Place has great service One of the best that I have seen . The person doing the procedure have good knowledge about products and how it effects very happy with over all service level . Facials are great product is amzing on super sensitive skin like mine it’s works well for over all exp worth the money .

The lady who do waxing is VERY, VERY slow.. I waited for my appointment with her for two and a half hours.. and she still hasnt finished with the customer she was with.. knowing that the one at the reception told me to do a skin cleansing instead of waiting.. and I did my skin cleansing for an hour and a half.. and the waxing lady still hasnt finished with the customer she was with.. They should pay more attention to organizing appointments between customers, and they should hire someone who is fast and skilled in this field

I did the body treatment and it was a pleasant experience. It included the sauna, jacuzzi, body scrub, and a very nice massage at the end. They were very generous, and nice staff. My specialist was Rocel and she did take a good care of me, thank you! I ended my experience with a blow dry with Asia which was also nice. I highly recommend coming here for relaxation.

Really disappointed! Basic services, they increase the price of the service including the manicure and blow dry. I usually pay maximum 170 Durhams for my hair blow dry and straightener in all salons, yesterday, They charged me 500 and after the discount they say it is only 250 which is the basic price of long hair blow dry! My hair isn’t long though! Manicure paid same price 75 AED! Be careful and ask for price of service before doing it! Never coming again!

Ive been to thalgo once a couple of years ago with my sister. first of all the villa is amazing and feel like luxurious. staff super friendly, but other than that i did the basic facial. to be honest i felt it was not that great my skin was glowy just for a couple of hours and the specialist was super slow i felt like i wanted to leave. getting a facial done i felt like i need a specialist ( dermatoligist) this felt like a spa to me.

I did facial at villa Thalgo dubai and left with dark marks on the whole face. I went with clean and no single marks on face and now really disappointed. I am unable to go out and show my face because of marks. I have called the centre and left msg to management however no solution till now. we would need to raise official complaint to authority now because 3 days we keep calling them and no return calls.

Service is overrated. I had a pedicure and I disliked the service, they literally only clean the nails no scrub or a small massage same as other salons, leave the massage but why not add feet scrub? and I’m surprised of the price if I want to put nail polish they charge extra 40 dirhams! While other salons do it for free or max 10 dirhams!! Not only that, I called them two days ago I go to them they said the price for pedicure was 73 when I went there they said it’s 83 dirhams. I hate this type of dishonesty and unclear infos the salons always do.
