Located at Park heights 1, a beautiful, clean and neat Spa I had a full body massage here. The therapist Helen did a great job, she was courteous and made sure to make me comfortable. Highly recommend this place. They have a huge section for nails and hair too !!

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and poor service at this salon. Recently, I was charged extra without any prior notice, with the excuse that prices had changed. When I requested proof of this, no evidence was provided. Instead, they kept shifting their explanations—first claiming it was because of my hair length, then saying it was the first price increase in two years, even though I have already paid this “new price” twice before.As someone who visits the salon daily because I live in the same building, I’ve also been repeatedly pressured to buy memberships under the pretense that it helps the staff meet their targets. They are not even subtle about admitting that these memberships are for their benefit, not the client’s.The service itself is below average and absolutely does not justify the price hike. A price increase should reflect an improvement in service, which is not the case here. On top of this, the receptionist provided false information and misled me throughout the process.To make matters worse, I asked to speak with the manager, called her directly, and never received a call back. This lack of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.At this point, I no longer feel inclined to visit this salon and would not recommend it to others. It’s disappointing to see such dishonesty and lack of respect for loyal clients. I was coming every day as I live in the same tower. Luckily there is another saloon just in front of them.

Nice and clean salon and spa.Polite and friendly staff.Prices are a little bit high.They have good packages.The massage service there is very good.The only issue is that the staff in the hair department are not enough. You may have to wait till they finish a client to start with you.

The Services provided by them are superb they are really client-oriented and delivered services according to the client’s satisfaction.I have visited this salon for massage services it was all clean and well organized and the massage services they provided me was amazing. I went to Vinca Rosea Spa at Dubai Hills , it was an wholesome experience, loved the spa aesthetics, staff and services they provide. I got my body scrub and massage done in 1 hour and 45 mins and totally worth the time, it was calming and very soothing . I highly recommend 👌

I dont want to put the salon in the court to give me more headache, but I must say I went through 2 weeks of VERY had time after they make my nails. I advise everyone who would like to make manicure here bring the own equipments.PLUS the gelish color went all out. Very poor quality of material + no hygiene

Vinca Rosea Dubai Hills is so nice! Clean and has a very relaxing ambiance. Area for hair is separated from the nails & massage. Staff is very warm, knowledgeable & attentive. My therapist, Charmee did a wonderful job releasing all the aches & knots of my body. Intensive/Aromatherapy massage is at 250 AED/60 mins and 350 AED/90 mins

The best spa in Dubai hills:I tried a lot of services in this place: massage from all the therapists (Rhea and Anna-Mei are my favourite), best pedicure from Marilou, fast and very professional blow dry from Dilya. Admins are very cheerful and supportive.Salon is very clean, there’s friendly, client - oriented atmosphere and you can feel team work here. My respect to owner and your dream team🙏

The worst brow tinting ever! For my light hair the master did super-dark black. I looks like Madonna in her early career!The master who did it gave me no apology, and just disappeared! I’ve asked for Manager and she didn’t do apology also and said that master is good and working for the long time here. Terrible attitude to the people! No bare professional knowledge

Beautiful salon with lots of services to chose from. Entrance staff were very welcoming. I had a hairdresser doing my hair who wasn’t as friendly but done a fab job with my hair. I would also like to add the products they use are really good quality here.

I went to the salon yesterday to do my nails after ive spoken to the receptionist asking for the price list and based on that i chose the exact treatment and shared it via whatsapp, when i went to pay they charged me extra claiming that the prices she shared a DAY before is an old list. The receptionist is CLUELESS she didn’t even explain she called someone assuming the manager and kept repeating what she said that they applied “long lasting gel” while i asked for a classic gel treatment. I paid what i had to pay since it was a useless discussion and went out not returning back as i was ripped off!

The staff is incredible, super friendly and super professional. I had such a nice time, and will definitely come back. The place is brand new , smells amazing and looks super pretty.I came back again to try the hair treatment, and it was incredible . All natural products , my hair is super silky and soft. I’ll definitely come back

Total mess , my hair is orange looks horrible because one of the workers is too eragant to do what I asked for and it took 7 hours to ruine my hair i could do it myself without paying a thousand Durhams , I am totally disappointed the place is below average and they never stop trying to sell any useless product. I dont recommend it at all and i doubt that all the good reviews are not true .

*My daughter went today to pamper herself on her 18th birthday, she saw the high reviews and went there with high hopes.first thing she was asked if she’s married! Alright…she asked for a hair treatment and was then asked twice whether she wanted to blow dry her hair , and in both cases she clearly said no, then the hair stylist insisted after my hair treatment that she just wants to dry her hair, and guess what, she then charged her for it! Basically taking advantage of her, because she is on her own.*Do not give you options to what you want, they do what they feel like… my daughter asked for French tip nails abut the nail technician decided to go pink all the way. there were attitude issues when she asked her for two hearts to be drawn on her gelish to look identical, and they stated joking about it saying the word heart several times to make it clear they were mocking her.Totally unprofessional … they tricked my daughter into paying 600 aed taking advantage of her, never going there back again.

II come to this spa regularly and i keep giving them the benefit of the doubt as I have never had a relaxed treatment.They are constantly forcing treatments and packages on meToday was my final straw when I agreed to a trim because she wouldn’t let me relax and I’ve left with short hair.I explained I only wanted to skim the ends as I hadn’t had it trimmed not long ago in the same salon.Unfortunately she decided to take off most of it - which left me upsetRather than apologise the hairdresser ( who I regularly use ) shouted at me and said I agreed to it and it’ll grown back soonI left the salon in tears and not a single person had followed up with me or check I’m okay.I have asked the salon on numerous times if they can ask the ladies not to force the products as I am there to relax.They have lost a very loyal customer who used the salon twice a week
