Shan the barber is very good. He made me look younger with his haircut, hands very smooth. He’s friendly to customers and always smiling. They also have this massage chair that we can use for free and it’s very relaxing. They have billiards table that we can also use for free! I highly recommend this barber shop if you are living in Dubai South!

I can’t believe this place has been I front of my house but I never used them for a long time. I tried them because my regular barber is on a vacation. I tried trimmers and they were great. Akmal did my beard in a perfect way. They have a new regular customer now. .

I recently went to a hair salon for a haircut and unfortunately, my experience was not very pleasant. The haircut itself was average, but the customer service I received was extremely disappointing.When I called to make an appointment, I was told that a haircut would cost 30. However, when I went in for my appointment, I was charged 70. This was a huge difference and I was not informed about this price change beforehand. I felt cheated and taken advantage of.To make matters worse, when I brought up the issue to the staff, they were extremely rude and dismissive. They did not even try to resolve the issue or offer any explanation for the increased price. This lack of transparency and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.Furthermore, during the haircut, the stylist seemed disinterested and rushed. They did not take the time to understand my desired hairstyle and ended up giving me a mediocre cut. I left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with my overall experience.Overall, my hair cut was average at best, but the customer service was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with respect and honesty. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this particular salon. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be returning.

The worst haircut and beard trim I received in my entire life in UAE. And I actually mean the “worst”.

Very bad, Visited this saloon for the haircut on Sunday, I dont remember the person name but with little long hair, he cut my hair but was smiling so bad, he was eating some tobacco gutka, very very bad and disrespectful behavior.

Ive been going to this barber for more than a year now and for good reason. Razu has been cutting my hair since I first arrived and hes pretty much given me the current style that Ive been rocking since. If you ever visit, make sure to get a cut and a shave from him, Shan or pretty much any of the other guys on the team. Theyll take care of you because they just get what a good hair cut is all about. Would rate higher if I could. Cant recommend enough.

Good service. I usually come here to do my beard only since I have long hair. Imran ‘’Immy’’ is the person who takes care of me all the time. I can tell you that Immy is more than a regular barber, he is a stylist/artist. This guy can go above and beyond, he does braids and cornrows as well. He also did maintain my braids for more than a month, where I used to come visit him regularly just for that. His attitude is always positive.

The service is good but once you get set with anyone of the hairstylist they will soon leave the job, now recently Fahim left and before it was Asim. It take some time to get set with the new hairstylist who are n the shop now and soon they too will leave when we get used to them.
