I have been a loyal client for manicures and pedicures for the past four years. Recently, however, I’ve noticed a decline in service. Every time I call for an appointment, I’m told there’s no availability, and it feels like there’s little effort to accommodate me. Strangely, when I visit without an appointment, there often seems to be an open slot.Today, I called once again to book an appointment, and the receptionist informed me that none were available. When I mentioned my loyalty and my frustration with not being accommodated lately, her response was dismissive—she simply said, ‘It’s up to you’ when I mentioned that I may look for another salon. I was shocked by her attitude. I had hoped for a willingness to find a solution or at least a more respectful approach.I value the service here, but this experience has made me question if my loyalty is valued. I hope that this feedback helps to improve how loyal clients are treated.

I came to get my hair dyed and to get a manicure and it was the best experience ever, my hair is not damaged at all and it looks perfect, my curls are awesome and the color is exquisite, I could never be happier with hasna, the best hairdresser on earth❤️The foot massage and manicure was amazing, they clean everything out and it is so relaxing without even putting too much pressure on your legs.I advise you to make this your go to salon because they are so friendly here and do their jobs perfectly.

Hasna did my hair for trimming and blow dry and i left the place with the most soft and clean and glossy hair. i lovee the way my hair looks and I 100% recommend coming to the salon to do your hair. 🥰🥰🥰

Sumi really takes care of hair as per client request. Would recommend to try with her.Please look into giving offers occasionally as prices are high compared to other salons in the same area.

The worst saloon in nails i always do gelish on my nails since i did with them when i removed at their salon my nails got damaged worst since years i do gelish in all saloon but never happened the same when i have done it at their place 👎🏻

I had a manicure with Jelite -she was rude to me, she needs to enhance her customer service skills, she wouldnt accept any of my comment or my requirements. She made me hate the exprience although i am a regular customer. Unfortunately, my 2 favourite nail specialists left the salon. However, i would recommend Lili & Honey they were much better and really sweet nail specialists. Thank you Lili and Honey.

Just asked them about protein hair treatment on Whatsapp they immediately start talking about cost instead of talking about the different types of protein and brandsI guess this was enough to know how good they are🤣

Honestly I usually gov for my hair with Hanna. No words can describe how amazing she is. She knows her job so well that I leave the salon so happy and satisfied. She is a true hair dresser. Understands you very well and would literally fulfill your request with the best quality. I have never ever found someone like her and I dont think I will.Also, Tina - first time.trying her facial. Omg she is absolutely amazing. You dont only get facial done but she always does massages to relax your body. that waa literally the cheery on top. I am so please with these two ladies.Tress salon - you have gems in your team.

I used to visit the branch in mirdeff but since my one and only one hairstylist is in Barsha I also move .she is not only coloring my hair she is putting her magic.What makes me feel so satisfied when my whole family about my hair even my littles one are happy when they see Mummy with the new look done by Hasnaa

Omg why did no one tell me about how amazing tress salon is. Especially the lady called Hannah. She is sooo amazing and her work my god the best. Its my first time applying colour to my hair and she MADE ME SO HAPPY WIRH THE OUTCOME. when she said trust me. DEFINITELY TRUST HER WORK. I booked an appointment for two people in advance and confirmed it, but we still had to wait past our scheduled time. There was no explanation or apology, and the salon seemed unorganized. I expected better service and won’t be coming back. Disappointing experience.

Elham, my favorite hairdresser in Dubai recently moved to Tress salon in Al Barsha south. She is without a doubt, the best hair colorist and stylist I’ve had in years. I love my hair because of her. Color and bangs from yesterday was perfect.

I suggest covering the door cause it is showing the ladies when when they move from room to room and the shops around it full of working men with the customers,As an Islamic country, we are wearing Hijab it is difficult to dye our hair and move around for another service. Please take our suggestion seriously and thank you.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at a salon and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The service was extremely slow and my hair was not styled properly. When I asked the stylist to fix it, she was argumentative and unwilling to make any adjustments. This level of customer service was not only rude but left me feeling dissatisfied with my overall experience.To make matters worse, the prices at this salon are exorbitant considering the poor quality of service they provide. They weren’t clear every one waiting the other to give the price ! And they agreed to give me double price so they don’t want to do it . They want me to do a hair treatment with there recommendation, and when I refuse and choose what I want , they don’t want to do it !!!! I mean it’s my choice ?????I wish I road the reviews before going .Please read before you go !I will not recommend them .

I was a loyal customer at their Mirdif branch for years and have moved to Al Barsha now. I have tried many saloons but Tress has the best in hair services/ treatments, cuts, colors, blow dry, .. etc.Nails cleaning is good as well but my fav is the hair and the price is great

It was my first experience in the salon and I came for a simple hairstyle for my cousins wedding. Unfortunately it was the worst experience of my life. The lady told me that she will do something that she thinks is nice, and I told her that I wanted to be natural with Part in the middle she did exactly the opposite, and when I asked her to fix it, she got so very nervous and didn’t know what to do and kept arguing with me and strangely apologizing at the same time yet she kept trying to prove that she is right and when I told her OK sorry it’s my fault then and not yours. She kept apologizing again. I left after 2 hours with only a curled hair with so much spray on it that it couldn’t even be combed. I heard that the Salon is not doing so well, but I defied the reputation and I said I let me go try on my own. I wish that i listened to what people said and didn’t undergo this experience.Unfortunately, she also asked me to pay for the hair blow dry and curling, which was not even worth it because I am now heading to another salon to actually fix the hairstyle and be late to my cousins’s wedding . Thank you!

I dyed my hair two weeks ago with Ilham.. and it was more than wonderful and she was very patient..🩵I also always doing an eyebrows shaving and face threading with Rabia.. she’s very friendly, kind and respectful ❤️I would like to thank the director of reception and appointment booking. I always call her Maria, but I do not know her real name, she’s very respectful and helpful ❤️❤️

They are the best, especially Soumi, she is the best!!!She had been taking care of my hair since day one. Her haircut & hair treatment skills are amazing. She can know which type of products fit your scalp type the best. She is just awesome.Thank you Soumi for being the best hairdresser ever!!! And thank you for the hair massages as well.The staff are professional, friendly and calm. The salon itself is quite & super clean. They have great products as well.

The worst salon and service ever! The staff have very annoying and obnoxious attitude and treat the customers very badly! I don’t think the owners knows this! No price list available at the salon! Very terrible experience . They won’t even let us speak to the owners to complain!

The best place for hair treatments. I always go back for hair services. My daughter is also very happy after the treatment which lasted for 3 months.

I went to have my hair trimmed and U-shape cut, the arabic speaking hair dresser who doesnt understand a single word of english cut my hair too short and straight. I feel terrible, frustrated......If you dont understand the language and doesnt understand customer needs, dont accept the job, instead of spoiling someones look!Can Tress Management explain to me, how i am going to get my look back????? We go to salon to beautify ourselves not to spoil the look. It takes soooo long to grow the hair and hairdresser like Tress salon can spoil in a minute.You dont even deserve 1 start!!!!

I am writing this to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your salon. Despite scheduling an appointment well in advance, I was extremely disappointed to experience a complete lack of punctuality during my recent visit to your establishment. I had to be late in my party and also do the other services in salon near to you

I am so happy with my haircut… Hana is the best ….Prices are better than other Salon in the same mall… easy parking… clean place, and the receptionist is professional…I would recommend management to accept tips for the staff by card…

Worst service. Very slow. No hospitality. Couldn’t sit calmly as the ladies doing my nails did not stop talking for a second. And the manicure is just a cut and file. Even slippers after pedicure weren’t offered. Wouldn’t recommend it at all

Not true about their timing, they are telling me that I received a call yesterday to confirm and I didn’t answer, that not true. then today morning I called them back and confirmed my appointment at 12:00 , now it’s 12:30 and I didn’t start yet, I will be late for my appointments due to this delay and lack of professionalism, they don’t even know who answered the call!!!

I went there’s just because it’s near to my house its a bit more expensive than the salons i go usually i did my nails there I’ve never had this terrible experience in any other salon i did plastic nails with french tips it was so so so bad the lady kept putting a-lot of quotes maybe 5 without the top quote and she haven’t chosen the right sizes she just wanted to finish her work not recommended for the nails maybe they are good at the others (the nail tech told me a price and when i went to the cashier it was another price) the only thing that I liked is that its has a good furniture and I liked the coffee thats it

Review change. I initially rated this salon 5 * but then I was fooled by a hairdresser who over charged me. 40% more than what I would normally pay. I stopped going back. Never again.

WelcomeToday I did a root dye at Hana.. May God make her heart happy, even though it is the first time I have dealt with her and I was afraid, but to be honest is her job and it is not a great mistake 🥰 On top of all of this, her style is elegant and she lets the custard surrender himself to her while he is comfortable..

Here is the truth, an artist with a smiling face who welcomes the customer very nicely, works with pleasure and love, and works to please the customer. She has a lot to offer, wonderful here and an artist, thank you 💖💐
