Absolutely loved my time at Versailles Spa & Salon at the Aloft Al Mina Hotel - Bur Dubai, Dubai! The massage and gelish manicure I received were top-notch. The kindness of the staff and the stunning ambience made the experience even more special. A must-visit for an amazing pampering session.

First off Kimberly was amazing assisting our group schedule 5 separate massages on our last day in Dubai! I had a 2 hour massage with Rita and it was fantastic! Thank you so much for such a great experience! Look forward to visiting again in the future!

I absolutely loved Ratni and the balinese massage she provided. Her hands are amazing and would definitely recommend to anyone. I feel like a newborn after the massage. Felt taken care of from the very beginning until the end. Thank you so much!

Had an amazing afternoon today! I got a massage, scrub and haircut. Srijana was amazing and very professional. And Kimberly really took care of me with my hair, she was very informative and suggested a lot of routines for my hair! Very friendly staff, will definitely visit again

Worst experience ever . Never go to them , took Groupon voucher for 500aed but when went there they were asking more money . On phone their staff said something else but they try to rip off customer . Manager was not at all helpful , in uk a situation like this they see if it’s their fault they compensate but manager was willing to have a bad review but not to listen to customer and provide service . Lady initially told me 346 AED for express facial and 60 min massage but in person were asking another 250 AED. Highly not recommended

I tried the deep tissue massage and this was super. I walked in with strong pain and muscles tension and the therapist did the best to release the pain.I relaxed and felt better. The served tea was so good.The place maintained so well and all your needs available.Advance booking is recommended.Free car parking available.I will visit again.

Honestly one of the most peaceful and professional spa and salon in Dubai. I experienced the hair cut + blow dry then mani pedi all of the services were really really well done with well trained staff. They also have free underground parking which is rare to find in Dubai!

Phenomenal service from the hair stylist and lash technician. Super pleased with my results - it was a timely and professional service and the salon/spa itself is clean, peaceful and stylish! I got classic lashes with extra volume.

I went with my mom for a mani and padi and I am really disappointed as the mani didn’t last for more than a day. The place is way over priced with no justification!!!Editing the post to respond to you reply. The polish only lasted for one day not two days. Yes, used entertainer voucher which I use everywhere in Dubai, yet your price was still a rip off. I asked for a refund or at least partial as the service was terrible which you refused to do and asked me to remove my review in return of a free service which I refused. They worst way to deal with your customer

I thoroughly enjoyed ur services. The facial was just amazing and out of the word experience. I rarely see any results with the facial on my skin since I have clear skin but this time it was totally different. My skin is glowing and I can see the effects. Haircut was super awesome . The hair dresser suggested me the the best and put his 100% in the haircut as well as hair color. I loved the colour . I am surely going to come again for the hair services.

Pathetic Experience, Rude owners and outright liars. A man opened the door on my wife when she was in therapy and kept peeping for a long time, the staff lied to us saying its a young girl when my wife actually heard the therapist talking to a man later.at the start the owner refused to own up to the mistake and did not apologize at all. When we escalated the matter to the hotel is when they agreed to refund our money and it took them almost a month to sort it. The manager was decent to offer us a free session but after we deleted the review on their request the owner refused to give us the free session. Very unprofessional place i would suggest not to visit this place, the masseuse are not even trained properly. many better places around in dubai dont waste your money

Reshab did an excellent job with Haircut and hair colour! Totally exceeded my expectations! I wasnt sure what I wanted to get done, he recommended something perfect for me. Very happy with the outcome.

Suzan and Khadijah are the best here, they have exceptional service. Khadijah does the best blow dry! And Suzan is amazing

Me and my partner visited here we both had a massage then I had my hair washed and blow dried and my nails done while he had a pedicure. The massages and my hair being done were out of this world. Ive always had a problem with people doing my hair because its so thick but the guy that did my hair was amazing. My nails however werent the best the lady didnt know what I was saying and left the thickening gel bumpy didnt go over with a file or anything. My partners pedicure was absolutely the guy really helped as he had broke the big nail and the guy took what he could off so it could grow again. No one in our are would do that here. Thank you for an amazing experience would definitely come back again.

Massage has always been my escape route and Versailles has the best masseuse and masseur in town. They have magic hands and really work wonders to break that stress! To top things, the variety of oil and the sense of calm it brings is just therapeutic!!! If unwinding, relaxing and feeling pampered is your agenda, then Versailles is the ‘best’ answer you can find out there. Being treated like a Royal is a bonus 😇. 5 stars for this superstar.

Done my hair with Reshab, he was amazing. The head massage was soooo good, I almost felt asleep, the cut he has recommended and done was better than what I have imagined. I really recommend this place.

The worst place I have ever visited. I have done hair smoothening and within 2 days the effect of the treatment was gone. When I contacted them they told me to come again but when I booked the spot they told like they cant do anything on that since the management is not responsible and need to pay extraAED 600. So dont get cheated going there.

My wife took hair treatment and hair cut from here. Hair cut was a disaster. We made clear and show the photo how we want a hair cut. It was huge mistake to take hair cut and treatment from there. And the hair treatment not even stayed till 1st wash. Such a terrible money waste.
