I have visited Unique You Downtown 4 times now and had an amazing experience each time! Durdana, Zhaina, and Shan were incredibly friendly and professional. They took their time and did a very detailed job, paying special attention to my cuticles, which are quite sensitive. I appreciated how careful they were, and my nails look flawless even after two weeks—they still look as good as new! The quality and service were top-notch, and I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for excellent care and beautiful results! My nails are simple for my work but they can do any design you like just show them a picture! 🩷🩷 went back and check out my new design!

This was my second time doing my nails.. The lady who did my nail was new who was not experienced enough. My nails were bleeding and just to do gel polish and French tip she took 3 hrs and even she couldnt finish and had to call another lady to complete my nail.. I was so pissed but I didnt want to be rude. I paid full price and the nail look shitty.

I came here to Unique Yous Downtown branch today for the first time with my sister and weve gotten our nails done before at other locations. We both wanted a manicure and she got polygel extensions, while I simply chose gel polish.For the style, I wanted to go for an ombre nude to blue shade that looked really classy (refer the inspo pic).The staff who catered to my nails did a really good manicure BUT she was really unskilled when it came to styling nails and the so called ombre was really tacky, unprofessional and didnt match the inspo pic at all (refer my ombre nails pic). She barely put any effort into making them look at least 20% like the inspo pic.But the worst part was, when I told her that I didnt like what she did, and that I wanted her to change it and simply apply the blue color all over my nails, she made a HUGE FIT. She started aggressively removing the ombre paint off my nails and constantly bickering in her mother tongue to her fellow colleague - this just shows how unprofessional and rude she was.Which is very surprising because the nail tech who treated my sister, was very nice and accommodating.Of course nobody is going to walk out with nails that they dont like and I didnt even mind paying for all that extra effort.But the overall attitude of the staff that treated me was ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC.If youre not skilled at doing something, thats fine but dont expect your customer to simply say yes and walk out with something that looks pathetic.The staff at the reception was much more understanding and I showed her the difference between the inspo pic and what she did to my nails - even she seemed to understand that it was truly a waste of time and effort.Finally, I walked out with the blue nails (refer 3rd pic) that seemed like a MUCH better option than anything else because I just could not continue working with such a difficult nail tech.But even these nails were super thick and bumpy (refer last pic), that shows it was done hurriedly and unprofessionally.The place is so beautiful, has a lot of customers, but it is truly TRULY sad that professionalism and attitude is not looked upon when it comes to certain staff. That really spoiled the whole experience for me.The 2 stars are for my okay-ish blue nails and my sisters nails (and her professional nail tech).

They just look for a way to overcharge you, firstly despite of having other technicians free she asked me to go for there expert which costed more thn normal nd i was expecting to have good nd long lasting service from them, on top for poly gel they kept higher price i paid that also expecting to have good quality but to my surprise my all nails came off in less than two weeks and for pedicure without asking me she gave it to an expert for charging me extra where she did just normal pedicure. Quality is soo bad and basic nd they charge you unnecessarily extra.

I am really happy with the results from my nails with Balnur an Zhaina. They really take care that your nails looking good and are made correctly and strong. I really recommend those two.And I really need to say that I am always more than happy with my pedicure from Nadya - I am only going to her - She is very professional and always delivers the best pedicure with taking care of every detail!!

Warning: The salon has become more materialistic, I have been a customer of the salon for a long time, but now the receptionist is not very talkative and the owner was next to her. They both spoke in a rude manner. When you come in she asks if you have an appointment and if not she says that the appointments are full and if you want the nail technician but you will pay more than the amount due under a new policy to make more money. This has happened to me several times repeatedly. They are also not honest about their prices and will use this as a way to trick you into paying more.

I wanted to bring to everyones attention my recent experience at your Al Barsha branch, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed.Despite having had consistently great service at your downtown branch, my recent visit to the Al Barsha location was far from satisfactory. The result of my nail treatment was not at all what I had expected, and I was disheartened to find that my nails were damaged as a result. Furthermore, when I requested to have the treatment corrected or removed, I was met with refusal and even asked to pay for its removal.As a loyal customer who has spoken with one of the owners about this issue, I had hoped for prompt action to address the situation. However, it appears that no action has been taken to rectify the quality of service at the Al Barsha branch.

Highly recommend the place and especially Aya, she does a beautiful job and is very detailed.

Careful they always charge extra unaware..phillipino lady at the reception very rude. For medium nails they charge xtra 39aed saying its xtra long..they chargw 5% more vat and 4aed xtra for card commission

Came for micro shading eyebrows, lips and eyeliner . I had an old permanent, and my lips were crooked, eyebrows had already faded and lost their shape, and the eyeliner remained in my memories. Master Esmina was very professional and nice person, she did her job perfectly, took into account my wishes and the specifics of my appearance. I am very pleased with the result, I recommend her to everyone who goes to permanent makeup for the first time and to those who want to correct something.

Worst Russian gel mani I’ve had :( they cut (bled) my cuticles multiple times, left the gel polish uncured, were impatient and just wanted me to get out the door. Now I’m left with weird imprints on my unshiny nails because the polish hasn’t cured. They also didn’t put the gel all the way towards the cuticle, there’s a line of empty nail leaking through- not what a Russian manicure is supposed to be like.Will probably have to go home and recure my nails in my own UV lamp, luckily I have one.The employees seem overworked and annoyed, which is sad because it shows in their work and customers are at the effect of it.Definitely never coming back.

One of the worst beauty salons in Dubai. The service is terrible, despite claiming to offer Russian style manicures and pedicures, they actually end up damaging your nails. I paid extra for a top master to do my nails, but she left the gelish wet on my nails which ended up destroying my natural nails. I had to go through months of treatment to recover from this damage. And additionally, despite having a booking with a specific time, they still make you wait.I highly recommend avoiding this salon as there are plenty of other options in Dubai that offer better service and quality for the same price!

I always go for eye extension lashes to Unique you down town and they always meet my expectations, good service, great customer care and on top of that they have great ambiance. The receptionists the Rasian lady and Ate lady they’re amazing I really appreciate and I will always come back. For those who doesn’t know they actually expanded and the place is gorgeous and the services I got yesterday was excellent it was the soft touch for me, I highly recommend this place a 1000 times. I had booked an appointment and even after booking, thry made me wait 40 minutes and even after 40 minutes the technician was not about to finish tbh it would take another 20 minutes with the speed she was working,Wasted 1 hour for this and they have zero shame ,no apologies , no regrets, this is not the way you treat customers, i had to leave after long wait without getting my nails done.

Really nice pink place , service not really good. i payed 20+dhs more for the booking and i waited almost a hour.. i payed more too because of my nails when they weren’t extra extensions.. while cutting nails they hurted my skin .. the blonde girl (cashier) really rude to costumers

The salon is cute and clean. Very good price and they did very good in both nails and lashes. friendly staffs. Will definitely come back

The lashes are actually nice and they have curly however theres alot of chatter and the tech is literally talking on top of you but rather than the ambience its professional and great for the value of money

They don’t know how to treat customer, I’m disappointed with lady Philippine reception, she just doesn’t want to listen at all.I will never ever try to come there, even though girls masters doing their work great, especially eyelashes. Shame on receptionist.

Such a pathetic place please do not visit, it is shady and very unprofessional. They cancel your appointment with telling you and then speak to you rudely. They do not pick up your call and cancel without informing you and after you reach there they just ask you to go away.
