Had a great experience! The staff is very polite and friendly. The service was quick and efficient. I got my makeup and hairstyle done for a special event. Hairstyle remained as it was done all through the night. Rabia did a great job at makeup. She made sure the lipstick shade was exactly what I wanted. Kajal makes my eyes watery but her expertise did not make me teary. However the only downside was the makeup base. My foundation looked cakey by the end of the event.

I went on this salon based in mankool its one of the best around and the staff is so friendly specially Mr Ravi who did my work is amazing guy and he know what he is doing i did haircut ,beard and hydra facial . Highly recommended 👍🏻

I love love love Elias!!! Believe me or not but I have never been to a hairdresser before because my mom always cuts my hair. For my honeymoon we went to Dubai and that’s is why i completely pampered myself. I initially went in for just a wash and blow dry. But…. The second time i cut it and the third time he curled my hair. YES! I went back three times on holiday haha. I can absolutely recommend this place. They are clean, nice, on time and just great! Thankyou again Elias, hope i will see you next year in Sha Allah.

I recently visited urban Glow beauty saloon,Rabia did facial for me....I really liked her patience and the service she did...my friend who came along with me done pedicure in which they didnt assign a professional to handle the process.... my friend told that it was sooo painful that he couldnt bear it.....after which they changed an other lady to do pedicure for him..

Been getting my haircut and beard trim from Jassi and he has done a fabulous job every single time! Highly recommend and must visit!

Most worst service I have had in any saloon.First off all if the rates in the menu is printed wrong then get it corrected. If you can’t give a good package to a new customer you will never retain that customer. I did dry scalp treatment which in your menu is 110 and they charged me 150 stating in menu the print is wrong and we used extra oil or something, which i didn’t asked for. Moreover I requested for charcoal peel service which stated in you menu 55 and the person during billing stated other service which he stated these all come under charcoal service but I asked for charcoal peel off. So if you really wanna upsell the product do it in a right way and offer a good package so the customer is also satisfied, don’t just try to make money by wrong upselling the product, that customer will never come back. My sister who was with me, who really did more think and with better package rate at same place and really feel so bad. Get your menu updated with proper rates and specify what product you are using and what is the charges correctly.

I got done keratin treatment and today was my head wash and mask I saw she was putting water into mask or shampoo bottle. I don’t know why they do such things. Head massage was not good .

I had recently visitied them for gel nail paint application. First of all they did not have much collection of nail paints (very limited colors)and secondly, the nail paint came off very soon in just 3 days.Whereas in other places I have done, it stays for 1-2 months until the nails grow out. This looks like normal nail paint.Not recommend for gel nail paint application at least.

I recently visited Urban Glow Salon at Mankool, and I must say I am quite disappointed with the experience. I specifically requested a noticeable change in my hair color, opting for a global color in chocolate shades. Despite my clear instructions, my hair turned out to be the same shade as before. My hair was never jet black, yet the salon staff insisted that the outcome was blonde. They clearly need to distinguish between blonde, light brown, and black shades.The staff struggled to understand my requirements, and I felt like I had to put in a lot of effort to explain what I wanted. It felt like I was doing their job. The lack of professional hairdressers who understand clients needs is evident. I do not recommend Urban Glow Salon at all. They need to seriously improve their skills and customer service. Big no to Urban Glow Salon.
