I wanted something different After Mounir consultation the Colorists did my hair roots and highlights .You can see the result! My hair is completely damaged and all this for the modest sum of 3500 aed. They call it transformation. You can see pictures Before and after.

I would love to share my amazing experience in the M hair space, Dubai. It was out of this world. I had a team of transformers taking care of my hair and the results exceeded my expectations. Not to forget, the royal treatment from the moment I reserved my appointment till I left; it was magical. Thanks to Mr. Mounir and the wonderful team, I am whole new person now! Very much recommended!

Magical! This salon got my heart. I will be a forever client in the Mounir salon. The most professional staff; took their time to diagnose the history of my hair before even touching it. The baby blonde color was my perfect fit given my skin tone, it really suits me. I really got a lot of compliments and I definitely recommend this hair space.

The salon was recommended to me by the Emirates towers hotel concierge during my weekend stay. I went there not knowing it’s the infamous Mounair salon . The staff was very kind and welcoming. But sadly my experience and hair results were HORRIBLE !!!!I went for wash and wavy look. My hair was flat from the top and the curls barely hold even though they used and sparked my hair more than 3 times … shockingly my hair went completely flat within 1 hour and they charged me AED380 for what?I don’t recommend going there at all, especially if you have an important event or a celebration like in my case !!

Pricey and not worth the hype. I was still making sure that my hair was properly cut and the hairdresser (mike) got annoyed when i showed him the irregularities in the cut. He then tried (in 2 seconds) to get my hair length consistent and whilst i was still checking he just said thank you (to make me understand that he cant be bothered to fix my hair) and left me. I willcall consumer rights today

The worst salon ever! They just let you pay the most with the worst customer service. This is what they did to my shirt after doing my hair!!! Unprofessional! I have paid 3000 for my hair and after I told them about my shirt, they said they will refill my highlights again but They asked me to pay in full again! After playing with me for 4 months!

BIG FAT NO … I stayed from 1pm till 7:32pm for what is called “transformation” it’s nothing unique or transformational in the process but they are trying to sell it as one. I have been to most elite hairstylist and never been changed this much nor unhappy from the results.I am not saying that they round my hair but it wasn’t a pleasant experience nor outcomes, I will go for Amro’s saloon to fix it for me and never again to Munir.My hair is very short now, the color is not what I promised or asked and they spoiled the curly for me.I am contacting consumer rights today to check if these prices are approved.

Mounir Ladies Salon is one of the best Salon in dubai so far ! They are very professional in thier field , they are so friendly and efficient , and the most important you will get what you ask for , much satisfied with their service , I would highly recommend them.

I did hair color full black they washed my hair asked me if i have time that they can put a mask for me they cut the small part down of my hair then made a quick blow dry i was shocked that i have to pay 1900 AED for that what’s this OMG the prices are too much exaggerated i don’t advice you to go to this salon at all 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The worst experience ever, I went there at 2pm and came out at 11 pm and my hair, after it was healthy, started to break and break like rubber, unfortunately I lost a lot of my hair and the color was repeated again because it was not what I expected it was very light, something unbelievable, and after that I put a lot of money .

Very bad experience. You come and ask something and they suggest to do different but more pricey. Just give me what I want!!!!

Finally, I did not wait in vain. Thank you to Mounir and all the people who work with him. Frankly, my hair was better than I had imagined, even though I came to them and my hair was all broken and ruined. If I advise you in the salon, do not go without Mounir.
