that time hiriuni said any way you are strong mam so you can bear this pain easily She said it bcoz I went there with my child see I am a mother or I gave birth that doesnt mean I can bear any pain. ridiculous staff(not all) and ridiculous service.

I was not welcomed at allI made an appointment and it was accepted but when I arrived at the saloon,one Nigerian light skinned lady told me I should have made my appointment on another day that it was a busy day and she was going to waste all her day on my head which is very disrespectful and unprofessional !!!!!!!!While she was plenting my hair she was telling me to make for her hair and she was complaining that am slow and am wasting her time,Am I employed to be giving hair in the salon?In the middle of plenting my hair, she left to make another ladies nails for over 30mins.When I went to restroom she came rudely talking to me that they are busy I shouldnt be wasting time even though I didn’t spend more than 5mins.She was plenting what I didn’t tell her to make and she was saying my hair it’s too thick for that yet she had accepted my style from the beginningYou should respect every customer you get because we all bring money.The fact that she was complaining that she didn’t eat wasn’t my problem but my issue it’s her being so rude,pulling my hair so hard that I still feel headache till nowIt was a waste of time and worst experience and I don’t recommend this saloon at allRude staff ,bad service and no respect for customers

I am not satisfied with my mani & pedicure because the lady (Alena) seemed to be in a hurry and my cuticles were chopped off and was bleeding & it still hurts. (Ref to pic attached)Not satisfied with the filing as my nails are not even on my right hand as the nails weren’t the exact length.I believe most of your nail polishes are dry and it seems like I’ve got a child to paint my nails. The finish was not at all good even after a top coat.My sister had a beautiful manicure & pedicure session where she felt absolutely relaxed due to the service provided by that staff for her.Appreciate if you could advice your team to coordinate with each other to provide the same level of service so you will not have an u happy customer walking out.Hope you take this as constructive feedback and hoping to get a better service when I visit the next time.

Good Salon around Al Khail Gate. Would like to mention Ms. Juliet for giving me a good manicure and pedicure service.However, one thing i just noticed is, majority of their nail polishes is a bit old and even the one they use for topcoating my nails wasn’t good enough and dry. Price is a bit reasonable.

I viited to the salon based on the reviews on google , unfortunately the services weren’t up to my expectations, im not satisfied with the seevices , the ladies who did my pedicure and manicure didn’t do the job correctly and i still have cuticles which weren’t removed properly. Another thing which i didnt appreciate is that the staff were arguing between each other in front of the clients which is not professional at all, even the lady was jumping between me and another client so she dont leave. Its a waste of time and money .

I was carried away by the execellent reviews and went for a face wax, hand wax and hair cut layer and hair spa..very much impressed by thier hospitality but tat alone doesnt work if one doesnt know how to give a service for such overpriced services.one filipino lady I forgot her name, she gave me a hair cut layer after doing the blow dry.. my hair is curly.. and after my hair wash the layer cut looked like rats tail popping out here and there..but I felt tats ok may be problem with my hair.second time i went for outer curl blow dry and light make up..blow dry was ok..light make up done by some indian or srilankan lady went horribly bad.. she applied some eyebrow powder and it looked like clowns eyebrow ..so dark and thick.. powder began smudging towards forehead..and she applied kajal under my eyes which smudged and spread under eye and looked like dark circles underneath eye.. I have no idea what she applied for foundation.. after i reached the party hall, my skin looked like clutters of foundation here and there wrinkled my skin.. and finally to mention about eyeliner, she drew wings like parrots toe nail..I had to wipe out all the makeup and I did it myself with some simple makeup which i had.. and had to attend the party.. and i paid 158 dhs for this package.. for which she took almost an hour just on my face doing such horrible things.. I had such a bad day at the party..please dont ruin our hardearned money by giving to someone who doesnt even know the basics of makeup..never again i will visit the salonthanksIn reply to my review you mentioned that u asked me about if i was satisfied , smudging of eyebrows and wiping it off all these drama happened at your parlour itself and what is the point of asking if the service was satisfied? That make up lady already realised I was unhappy when I asked her to wipe out the clown eyebrow which she drew . And asking you to re do all again will take away another hours of my time and by the time I reach the party halll it will be closed there. I didnt have another one or two hour to experiment on my face .the hair was in blow dry condition, the horrible hair cut was seen only after the hair wash.Thanks for considering and investigating

Not a customer friendly salon... Took monthly package and couldnt take the service due to health reason. They couldnt extend the date even for a day. Dont consider customers point of view... Money wasted...Replying back with false details... it was not more than a week... it was 2 days... Not interested in arguing... Definitely not a welcome gesture by the parlour... No doubts it’s the best place for eyebrows but definitely a HORRIBLE PLACE FOR NAILS specifically when the lady in the reception don’t care do not want to acknowledge the exact reason we got our extension done on 28th which is my birthday of September and today is 4th oct 7 days literally and all 3 of my nails are out in between we went on 30th September I believe to redo as they were already coming out in one day we spend money for absolute NOTHING my friend wanted a French manicure they did some manicure saying French so she decided to remove and get the normal gel nail pain but that’s even out we tried explaining her that th machine or the quality of product don’t seem promising as the ladies who were performing did their part well but the lady in the reception may be she don’t care as the saloon is always busy loosing one or two customer isn’t a problem for her however it’s disappointing as it visible the breakage is visible from the roots and a complete waste of money
