My experience getting nail extensions here was absolutely horrible. The quality of nail paint used is so bad that my nail paint peeled off in less than one week. more over the parlour made me wait for almost 3 hours until they could start my session which was very upsetting and a huge waste of time and even after that, my nails were not done well at all. It’s untidy, chipped and twisted and I have wasted my money.

This used to be my go to salon for nails since months, however a new staff has been added recently ‘ a supervisor’ . She was rude , and made me feel uncomfortable. She doesn’t smile or greet the clients and i felt unwelcomed. I advise the owner to choose the staff carefully. Customer service is the most important for me. The services provided are nice though.

Beware - despite voucher saying treatment is for medium length hair the salon added additional charges for medium hair. When I showed them the terms of the voucher they then said they still have to charge because the hair is curly! Also don’t be fooled that the salon is in a nice location. This salon must be the worst shop in the area. Feels like you’ve entered a salon in a 3rd world country. Dirty items and basic. Only positive is the ladies are hardworking and sweet. Appear to be good at their jobs despite the limitations in hygiene and cleanliness. Whilst you usually get what you pay for when using vouchers, this salon took it to another level.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I went there for hair color, highlights and keratin treatment. The sweet lady Gulshan who took take of me was very good at her work. Did an amazing job. Very satisfied with the results.

I visited this salon and am very happy. I brought my daughter with me and they were nice to her too. Manju helped me with keritane in my hair. She is very sweet and the other staff too. Thank you.

I had a very bad experience. I found this salon through Groupon, and after visiting, I was really disappointed. They told me to pay an extra 100 AED because my hair is curly and thick. I paid, as someone mentioned in a previous review, the negative experiences are true. After my protein hair treatment, the results after the first wash were very poor. I complained to the manager, who was nice and offered me another treatment, but I had to pay an additional 100 AED,The second treatment turned out fine. Overall, the manager is great, but the rest of the staff are very rude. One staff member, GULCHAN, gave me a particularly bad experience. She did the treatment the first time, and when it failed, they blamed my shampoo. The second time, the results were better. The building is nice, but the salon is poorly maintained and not clean.

Worst service ever! I did my protein treatment and hair cut and I extremely disappointed! The haircut was so poor and the results of so called protein treatment went within first wash of my hairs. They were back to normal wavy and roughy texture, they use cheap products for offer prices and just waste customer time by making them stay for 4-5 hours for a treatment that is not going to last even for 3 days! Think TWICE before taking any offers from them, just an honest review.

Worst experience I have ever had. Very dirty.Salon was full of smoke first of all, it was unbearable.I went for wash and blow dry and the lady literally pull out my hair from my head. I had headache for 2 days, she literally burnt my hair. AVOID IT

Hi i did my hair keratin and Pedicure at Vini’s salon i’m very with the treatment and the behavior of the staff as well as the owner of the salon, she is very courteous and caring, staff is very well experienced for the job. They did their best to make me feel comfortable. Ill sure visit them again and highly recommend this salon to others👍👍👌👌💐

My wife had a terrible experience at Vinis salon after purchasing a Groupon voucher for a keratin/botox treatment, haircut, and blowdry. Upon arriving, I was pressured into paying extra, even though I had already agreed to an additional 50 AED charge before booking. When I insisted on using the service I had paid for, they tried to upsell me an 800 AED treatment instead, claiming the one I booked wouldnt suit me.To make things worse, they told me that the voucher only covered a simple trim, not layers, unless I paid more. The staff repeatedly insisted I was paying too little for the Groupon deal, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and undervalued as a customer.To top it all off, the salon itself was in poor condition—no AC, a bad smell, flies, and visible dust everywhere. This is NOT how you treat customers or run a business. Be warned if youre considering booking here,absolutely unprofessional and unsanitary.

I did hair botox treatment and i loved it! I started on time they told me i will finish in 4 hours but finished in 3 hours instead! Very friendly, welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this salon it was my first time there but definitely not my last!

I had a wonderful experience at the salon today, thanks to the exceptional service from Gulshan, Suraiya, and Farwa. They were not only skilled but also incredibly hospitable. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Their professionalism and attention to detail during the Botox hair treatment were impressive. What a delightful experience with these hard working ladies. They are so passionate in what they r doing,they try thier best to make the customer happy . I first saw a groupon deal and went there , was very skeptical about a new place . But i was pleasantly surprised. The place doesnt look out of the world , the decor is minimalistic. But every service i have got done there exceeded my expectations. I got hair colour ,cut , pedicure, manicure , hydrafacial, eyebrow . I am glad i found this place .

I read most of the reviews about this saloon and had visited them. I purchased a protein treatment through Groupon. The saloon dint smell so great especially the bathroom and I did raise this to the lady. I did the protien treatment there. I have been doing Keratin and protein treatment for many years in Dubai with no issue. My scalp was burning and I did tell it to the pakistani lady who did my hair and on top of that she was bringing the iron close to my scalping which was burning. After I came home, my scalp was hurting. I did whats app the owner about it and she pacified me to apply some gel etc. Its 3 weeks now and Im having bad hair fall with scalp infection. When I asked my dermatologist, she said the chemical used was either cheap or strong and that has spoiled my scalp.So, if anyone wants cheap treatment they can go there. If anyone requires a good treatment for hair, this is not a good place to be.Dr. Lakshmi

This place is so amazing especially in terms of hospitality from the staff. Very reasonable and different for a change. Very warm and welcoming staff. The hot oil massage for the hair is a game changer. Must try! Worth every visit.

I did my first Keratin yesterday. Ive got extremely long hair. Excellent service and good results. Ive got 2 hairdressers at the same time to finish my hair and they closed later as my hair took longer to finish.

Very bad experience. Salon smells sewage in an extend that you can hardly breath, service was bad. I bought a 75’ reflexology and what I had it was 60’ foot oil massage. No complaint, I just wanted to leave that place.

Worst salon.. They’re very unhygienic and not properly trained.They will quote you different price while chat and ask for more money after service.

Very pathetic services, their staff is untrained at all, they are only well trained to upsell services while customer is in their salon, but they even dont know the simple job, their communication is extremely poor, they never reply despite several follow up by the customer while after sale service, the messages remained unreply always, not sure the owner aware of all these or not.

Advertise something else and provides something elseClearly in groupon prices are mentioned yet asking me to pay extra Aed 50 for medium length hair. Not trustworthy
