Its the worst salon that i have ever been to. They caused alot of cuts and bleeding around my skin. The nail shape is not even and also the gelish nail polish its horrible. A true waste of time and money.Not to mention that they keep the door open so there is no privacy at all.

My first time at Urban Glam... I am super super happy, Nail master Nargiza🌺 was amazing, and the sexy Manager Gul so helpful and well organised...Im in love with this place

The service is very bad as well as the customer service they don’t pay attention to the nail detail and the final look of the nails is horrible i really don’t recommend it at all

Budget-friendly salon, I went there twice for Manicure, they did amazing so far. Mahrish was my nail technician this time, I could tell she tried her best to meet her clients need. I’d definitely come back again! ❤️❤️❤️

Very bad nails technicien, ,i left with many cuts ob my nails and two time I had to show that the nail is not well done and ruffly doing it not even making sure if I like it. I had to show her that is not clean in the back she had the guts to say its new it will go , how the hell is that while other salons they make sure ur nails are all clean and well done.I found it very unprofessional from eloa or I dont remember the name but the manger if they really care if customer will keep coming they need to check the attitude and the work of their employee as I went to urban glam since it was recommended from a friend Im sure there is better technician in there.

I had a terrible experience at this salon and strongly warn others to avoid them. Initially, I was told they offered a specific service I requested, only to find out later that it was not available. They pressured me into accepting the alternative service they provided, which was twice the price.The staff member I spoke to, named Joule, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I confronted her about misleading me, she lied and responded in an unacceptable manner.This place is dishonest and lacks basic customer service. I strongly advise against going there, and I am in the process of taking the necessary legal action against them.

I went to a salon to get my nails done, but they didn’t turn out nice. When I asked the lady to change the shape, she refused and kept insisting they look good, forcing her opinion on me.

Very bad service !! the nail workers are very rude and impolite and very unprofessional. Also they charge more than what’s expected, literally a scam 🤣. Would never step a foot there again or suggest it to anyone.

It used to be great, but now its not as good as it was. I went in for a manicure and mentioned that my hands are sensitive, but they ended up causing a lot of bleeding and didn’t seem to care at all.The atmosphere felt more like a home than a professional setting, with the girls shouting to one another.

I had a very bad experience here. When we came in they told me to wait 3 hours so i did then after i waited they told me they can’t give me the service i wanted because they wanted to leave and it was 10 pm when the salon closes at 12 am.

I seriously had such a horrible experience with them. I had visited for the first time as i kept seeing ads on instagram. Just to try the salon i had gone to remove my acrylic nails for a start.The lady on the counter told me to wait. I waited almost an hour and half!! And even then they didnt care at all so i ended up going to the counter twice annoyed and was about the leave which then at the end i was told someone will remove my nails it nearlyy took 10 min! And i wasted sooo much time in that salon today. It was seriously so disappointing. One of the worst salons to visit honestly i wouldnt recommend at all.

They will not answer your call. On Instagram they wrote a different price and after getting to salon its different.extremely rude receptionist. Doesnt know how to talk and has no idea of pricing.

If you are ready to catch infection welcome to this salon. After gel manicure was done and after 2 days unbelievable pain started, soo I must to take antibiotics (90 aed in pharmacy). So always think twice if you choose cheaper price, where it can bring you in the end. Eventually you will pay much more, plus health problems.

Such bad service, no one speaks English and if they do anything bad they blame it on you, their lashes burn your eyes from the glue, I did my lashes and showed them a photo of what I wanted they did the complete opposite and I told them I didn’t ask for I’m this they were like u did I was like i want to remove, the removal part was the worst thing I experienced it was painful and so unprofessional they still charged me for the lashes and the nails get removed in two weeks, They aren’t professional, the service is so bad they disrespect you, the curly haired woman on the register called me crazy for not liking my nails and not in a joking way. I don’t recommend this salon to anyone.I’m on eye medication right now because of them and their unprofessional behavior and work.

I’ve been trying to find a good saloon and of course a good technician who knows how to do nails in Dubai. Through recommendation I went to Urban Glam, and a girl called Gulnar did my manicure. She is professional lady that knows how to do nails very nice. I always come to her, as she is the best ❤️

I just went there.. the manager she told me you need 40 mins to wait… I told her fine ill wait… then i’ve been waiting for 2 hrs for my turn… then one of the staff she made the pedicure very bad… i just told her i don’t like them you make them very short please do anything to make them better at least she didn’t replyy & she didn’t listen to me…& Im informing the manager what happened with me.. so she turned her head and she left to other customers! Unprofessional salon with extremely inappropriate customer service.

From the day that they have done my nails to second day all my nail polish started came out, first time happened, what kinda nail polish you guys are using ? The cheapest one i guess and very poor quality cuz even tho what ever i use at home more quality than what u guys applied to my nails, i am not blaming the nail technician, my extensions didnt get broke yet, i assume that they provide to their customer most cheapest or most poor quality products, otherwise how even from next day a nail polish start to came out like that, i show them on instagram and they left me on seen lol, atleast you should care to give some fake answer like oh sorry madam come pls we will fix that nail etc or something, trust me i wouldnt come all the way but just to hear it would maybe stop me to leave here a realistic facts rewiew, anywayyy management of saloon start to take action if u dont mind yani look at those reviews seems like none of you care about that saloon or atleast for god sake care about a bit to your staff quality products and the material which is they are using for customers, byee never again

I did lashes last week and it almost fell off with in few days . Waste of money and the technique were in hurry while doing my lashes infact she putted glu wrongly which bothered my eyes and I ended up having red eyes.It’s Terrible and Traumatized.

The girls here are the nicest, they’re so good at what they do! I always go to Aya for my nails and Sulia for my eyelash extensions, they know exactly what I want and perfect it. However, all the girls are amazing !! Must visit for great services at an affordable price

Very bad service and very long waiting time. The lady who did my pedicure she didn’t even wash or sanitise my feet before applying the colour and the shape is not nice she was on a hurry to finish so she can take another customer. I waited 1.5 hour to do my feet then i waited another half an hour for my hands. I don’t recommend at all

This is one of the worst nail salon I have ever visited.No one could speak properly with you. Just brainless people working with their brains kept asideOne of the girls did my nail extensions which could hardly see the dawn of the day! All gel nail polish chipped like a wall putty. Also when u went back to redo it again I was charged the same amount, they are only there to earn money nothing else!! They are after meeting their targets than to do their job with integrity. I have visited this place like one year ago and wasn’t satisfied, since my friend wanted to host again I tried and it went the same way as last year, the customer service never changed, the lady who was hostess was extremely careless and kinda arrogant, my nails gone after few days 🙃🙂

- they only accept Cash & they dont inform you while booking an appointment.- appointment was not punctual At All. After waiting for almost 45mins i was shocked to know that one of the technicians was getting her own nails done while i was waiting for my turn.-once i walked in, NO ONE approached me asking when is my appointment? With whom is my appointment and why am i here. After waiting about 15mins, one of the girls approached.-besides the girls have poor English. You barely communicate.-i had a Gel manicure. And i kept on getting the same comment «  why are your gels so thick? »

This is my absolute favorite place to get a manicure and pedicure! The staff is very attentive. I left an AirPod and they kept it safe for me. I can tell they love their clients!

This was the worst salon I have ever been to. Right from the receptionist, whom was very rude and had an ugly attitude. I called this salon in advance and they told me to come for an appointment. I show up and was waiting over 30 minutes. I kept asking how much longer and she was giving attitude and ignoring. What a cheap salon and cheap staff…… I don’t recommend at all… that’s why their prices are so cheap

Worst salon!!! Stupid staff who doesnt know how to respect their clients. I waited for 40 minutes for my turn and thats when the told me they cannot do my nails because my nails are short and they cannot do the extensions I wanted which is not true because I got it done earlier with the same length from them. They are not willing to work and Give time and just do what is quick. After this I told them I got it done from you guys earlier to which they clearly said No we cant do it and asked me to leave as the other clients are waiting and they didnt want to waste their time with me any further. As i see, i am one of the many complaining about the receiopnist here. She is a very rude & arrogant person.But lets start from the beginning : i entered the salon & got confused if i am in salon or a bar : a very loud music & a client smoking electric cigarette. I asked the girl who came to me if there is a possibility to do something about it, as i could not hear what she was saying. Thanks God they put the music down, but i could understand they were not happy about it...... The girl who made my lashes acually was nice & polite, no complains about her, the same with the girl who dd my eye brows. When i went to pay, the same receptionist asked me how it was & i said that the first impression was not great.. She did not even listen what i wanted to say next & ADVISED ME TO GO TO MY AREA TO THE LUXURY SALONS & HAVE MY SERVICES THERE....Well, after this, 100% i will not go there ever again. I am just wondered if the owners are reading all those reviews....

Services in this salon is a joke. It took 2hrs to finally get my lashes done. The receptionist couldnt care less about clients and the lashes started falling off on the 2nd day and none were left by day 5.The services are cheap, but in this case cheap is expensive.

I visited this salon first time and wasn’t satisfied with quality of their products.I made eyelashes and on the same night got eye irritation , though it wasn’t my first experience. I went to them as my master left the country and my colleague recommended this salon to me. Their prices were suspicious cheap but since my colleague said they are doing good, I decided to go. Lashes started falling from day 1 and next day I went back to salon to remove them. It’s third day since I removed eyelashes , but still my eyes are itching and irritated.Well, what to say, their prices are saying about their quality- cheap price, cheap quality.About customer service can’t complain as they were polite and apologized that it happened to me and returned half of my money😜

I liked the service a lot. Manager Gul was responsible and organisation level is good. Despite the fact I came late, she tried to help me by asking another nail artist to take care of my nails. I am satisfied. Highly recommend .

Their customer service needs to be improved, i wait for almost 2 hours to get my lashes done then your employee doesn’t understand English I ask for something she does something else wasted another 1 hour an half putting something I did not ask for then another hour removing it and the product she applied hurt my eyes a lot and I wake up today with my eye red hurting me and the glue is still on my lashes not talking about the fact that she removed my natural eyelashes with the fake ones! Awful experience

I rarely give reviews, but this one got me so bad that I can’t hold how I feel.I’m a regular customer who drives more than 30KM to this salon and all my visits has always been okay. I even introduced this place to my friends who are now regular customers.However, today’s visit was the worst, adding the fact that I came with my Mum to have her lashes and mine done, I came in at around 8pm and asked whether it’s possible to do lash extension for two people (Me and my Tourist Mum) the front office attendant said Yes it’s possible, that we should wait for 1 hr, me and my mum waited… waited..waited till 10pm!!!! And finally, the front office attendant said, “we can only do it for one person “How!!! You keep me waiting for more than 1 hr, and no apologies or remorse whatsoeverThis was embarrassing, disappointing and disrespectful. I don’t think I will ever come back again.Piece of advice, if you know you can’t hold more customers from a specific time, Please don’t ask them to stay and wait, waste their time with zero acknowledgment. Second, train your team to have proper time conscious, specific timing for each customers to avoid delays and imbalances.This was a waste of time 😔😔

You get what u pay for lol. All the nail ladies are in such a rush, they really dont even bother. Some ladies are good, depends which lady you get. Lip and eyebrows microshading are really nice though. But dont do your nails here if you want QUALITY.

UV lamp is forever dirty and never cleaned inbetween customers. The lady at the front reception has very unfriendly and bad attitude. Seems like she’s only interested in taking cash payments and doing nothing else. No eye contact, no manners, no friendliness and bad demeanour. No respect given to paying customers. The nail technicians take long breaks without communicating with customers and chatting constantly between each other in their language, this salon is not for relaxing, seems very chaotic and bad energy

Honesty the salon is amazing! I went there for lashes and they did an excellent job. Only disadvantage is the fact that I had to wait but hey time is money so if u wanna save time pay 29aed for an appointment.I hope they don’t change their prices cuz honestly they did a great job. Keep it up!

I went to the salon for the second time and I got so disappointed for the lashes extensions ; I explained exactly what I wanted : long and wet lashes and at the end I got something short, not wet and literally INVISIBLE!! Workers cant speak English, therefore communicating is a bit stressful. If the receptionist understands English, then she acts as an intermediary.Its very affordable and the nails are great, cant say about lashes because everything fell out right from the first day I did it.One more thing, dont go there if your nails are extremely short, they cant fix such nails.Please I have to go on 1 star now because the nails are not affordable anymore and the workers try as much as possible to raise the bill by charging exorbitantly and calling it extracharges. The charge is so high for any form of design now. They also hardly have gel, but only extensions that dont last long on all forms of nails, and charge extra for that. Please dont even get me on the tips extension. They will charge on medium and full length separately who does that? yet it doesnt last for 10 days.I finally stopped going to them.

I went to do nails extensions first time. The nails fail down after 1 week. I was traveling so I didnt say anything about it. I try to give second chance and I went there again. Next days my nails are gone. I sent message on WhatsApp and Instagram and still they dont give answer back.

Its the worst salon with no ethics and good manners. The person who governs is very rude and no appointment scheme or first come first serve. She will choose the client as per her wish and we will have to wait for hours. Very rude behavior from staffs and no respect for customers.

I went to get a pedicure and the lady filed my previous nails with a drill and it hurt very badly and when i told her my pain she kept going. I then saw her cut my toe nail diagonally and it was literally sideways. I told her to fix it and she said she can’t do anything about it. Then when she was cutting my cuticles, most of my toes started bleeding and hurt me until today and i got them done 2 days ago.

I had to wait for 1 hour because it was full, but im happy i did it because i loved the nails, super beautiful and super profesional. More than recomended. 150%

Worst experience ever, the technician Jancaia started doing my nails and she over filed the sides and changed the shape, I just told her that I dont want to file the sides the Language is a problem then she started shouting In Russian super rudely and left me yelling at me and they told me no technician available and I had to leave with one hand with my old Color removed and no shap, worst experience, worst place, worst service , they dont know anything about treating clients politely or being respectful at all.

The only reason I come here is for it’s location and pricing but I constantly leave disappointed.On three separate occasions, I have been informed that I was next in line, only to have the salon staff suddenly remember another customer who was supposed to go before me. What bothers me is this only seems to happen to me and my fellow black friends. Who are usually the only black customers in the salon. We have wasted more than enough time and money.The salon offers poor service and lacks professionalism and suggests the possibility of racial discrimination.

Rating: 0 StarsI recently visited Urbanglam Salon for multiple services, but I ended up only getting a Gel manicure, Gel pedicure, and Lip Blush. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing due to the receptionist, who I believe is the owner. She displayed discriminatory behavior towards Asian, African, and Arabic people, which I personally witnessed. Her manners were quite poor, and she seemed very unprofessional.I raised a complaint about my manicure as it wasnt done well, but when I messaged them on Instagram, they didnt even bother to apologize despite clear evidence of the poor quality, which I attached in the screenshots.If you are of a different nationality, think twice or thrice before visiting, as you might face mistreatment. The receptionist offers tea and coffee exclusively to Russians or influencers, which is unfair. She should understand that this is the UAE, not her own country, and treat all customers with respect and equality. Many have complained about her behavior, and its evident that her conduct is unacceptable.

Ive done 2 times eyelashes with Dana. Like her work big time . The atmosphere is good , the place is neat ( quite new salon). Recommended

Very very bad experience and never come back again, even I will not recommend to my friends. First of all waiting for long time and more than 2 hours then decided to do facial since the staff approached me first and saying there is promotion for 50Dhs for cleanser but they charged me extra 30dhs for something which I don’t know. Secondly I did nails treatment and my fingers got hurt and not only one or two fingers btw, and the design which I want they did not do it as per my instructions since the staff said I know wht u want, at the end I got kindergarten design which is totally nonsense and feel like want to rid of from my nails, for that they charged me again. SO BEFORE DOING ANY TREATMENT MAKE SURE to check the payment first or better not to go, since there were thousand beauty parlors in Dubai which give you better treatment and good price.

I don’t like at all yesterday They let me wait 30 minutes after they said no we can’t do it because we don’t have products , they don’t want to work one she see my nails and she go to smoke and another one she see also she go outside they are setting not busy and me I’m waiting,when I asked them they are talking with themes language after they said we don’t have products,they don’t want to work don’t let me wait after you say no products ,they are lied there’s products but they don’t want to work and they spend my time very bad service the staff no have respect or education you have to know haw you respect the client after work in salon

I have gone to this salon a couple of times , not the best salon or service but it was close and convenient to where I work. I got a lady that was new and she was terrible at doing lashes ! She took two hours to do the lashes and glued my eyelids together ! The lashes were uneven and not what I told her I wanted, Terrible ! The lashes started falling off same day and by day three I had 5 lashes remaining on one eyelid . I went back to the salon to show them and to get another lady to redo them , the receptionist blamed the AC for lashes falling off ??!!! I’m sorry but what ? There is zero organization in this salon, they don’t know who booked what it’s just a mess! Zero costumer service skills at this salon and terrible job this time!

Urban glam is the best high quality saloon.I like the warm atmosphere.The girls are all experienced and it can be seen in their work technique.The administrator Gulya very nice and kind everything goes smoothly with her guidance.Thank you and keep it up.

I recently got a manicure in this salon and want to share my experience. firstly, the atmosphere and unprofessional attitude of the workers there shocked me. complete unsanitary conditions. I was getting a manicure and their employee didnt even disinfect her work space after the previous client. during the procedure, I was badly injured and now I have a fester on my finger, I was not guaranteed that the instruments were clean and new !!!! One of the manicurists actually slept on the couch!!!!! terrible salon, terrible service!

The worst lashes i had, and there is one girl there was talking to an employee in the salon telling her you are not smart, you aare not professional, you dont understand... first if there is any issue they should not fix next to customers this is not customer service , second she cannot talk to her in this way . third i arrived 10:00 am from 10 till 1 im doing lashes only !!! and second day i removed in another salonn !! its the last time i will visit this place as well all my friends !

Worse experience ever in any salon in dubai I should have known as soon I saw people coming back claiming either the lashes fell off or nail was not fixed properly..I had spent the day there did my lashes my pedicure but the time for manicure everything went wrong yes I was charged even when I didn’t get the service for it I just wanted my nail’s slight longer than what she had started fixing but she said she can’t I didn’t want to argue so I just paid and left ..it’s better to go an expensive salon than cheaper one . I just got out of the salon and I must say this was the best service Ive received in UAE.As a cabin crew, my nails tend to get easily damaged especially with bad nail manicure and the one I received here was sincerely the BEST and the CHEAPEST ! I got a great set of lashes, an amazing microshading that looks so natural and great pedicure ! The staff was so nice and patient with all my requests and even offered tea every time ! I love this place and will definitely come back !

The most unprofessional and rude receptionist, after contacting her on WhatsApp and confirmation that they accept walk-in I went to the salon and i was informed to wait 1 hour, and after I’ve waited 1.30 hours, however, she told me another lady will take my turn because i was complaining of the long wait, i wasted my time with this unprofessional place and bec of the bad attitude and worst customer service i ever seen in Dubai, i left the place without getting any service done, 2 hours of nonsense waiting only.

The worst experience i have ever had in dubai!! I wonder how these kind of businesses still running! Unprofessional receptionist that will tell you 45 mins waiting time and ends up waiting for 3 hours!! And then when i told them i will write a bad review the manager just tells me that you can leave!!! What an attitude she has! I didnt hear a word of apologising! Ladies dont waste your time and energy in this salon not worth it at all ! There are a lot of other salons that has 100 derhams offer for any services.

I went to Urban Glam Salon to do my nails, lashes, hair and alot of things.I DID NOTHING because i got bullied by the Ladies working their and their manger in a very rude way because my nails were small so they said oh maam your nails qre so short and small with disgust!! And the manger kept taking me to literally literallyyyyy every lady working their to confins her to do it for me and told me please wait for seconds and the second became hours! From 1:40 to 5:00 PM Im waiting after i got bullied by them! So i left.Sorry dears its not the first time to do my nails its just you are not qualified enough to know how to do my nails type and you are not professional either to know how to handle a client and tell her that you are not qualified enough in a proper way.Not only this; my friend was with me to do her lashes and asked the lady to do it in a specific way and she failed to do it as my friend asked and when my friend complained in a very nice way she told her in the same exact words what can i do, i cannot remove it!I will never recommend you to any of my friends and i dont recommend this salon ladies.

I have used the first time nails and facial, first the lady who’s making the facial didn’t clean my face and I told her I could see and remove my pimples with hand she had attitude and I was scared to do the service again, the second time I came and there was a Turkish speaker lady who removed my nails with the gel till today they hurt me to use warm water and I can’t apply anything on them as she did literally removed my nails, last the eyelashes which was the same lady plus her heart she did a nice job but the material was so hard on me and it painful. I don’t recommend it to anyone even with there good prices.

Really, there is no respect for the customer on the one hand. Some girls made eyelashes, and on the other hand, these are the two who live in the place. The first time, I saw a girl telling me not to come here again to do eyelashes because my staff did not want you because I told the girl to provide me with eyelashes. There are missing eyelashes???? And you say this in front of the other customers and repeat the words five times that please dont come here again it this salon or street i make by my money not free or your money

Today I got my nails done finished the service the lady who did my nails was very sweet and I didn’t know that it’s cash only all salons all over Dubai take Apple Pay or card so I asked where’s the nearest atm I said okay I’ll go get the cash and come back I even left my jacked so it shows I’m coming back I felt like I was treated like a criminal and had one of the employees come with me, the receptionist was rude and I asked if they can paint under my nail so my nail doesn’t show and she said “no we can’t do that”the receptionist, I have been to many salons in Dubai and they do it so I don’t understand and I don’t recommend that anyone goes there because of the receptionist being rude and treated me as if I’m gonna run a way with what 120 AED seriously!!! I was upset but I just finished and left, I would recommend u change ur receptionist because her way of treating people is rude. I even called a head of time to ask do they take bookings she said u can just come she never mentioned anything about paying in cash.

Although it’s ladies salon but they have men hairdresser who sits inside along women’s and their main entrance door is always kept open. Didn’t understand the logic.I and my daughter went to do nails which was ok . My husband came to give me cash he didn’t even enter the parlour the owner Russian lady spoke rudely to him saying you cannot see inside . Well if you don’t want then close the door and mention outside “no men allowed “.Later when I was paying a men entered and went straight inside near his wife and mother. When questioned the owner how she allowed him , she had no answer and spoke lie that he is come to sell something. Seriously inside parlour .Treat your customers well and keep strict rules for everyone .

Youre charging 30 aed for appointment but when I came your receptionist told me she already gave my slot to someone else. Wth?P.s. where did I say you charged me money? Im saying you charge extra for booking. Theres nowhere mentioned that your costumer cant be late you didnt even bother yourself to call and ask if Im coming or not. So please be professional and dont blame your customers for your awful service.

First time i visited the salon i waited 2 hours although i have appointmentSecond time i went i was surprised with the price since not everything is 100 as it is mentioned.Lip blush is not as what they are saying and uploading photos.You need to always remind them with your services and what time you will start .

They advertise themself as “all services 100”. Yeah if you also add 5% vat and they also charge you extra for making an appointment and won’t tell you about the extra charge until the end of the appointment. Would mot recommend for the final price.

I did eyebrow lamination, eyelash lamination and eyebrow threading. The eyebrow threading was horrible the lady literally ruined my eyebrow shape and my eyebrows look very different one is up one is down. The eyelash lamination was good for 3,4days, but I loved the eyebrow lamination it’s so worth it!

This is my first time doing my lashes and last time, dont recommend at all.

I do not recommend this salon.I came for a pedicure.The girl called IRA took good care of me at the time. But the next day, I have the varnish on a nail that is gone so I go back to have her do it again.There were a lot of people, I waited more than an hour and there was still a wait. It was just a nail to redo. I couldnt wait any longer so I asked the manager (blonde) if IRA will be there Friday morning for me to come back. She replied yes, come back she will be there.So I come back on Friday and IRA was not there. And a lady at the reception (brunette) tells me no problem another girl will make up for the error. I say okay. the other girl does not do the feet but the hands so did not even know how to do it. she did not make me the same color I was not happy.On leaving, the lady at the reception stops me to pay. I asked him why because I came back to make up for a mistake. She tells me if you would have gone with IRA it was good but there it is another girl so you have to pay. I was furious as I asked if IRA was there on Friday so if shes not there its not my fault and Im not going to pay for a mistake on their part.It is not in relation to the money but in principle. She spoke to me very badly when she asked me to leave. Im really disappointed.Basically I was happy with the work of IRA and the errors exist it does not matter. But the behavior of the brunette lady at the reception is unacceptable.We respect customers especially when we make mistakes we assume. unfortunately because of her I would not return.The worst part is the nail the other girl did to me is now broken.I want to cry.

In 2 years in Dubai this place has the worst customer service I have ever known, the receptionist is DISGUSTING IN HER CUSTOMER TREATMENT (I dont know if she is the owner, but if it were me I would fire her because it could very well ruin the business), you enter They say one price and when you leave it is another and if you complain, you are the bad one. extra charges even for smile removal, length, design, etc etc. They dont even speak English well so they end up doing whatever they want to you.
