True glamor beauty Salon

I have been chasing for 3 months to get my wigs sent back from this salon. I sent 3 wigs to them (2 to be dyed and 1 washed) they sent the one that needed a wash late which made me late for my birthday event. The others I have been waiting for them to return them for 3 months now. Theyve been ignoring my messages and my calls. I even went to the address and no one answered but I could hear people in there! After 2 weeks, they replied to say they have sent it to the wrong customer and theyll send them to me later that day. That was 3 months ago and now they are back to ignoring me. For some reason they keep saying they’ll return them but then they ignore me. Unprofessional and untrustworthy salon.

The saloon has experts in literally everything. Best hair care and sellers in Dubai. The services are very affordable for an average everyday person. I always look forward to being pampered

The worse Experience Ever.pls dont ever think to go to this salon (which i dont see it as salon at all).by the way i wouldnt say bad experience if i didnt vist the place you calling salon. and guss what yes i do have pics ( Approve ) but what more is sad thay you talking about Legal which i know it very well and you using as Excuse for poor Service that you providing for the Customers so yes it called Reviews so ppl can Can I write their experience so for helping others. if there was a less one star i would give it to you with Pleasure.

I am not the type to leave a review and I was not about to even after what happen but you know what after few days I am still mad about this !I came in for a leave out sew in to this salon and also a bob cut . I came with 2 different type of hair so she could advise me on which one was better to use and if it was possible to do it . She chose the more suitable hair for the realization of that hair cut and told me that she could do the bob. And I show her a picture .I am having sew in on my head for the past 13 years, and from the way she was doing it I knew i did a mistake coming here and my blood pressure started to go up .. very poor technique ! it is a black salon you must ! Know how to do a basic leave out sew in .. she told me to trust the process but let me tell you something the process did not know we were trusting it . She started the hair cut by cutting through straight away with a trimmer, without consulting me about the length and then after the first cut asked me if it was ok like that or If I wanted longer … well my dear to late isn’t it ? one side was longer than the other she had to redo parts the sewing (in my demand not in her observation on common sense) as it was bumpy everywhere so instead of removing her «work » and redo she was just adding knots and pressure on the frontal braid . And when eventually I started to get mad she said that it was my fault that the hair was not good that I am stressing her out so now she does not know what she is doing ect well she did not know what she was doing since she started . Ruined my entire day and my mood .I had to go home and cut some part of the sew in cut the hair properly and all that just to remove everything and go to my initial salon to do it .I would give zero start but that’s not possible so I have 1 .Piece of advice if you have a good hair salon keep do not go try experience other salon especially this one for sew in !Positif point very welcoming, well located and clean salon . And the girl next to me that were doing braids, seems to be a good job .

Finding a hair salon in dubai that caterers to Afro hair is so difficult but True glamour beauty salon is truly a gem in Dubai. The staff is so professional and the quality of service is 10/10 I am so happy with the way my hair turned out. A special mention to Aisha she made me feel so comfortable while doing my hair, didn’t braid my hair too tight and finished the braids off very neatly, a master of her craft. Facilities are very clean. Highly recommend this place

The owner and ladies are so lovely, and the interiors is truly glamorous! They have many services, with different kinds of hair. Would definitely come back to spice up my hairstyle journey!

Worst customer service. I arrived at the salon at the agreed time and it was CLOSED. I waited +3 hours to be seen. Then when she finished the braids they wanted to charge me plus AED200 for no reason.
