I went for root touch up but the hair specialist at salon suggested to get my hair color refreshed for a new look.And thank go she did. I’m so happy with the results.I will definitely recommend to use their services.I recently got my hair color changed from Aman at Venus valley.I loved the color. She is amazing at her work. She is one of the best hair specialists I’ve seen since I’ve started getting my hair colored.Highly recommend her and the salon .

I was planning to do Keratin however, Ashwini suggested me to do Protein to my hair and Anchal did the whole process wherein I was a bit worried initially but it turned out to be really good👍, Thanks Anchal and Ashwini ❤️

I visited Venus Beauty Salon for a hair treatment. The staff were fine, but the process took six hours instead of the promised three. Additionally, they initially agreed on a price for the service, but after it was completed, they changed their stance and behaved poorly in front of other customers. I won’t be returning, as the owner treated me disrespectfully and made derogatory comments. This experience has made me question the integrity of the salon, as they don’t honor their agreements and their attitude changed after the service.

This a saloon I keep going back to even after shifting out of Karama, Ms Ashwini has been so good with my hair. I had hair spa last weekend and I left the saloon with soft bouncy hair. Keep up the good work!

I just cut my hair last week, please dont waste your hair. Literally I m crying now. I was growing my hair for last 2 years for a good hair cut and I have a very good volume and I checked this salon and their reviews was good but experience is very bad. She cut my hair in 7 min not even placed any clips just she cut like without any proper method i went afternoon maybe they where sleepy and not interested to put much effort. Now my hair is looking poor lean tail. How effort I have to take now to bring my hair back and to go some real hair stylist. 80AED is simply waste.

This place is Amazing!!ASHWINI did the cutting and styling for my hair. She is amazing. She asked me what I want and suggested me good ideas to enhance my hairstyle. Ill come back again for my hair cut. I always go to them for haircuts or hairspa. Aswini is a nice haircut. And she knows my taste. So I gave 3 ⭐️ . But this time when I went she wasn’t there and the lady in Venusvalley called someone else instead of Aswini even though she knows I am Aswini client. She claims the person coming will cut more nicely. Now I am mad seeing my hair on mirror. I have only option to fix is boy cut. Looks like mouse ate my hair. Even I went to fix but the lady couldn’t fix because if she try to fix it becomes boy cut 😡…

This is my 2nd review, me being a regular customer to this parlour for 2.5 years now. I recently tried hydra facial, amazing therapy by Ms.Babitha, she handled carefully. Had an instant glow on the 1st session and waiting to update my results post upcoming sessions.

Ms.Ashwini had attended me... while whole process all she was not at all friendly....Infact all the three girl i that saloon was not at all friendly I think they prefer there mother tongue clients only.....Extremely UNHAPPY WILL NEVER VISIT... they didnt ask the client for water as well I was there for 2 hours..... never recommend.....

I went for a simple haircut due to hairfall, so that I can manage my hair better. I went here 2nd time with my friend did waxing for hands but my experience turned out to be disappointing. Here are some pictures of my hands after doing waxing from here .. their staff didn’t take care of my sensitive skin despite of telling and reminding them again and again that I have a sensitive skin.. this marks are now turned into to dark patches on my hand it looks like a burnt skin patch . Finally I had to visit a dermat to recover my original skin tone on the hands

I visited Venus Valley Salon today to get my hair coloring done. I was assisted by Huma. I personally had a great experience with her. I feel she was wonderful and cooperative!She ensured she gives me the right advice for the kind of coloring I have to opt for based on my complexion and hair quality and thickness.I am so glad to have got my coloring done from her and shall recommend all of you, to visit her salon if you want to get anything done since all the staff members are quite friendly and make you feel at home.

I just had a good experience with Venus Valley. I had keratin treatment as I was facing much hair loss and my hair was frizzy to the core and damaged. After the treatment its good my hair is so smooth. Hair loss also reduced. I highly recommend this parlour because their service is too nice. They also have friendly and kind staffs. Recently visited this salon based on the positive reviews I saw online, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. It became evident to me that the salon had been posting fake positive reviews to promote their business. The actual service they provided was of very poor quality. The staff was unprofessional and untrained, and the service was far below my expectations. I was disappointed with the results of the service, and it was evident that the staff lacked the necessary skills and expertise to provide quality services.

This was my first visit to Venus Valley Beauty Salon in Karama. I was referred by on of my friend who travels all the way from Sharjah to avail service from Venus Valley Beauty Salon. It was good experience and the service provided by the staff was very good and friendly. I was attended by Ms. Fatima and Ms. Supriya, both were very good and helping each other to get the work done better and faster. Thank you Venus Valley Beauty Salon for giving such a great experience.

Overall the service was very good. Actually I can feel the difference on my face after clean up.Cheers to the good service !The only thing is that they should use good branded hair shampoo. I saw they were using some unknown local unbranded which was very disappointing

This review is for Huma & Fatima, who works in Venus valley as hairdresser.My wife went there as her last resort with her hair so frizzed and dry, thought no one could help her make it feel and look better but she was wrong. She went for a keratin treatment and Huma & Fatima recommended the GK treatment for hair.She never felt better about her hair, it looks and feels exactly the way she wanted. They did a fabulous job and they recommended aftercare to maintain her hair.An impressive experience all together and would 100% recommended Venus valley.

I had good experience with venus especially when i had bad acne issue and mentally i was down but one of their staff MS. SIJI gave full support and offer one package for acne . not fully changed but the result was good . she is wonderful in her work.

I booked an appointment here as I had to go to Karama for some other work. Booking an appointment was as easy as making a call to the no. mentioned here. The staff then sent me all details and location map via watsapp.The saloon looked tidy but they did not have any disposable clothing for use during waxing, which was something I couldn’t wrap my head around especially with the Covid situation.I did waxing and mani-pedi which was ok but not as comforting as other salons I have been too. The staff were very busy talking with each other.P.S.: Did not take any pics.
