TRIPLE B BEAUTY SALON

The worst nail set I have ever had! Not only I can do my nails again after a week, because those nails started to peel off one by one (hard gel).The lady who was doing my nails was not even talking to me, instead of telling me to change the hands in lamp she just did some “hm”.There was no one at that time, only me and her. All the time. The saloon itself was very old and messy, my nails were not even done on a table. But on her knees with my feet in a sink all the time. The worst experience in my life.

I have done my nails and in two days they fall I am very upset and I called on sunday to do my nails and she said the lady comes back on Tuesday and now i have called they say off but im very sure that the lady lying to me so they dont do it

Horrible experience. I had taken an appointment for acrylic nail extensions and eyelash extension the week before the visit with Groupon voucher and also on the day of the visit to reconfirm my appointment. Upon arriving the nail technician is offering cheap poly gel nails and compelling me to do it and also told me the eyelash technician is on leave. When I confronted the manager there whom I spoke to on phone,she said all the products for the procedure is out of stock and the management is going to change.So I asked why it wasn’t informed prior to the appointment or even in the morning when I called them . They had nothing else to say but asked me to get refund from Groupon!I lost the money I paid for the services on Groupon as they donot refund after 7 days and the salon isn’t even equipped to do any such procedures!Don’t get pranked by these people!

This is the second time I am doing my nails with Nida. She did a fabulous job with my nails , both the times . She knows her job well , super clean, quick , and professional and friendly at the same time.

This place is a hidden gem. I went their with my friend bcz we needed a relaxing day off. Great offer but highly recommended bcz of Jill.She is a star. Very nice. She gives great foot massages and even offers delicious coffee. We also met the owner who was nice and smiling. The other star is Nitia who is less In experience but her passion can be seen. Affordable rates. Small place but the massage is so good that I ll be there again for another offer. This time cleansing with massage.

Excellent service staff were very cooperative and wonderful experience will visit again and definitely I will recommend to my friends and family...

I went to this spa on Monday with my mother. Dimpey, Nida, and their other colleague were really good professional. Gave me and my mother the best treatments. My hair was done by Dimpey, and she did a really good job. Im in love with my hair, and my friends also said my hair has been done really well. So well done to the team here. 👏

Worst salon I ever been to, so disappointed in myself that i didnt walk out the min i saw how dirty it was , i did a full set of nail gel and you can tell that the nail tech had no idea what she was doing , the tools that she used for my nails were so dirty and i asked her if she senitized it, and she said yes !!! Unfortunately, 30 min after i was done, i had to run to the Dr because I got a reaction from the nails . My fingers were all swolend up ,I have acne on my fingers , and its extremely itchy !! The Dr told me the reason why i got this is from HYGIENE SITUATION!!! I have been doing gel nails all my life. I never had any reaction !!! I am just so sad and disappointed!!I also did hair ,the hair lady was soooo good !!!Other than the hair, I do not recommend booking your next nail appointment here.

I went to this salon for manicure and pedicure it was worst i waste my time my money the who did my mani and pedi she doesn’t know how to hold nipper she was pulling my skin continuously and i got so many cuts in my hand she didn’t even scrubbed my feet for 30 seconds I don’t feel i did pedicure as i went for my facial and waxing but when i saw how they are doing mani and padi I canceled my plan salon was so messy and owner or staff they started eating in front of the client which is totally unprofessional I highly disappointed as the price was very cheap so i though i will try but I waste my time please don’t go for any service especially for manicure and pedicure

Not at all a good place. Horrible customer service, salon is old and dirty, they don’t know what they’re doing. Waste of time.

The staff were lovely and the pedicure was good. The only thing is that 2 men came into the salon while I was there. One for a pedicure also, and another for a massage. I felt uncomfortable when they came in and I had to cover myself. I’ve never been to a salon in dubai where they do services for men and I didn’t like it. I couldn’t relax after that and I couldn’t wait to leave.

Ive tried many salons in the area, but none compare to triple b beauty salon. The skill and attention to detail of the staff are unmatched. Trust me, you wont be disappointed

I got my braids done here, the lady that did it is Nigerian, I don’t remember her name. She washes my hair first and then braid my hair. I was feeling myself. I will definitely come back. Thank you from Chicago :)
