I had my first keratin treatment at Trend Salon, and it was a wonderful experience. Ms.Renjini did my hair and was very cooperative and friendly throughout the process. She explained each step and provided detailed aftercare instructions, which I greatly appreciated. I truly enjoyed my visit and love this salon and special thanks to Ms.Lali for all the support throughout the entire procedure.

Hi today I had a make up for my daughter and Hair styling as well for me for saree drapping it was one of the most beautiful moments my daughter was feeling so good with the kind of work they do..The parlour is clean and hygiene..I have recently moved to this location bcz now I am free from the stress of parlour.Every thing at this makes me cool. I have been going to this salon for quite a long time and normally do threading and henna. But for the first time I tried cutting my hair and also highlights. To be honest I was nervous at first but the staff Ranjini she took her time and did everything with precision and the results were amazing.. I would recommend and would go again for any other services.

I used to go 3-4 times in a month, becoz their services is very good and friendly staffs, clean and hygienic parlour compared to ones in this area. They have good packages too. They have ask me for review and I have given 5 stars as Im happy from their work. Recommended!!

Very bad experience I ever had in my entire life in dubai.i am a frequent visitor to salon for hair styling and eyebrows.Aftr doing eyebrows they just did leave me without applying cream or massage not even dusting my removed hairs from face.They have an attitude that they have customers and its like take it or leave it.Who made them to this position???.Just the customer who is repeatedly going back for services.They have customers coz its on such a locality where the access to other salons are limited.When I asked the keratin price and the lady said to me pricing and I said some discount will be appreciated.Then the ladies who work there said they called their boss and said to us that boss said if u want take it oe.leave it.AlsoFor any keratin or protein its normal in any parlour a free wash aftr three days of treatment done.Here they are charging 20aed.I asked y to charge??They told me at my face here nothing is freeThe attitude they showed was like we went there for begging not for their services.Such a disgusting experience I had ever in my life.its too much for a customer.I personally will say dont go there to have such insult and its like trauma

I was continuously shamed at this salon for the service that I had asked for. Honestly, very disappointed regarding the decent professionalism that is expected! It is extremely impolite to shame the customers regarding the service that you are providing them! A lot of women come to salons considering it to be their safe space and expect least judgement from the salon.I would like to add that Ranjini was the only person who seemed to handle things professionally.

Clean and homely environment with warm and efficient staff . The hair cut and styling was extremely satisfying. Slightly over priced though .

Trendz Beauty Salon is one of the leading parlor in UAE. All the staff and the owner are amazing and too co-operative with the customers..They have very reasonable rates for packages.I feel its really a relaxation center. I would highly recommend this parlor to all my friends.

Pathetic salon. Unhygienic . No proper ventalation which makes you feel stuffy when you enter due to poor air conditioning flow thru all the room/areas. Thr pedi tools were reused and i dont think it was sterilized. The facial or massage room was so filthy with all wax on the floor and a pecular smell.. doesnt make a customer feel relaxed out there. Dont recommend this at all. I have been to many salon and never felt like this. A total disappointment in service. Staff was rude when i asked anything. I dont totally blame the staff but the management is to be blamed. How can just 1 staff manage a salon of 2 customer would come. I was left unattended and wasted my time in here.

I could not give thm less than 1 star... if i could i would give thm no star.....Never visit them... got my makeup and saree draping done from here.... i was horrible.... literally looked like a witch... consumed more than told time .... i was late for the function looking horrible... saree draping was horrid.... just a bunch of pins everywhere.... plz don’t go there...

Clean n hygienic parlour compared to ones in this area. Price and packages are expensive compared to the saloons situated in this area. They do not accept cards.
