I went for a Russian manicure, and honestly, I was really disappointed. In less than a week, my nails started flicking off. I reached out to them, and they offered to redo it, but when I drove to my appointment and waited outside for 30 minutes, I found out that the master had left. I was told they would check with the master before confirming my appointment, so this was really frustrating. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the service and wont be returning.

I visited this salon and actually was very happy with the results. Tatiana has consulted me on my hair and suggested the best procedure for recovering them, which was keratin. She was super precise during the treatment and I could see that she really has a proper experience (attached 2 photos - before and after). They also had a personalized touch by bringing me not only a nice coffee but also cute little sweets and power bank! I think it’s very thoughtful.I personally will be back for more treatments. THE SALON WHICH RESCUED MY HAIRS!❤️I’m living in Dubai more than 5 years and my hairs’ condition became highly damaged because of water, sun and humidity. Especially Dubai’s sun is cruel to Slavic hairs. So I started to think about the extension but I gave myself the last chance and came to this salon. IT WAS MORE THAN WORTH IT❤️Today was my third time when I visited this salon and did my keratin+botox for hairs. And every time I’m leaving this place happily. Tatsiana, Julia and Mina are like fairies, they are not just stylists, they understand the hairs’ chemistry and will find the best solution. Thanks to all of you girls!Prices are quite affordable because they are using the most modernized equipment and chemistry staff.I advise to all the girls, who has the same problem as me in the past, just stop hiding it (like using extension or short hair style), treat your hairs professionally in this salon and get your + 💯 confidence every day. I highly recommend Ara for nails and eyelash extension, Mayet for hair.They both are great. They have been taking good care of me and making me beautiful for more than 5 years now.Salon products are great too. My eyelash extension is still on fleak on the 3rd week.My gel nail extension looks natural. My hair cut is always beautiful, mayet is good weather short or long hairstyle.

I visited the salon for a keratin treatment and my experience was beyond amazing!My hair master, Mina, was super knowledgeable and keenly heard my concerns before suggesting a treatment. She was gentle with my hair and took her time to carefully tread her way, not once rushing through the process.The salon, in itself, is very clean and comfortable; 4 hours went by in a jiffy!10/10 recommended!

I have visited their saloon and came all the way from sharjah since they had an offer for hair keratin, they agreed with me for a price on instagram, but after i reached they gave me a different price. Strongly not recommending for dishonesty and time waste.

I will start by saying the Admin who handled my inquiry was very polite and informative, that being said, I still had my doubts going there.Once there, I found the salon to be really nice, especially the clients service area, which was really cute. Before they started with my hair, they checked whether I should go ahead with the treatment and advised me accordingly. They used a brand-new brush for my hair, and I know that because they took it out of its wrapping.The toilet, however, might have needed a bit more cleaning. Then again, Im not there for the toilet.The ladies, Yulia and Tania, were super nice and very professional.They made sure I was comfortable, thought out my keratin treatment, and the results were amazing. I was also given a tasty snack to go with my hot beverage. I was also sent off with a little giveaway, which was a nice touch.Thank you ladies for such a lovely experience.I would suggest adding fans for clients and your team to help with the keratin tear-inducing fumes :)

They had a hair botox offer going on. Was skeptical about the services as Ive never had the best luck with services on offer.But they are really good and Extremely professional!So happy with the results.Definitely recommend!

First time when I came, I came for keratin. They told me my hair is too weak and damage and they did cold recovery. After month I return for keratin. Instead of that they gave me botox and hair cut. Hair cut was without plan. Where my hair is damage she just cut there. I end up with very short, no shape hair. Nothing was improved hair was still dry and not straight.. Do not believe in instagram photos. I am extremly disapointed.

Although I have straight hair, its fuzz. Ive always wanted to use keratin. There wasnt a suitable salon. Im glad to find the salon and I want to thank it for excellent result. Now my hair is silken and glossy. The master was kind and patient. My first experience was good. Ill return for sure.

For afro/curly hair ladies who are looking for a straight result STAY AWAY! This salon is only for sleek hair girls who are looking for a shine. I went there for a 4cm curly roots straightening which I have been doing for the past 14 years of my life and they didn’t know how to handle my hair, instead they did a cryotherapy and I left with my hair worse than I came with for the price of 580 AED.Even when I asked for just a blowdry they said that they are not trained to do blowdry, only hair straightener which also was horrible. Also the owner/real hair therapist is in Russia, never in Dubai. Instead there is her students who only know how to deal with super straight hair. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Don’t be fooled with instagram pictures

I recently shifted apartments within Al Barsha. This is in the same building as I live, so visited out of convenience and after seeing decent ratings on Google. However, the truth is something else. The woman assigned to me was far from interested. I went there for simple threading and wanted to get a haircut the next day, but decided against it. She was in a rush, and I had to call her back and ask her to do it again, because of how shoddily it was done I asked for ice, they didnt have it.Prices are also a little higher than most better places around. Not going back.

Hizia did my sisters’ natural hair beautifully! We struggle to find a hairstylist who can manage our natural hair in Dubai but she is fantastic. I would recommend trying her out for anyone with natural, African hair. Fati, the receptionist was also very hospitable. We enjoy the great service at tres beauty salon!

I visited this salon as a last resort as my usual salon unfortunately had no availability. I was greeted by very eager staff and was the only one in the salon for a good while. I soon observed that the place of business was very badly managed, as staff shouted instructions and demands to each other from one side of the salon to the other. I was booked for a mani and pedi. My nail technician was very sweet and tried her best to stay calm and focused while doing her craft. After about an hour another client arrived and was also booked for a mani and pedi. I realized after some time that this client too felt frustrated with the untrained staff and their lack of professionalism, as the massage and eyelash lady attempted to do her manicure. All in all I will not recommend this salon to anyone.Two of my nail extensions broke off after only 2 days and I am totally disappointed at the amount of time and money I wasted for a poorly done job. The Algerian receptionist lady was very rude and was complaining loudly in Arabic to other staff after the other client left, creating a very tense and unpleasant environment.===================================To the owner of this salon.It is absolutely astonishing that you would respond to my review in such a sarcastic and snarky manner. The derogatory tone is evident in your response and I find it shocking that this is your attitude towards customer feedback and your reply to my critique is clearly a reflection of your poorly run business and it’s etiquette.Let me start with the jelly foot-spa. Yes, I was pleased with this service, as it was my first time ever experiencing this. I was in-fact on a video call and shared it, an experience that was upsold to me by your Algerian receptionist. She kept enquiring if I wanted this extra service and or that extra service, trying her utmost best to add to my bill. I eventually had to ask her to stop suggesting extra services and upselling as it was getting annoying.Secondly, the acrylic nail extensions. I made it very clear when I phoned to make the booking, what services I was looking for. I cannot be held accountable for the fact that your receptionist does not have a good understanding of the English language ( it was quite obvious ). Even the other customer complained about her lack of understanding and how she wanted to charge her extra when it came to paying the bill in the end.Speaking of the other customer. It is my honest opinion that the Algerian receptionist was in-fact rude and spoke loudly in an aggravated tone once the customer left. She openly complained to other staff and it showed in her body language. The whole energy in the salon shifted as she started venting to her colleague and for you to assume that I don’t know/ understand Arabic is very naive. You do not know me from a bar of soap, so please do not try to gaslight me by saying that.All in all, I would never return to your salon. I spent more than AED 500 in your salon that day and I regret every second I spent there. So if I can warn others not to waste their time and hard earn money, I will. I wasn’t even presented with a invoice of services, I was just told that this was the amount I needed to pay hence why I started to barter and ask for a discount….. In the end I just surrendered as I wanted to get out of there and leave the negativity behind.I feel like giving your salon 1 star is still way too generous. I believe in giving credit where it is due. If I could give your salon 0 stars, I would.It is of my honest opinion that your staff lack training and professionalism but with an owner such as yourself, I can understand where this type of attitude is originating from.

Different eyelashes in the eyes, you can see a large gap between the eyelashes, the work was done in less than an hour. There is a fox effect on one eye, its not clear what effect is on the other eye. Won’t recommend this place.And after 1 week, this lush was gone 😃

I had to respond here as I couldn’t do it on your comment, not sure if I was blocked from doing this: No one have recommended any shape, and the shape I requested was square round which is square shape but the edges are round to ease the sharpness, and if you go to tier 1 saloons in UAE they will know what I am talking about, and for nail shiner, all salons in UAE again tier 1 use it and either sterilize it or throw away ones.===========================================I did my Meni Pedi day before Eid and that was the first time in the saloon. And it was horrible, I don’t think they have done before specially the one who did my pedi, she was not able to file my toe nails properly I told them to do square round shape they made them round which I hate. I told her to make them shiny with the file but she didn’t know what I am talking about, I had to explain what that means and that other saloons use it she said we can check this and buy it for future and haven’t apply any cream just file and color for my toes nails after all they charged me AED 180. The experience was terrible will never go back.

I had keratin done 2 weeks ago. The master applied the composition without leaving the scalp. As a result, it burned my skin. I have already gone for peelings several times to remove these flakes of skin. Never in the many years that I have been doing these procedures have I had this happen. The hair lies without root volume. The master didn’t even ask what I wanted, but I was sure that it was obvious. After all, I don’t have thick hair. Disappointed.

The clinic is new and very tidy, there is a bit of a mistake with appointments and coordination, but the employees are all honey and try as hard as they can to make everyone happy, of course.Above all, Dr. Hala Al-Hussein is worth the wait. I have been her patient before and I will definitely visit again

And oh girl, her name here is honest. Her work deserves for you to come for her. Her hand in cutting hair, God willing, may God bless the Most Gracious, be green. I straightened my eyebrows when it was spring. It saved me. To be honest, my eyebrows were not pretty and I thought they were better. And getting your nails done at Clarices is a job, and no mistake will make you do the same as you do with the design. Their treatment and hands are nice and they are all lovely 🩵🩵🫶🏻
