Vanity Box Beauty Salon .

I went for underarm waxing and the lady insisted on using cold silicon wax saying it was for sensitive areas even after I said I wanted to use the hot wax and strips. She did not let it cool down before pulling and ended up burning my underarms. Extremely painful experience. Even during leg and arm waxing, I ended up telling her what direction to put the wax and how to pull it. She also left the door slightly open while working on me and ladies were walking in and out during her waxing too. However, the eye brow threading was good, very quick and clean process.

Very bad experience. They said the pedicure including scrubbing & cleaning the feet but they just cleaned the nails and applied nail polish. That’s it. No scrubbing nothing. They are very tricky and not good approach also

It was the most harrowing experience ..I went for pacakage and the lady on counter shared I could avail 5 services and she fooled me by just doing simple pedicure and stating she did pedicure and foot spa which becomes 2 service. My nails have been damaged and Im on medication as there is pain due to deep cut in nail bed and I cant wear shoes. The parlor should be inspected by local authorities for such unpleasant services unhygenic place for customers and charging them high. They kept a small stool and kept the door open as they did not want to turn on the AC ..which is crossing the customer privacy even though I told them to open AC they opened for 5 mins and then again opened the door.Honestly nobody ever should step into that parlor. The owners are not bothered to monitor what is actually happening and the painful experience we face in hands of their employees.

The quality of service was terrible. Yesterday, I got my manicure from this salon, and it was horrible. I almost broke my nails and the lady did a bad job shaping them as well. After applying nail polish, it started chipping within 10 minutes. Even when asked, she did not reapply also very badly behaved.

Great service, friendly staff and good discounts! Been goin to this salon for the past 4 years and it feels like home. Have been recommending this to friends as well. Luz who does waxing is good and friendly. They have been taking care of my hair for the past years as well; coloring, lights and keratin. They also had a good nail tech before, Liezl. I used to come every month but stopped recently coz I moved houses, unfortunately it is far from the salon. But still recommend it to anyone in the Burjuman area. ✔

Very nice Salon. Very friendly staff and Excellent services. I went in for the homecoming package and it was relaxing and i feel recharged and refreshed. I highly recommend to everyone. Very reasonable prices especially for the service you recieve. I was treated by Cherry ( i think thats her name) She was very friendly and gave me an excellent massage, facial and full body scrub!If you are in Dubai on vacation ITS A MUST! If i lived here id go every month!

The people are friendly and they helped me with waxing and threading. I hardly had any pain while getting my services done and the fruit wax used was good. Just a lil disappointed with the interiors. Need to maintain better environment. It looked like 90s salon.

I recommend this salon especially if you want a good value and excellent services. I have long and thick hair which normally quoted me so pricely, but Michelle of Vanity Box Beauty Salon gave me a reasonable price which I am very satisfied with the result.

My hair was totally damaged, I cant believe for the output of my hair rebonding and its bit costly as compare to other salon but its really annoying

The worst service Ive ever had, the glue of eyelash extension all sticked together, the price is cheap also skill, not professional at all, will never come here again, gonna tell all my friends not to come. Wrong choice!!!

Worst beauty salon ever.The employees seemed to be very friendly.But they ruined my hair.They are so tricky and selfish.They would say whatever to get maximum money from you.They colored my hair and finally i ended up looking like an old age lady.They act as if they are the experts.The workers over there are chinkies.They would make over you as one of them.so you come out with a chinki hair.worst looking ever.

I had a hair keratin treatment in this salon and it was the WORST EVER Ive had so far, didnt last even a week..

The staff is very noisy. Except for a couple of older staff, the rest do not care much about taking the business forward.
