VINCI Beauty Salon

Went there today (it was raining in the morning) and the way from Barsha Heights to here was very good. No traffic and no major flood or roadblocks. There were plenty of FREE parking spaces.The service is amazing - although I would comment to be careful on washing of hair especially on the ear part. The products used were not harsh and it did not leave my hair dry. I have a really black hair so some hair color brands dont have effect on mine- thankfully they achieved the highlights that I’ve wanted. They were also super fast and efficient. Thanks team!

I had the worst experience in my life !! I have never seen something like that.I sent to their Instagram account that I want to do extension with jelish manicure and they told me they have offer and I will pay 150AED .When I went to the salon, the manager started screaming and saying that is not acceptable, you need to pay 300 or more at least!She was talking to the girl that started doing my nails to put another material on my nails that is very cheap and she kept telling her to put normal manicure and not the jelish one INFRONT OF ME as if I am not there !!! Just imagine !!This is the pictures of the nails she did to me , just look at the material and how dust and anything you eat got stick to it 🤢.I said that I will complain to the owner and I hope he/she can contact me after seeing my review as I searched but I couldnt find him/herI just wanted to thank Ayam, the girl who did my nails as she was very professional and tried hard to do my nails as I wanted.However, that manager kept on coming and telling her just finish quickly, the carlift is waiting and we want to go homeI was really shocked of this attitude!

I recently visited this beauty salon and had a wonderful experience! I got a haircut and my nails done, and both services were exceptional. The staff was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My haircut turned out exactly how I wanted, and my nails look flawless.The location is also very convenient, with plenty of parking spaces available, which made my visit stress-free.

Not at all professional, the lady who act as main hair dresser knows everything, but doesnt know anything and no communication, i went for hair colour and keratin, i called and booked appointment, she told one price and after treatment they charged me double,When I went , immediately she started applying on my hair and finally I came to know that it was colour, she didnt even asked my choice of colour also Instead of keratin she did another treatmentShe do as she wants and she doesnt even bother what customer wantsIt took two weeks for me to do something with I can go out , they applied hair colour on my scalp and even forehead with very unprofessionally. They are least bothered to clean even.When I went for all these I saw many customers shouting and angry with themI saw people they came after seeing their instagram page and when they came these people are saying another charge.The girls who is doing pedicure and manicure was very professional and has very good customer service.The main ladies are simply telling whatever they want and no instructions and no professional manners and no customer serviceI will say zero recommendation to this place and completely waste of money and time and hair . And also dont believe of their instagram posts and prices.

I came to saloon yesterday!! I came to make may blowdry, when I enter the saloon the receptionist is great me good afternoon with a big smile!.she also wash my hair with a gentle hand feel relax by the way!!after that she tell her staff open music for only body leagues I like her the way she do!Sara do bloody!Im so disappointed of onother one she look like to burning my hair!!but the Philippines receptionist I know i understandable she dint tell anything but she walking rounding she told her staff smile!I like her how she doing!I a lot of saloon to test its my my 1 st time! To came!every body come to me say sorry!!Thanks to receptionist also they know how to talk the client I. Amateur hair dresser overly confident. Asking price more than the offer for all 4 ladies who came at the same time. Saloon is nice and location is good with sufficient parking, just needs experienced staff.

I Love it ! I absolutely loved the service. I came with a damaged hair colour the red colour was faded and was looking ugly. SARAH was super professional. She not only chose cherry red colour but also trimmed my hair so professionally . I am like a French lady now with a cherry red and lovely hair style. Will visit this salon more and more.

This salon will definitely give you the creeps ! Step foot in the door and you will feel something is very odd about the entire place, including the staff! So uncomfortable and depressing. You won’t even need to go to the salon to experience a horror-house like feel. Simply call them and the way you will be spoken to will sum up all that I have said.Well below Dubai’s basic standard of any service institute.Update: I have received numerous harassment calls from the salon pleading with me to take down my review claiming I never went to their “salon with new management”. If that was the case how did they manage to get my mobile number to call me? . The manager who called me claimed they have brand new staff since 1 Nov, including herself - but she’s the same lady! This is just proving my point that the place gives me the creeps ! They have now moved to stalking

Style is nothing. If you want people to come to you and come back, improve your style, your treatment, and your work, and bring in people who know how to work. And you see, people are not laughing. It is normal for the unit to come and give you 400 dirhams and you ask how old you won, but they do not respond again. I do not recommend the salon.. Honestly, I was not writing the review, but I changed my mind after the provocative call from their manager. They charged us double the price (a customer wrote a review about this thing and saw how they treated us) and the blowdry was worse than my hair and my springs did not care about it or the nail polish that was not done and they took hours.Well, the staff are unexperienced. We have been charged more for the services which didn’t even last a day (polish was peeled same night, bad blow dry). We have been called by the manager because of another bad review in which the lady was saying that they charged us more (thanks).

A salon built on lies and deception. Beware of all girls, take caution and be careful of the materials used. The owner of the salon, Sarah, lies to people and says that she is a manager, but she is the owner of the salon, and I return with caution. All customers die. The materials are all adulterated.

My experience with the Syrians who owned the salon again, their treatment was very nice, the atmosphere of the salon was nice and calm and they played the Qur’an. As for the work, I asked for a Botox treatment for my hair. After she put the product on my hair, she told me that she had put some keratin and protein, and this action was done without the customer’s knowledge. It was completely unacceptable to take his consent, and I was supposed to file a complaint, so I hoped it would not happen again with other customers.. While I was waiting for the treatment to take effect, I told her that you know how to cut children. My son was with me. He had long hair. She said, “Yes, I cut him for five minutes, and the story was clearly fine, but when I returned home and dried his hair, I explained the story.” It was plucked and wasted a lot, something long, something short, and locks cut very randomly. The problem is that she charged 100 dirhams for it! I mean, if I recited it at home, it would come out better than that 😅In general, this is just what I tried, but I have not tried other services. Maybe the rest of their services will be good..

One of the best salons I have ever been to. I have experienced their wonderful services and one of the best employees I have ever encountered. Prices are affordable for everyone, knowing that they offer offers from time to time as well.
