Today I got a manicure and pedicure. They cut 3 fingers on my hands. Two on my feet.I didnt see that they sterilized the cutters. The files are not disposable.They didnt offer me tea/water.Unfortunately, I dont recommend it.

After more than a decade of doing nails from just one salon, finally found Vesna, whom I can trust to do gel nails. Love the variety of palettes, fast gel refills, long lasting gel nails without the worry of lifting (I kept mine for 6 weeks before refilling, which can be pushed to 7 or longer depends on how fast your nail grows). Masters Violeta and Ilina were very good and knew their craft! Highly recommended! 💅💛🧡💙

I’ve been client of this salon for more than 2 years and instead of making something nice to your clients, you are just overcharging. It’s not a problem for me to pay, but fooling your customers is embarrassing. I was always satisfied from the lady who’s doing eyelashes and it’s a pity that because of the unprofessionalism of some of your stuff, I will not use any of your services anymore. A lot of my friends were coming to you from my recommendations, so u lost them also.You should train your masters to make your costumers comfortable as we are the one bringing the money to your salon, instead of showing attitude each time like we owe you something .Btw, charging for refill of the nails which was done in your salon by your masters is the most stupid idea and it’s practicing only in your salon.( it’s understandable if it was another master from another salon work)Never coming again and never recommending it again!

New hairdresser Dina helped me to resolve issue with unsuccessfully coloring, and done really amazing job. Hair looked great and exactly as I wanted. I’ve done my eyelash extensions recently in Vesna and they look amazing! I don’t feel them on myself , and some nights I sleep with eyeshades on, and still they feel so comfortable. I have sensitive eyes but still wanna do my eyelashes cause they elevate my look and you instantly look pretty. I think they use very good quality product cause from day one they look and feel great, Holding great on me and I’m writing this after 2 weeks of wearing them. Well done!

I didn’t like at all. They just did the gel nails. They didn’t follow manicure and pedicure process properly. Whereas I paid for the manicure and pedicure. Also They were not soft spoken , most of them didn’t understand English . I understand language can be a barrier but their body language wasn’t good to me. It seemed harsh to me.But good point is there were one woman who did my facial , she was pretty nice to me and soft . Facial service was good but manicure pedicure was very poor!

Will never go again. My nails broke 3 times during one month, I had to go every week to fix it, at the end complained and was offer to pay again and again for same nail which broke after 3 days I fix it. If you value time and quantity, this is not your place.

End up charging me 200 for mani+pedi without polish.Questions to sterility.the manicurist opened the sterile appliances, but put them directly on her non-sterile work table.the master cut my skin, blood came out.Place looks old and dirty. Washroom has no soap. Well, lucky that sanitizer was in there.Never will come back.Can’t suggest to anyone

There is no professionalism. The salon positions itself as Ukrainian, but when I wrote to make an appointment for a manicure, pedicure, my question was answered with a question in English. Seriously? I understand that the administrator does not understand Russian, but if the salon writes that the service is Russian-language, it would be possible to work hard, use a translator - my advice to the salon.

The master (if you can call it that), not a professional, scratched all the nails, “pinched off” the cuticles like an absolute beginner in this matter! When I used the antiseptic, all my fingers burned. I had to give up the coverage and pedicure, and it’s sad because I spent my day off on this and didn’t receive the service. I don’t know the girl’s name, she didn’t introduce herself. Possibly from Uzbekistan. And the extreme point was that there was no terminal for payment; this was not indicated when booking!
